The Utah Idaho district Kiwanis is holding their district convention there and the accommodations are superb. Tanyn and her staff have been a pleasure to work with and very professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone who needs great meeting venue!

The Best Western Plus in Burley, ID. Is a hotel that gives you plenty of options. The surrounding area gives you a number of eating and shopping options. Especially, if you forgot to pack something at home or are just running low on toiletries and necessities. The hotel offers a wonderful complimentary breakfast. But it also has a bar with eating options as well as a whole other restaurants (Perkins, I believe) attached to the hotel. My room was part of a whole separate unit behind the main hotel and it was ideal. Very quiet with plenty of parking. The center courtyard was lovely. It has a gorgeous clock tower, a huge swimming pool and even a beach volleyball court. Hard to take advantage of in November, but hoping to make it back in the spring and/ or summer. The room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for my things without ever making me feel cramped. If you ever find yourself in Burley, ID. Check out the Best Western Plus. You will be happy you did.

Rooms were clean, and I loved that they provided wet wipes for the phones and remotes. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a beautiful lobby. Hands down the best continental breakfast I’ve had in years! Food was hot and fresh, and had plenty of options. We are moving to the area soon, and will only recommend this hotel in the future for family and friends during events!

This is a motel. I believe if your windows open to the outside walkway, it's a motel. The photos on the website show a nice hotel and lobby. That is the entrance building only. The rooms are loud because your windows face either the parking lots or the swimming pool. The rooms are nice, nothing fancy but nice. The lobby bar serves food from the Perkins next door, which was good. If you're looking for a nice value motel, this is a great choice; if you want a hotel, keep looking.

Definitely a great place to stay. This is our 3rd trip here with the kids. The rooms are a little bit small if you have kids. It is an older hotel but has been updated and is very comfortable. Breakfast is great with waffles, pancakes, biscuits & gravy and the likes. The pool is in great shape as is the hot tub both with new pool chairs. Awesome volleyball court with fine sand and kept groomed well. We'll continue to come back. They have hot chocolate at the front desk, just need to ask.

The room was clean and pet area was great. When taking a shower the tub would fill up with water ankle level. Also the bed was not so comfortable which met a lot of tossing and turning, there was also light showing from under the door. On website they stated that there lounge but didn't state that it opens in Aug. Other than that everything was nice, loved the grounds with all the green grass and sitting areas and the breakfast had a good variety of things to eat and the s…taff working the breakfast area was helpful and polite. If I needed to I would stay again, but would try other hotels first. Other than that.

It's a good quick stop for an overnight. Breakfast was about what you would expect, fresh and hot. Breakfast staff very good. Rooms older but clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Two gas stations next to the hotel. Front desk staff a bit too interested in having their own conversation instead of assisting guests. Overall pleasant and a decent value.

We have stayed here before. We like the service and room and bed was comfortable. It’s close to the freeway. It was a little difficult getting to our rooms because of stairs. No elevator for second floors. My husband has knee problems so walking up stairs make it hard. Overall very nice and clean.

This is a great Hotel, but if you are going to gamble Don't! I have been here twice and the machines are super tight! After two days of spending money over hand and foot we welcome the long drive home. If you are going to stay the night, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. They leave a very funny note in regards to stealing there towels, blankets and pillows. Lol so don't try it!

Pretty good food and service. Not very easy to sleep though. There was a Volleyball net outside our room and a tree had been scratching the roof all night. Other than that, there was a pool, diner, bar, and, of course, a volleyball net. They had nice toiletries other than not much toilet paper. The room had two queen beds, a closet, a lounge chair with ottoman, a nightstand, a T. V, and a dresser complete with a mini fridge.

Great hotel! Very clean and the rooms look toward the pool. Quick check in and check out. Quiet area and right off the highway. Has a lounge and restaurant but didn't go to them. Got in about 9 at night and needed milk for my baby and the hotel staff was quick to get it for me.

This was our midway stop to and from Colorado. First stay was a Monday, rates are okay (be prepared to pay more even if you make a reservation online. ) We could hear the man in the room next to us swearing up a storm late into the night and early in the morning. Not great. Stayed Saturday night in a suite (only room available) which was incredibly nice and no sailor mouthed neighbors within ears reach. There is a large swimming pool and jacuzzi (always a plus with kids ;) ) Overall verdict: Nice rooms, comfy beds, good breakfast, and nice staff. Will stay again.

We were there for a convention. The convention staff was top notch and the front desk personnel was friendly and knowledgeable. Stayed in the suite. It was a very nice room. The food at the convention an at the in house restaurant were both very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were fairly rude and preoccupied. Swimming pool was closed and might be opening in May. The hot tub jets were weak. Lots of road noise from the front rooms. They advertised high speed internet — not if you consider 3mps download and 0.5mps upload speeds high speed. The bathroom is really small with really poor water pressure. On the plus side, the breakfast room was clean with a good selection of breakfast items — scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy. The blueberry waffle batter is worth trying.

