The rooms are clean and quiet. You have everything you need. When I'm here for work I don't even have to leave my room.

I happened to come here while serving on a statewide committee in education and it turned out to be one fine hotel. I didn’t find anything particularly fancy about this place, but it sure did the job in terms of allowing me to feel at home while I had to be apart from my family back at home, which was 3 hours away. All the staff was very polite and did everything they could to make me feel valued. I would definitely be delighted to give this hotel my business again, and I Hope that this can be the place we come next summer when my son plays in the 7 on 7 football tournament again.

Staff was awesome! Friendly & courteous. The main lobby was pretty warm. Breakfast was very good. We felt like we were staying with family.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Stayed at this hotel 4-5 times and never had a bad experience.

Great room, much space, such delight.

Check in was a breeze and front reception clerk was super friendly! Beautiful room! The iron in my room didn’t work and they immediately brought a brand new one.

We love this place. The staff is always cheerful and willing to help with anything the guest may need. The location is perfect and you can not beat the prices.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We really liked that our family of 5 could sleep in a single room. The outside pool was a little cold on the hot summer day of our visit. There are many rooms, some of which aren't especially close to the elevators.

Location is right downtown. Close to activities an restaurants there. The room was great! One of the best I have stayed in at a hotel, clean, great layout, etc. The service there was nice too. Good staff. Would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed here a couple times and have had a great experience every time. It is off a main road so you can quickly access restaurants and shopping. Free breakfast so you can't beat that. Great for families any pets.

The location is easily accessible and convenient. Rooms are good, nothing lacking. The service at the front is very kind and quick to get you to your room. I have only delivered pizza there so I can't say a lot about the rooms, but it seems that all other services are very good.

The property is spotless and business/family friendly. The rooms are sharply designed and set up to be sound proof with carpeting and textured wall paper. Of course nothing can totally block out kids jumping in the room over your head but I don't fault the hotel. I had a terrific work out and a delicious breakfast that accommodated most diets. Overall, I had a great stay for the 50th time at least.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar has several breakfast choices including waffles, oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, fresh fruit, and muffins. They also offer coffee, hot chocolate, milk, or three different kinds of juice. The workout room is well equiped, and clean.

The location is very close to the highway and downtown. There were a number of restaurants and shops around to visit. The room was good size and included a large couch and a small kitchen with basic kitchenware. The bed and couch were separated by a portion of wall to give the two areas a little bit of privacy. One minor complaint we had was the size of the bathroom was pretty small and cramped. The sink area is separate from the shower and toilet. That allows one person to use the restroom while another uses the sink/mirror.

Nice hotel. Cleaning staff were friendly and did a good job. I felt like the front desk staff had to be prodded into helping (experienced that by more than one shift)

Room seemed nice. However the TV didn't work. It definitely wasn't a quiet place either. Don't expect to sleep past 5 am. The breakfast wasn't anything to talk about either. Runny scrambled eggs, cereals and waffles scattered all over. Had to ask to even get a plate and silverware. If I hadn't gotten the room for a lower than usual price I wouldn't of stayed. Overall disappointed.

The SpringHill Suites in Boise is located in a nice central location with easy access to what Boise has to offer. The hotel is clean and quiet. The best thing about this hotel though is its exemplary staff. They see friendly, courteous, and genuine.

This is typically a nice SpringHill suites, nicer than some, however it has one major Problem, which is why I downgraded it so. One of my major complaints about most hotel rooms is that they are poorly lighted, But this one takes it to extremes. The wall paper in this otherwise very nice room is dark gray. Even with every possible light in the room turned on, the room at night was barely lit. It was like being in a poorly lit cave. It also had, or rather did not have my other continuing Marriott complaint in that there were inadequate outlets near the bed for my electronics. This is often the case with Marriott properties. So, a nice place, demoted because of a severe lack of light, and having to jerry rig my electronic outlets near the bed. Tonight I am in a Hilton Hampton Inn. While not the brightest lit place I have been, it is definitely better than the Marriott property, AND there two open plugs, plus two USB outlets attached to the bedside stand.

Excellent hotel! Amazing customer service, friendly staff, and a shuttle service! Rooms are large and roomy, with a "living room" to sit and chat. Includes a desk to work, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The hotel is a little far from the airport, but the shuttle negates that issue! I would definitely stay here again!

