The golf course has absolutely stunning Mountain View’s and is always in great shape. A must play for any golfer. And their staff is always friendly and professional.

Attended a conference with my husband. I spent most of my time at the pool while he was in classes. The pool, the restaurants, the gift shop were all great! I think we will come back here for a private getaway. Very romantic and beautiful! Thank You!

My husband and I were there for a marriage retreat this past weekend. The facility is nice. The bar and restaurant is a nice touch with very delicious food. Horse back riding was nice even though it was an hour past our reserved time. Restaurants outside the resort were very limited. Didn’t know beforehand that the pool was heated so didn’t prepare for that so missed out on being able to enjoy that part. Overall though, no complaints. Would enjoy going back!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and sits quietly in the mountains of Georgia. I would definitely recommend this place as a quiet getaway.

We have dined here frequently. Today, however, even though atmosphere and decor was lovely —the food left much to be desired. Everything but the soup and salad was COLD…. Veggies, pasta dishes, everything. Very disappointed. Certainly not up to previous standards…. Very disappointed!

We came for brunch and it’s a great value. They need to tweak a few things but overall we will be back again.
Things that were great: great selection, prime rib was perfectly cooked to a medium rare, bread pudding is to die for and the buffet selection is good.
Things they need to work on: wait staff needs to be more attentive especially with the drinks, shrimp needs to be fresh, it was disintegrating which showed it was either over cooked or it had been refrozen after being cooked and recooked. The omelet bar is ok, my omelet fell apart and my husbands didn’t taste fresh meaning the veggies had a stale taste.
Overall not bad.

My husband and I celebrated our 16th Anniversary at the resort. We had an amazing time! The staff was so courteous and the customer service was impeccable! We will definitely be back!

We live locally and come for the delicious buffets on special occasions. Had my Mom's 80th birthday celebration there and it was wonderful. Staff is outstanding.

Wonderful venue for my son's wedding! Many out of town family and friends all staying at the same location made it fun. The boys played golf and all of them were complimentary of the course. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!

We ended up having to spend the night on our girls trip. We happened upon Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa completely by accident. It is beautiful. The grounds and building are amazing. The staff were all so helpful. We will definitely be back.

My husband and came to have a quiet, romantic retreat. Even though the weather didn’t exactly cooperate for all the outdoor activities, we were able to get 9 holes of golf in and relax on a cozy coach listening to the hiss and crackle of a beautiful fire. The rooms are spacious and peaceful, the perfect ambiance for romance.

Love this place. My wife and I try to come every year on my birthday. They do upcharge for things and they charge a Resort Fee for every day but that's par for the course. There was a false fire alarm in the middle of the night. After 15 or 20 minutes I called down to Guests Services to tell them to just kick the breaker but no one answered the phone. The good news is they compensated us the Guests Fees and some small charges for the inconvenience. Highly recommended!

I had my wedding here and it was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Even with the weather be atrocious I had my perfect day. And it’s all because of the staff. Would 100% recommend.

Brasstown is a fantastic place for a girls or boys weekend, or even a romantic getaway. Even though the resort offers kid friendly entertainment, food options for kids are limited, especially portion sizes.
Between golf, tennis, the spa and other sources of entertainment, the staff is the most amazing. They make you feel like a million bucks!

Positives: beautiful views, plenty of parking Negatives: Food tastes old and looks like it had been re-used to be served for multiple shifts. Rooms outdated. The SPA is the worst aspect of this venue: The staff needs customer service training and their spa lockers are NOT secure. I received a massage and came back to a wide open locker which had my car keys; wallet; clothing and other personal belongings. When I raised the incident to the front desk they felt embarrassed but stated that it is likely their maintenance that had opened it as they have master keys. I reported it to spa manager who did not bother to come out of her office to deal with this incident. I left a voicemail for Brasstown Repost General Manager who never called me back.
If safety and privacy is important to you, skip the spa or make sure you do not use their lockers. They are not secure.

Great location, great service, and great golf course.

Exceptional experience! The resort has a rustic, mountain vibe with rocking chairs, fireplaces and breathtaking vistas. Flowers, butterflies, ducks, geese. Indoor outdoor pool. Our room was comfortable and updated. There's a spa and equestrian facility. 2 nights here isn't enough to experience it all. The golf course didn't disappoint with its beautiful tees, greens, fairways and views. Some mean trap placement and long carries for a high handicap golfer like me… but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly folks everywhere with a shout out to Tiffany, Eugene, Heath and all the golf course attendants. Tasty buffets. We understand why it's a popular wedding facility! —

A great retreat for work. Had all the things a great staycation needs — pool, personal deck in room, walking trails and excellent customer service. Can't wait to stay again.

