Absolutely loved The Boise Guest House! I stayed in The Travelers suite and couldn't have been happier! Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home! Located on the back of the guest house with a fabulous private courtyard! I highly recommend to anyone traveling thru or to Boise Idaho to go ahead and make your reservations! You won't be disappointed! If I ever find myself traveling thru in the future. Without a doubt I'll be booking my stay at the Boise Guest house!

This is a super-cute place to stay! Very comfortable room, complete kitchen, off-street parking, and within walking distance to all the great downtown spots. This will be my go-to place whenever I travel to Boise.

Surprising Little Gym in the residential part of Boise it was a home that have been converted into guest houses and we stayed on the main floor we had two bedrooms a bath kitchen living room and a huge outside area for dining. For $200 a night it was a little higher than I would have expected but it was well worth it because it was spotless the beds were comfortable and it was very very nice. The owner stay late for waiting for us to get there and made us feel very welcome.

Boise is a lovely city! The guest house was a pleasant change from hotels. Everything necessary for a comfortable relaxing stay. Well appointed. Easy access.

They room was beautiful and could not have been closer to downtown! Made it the perfect weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience! The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and it was easy to get to downtown. The rooms were so cute and well-kept. I appreciated that basics such as shampoo and conditioner were provided. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Boise!

This is a great getaway right in your own backyard. Close enough to the heart of the city. And all within walking distance.

Really beautiful and stylish guest house. Love that there is only a few rooms in the building, it feels more personal and private. Also quite awesome that each room comes with a sound machine and a yoga mat as well. Love the fact downtown is barely a 5 minute walking distance away and the hands-off approach of checking-in, etc. It's awesome too that all of the work featured is by local artists and might be able to be bought. You can really tell that the people who own the BGH really love what they do and put a lot of thought and effort into what they do. I would definitely recommend staying here over and over. My husband and I stayed here for the night of our wedding and they really made sure to personalize it and make it special for us. We live here in Boise and was a little sad that this was the first time we had ever even heard of this great place! We will definitely be staying here again when we have the chance.

Had a wonderful stay here the other night. Perfect. Very clean and I was in a pet allowed room. You wouldn't have known it, not a hair could be found and no smells whatsoever. Super comfortable bed not soft, and great pillows, not those flat nothings. Very quiet and you can open the widows for fresh air! Parking on the side of building so no driving around looking. Wish I had found them earlier but happy that I did now. Will always check here first when coming thru Boise. Folks I spoke with even late at night 9:30 were very helpful and friendly. BRAVO folks, keep up the great work.

The room was awesome! Comfortable and great decor, check in was seamless. Everything was ready so instead of starting your stay with paperwork and questions you go right to relaxation. A close walk to everything downtown. Absolutely my new place to stay in Boise.

My family has stayed here for several years when we meet in Boise. Always a good experience. The rooms are well equipped and nicely decorated. We usually get one of the larger ones, and they are super roomy and a great value. We can walk to the restaurants and events we're attending in the downtown area. Love this place!

This is NOT a B & B. It is listed on Google, Trip Adviser and even the Official Idaho Travel Adventure Guide as a B & B. There is NO breakfast. Only after we booked the room did it say "No meals included". And there was no one there to meet us. Just a code texted to us to let us in the front door, keys in a drawer and we never saw a single human being our entire stay. No services at all. Old worn out furnishings and it is not in downtown.

Super cute room. We stayed here for a night and the check in/out process was very easy for being completely hands off.

Great downtown location with lots of charm. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops without having to stay in an expensive downtown hotel. Parking was easy, the neighborhood has a quiet residential feel, and the room (we stayed in the one off the front porch) was comfortable. We didn't use it this time, but it's great for longer stays to have the fridge and stove. We'll be back!

We travel a lot with our business. We stay in many nice hotels along our way. We find the Boise Guest House to be among the favorite places we have ever stayed. Comfortable and quiet, cozy and quaint, clean and well appointed. It feels like coming Home!

I highly recommend Boise Guest House. We stayed in the Travel Suite and It was like being in our own little apartment with all the amenities. We only stayed one night, but I would love to stay there longer on a future getaway.

The Boise Guest House sticks to what it promises: A hands-off policy, a service you can only call outstanding, super fast Wi-Fi, a perfectly functioning air conditioner and many more amenities any guest would like to find in a hotel. I had decided to stay in the animal trophy suite when I booked for a room online home in Germany in 2014 and when I arrived there, I tried to enter with my check-in code but hadn't known that the code had been changed before my arrival, so I just called their number and was told the new code and had no trouble getting in afterward. What I noticed right away was the remarkable cleanliness: The suite was absolutely impeccable and had a very pleasant smell; the little kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and there were even interesting books in the kitchen cupboard. I wasn't familiar with the Boise area and had no clue whether there are good and reliable taxi companies in the area, so I emailed the owner and she organized my taxi for my ride to the airport only minutes after having received my email. (It wasn't that I couldn't speak English well enough to do that on my own, but I was too busy doing other things) All in all, I would highly recommend the Boise Guest House at any time to anyone who's looking for THE perfect accommodation in Boise: Clean, hospitable, welcoming, affordable and truly unique. The owner Eve-Marie Bergren really knows how to run a hotel.

Eve-Marie has put too many personal touches in each of her rooms to mention them all, but my favorites include the yoga mat, block and yoga DVDs (at least in the Nature room), a mix of dog-friendly and non-dog friendly rooms, a fan, simple late check-in instructions, in-room coffee and tea, color paper accents in drawers and cupboards (yes I noticed and.

We stayed at the Boise Guest House for 5 nights in the Animal Trophy room. The bed was super comfy, the off-street parking was convenient, and our room had a refrigerator and stove that came in handy when we wanted to be lazy and not go out. I highly recommend the BGH to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The Boise Guest House is definitely the best hotel option in Boise. Great location. Walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and shops, but still a very quiet neighborhood. I definitely plan on staying there again.

My husband and I decided last minute to spend the night in Boise. We heard from family that the BGH was wonderful, so we reserved a room using their online reservation system (it worked smoothly, even on a mobile phone) about 3 hours before arriving in town. We let ourselves in and stayed in the Story Suite. We didn't feel like eating out so we walked to Whole Foods to pick up some odds and ends and used the kitchenette to prepare a feast and grabbed a movie from the nearby Red Box. Everything was clean and cozy. In the morning we had breakfast delivered through the BGH/Cafe Paris. It was delicious. The location is great — downtown Boise is within minutes of walking, the rooms are clean and bright, the kitchens are friendly, the shower has great water pressure and is warm, and it is a quiet area where you can get a good night's sleep.

I love going on vacation (in this case a staycation) to get away from my regular routine. Unlike staying at most hotels, the Boise Guest House has all the comforts of home. There are interesting books to read on the shelves. I was a five minute walk from the best restaurants in town and local night life. After getting my fill of eating out, I had the option to grocery shop a few minutes drive away and then come back and cook in a fully equipped kitchen. The owner Eve-Marie has thought through every possible way to make staying at the Boise Guest House the most comfortable from the modern and artsy decor to the special soaps and fresh coffee with french press.

We stumbled upon the Boise Guest House and it was the best thing we could've done! We loved everything about it! The location, the atmosphere, the decor, even the breakfast that was an additional cost. (money well spent, btw). We can't wait to go back! Highly recommend.
