I loved staying at this hotel. It truly was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at numerous different chains, including the Marriot. And I liked yours much more than any other one. Thank you for being there… I'll never stay anywhere else whenever I come to Boise!

Beautiful clean hotel with large rooms and excellent service! Location is by tons of restaurants within walking distance and close to the mall. I highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed my stay while I was there for 21 days. Parking lot gets really busy but had no issues with noise. Try it out! You will like this place!

I spent about 1 1/2 hours researching and reading reviews before choosing a hotel in this area. Overall the space was nice (minus the bathroom). The receptionist wasn't friendly and it took her 10 minutes to check us in even though we were the only ones there. The main reason for a low rating is because the room wasn't very clean — there was crushed make up on the carpet and candy wrappers on the floor when we arrived. Some dark spots (possibly mold) in the shower and the bathroom door opened in towards the toilet which made it hard to get in and out of the already tightly spaced bathroom. If housekeeping cleaned the room, they did not do a detailed job and possibly didn't even vacuum. It's hard for me to feel comfortable in a space that isn't clean. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

Best first time experience. First off the room is very nice with a beautiful grey L-Shaped couch near the door with a separate granite sink area and large desk for work over to the right. Then another granite counter top sink with small closet. Into the bathroom you have elegant glass shower doors and a white tile backsplash. All put together with very comfortable bed with bay window overlooking Boise and a huge flat screen TV that you can turn to see from bed or couch. This was my first time at a Hyatt. I will return.

Pretty nice modern rooms with beds that are super comfy. Breakfast is so good; much, MUCH better than what you expect with a continental. Pool is a good size but it is indoor which was probably the only complaint I've had with my stay at Hyatt. Well that & there not being a laundry facility on site made an unexpected as well as unnecessary inconvenience. Over all the place was great, enjoyable, roomy, & clean!

Exceptionally clean, spacious rooms. Courteous and helpful staff. Large TV in each room with multiple inputs for computer or other devices. One minor complaint is that there is a pool but no spa, and the soundproofing could be better. Definitely an upscale atmosphere, with comfortable bedding, 24-hour room service, Starbucks beverages, outstanding continental breakfast and free copy of The Wall Street Journal. I was also surprised to find that the downtown location still had a river view for rooms facing the back of the property. I had a very enjoyable stay at a great rate, and definitely recommend the Hyatt Place.

This place is great, considering the price. It's roughly ten minutes from the state capital, with an indoor pool, gym, free breakfast, and updated decor. They also have a bar. I would definitely go back.

Stayed here on my journey across America for veterans with PTSD. The rooms here are great! The couch is big and comfy. Something I do not see in most hotel rooms. The showers are good, beds are great, and the staff was amazing. I am on a bicycle and got caught out in a nasty rain storm and hail. When I got back to the hotel, they of course saw what happened. The woman at the front desk got a couple of towels for me to dry off as I walked in as I was literally dripping wet. Above and beyond customer service! Breakfast was good and hot!

Our family stayed for 3 night and had a great stay. We have a family of six and got a room with 2 doubles and a pull out couch we all fit comfortably. Clean rooms, really helpful staff and good breakfast. The only bummer was no Jacuzzi but the pool was warm enough so the kids still had fun.

The location and rooms were GREAT. Spacious, clean, well kept. However, the service was NOT good. We were charged for the room THREE times and had to prove each time that it was an overcharge. Had we not checked our account on our own we would have not been able to make it out of town financially. Management was poor.

Amazing stay. Heidi at the front desk was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. The room was lovely and clean and very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this Hyatt!

I’ve been to a few Hyatt locations over the years, but this one has made me question my loyalty to Hilton and Hamptons. Great staff, modern atmosphere as always and the amenities at the location were solid. Spacious suites with large TV and couch and a 24hr menu, and a open-late bar. The gym was small but useful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. The room was big and enough room for family of four. The pool was very clean. Breakfast was pre-made and good.

The staff is very friendly and provided excellent service. Despite having to leave early in the morning before the complimentary breakfast at 6 am, the staff still prepared some of the food earlier so we can get a small bite prior to leaving for a long trip. Great hotel!

The room was nice. There weren't too many TV stations for children. Breakfast was not bad, but I've had better with more variety. I wish there was a jacuzzi, but the pool is good.

The rooms are awesome. Very big with a seating and lounge area. The rooms were very clean and the staff was all very nice.