This place is breathtaking! The staff is very attentive and respectful. There are no words to describe the beautiful scenery. I had breakfast in bed and it was delicious! Still have 4 days to go! I would come back here over and over again! Thank you so much for everything Brasstown Valley!

Enjoyed a wonderful two night stay here. The lodge & grounds are amazing. The staff were very accommodating. Our room at the lodge had a balcony with the most awesome views. I would definitely like to go back, especially in the Fall.

Pretty place but we came from the south up 400 and the mountain roads we drove up were crazy windy like an S all the way up and down. Would be a fun drive in a small car. The place itself wasn't anything special. They had some Porsche event that they seem to care about more than everything else. People working there were pleasant. The thing that made this place half way decent was the views and location. The rest of it was poor for the price paid by other guests that stayed per those guests. The wedding was pretty but the event didn't put on fans under pavilion. Super hot but it was a great wedding. May have been better in the fall when it was cooler.

Have led several large groups of motorcycles up here. The staff is always warm and inviting. The dining area is clean. The hidden gem is sitting out on the back patio. Gorgeous views. The Sunday buffet is out of this world! I think I could polish off an entire side of the smoked salmon by myself. It’s really that good! A little pricey but it’s worth it for the quality of food you get.

I took advantage of the limited offer of a $99 room rate with a $50 meal/activity credit included, creating an effective $49 room rate. It's too bad management chose to ruin the Friday Night Seafood Buffet by tacking on an exorbitant additional charge for crab legs. Regardless, the breakfast was outstanding as was the broiled trout at lunch. Avoid the ribeye steak at night, though!

Very beautiful golf resort nestled in the blue ridge mountains away from everything. My family stayed there once but now that we bought a cabin in the area we continue to enjoy a surprisingly good lunch overlooking the mountains (indoors or on the mortared rock patio outside with fire pit to keep you warm). We then take a walk over the beautiful grounds on their exercise trail or along the cart path out to a beautiful event pavilion that ends in a ceremonial grassy area with a decretive arch on top of a small cut off mountain face. They have a really neat heated pool that is glassed halfway through. You can swim under the glass wall from inside section of the pool to the outside section both surrounded by well kept patio areas with loungers. There is a hot tub inside and one outside. Steam Rooms/Saunas are available in both gender’s locker rooms. Rooms are nicer than holiday inns and you can’t beat the view. They have many activities and miles of trails to walk.

Spa was superb, great atmosphere, amenities & value for price. Incredibly relaxing. Thorougjly enjoyed resort dining, grounds and guest room. Valet staff is terrific. **Pool & hot tub areas need some updating and definitely should NOT include local public to have "memberships" to these areas — someone dropped their kids off who were there for several hours without supervision! Not representative of a resort atmosphere.

Was a little disappointed in the buffet in the dinning room but the view and the place is spectacular. After buffet we walked over to get a drink to sit on the chairs outside and the bartender was very pleasant wish I got her name but she was very welcoming. The view is just amazing. Still would love to keep this as an option to have a wedding.

We've been here several times. The location and view are beautiful on any season. We love coming here and will always come here… the staff is very helpful and friendly! If I have to critique Brasstown it would be that things seemed to be in somewhat a state of disrepair… cottages really need a fresh update in furniture, fixtures and bathrooms… but we still thoroughly enjoy our stay this week!

Been to the restaurant for the buffet twice and had great experiences both times. Service staff always seems *genuinely* nice and courteous, food is always delicious, and the servers are always prompt with refills/answering any questions. There's also a great sitting area both inside and outside with wonderful views.

Beautiful location! I was greeted at the main lobby door and told where to go for a wedding recently. I needed a ride in a golf cart to get there. The same employees driving the golf carts were the servers. There were 2 appetizers served: mini quiche and bacon wrapped scallops. The servers had no idea what was in the quiche as some of the guests have diet restrictions including no meat and gluten free. They just stared at it and tried to guess what was in it instead of going to ask. Bacon wrapped scallops were ok. The buffet was very basic and the food was just fair… at best. The best thing was the dinner roll with onion butter. The bartender looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there and I waited more than once to order a drink as she was on her phone most of the time even though I did tip her. I know weddings aren't the best or most fun events to work, but they could try to act a little happier. I was ready to leave at the end of the night before everyone else but there was only one golf cart running that left 20 minutes prior and just never came back. A male employee took mercy on me and was able to drive me back to the main lodge, only to see the girl in the golf cart just sitting at the top instead of driving guests back. Joan, the server, was very friendly and attentive to our table, clearing our plates and offering iced tea post meal. I was surprised at the lack of customer service at this place and the food, considering how beautiful and expensive the venue is.