The service is perfect and my aunt could not find anything to complain about. The rooms are huge. There is a generous sitting area with a wall hiding the bed from View. A kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchenette has a desk in the area also. They have every amenity except an indoor pool and breakfast includes every possible breakfast item you could imagine and is delicious.

The shuttle service is what makes us go back to Springhill Suites every year for our executive session for the doctoral program at Boise State. Imagine the convenience (no rushing, no worrying when the next transport will be available) so we can focus on out school business. Kudos to the team!

The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. The staff was helpful and was quick to address our needs. The location is nice and quiet but has good access into downtown and an awesome breakfast place next door. We had 4 people staying in the suite but only got 3 towels. Also, they have continental breakfast that is good but the room that it is in is small for how many people come to get breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights here, room was very nice and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. We did not use pool or hot tub because it was winter and they are outside. Pet friendly for a very reasonable fee. We generally stay at Marriott's hotels and this was one of the best breakfast set ups I have seen.

Nice enough hotel, but housekeeping was hounding us to leave starting at 8:50am. Despite having the do not disturb sign on outdoor he kept asking and asking when we were going to check out. We weren't exactly sure as we were trying to have a relaxing sunday morning before we went back to work the nexy day but said I said we would defiantly be gone before checkout time (noon).

The staff was so amazing. I came needing a wheelchair and they supplied one for me. The breakfast was so decadent, I looked forward to that time of day every day of our stay. Unfortunately, it was all could by the time I made it to my table, but that was most likely due to kitchen staff opening the kitchen window right by the hot foods, with 3-4 feet of snow right outside. Genius. Pure cold-eggs cold-toast cold-body before-my-coffee genius!

It was a bit far from downtown, which was a bummer. The room was very nice. The addition of the small living area was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was always very pleasant in the morning.

The staff and the location of the hotel was excellent. No more than 30 minutes away from almost everything. The only thing that would've made it better was the selection for breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay! Staff was friendly and professional. Housekeeping took care of my room perfectly everyday. Would definitely recommend Springhill Suites to all.

I was only there for a work conference but my experience was that the front desk was helpful and nice. There were many different meeting rooms suitable to groups of various sizes. The rooms looked really nice, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there given what I saw. Without knowing their prices I can't give 5 stars. If I needed to stay in Boise (I live here, so I didn't) I would definitely stay here is the price was reasonable.

The stay here was great. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast is what you would expect. If you are walking there is not too much near by but you can always rent a bike.

Great place to stay. Convenient to get to Boise State and other areas. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Looking forward to coming back!

Very clean. Rooms are roomy. Good food (for breakfast), great service. Nice location, where many other restaurants are within walking distance. Great scenery for walks too.

Love this place! Last time we stayed here we had an absolutely amazing experience. The hottub and pool were clean. The staff dropped us off and picked us up so we could go bar hopping downtown without having to take an Uber. We rented the bikes from the hotel and road the green belt with our dog. The pet fee is only $10 a night. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast wasn't half bad for being continental. We enjoyed our last experience so much that this past weekend we decided to drive 2 hours to just relax for the night. The experience was yet again good. However, why I am only giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 was because the hottub was broken and we probably would have booked at another hotel if knowing that before hand.

This place was so beautiful! Great clean rooms, staff was really nice and helpful! The beds were really comfortable too! If ever in town again this is where we will stay!

Good location, close to downtown without being right in downtown. The outdoor pool was great. However the hotel has too few elevators (3) so your room is likely to be very far from any of them. They also ran out of quite a few of the breakfast items well before breakfast was over.

We had a terrific stay here. One of our kids ended up being ill. The front desk was so accommodating! They ran to the store for us to get Advil to help with a fever. That level of customer service is tough to beat. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean. We will come again.

They have bikes you can rent to go ride along the greenway as well as their drivers will take you downtown to the bars and restaurants. They will also pick you up at whatever time from the bars, even 3am! Excellent service and very helpful. Best hotel I've stayed at in a while.

We like to stay here when visiting Boise. Close enough to downtown (~7 minutes) and there's a shuttle. It's on the Greenway. Pool is tiny and blah, but rooms are great: clean, modern, spacious, big TVs, sink, mini fridge. The free breakfast is a solid meal too. All the employees are friendly and helpful too.