Really clean, nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. There are plenty of shows and restaurants around. They have a shuttle service as well, which is convenient.

We had high hopes but we were quickly disappointed. The beds were hard and the sleeper sofa was unbelievably uncomfortable (lumpy and you could feel every spring) and it had major sagging in the middle, I doubt anyone could actually sleep on it. When I pulled down the covers I found crumbs in both the sleeper sofa and one of the beds! The thermostat on the HVAC wall unit didn’t work. The heater was constantly on and made a whiring sound. We ended up cranking the heat and then turning it off when we went to bed so we didn’t have to listen to it. One of the faucets dripped. After our first night, housekeeping came and took many of our towels (even those that were hanging up) but didn’t replace them. We were left with only 2 bath towels and NO washcloths or hand towels for 5 guests. But the real nail in the coffin was that housekeeping left a bottle of cleaning chemical on the counter that one of our young children could have grabbed. We’re fortunate that we didn’t have a serious injury but it could have easily happened. When I returned the cleaning solution to the front desk they just said, “I’m sorry. We’ll talk to housekeeping about this. ” We won’t be coming back and won’t recommend the Hyatt Place to anyone.

This is a nice hotel. It is showing some wear and tear but I stayed there twice and enjoyed it. The breakfast is more unique and nice than most hotels. With fresh cooked options. Evening front desk people were not super helpful but some of the morning people were awesome.

It was a beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. The beds were not comfortable. The hide a bed was comfy. Good breakfast. Hotel would benefit in investing in a hot tub. Fantastic location!

The hotel is located near a ton of shops and restaurants as well as the mall. It's not in downtown Boise. I was surprised by the heavy traffic in the area but it wasn't a problem as far as noise or safety. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. I really like the setup of the rooms. The breakfast is better than a continental breakfast but not amazing. They had hot items such as eggs, meat, waffles and French toast, and oatmeal. They also have cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. I didn't interact with the staff much but they were nice and helpful. Would recommend staying here especially for families.

Fabulous bang for you buck! Rooms are clean, large, and well appointed. Breakfast was wonderful. We'll definitely stay here again!

I Love the Hyatt Hotels! Would recommend them to everyone traveling. Price is Wonderful for the great luxuriousness of these hotels. Breakfast is very yummy & inviting. The only reason I give this one 4 stars is because we were put on the 4th floor and it was a sauna upon entering the floor and then our room. Temperature was high 80s and even with the air conditioning on 50 all night, it didn't cool off much.

You usually can't go wrong with a Hyatt Place. This one is no different. Nice hotel. No hot tub.

I stayed in one of the rooms with 3 others for a total of two nights. I loved my time there! We had a 2 bedroom room and I really liked the room's aesthetic. The bed was fairly comfortable and I loved the layout of the room. Very large and open. There was also a lovely indoor pool that I took a dip in, perfect temperature. We had some of the complimentary breakfast — — it was great and had a good variety of food. I overall loved my experience and loved the location. I was able to walk to the mall and go to Dave & Busters. Perfect location!

Great staff, they were all very friendly and provided wonderful customer service — brought me whatever I needed when asked. The ladies were all so friendly and it made my stay much more memorial. Comfortable beds and nice rooms.

The hotel itself is a fantastic place. Very clean and helpful staff. Unfortunately in my situation I disagree strongly with how they handled business on my wedding night. Just deal directly with the hotel and not through a third party. That would have made everything better I believe.

Rooms are very spacious very homey feel. Comfy beds. Bathroom super tiny compared to size of room. Breakfast was good till they literally started to take everything away even though people were still eating. The race was on of who was faster the staff or the guest to get the food. Not cool at all.

The hotel is clean, friendly, spacious (dude. Our room had a sectional couch), and probably the best hotel breakfast I've seen. Okay, so the fruit salad wasn't quite ripe, but I'm from Oregon. The fruit from the farmer's market in Eugene is a bit of a ridiculously high standard. Overall the hotel is very satisfying.

We booked here for my lasik surgery. Staff was very friendly. I had to wait several minutes at check in due to a lady not deciding if she wanted to stay or not. I was then given a free drink voucher. Breakfast was good, they advertise omelets made to order and there wasn't any (maybe that's weekends only). We ordered nachos from the galley one night and they were great! Plenty for two or more people and a reasonable price compared to local restaurants. Room size was large, we had a king with a pullout couch. Only major down fall was the sink was very slow to drain and the advertisement about breakfast. It's close to the mall and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Great pricing. The ladies are awesome! The room feels like home. I will totally recommend this place and stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable and they even had a sitting room in the entrance to the bedrooms so that you could be comfy. It is not very close to downtown Boise but it is at a comfortable distance. The employees were nice and friendly.