Had a very lovely experience here. Everyone was super sweet and overly accommodating. Clean rooms and good service. Great setting in the middle of a mountainous forest setting. Very relaxing!

The location is perfect for our Audi club drives. The staff has been so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food has been delicious! Highly recommend this place for an event or even just a quick weekend getaway!

Service was excellent from bellmen, to check in to restaurant, etc. Friendly & helpful. Room (King cottage) was spacious and comfortable. Could hear the neighbors, but they were on their porch, so no biggy. View was nice — woods — and trail right out our door, so easy access for hiking. Food was good-looking nice variety, plentiful and good taste. Loved the spa — very relaxing and masseuse was great!

Absolutely wonderful! My wife and I visited Brasstown for our first anniversary. The booking process was extremely easy, and the staff member who took our reservation was kind and explained all of the amenities to us. When we arrived, we received a card from the general manager wishing us a happy anniversary, which was nice. The doorman helped us with our bags, and they were placed in our room before we even parked our car. And we found out that we were placed in a nice room right next to the outdoor waterfall, which was refreshing. We took part in the spa and horseback riding. The staff of both were welcoming and made the experience great. The first day we ate breakfast there, it wasn't that great. The other days were much better. We had dinner there once, and my steak was a bit undercooked. There are a number of things to do near the resort. Some are 10 minutes away, while others are 30+ minutes away. We were able to visit a few wineries, Helen, GA, and the Anna Ruby Falls. We look forward to returning one day with friends.

Exceptional service. Top mention to Vonda and Troy in the dining room. The food was average, the King cottage was kind of old, but I enjoyed my stay. If you buy an escape package and hope to use the spa, it is advisable to book an appointment in advance. I felt that there could have been more hot tubs for the amount of guests. My advice: if you want to use the pools, stay in the lodge. Parking was a hastle, and even more so if you stayed in the cottages and wanted to use the pools. At any rate — the service was incredible and I would most definitely return!

Fantastic weekend getaway. Beautiful setting, horseback riding, golf, Spa, and hiking. The room was nice and spacious and the common areas are gorgeous. Huge wood burning fireplace in the main hall was so nice to sit around and enjoy. We will definitely be back!

For first time horse riders, the stables are okay. You will be riding a horse here, not really 'driving'. The horses follow each other and there are not any opportunities to actually ride your horse. When asked to even walk the horse around, was told to hold tight. Nice guides and good facilities, though. I just prefer more freedom.

Took my Mother in law here for her Birthday breakfast brunch, it was a wonderful experience, as always with the staff. Excellent food, excellent atmosphere. Love this place, I would recommend it to anyone. The food is top notch!

I felt relaxed and comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Great rustic environment. Every staff member we encountered was professional and helpful. They had meticulous notes on my account for the party we were having. They did not miss a beat! The Spa experience was equally as professional and courteous. This hotel group really has the customer service factor perfected!

Had a great weekend. The Friday night seafood buffet in the dining room was very good. The service by every staff member was impeccable. A special thanks to Carol at the front desk for all her help and to Spencer for a great trail ride. We highly recommend the resort for any special occasion. The Copper Door restaurant just a few miles away is one of the best dining experience we're ever had. Fine dining at its best.

Went here the day after Christmas. We were darn near the only people on the course. So that was nice. And it was half price. So review might change in the summer. That said — course was in great condition for winter, and was just challenging enough to be entertaining.

Good Hotel. Lots of things to do. Many hiking trails. I brought my mom here for her birthday but on her birthday night they closed the main restaurant. Also the large fire in the main room stopped working. When it is on it is very nice though. Other than that it's a great place to spend a couple of days.

Went with the whole family for new year's eve brunch buffet. It was incredible. First off, the drive up to the resort is beautiful. They have stables and hiking trails along the way and great views across the valleys. The buffet itself was really well done. Everything was spread out, and there was a lot of variety. Between all of us we tried just about everything and no one was disappointed. We had 4 kids with us and the staff was accommodating and helpful. It definitely made the experience less stressful. Our server was fantastic. Anticipated our needs and was really friendly and conversational. Plenty of parking and a very short walk to the main building — like a minute tops. Can't recommend the brunch experience enough. You won't be disappointed. Looking forward to coming back and staying for a few nights!

