Comfy and clean, the night shift lady was awesome.

They were very niceVery clean beds were soft.

Reserve two rooms one was canceled when I got there. Ask for downstairs because of hip problem and that was a no no. When you finally got a room went in and it hasn't been made. Had to wait for them to remake the room which year did pretty quickly so I have to have my credit there. Very unfriendly front desk never once said I'm sorry about the problems. Probably won't stay at Quality Inn anymore.

Decent place to stay in a relatively quiet atmosphere. The front desk clerk was very attentive and really helped out when I was washing my clothes. Don't let the outside look of it deter you, as it is near the airport. I had a very good stay in this hotel. I recommend this hotel.

More of a motel / hotel hybrid than a hotel. Seriously, some of the doors are outside and some are inside. I try to avoid outside entrance hotels due to the people that usually are living in them… This hotel motel would be a lot worse in a bigger city, but since it’s in Boise it was decently safe. The property itself is aged, not well. The room wasn’t too bad, but those common areas…

Great hotel, comfortable rooms and you can't really hear all the air traffic through the night. Beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Only down side was breakfast was bland. The sausage patties have no flavor at all.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and good sized. Family room was large but could use larger table, more mirrors.

Location is nice, right next to a Denny's which is good because their breakfast really disappointed. Room was small, dingy, and really muggy when we arrived. The A/C worked though, so that's a plus. The shower ceiling had very obvious water damage from a previous leak on the floor above, but it wasn't leaking while we were there.

The rooms were not very clean. We found trash and stuff around the edge of the beds. The morning desk guy was grumpy and never smiled. There was no safe in our room and the one in our friends room was broken. The buttons on the a. C. Unit were broken. It was just dingy all around. The outside doors were never locked so anyone could come in any door made us feel less safe.

The employees allllll the way to the management are very personable and real. I recommend this business. good for business.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was okay, no complaints, only that the bathroom was very small. No cleanliness issues, no weird noises. Breakfast was meh, just a waffle maker, cereal, mini muffins, etc. The hot tub, however was empty for whatever, so a little disappointed.

Very clean. Polite housekeeping staff. Really good beds. Would choose to stay again. The pool was closed while we were there, which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids, but I know this was a rare circumstance. Pleased overall.

Family room is great, clean and affordable. Front desk help was kind and courteous. Pool could use a little cleaning. Overall good stay for us.

If you work graveyard, this hotel has absolutely no love for you. Renovating rooms, drilling right next to the headboard of my room for hours, hammers, etc. You can push my room door open without a key. Key has deactivated 4 times since I've been here. Thank you, Quality Inn, for a truly shitty experience.

Just check in and first thing I tried was to turn on the tv. Doesn't work. They fixed that. I checked out the hot tub. Doesn't work. The major reason I picked this motel. What next? Now I just want to soak in the tub in my room … and the plug doesn't work. What is next? Now I try the vending machine… guess what does not take cash. Now what? Never stay here!

Waiting time at the lobby was a little long since there many customers but only one employee at the front desk but once we checked in everything was perfect!

If you're interested in cheap overnight stay then this place will work seemed clean and staff average.

Our first room smelled like mold and old smoke and there was hair in the bed. They moved us to a second room. The carpet by the window was soaked and under the tub mat in the tub was pubic hair! We were offered yet a 3rd room. We requested a refund which we received. Throughout this entire experience, the individuals working the desk were put out. I also called Choice Hotels as we often stay in Choice Hotels and have never had this problem. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, but they double charged our rooms. It was returned after 2 business days, but in that time, the money was pending in bank account and unusable. Overall, a normal quality inn.

Never have I ever felt so bullied and disrespected in my life! I get a call demanding to know why I haven't checked out yet. I told girl on phone that my reservation had been extended for another 3 days. She rudely said that she only saw that I was checking out today. I asked why she kept talking to me in such a rude tone. She then hung up on me. I went downstairs to get her name. Rebecca (the 300 pound girl with pornstar makeup) then said I could just talk to her manager tomorrow, Ron… which probably means they are best friends or dating. I think I'll contact corporate instead. Before I left, I kindly asked her what her attitude was for… was it only because of the color of my skin? She just yelled that she wasn't going to go back and forth with me. I'm afraid to leave the room now, and I'm afraid her housekeeper friends will mess with my items in the room. Jeesh. Rebecca's such a bully for no reason at all. But I think if you have a lighter skin tone you'll be perfectly fine at this location. Going on year 2018 and still having to deal with this. Wow!