Have stayed here twice. Pretty typical mid-level hotel. Front desk staff speak English, know their jobs, and are pretty friendly. Little bit of a maze to get to some rooms. Rooms have fridge and microwave. The AC worked good. Toilet not so good. Complimentary breakfast is just like other hotels: breads and toasts, cereal, powdered eggs, sketchy sausage, oatmeal with tasty fixings, waffles, etc. The outdoor pool is small and right next to the parking lot. But it was clean. A solid 3 star hotel.

Rooms are nice, but nighttime staff (I think her name was Judy? ) has an attitude problem. Is on a definite power trip.
There are other places to stay, so I will search elsewhere next time, but if you must stay here, avoid the night staff.
The 24/7 shuttle service is only 24/7 "when the driver is here", which is inconsistent.

The rooms were large, nice, and comfortable. The breakfast was good for the price. Unfortunately, we had room service WALK IN to our room WITHOUT KNOCKING at nine in the morning. The front desk, didn't believe me, only offered, "a few points for your account". This hotel is nice and deserves 5 stars, but walking in on hotel guests without knocking or even announcing is completely unacceptable.

Good rooms, no stove in the kitchen equipment (only a microwave). Services include a (small) exercise room and a coin laundry. Very good breakfast.

Fantastic place. Great staff and rooms are wonderfully comfortable. The exercise center is well maintained and useful. Definitely recommend.

The room was great nice and clean. The shuttle took us where we needed to go too. I would love to see some USB chargers in the room however. Breakfast was great too.

The cell coverage in this hotel very poor. I can't make a Verizon call in my room. I have to go outside to make a call. The hotel itself is nice but having 1 bar of 1X will not cut it. I will stay at another hotel when I come back for business.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's in a quiet location, but there are also some restaurants very close by that have good food. Standard hotel free breakfast plus oatmeal and fruit available. Pretty good place to stay.

My stay here was great. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved the stay. The neighborhood is nice enough to go for a walk. We even found some geocache's across the street.

Sapiel was super nice. Rooms are roomy. Made my stay feel more welcomed by being extra courteous. The gentlemen when I checked in on 11/17 (ben and the other front lobby person) at around 8 pm were super rude. If it wasn't for sapiel, I would rated my stay a 1 and never come back.

It was a pretty swanky hotel. Nice, clean room. Large lobby. Wish breakfast started around 0600 so I could've eaten but other than that it was a comfortable stay. Was put up in a room by the military so I don't have price to compare all this with.

Love the location next to park river trail. Cozy room with plenty of room. Jacuzzi was cold one night and fine on another.

Really nice for the amenities and close to a couple of nice food/drink establishments. A bit far from downtown. You would likely need to drive there, but if you want your stay a bit quieter, I recommend this and would stay again.

Great hotel for family and friends to stay at if you are getting married in downtown Boise.

If you are doing business in Boise it is a great place to stay. Close to downtown and the campus. Clean rooms, nice staff, good mattress. The breakfast could have had a little larger variety for the price of the room. But, relatively a little issue in the big picture. I will stay here again. I got a great price on Price Line.

Very sad. As a 100 night traveler and a Platinum Marriott member I was very disappointed. We booked our rooms weeks in advance for king beds. My co-worked got a room with twin beds. My room was an “upgrade” with an old dripping jetted bathtub that drove me crazy all night. Additionally, the Internet did not work. Because they were booked we had to put up with it. We were supposed to stay another night but not in those rooms so we chose a different hotel. When I told the person at the desk about our experience in the morning he could have cared less. When he handed me the bill I noticed it was for $149. I was surprised it was so high as I noticed online it was $109. The desk person again could care less and said “that is what you booked it at”. So here I am a loyal Marriott member who goes out of the way to stay at Marriott and I get charged $40 more then anyone else and I have a bad stay.

I stayed here for a wedding and knew it was going to be a wild weekend. Not only did the hotel put up with us but they actually went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great weekend. The hotel was packed and yet they were timely in responding to all of our requests. The best part about the stay was the shuttle they have that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius whenever you want. This alone was worth the stay. It would take me anywhere to eat but best of all it would take us to and from the bars. Even picking us up at 3:30 a. M. With a smile on their face. I highly reccomend this hotel because we threw everything we could at them and they performed flawlessly without missing a beat. For that I thank them.