Friendly staff and large sized rooms. Excellent price point but they didn't have a microwave which kinda sucked but wasn't a deal breaker for me. The rooms were spacious and had a very sleek design to them. The location worked well for us but a little bit of a drive to downtown Boise. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

I would wait a couple weeks before you stay here… because they have bed bugs in 2 rooms on the 4th floor… On Saturday morning, the last morning of our 3 day stay here, my co-worker woke up at 4am itching like crazy with bites all over his arms, hands, back and legs. Upon turning on the bedroom light he saw bugs on the sheets. He took pics of them and went to the front desk. The clerk put him in another room on the same floor which also had some kind of beetle crawling on the pillow when he walked in. Finally the clerk put him in a room on the ground floor and that one seemed to be bug free. A couple of hrs later, I asked the assistant manager Lauren what was going on with the situation, what had she done so far and what was she going to do, she said she called EcoLab and she was a nervous wreck over the whole situation. She has had absolutely NO training on how to treat a guest who clearly just got eaten up by insects in her hotel. She was rude and dismissive, saying it was a "false claim", smh, foolish girl, I have a feeling this is going to be a valuable lesson for you really soon.

I love this place! The general manager there, Wade is very nice and accommodating. The staff have all gone out of their way to help me when or if I need it. I am there practically every week so they all kinds of me there. It is literally my home away from home. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Linens are always clean and fresh. Turndown service is amazing! The hotel smells great as do all Hyatt Place's. The breakfast isn't my favorite so I do not tend to eat there. There are many restaurants within a close walking distance. The mall is across the street so there is a lot to do if you're bored. About 10 minutes from downtown.

Our room was spacious and clean. Beds decent. Breakfast good. Kids had fun at the pool. Typical experience. BUT this hotel has made a point of removing all basic kid-friendly TV channels on the regular, live TV and adding pay-per-view Kid Packages (Disney, PBS, Nickelodeon). $19 to rent a kid movie is pretty steep. AND EVEN MORE OF A PROBLEM… there is a link on the TV menu for "Adult Services". Two down from the Kids Entertainment link. Seriously?! I am glad that my kids didn't accidentally click that! I assume the previews are not something I want to explain to my children! When I checked in, the staff saw my kids. When I reserved the room online, the system asked how old my kids are. Can the system or staff not automatically opt my family's room out of the streaming porn service?! Why does Hyatt even have this available? I had to ask the front desk staff if there was a way to turn that menu off. The front desk staff had to go "in the back room to turn that off". I am really shocked that a mainline brand in 2016 still offers on-demand porn as an amenity. Wow. And yuck. I will not be bringing my family to this hotel again. I am posting this to warn other families to be aware.

This hotel is awesome, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and include a large screen TV with a connections panel that actually accomodates people that like to bring their own game consoles, pcs, or dvd/bluray players! They have one of the better breakfasts around, and they are located withing walking distances of a major shopping center and various restaurants.

We stay here often. Love this hotel! The people who gave it bad reviews didn't even stay here. How can you review a hotel that you didn't even stay at? Nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast & a pool: what more does a family need? ♡

This hotel was great for the price we paid. Very comfortable beds and the TVs are some of the largest I've seen in a hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Quiet hotel, slightly off the main drag of n Milwaukee. Close to restaurants, fast food, grocery and drug stores. Great hot breakfast.

The lobby looked amazing. And the room I was in had just about everything I could think of. It had a flat screen HDTV, a safe, and the restroom was spotless. I had plenty of room for any suitcases and coats had I brought any. There was a wraparound couch in the corner of one side and the TV was on a wall mount swivel so it could be viewed from the bed or couch easily. There was even a USB hookup on the nightstand.

The staff was friendly. The room was good. The continental breakfast was good. Nice variety of foods. Honestly, it was home base for our visit in Boise. There is nothing to complain about, which is always a good thing. But, nothing outstanding. And that's not a bad thing. It was a pleasant stay. And, unless the hotel IS the destination, the above is aN excellent description.