Great New Year's Eve Party. Very Festive. Food was buffet food that was nicely laid out. Not spectacular food, but good enough. Desserts were great. We loved the "open bar" where drinks were included. We also registered to stay in a room. It was very pricey for a one night stay. I would register for the dinner party again, but would re-consider on the room. Staying onsite overnight did make the whole party event very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was also buffet style. Nice accommodations overall.

Enjoyed the view and a Christmas Eve lunch buffet. Delicious food with some unique options mixed in with brunch staples. Shops were kind of hard to find but if I had been an overnight guest, I think I would have preferred that. I am looking forward to staying there for a future vacation. It's a beautiful place.

Always very friendly service to groups large and small. Holiday buffet was quite tasty and filling. Had warm foods, carving station, soup, desert and salad bars. Good, friendly and attention table servers. Views are spectacular. Snow up here in mountains but not in Atlanta.

Worked well as a venue for conference. Great location, a/v support, room management and logistics support. Noted some opportunities for improvement with staff planning and anticipating increased volume in the on site restaurant and bar during conference.

Absolutely beautiful location, ample parking, and wonderful customer service. I stayed in one of their 4 bedroom cabins and they are immaculate, to say the least. One of the best stays I've ever had anywhere in the world. My only regrets are that I wasn't able to check out their golf course and I wasn't able to stay longer.

The restaurant is great value. Higher end food than you will find in most of the nearby restaurants but not as expensive as you would expect. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. It is without a doubt the nicest place to eat / stay in the entire area and the views are spectacular.

Excellent service and beautiful grounds, but the rooms are filthy. I was there with a group so I saw several rooms and they were all the same. It looks like the corners have never been vacuumed, there were cobwebs even on the luggage carts, visibly thick dust on top of the curtains and headboards. I found mold on the shower curtain and the order-ahead breakfast menu left on our pillow had already been filled out by the previous guest and was covered in coffee stains. I don't think the sheets had been changed, either. So strange to have such excellent, friendly staff but such unacceptable room standards.

Great wedding location as it was beautiful. The staff from valet, bellhops, to check-in staff were all amazing and very nice. The back porch of the main hotel was a great place to hang out and enjoy the mountain views. I would love to come up and spend the weekend.

While the customer service, food, amenities and views of this resort were the best you can get, the rooms were lack luster at best. The a/c did not work properly. The toilet needed to be tightened as it rocked. The shower/tub combo was clogged, so bad so that the water would rise to my ankles in a 10 minute shower. I would not stay at this hotel again unless it had an major over hall however I would stop there in a heart beat to walk their nature trails, take in the views and dine. The staff is uber accommodating and very nice, smiles all around.

Prepare to have your valuables stolen. I've stayed at Brasstown a few times, the grounds are very nice. This time, we stayed in a cottage room. My husband left his wedding ring on the bathroom counter while we went out on the lake, when we came back to the room, the ring was gone. We advised the front desk, spoke with the housekeeping manager, and after multiple follow-ups, we have still not had a resolution. I filed a claim, then followed up and was told there was no claim filed and a manager would call me. I am still waiting on that call. It's been a month since our stay and I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Make sure you lock up ALL of your valuables if you chose to stay here.

Very nice resort, we went for the seafood buffet dinner that they have on Friday. It was changed so now it is unlimited buffet but now you have to purchase crab legs extra by the pound ($15). This is a beautiful resort, if your in the area it's a must see. Highly recommend.

Everyone was super nice and helpful… my friend and I went up for a girls weekend away and it was perfect. The spa is beautiful and the rooms were clean. The food was fantastic as well. Wonderful time!

When I first called and inquired about the facioty, I was "greeted" with a less than eager employee. That night I searched elsewhere for a convenient weekend ago with a spa. I was unsuccessful and gave the resort a call back this time reaching Dawn. SHE WAS WONDERFUL and answered all my questions. Since we arrived ive been in love! The staff is soooo helpful and friendly! Glad I gave it a second thought.

First time staying at Resort. Such an Amazing experience. Staff was very Welcoming, helpful, made sure we were comfortable. The Spa, what a relaxing environment. Will most definitely be returning soon.

The cabins, while recently remodeled have paper thin walls and floors. You can hear everything your neighborhoods are saying. Can not get in for dinner unless you have reservations.