Perkins is a halfway decent restaurant. Pretty run-of-the-mill as far as food quality goes. I usually only eat breakfast here and, in my opinion, is comparable to Denney's. I ate lunch there today and had a burger. I'd say their breakfast is better than their lunch. I have yet to try dinner there. But my waitress Nichole was perfect. Didn't check on us too much verbally and was there in good time to clear plates etc. She didn't try to oversell extra products either. Good experience.

We've stayed at the BW Burley Inn several times over the past few years… service and amenities have been outstanding every time! The facilities are well maintained and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is great (and free! ), with a good variety of options that includes some gluten-free items. The first location I look for when I know we're going to be in Burley!

This place has about everything for the travelers from rooms to restaurant food, conference rooms, and even a lounge. Easy on and off location from interstate 84 and right in the heart of several shopping malls. Within walking distance of several fast food restaurants. Plus over five gas station only a block away in any direction. And if one wants to go to a movie no problems three blocks away. This place new what they were doing when picking the perfect location for their business and their customers.

Great hotel in Burley. Had everything we needed. Room was very nice and comfortable, service was good. Bathroom was a wee bit small but had all the amenities and the bed was ridiculously comfy. Will more than likely stay here again if I need to stop in Burley.

We just stopped for the restaurant and had a very good experience. Have stayed several times and rooms were excellent and staff seemed to be very attentive with clean rooms and good attitudes. Really enjoyed our stay although we didn't use any of the room perks. Well save that for a weekend trip. Just good fun with out the hassle. Only thing missing is the ocean can't have everything.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable. Affordable rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended.

I do not think that they clean very thoroughly. We found trash and lots of dust under the beds. The doors have no insulation, not a big deal since the hotel pays for the heat but not very energy efficient. The hot tub also closed at 10:00 pm. We missed out on this since we came back to the hotel late. The breakfast is really good and the hotel lobby looks amazing.

We loved it! The rooms were fantastic, cozy, and well-equipped. And the price was fantastic for the amenities; pool and bar/restaurant? Bangarang! We considered extending our road trip to include an extra night here.

From my very first point of contact with Lexi before we left home, the service I received was phenomenal. Checking in, the staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean and above my expectations. The tub was draining a bit slow but there was someone there in less than 5 minutes to get it cleared, and he as well, took the time to help us with a few minor (user error) issues… and was kind as could be. Breakfast was great, and again the girl was amazing and even remembered we were hoping for pancakes and made a point to get it handled and let me know it was good to go. We were here for a funeral, so it was very stressful but the Burley Inn was BY FAR one of the best parts of the trip and I'm grateful to have been taken care of by this group. More people like them in this world would be absolutely sublime! Kudos and much thanks all around!

This is an awesome hotel. The staff is very out going and friendly and very concerned about the guest. I left something in my room and received a call to inform me and they returned it to me. This is always a stop when I am traveling thru.

Only 1 cup provided at the coffee machine for 2 people, a bit out of my usual experience. Strangely very strong scent of deodorant/spray in wardrobe & room for some reasons, got a headache from it. Other than that, meet the standard Best Western style.

The staff were the best part about our stay at the Best Western in Burley Idaho. They were friendly, helpful and so eager to make our stay perfect. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was top notch!

Horrible mattresses! Good luck getting any real sleep! We considered switching hotels but they have pet rooms here, which is nice I guess. Breakfast was good!

Great new updates throughout the hotel. The new hot tub that's been put in is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and happy to help however they can!

Beautiful place inside and out. Staff super friendly and courteous. Beds very comfortable. Were only going to stay one night but it was so nice we stayed two! And an M & M dispenser at the front desk… fun!

We really enjoy staying here on our trips to Burley. The rooms are always clean. They are spacious enough with comfy beds. The breakfast is always fantastic with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon. Various breads, waffles, pancakes and cereals. That is just the main food. The staff has always been kind and friendly to us.

What a great hotel! This is my favorite Best Western: the front desk clerks are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. I make it a point to stop here when I am driving back and forth to Oregon.

This was the best experience we've had in a hotel that I can ever remember! The staff was so friendly… always smiling and happy to help with anything! Price was great plus with VA and AAA discount we were so happy! Rooms comfortable, very luxurious & clean! Bed was great for our best night sleep! Free breakfast in the morning was delicious! Lots to choose from & all tasty! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, juices, coffee & tea and more! We definitely will not stay anywhere else other than a Best Western.

