The room was clean, the location was safe, and parking was very convenient. The price was reasonable as well. However, I have to deduct a point for the following reason:
We checked out half an hour past noon, slightly later than scheduled. We had informed a staff member in advance that we would be a bit late. However, the front desk mentioned that we should have communicated directly with them about the late checkout, which we hadn’t, resulting in an additional charge of ten dollars.
All staff at the Hyatt was so friendly and helpful. The room was beyond our expectations. Comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. We always stay here when visiting family in Beaverton.
The Hyatt House in Beaverton is a very comfortable place stay. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms and hotel are very clean. Breakfast is included and there is only valet parking available. If you need a place to stay in the area look no further.