I have stayed at many fine Quality Inns. This one an unfortunate disappointment. The lobby's check-in desk was depressing in appearance. There was no elevator. The ceiling tiles in the hallway looked. The wallpaper in the room was peeling away from the walls and the paint in the bathroom was flaky and bubbly. Just gave me a depressing feeling. However, the pool and sauna areas were nice. And the bed was very comfortable.

The facility is very clean, bathroom exceptionally clean, very good lighting all around, breakfast is complete with hot and cold eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, and more. Parking is very close, and the hotel is easily accessible from I84, the airport and shopping nearby.

I have known Skyleen for one month. I have zero problems with her job perspective. Sky has a nice appearance, a calmness and a willingness to be professional. A credit to her considering her age. Thanks for making the old guy feel at home.

This Quality Inn had one of the best breakfasts for the price of the hotel. I have travelled for many years on business and look for value and quality. I found both at this hotel. I will stay here again.

Non smoking smelled like smoke, but beds were nice and continental was above avg. Needs some updates.

Rivals the best hotels. AND has a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in the rooms… those amenities are the MOST important for people with kids, or special diets, or medicines. That alone earns 5 stars from me. Not to mention the clean, quiet, spacious rooms, and super friendly people.

Needs to be updated. Felt like we were walking into 1972. Lots of noise. Expensive for the poor quality.

Pending review Horrible Smell Just checked in, upon arrival into room the cigarette smell was so strong it took my breath away. I went back to desk and inquired about the smell advising that I requested a Non-Smoking room. Desk Clerk advised that the Hotel has been non-smoking for 5 years and they have replaced bedding and carpets. I inquired about other rooms and clerk stated that there were no rooms available anywhere in the area. I went back to room as I felt I had no other choice but my breathing became difficult. It was so bad that we had to leave went to another ChoiceHotel facility in the same area. Desk Clerk refused to refund our 10, 000 credits. Do not stay here if you are not a smoker!

You get what you pay for. It's just an okay hotel. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything the people are doing in the next room, the bathroom was awkward and small, and the window was starting to come off. Make sure you are on time for breakfast, otherwise the staff will make a snide remark at you. Other than that, the room was good, the bed was comfy, and the location was great.

You get what you pay for. The hotel wasn't necessarily bad but it wasn't great. The walls are paper thin, the bathroom was really small, the shower head pretty much went to my chest. But it was ok. It was cheap.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool/hot tub were nice, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Over all, for all the hotels within walking distance of the airport, this is the best bang for your buck.

The room was very very clean I was absolutely impressed with the housekeeping at this hotel! The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were heavenly. The room had a nice table and chairs to eat at or do work on. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The shower was nice but the shower head was a little low. The TV was a little too small but it's a flat screen with a good picture and lots of channels to choose from. The AC worked great and I loved that we could open the window at night and get some fresh air. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. They also have room for parking a large vehicle across the street. They are pet friendly as well. We used the guest laundry and the washer and dryer were clean and in good working order and reasonably priced. You get a discount at Denny's if you show them your room key. Wonderful hotel at a great price. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay, clean, quiet except for the fact that the rooms face the freeway. The price was very reasonable and it has a very nice pool area. Very close to the airport.

Staff was very helpful and compassionate. Room very clean, too. The iron worked on wool setting but not cotton. I went to the front desk and they delivered a replacement in less than 10 minutes. Pool, hot tub and gym very clean. Breakfast was delicious except no bacon! I grew up with a highway behind my house and had no problems sleeping. If you can't sleep through traffic I'd request a room in the front of the hotel on the Denny's side of the building.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was also nice and clean. We were happy with everything except it was very noisy. Our room backed up to the Interstate and you heard every vehicle and truck all night long. I would stay there again if the rooms on the other side of the hallway were quieter. Excellent access to the airport for an early morning flight out. left to early to enjoy the continental breakfast so have no comment there.

We go to boise once a month for my husband's doctors appointments and we have always been confortable here also they do not require a credit card and that works for us because we usually only have cash on us.

Great! We got in very late, as our flight arrived at midnight. The clerk obligingly gave us a late check-out, so that we could get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

Service is great, cleanliness could use improvement.

Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff. Hot breakfast ofv eggs, sausage, bagels and toast. Quick ride to airport. My only complaint is the shower doesn't drain well enough. By the time I was finished with a quick shower, I was standing in water. Seems to be a problem with all the hotels I stay at lately.

They never did turn down service the 3 nights we were there so we had to go ask for towels. The breakfast was pathetic too. I'll look other places before I stay here again.