Nicely remodeled old motel, very comfortable and clean. The staff at the check in counter was very helpful and accommodating. We did not use the amenities, i. E. Pool and shuffle board court. Was pleasantly surprised with a "breakfast to go" offered as we were leaving at 4 am. What a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. Thank you very MUCH!

This Best Western is a bit of a throwback in the sense of having a courtyard and each room open to outdoors. But the room was clean and perfect for the night. The courtyard was beautiful, there is some construction currently beside the pool, but the pool remained open. There is guest laundry which is coin operated. I was so thankful to have access to laundry facilities! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer to enjoy the pool and beach volleyball area.

I got a clean handicap room. (I'm recovering from hip surgery and have arthritis) The price was $80 for a single queen bed. Cons: There was no fridge in the room, the AC unit was not able to really cool the room, the toilet was standard height, not raised like it should have been for handicap status, and there was a small hole (the size of a dime) and some stains on the fitted sheet on the bed. PROS: The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of plug-ins for all the electronic stuff, the room was clean and there was a handicap bar in the shower. I mentioned the hole in the sheet and the lack of cool air from the AC unit when I checked out. The staff was very nice and offered to reduce my rate. I thought she handled it nicely. I would go back to this motel because of the professional way my complaint was handled.

Affordable and acceptable place to stay in Burley ID. Bed very comfortable. Decor could be better. All the essentials were there — coffee maker, ironing board, TV, hair dryer, luggage rack. CFL bulbs not great, but lighting adequate. The restaurant next door was satisfying and convenient. Excellent location right off of the freeway. Pretty standard, average hotel overall.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice courtyard and pool. Fitness room is acceptable. Staff has been friendly. Lots of food and stores within walking distance. Right off the freeway. I would recommend this place for business or family travel.

After a long drive from San Francisco, we stayed here and were relieved to have such a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, good service and great value. The beds were deliciously comfortable, and we were reluctant to leave them, not to mention the pool that looked so refreshing! Breakfast was included and was quite adequate, and there was also another restaurant option available next door. We felt safe, comfortable and would suggest this as a great option for families passing through this lovely area.

What an oasis after being on the interstate all day! Beautifully manicured grounds and pool area! Great room location. We enjoyed our stay especially sitting by the pool in the evening. Check-in staff treated us extremely well!

This place was great. Very clean and the staff was helpful and nice. One of the best continental breakfast I have ever been too. They even use real eggs from the restaurant next door!

Stayed here 5/25/17. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The room seems to have been renovated relatively recently. The hot breakfast was especially nice. I didn't notice much noise from the neighbors. The room was well lit. The only real complaint was the bathroom sink/mirror area wasn't super well lit.

Very nice and very reasonably priced. TV was horrible with a snowy screen but everything else that is important to us was very good. I would recommend stay here.

I highly recommend Best Western Plus Burley Inn. This is a high quality hotel at a decent price. The staff are very friendly and cater to your every need. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and free of charge. The Spud Cellar Lounge on site is wonderful and Perkins restaurant is attached and has a huge variety of delicious beverages and meals.

Ive stayed here a couple times. Awesome staff that treats you like family! Also they are cool about pets! I would recommend this place to anyone.

From check in to check out the staff was amazing. We lost our home in a fire and stayed for 1 night. The rooms were clean and comfy and the staff was very accommodating to us. Great water pressur in the showers and it felt like walking into our home bedroom it was very welcoming.

I was very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, and how willing they were to go the extra mile to make sure our events went smoothly. I was very happy with the whole experience. Great people, competitive pricing for the facilities and services, and comfortable ambience.

Very pleasant check-in & out. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. On our trip (mid March 2017) we stayed in 5 Best Western Plus facilities & we're very pleased with all of them. Definitely a brand you can count on.

The newly renovated rooms are nice. Some of my issues with this hotel is how easy you can hear your neighbors due to poorly sealed doors and poorly insulated walls. The TV signal was pretty poor as most the channels were fuzzy and the remote didn't work well with the TV. Also the staff took forever to clean the room. We left around 10 AM and then came back at 4:30 and they were just getting to our room. Yet when we left the cleaning cart was only 2 doors down. What took them so long? The breakfast is your pretty standard continental variety. The beds weren't too bad either.

When I can manage to drive the distance, I always prefer to stay at this hotel. The staff is accommodating and courteous. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast and the staff there are fresh and organized with a great variety. When possible, we use the attached restaurant, Perkins; unfortunately, I usually get there too late to have my favorite Chicken Pot Pie (it goes fast), but the other menu items are delicious and beat the fast food I usually grab when driving. There is ample grass area for walking your well-mannered dog. I ALWAYS carry an extra towel and mat for wet or snowy weather and recommend that every canine handler/owner/traveler do the same; it is simply being a responsibly dog owner. Great location and staff; highly recommended!