Amazing food and service. Brasstown valley always goes above and beyond for every holiday making sure your vacation or retreat is unforgettable. While you're there, be sure to visit Equani Spa for an amazing massage, and Brassies for a night cap :)

Went to Brasstown Valley Resort for dinner with the family while on vacation. It was Friday night all you can eat seafood buffet, and it was amazingly delicious! The service was great. They were always making sure the dirty plates were removed in a timely manner and that our drinks were never empty. The atmosphere was beautiful. The view from the dining area is breathtaking. We had a great experience as a family here.

This hotel had a beautiful senic display that could be admired at just about any spot around the hotel. Looking out my balcony I could view the beautiful mountains and down on the patio I admired the stream. It has many on site hiking trails and even its own golf course. A great destination for anyone who enjoys nature.

July 1, 2016 @ 8:10pm to 10:10pm: Overall Rating: Very Disappointed Have eaten at this location 4 times. We noticed on our last visit in Jan/2016 there was a slight degradation from prior visits but attributed that to an off nite. However, there's been a huge degradation since then in; Quality, Service, Variety & Attention to Food bar. Examples: 35 min wait to be seated however many vacant chairs, Drink glasses never refilled & Used/dirty dishes left stacked high on our table w/o pickup during meal, Food Bar stations left empty for long periods & left in messy state, Taste & quality of food items in general poorer, Menu pricing increased w options reduced & redirected to highest price items… Pro: Crab Legs were still good & in adequately supplied…

The beauty of the mountains is astounding. The lobby's elegance strikes you when you register and the rooms are no disappointment. Luxury abounds, and the presence of the spa adds a special experience. Staff service is always excellent. If.

Played golf here and had lunch in the grill. Nice facility and good customer service. Course was in pretty good shape and you simply couldn't beat the scenery. Greens were true and easy to putt. One of the maintenance guys drove through mud next to our cart and it got all over our bags and cart. There weren't distance markers on all of the tee boxes so it was hard to tell the true distance to each hole. Food was good. Resort was nice though I didn't stay the night.

We ate dinner at the restaurant, it was excellent. Service was great. We had drinks at the bar downstairs. Excellent service down there as well. Only reason why I gave a 4 star review instead of a 5. Is because the service was slow. Other than that, awesome.

The staff were all wonderful and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. The room was clean. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Staff are very friendly to both adults and kids. Rooms at the lodge are a little small but with as much as there is to do and see we didn't spend much time in the room. Wonderful experience.

We stayed there for the end of our Spring Break trip. It was a fun, family time. The Miller Trek hiking trail is in great shape and offered unique views as the vegetation hadn't quite filled in yet. The flowers — the violets, bells, pipsissiwa, etc. Were all very abundant and pretty. Of course, the Friday night seafood buffet was a hit. And being close to the Mountain Fairgrounds made it easy for us to take in a concert. Thanks Brasstown.

Rooms are clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. A great place to host a meeting or retreat. They were also updating some of the meeting facilities on our visit. The scenery is breathtaking. While there are several things to do in nearby towns, there is also a lot to do on the property: take a hike on one of the scenic trails, splash around in the heated indoor pool, or outdoor pool; play a video game or two in the arcade, enjoy a meal in the two restaurants on the property, play a few rounds on the golf course, work out in the fitness room or cozy up with a good book and a glass of wine in front of the fireplace in the lobby.

We stayed in the lodge and the experience was amazing! The staff were all friendly and helpful, the indoor pool was warm and clean, and the restaurant had a wonderful buffet with fast and friendly waiters!

We had a great stay! The room was clean with a great view and the hot tub was nice and relaxing after a long day. They have a wonderful seafood buffet and the staff were attentive and friendly!

Rooms were nice and clean. Grounds were very nice. Both bars had great services and bartenders. The only draw back was the resturant. The good was ok but the service was not good at all.

My type of upscale simple Mtn. Resort with Golf, hiking, lakes and Great food. The best home base for day trips to many locales. The scenery is all that and then some. Fine group of folks as well. I'll be back…

One of my favorite places to stay. My family has been coming here for almost 20 years. Can't go wrong staying here.

They served us a fantastic prime rib buffet dinner when we went there to plan for our upcoming wedding.

It was beautiful. Food was great, scenery was awesome. A+ service.

This is a review for the nail services provided at Equani Spa and nothing else. I will say that the spa itself was very nice and relaxing. The staff there treated us well, however, do not go here for their nail services. If I could, I would give this negative stars. We had 3 in our party to get manicures and pedicures for a wedding the following day. Two of us got French manicures and neither of our nails came out straight. They made them so thin you could hardly tell they'd been painted. They did not buff the nails at all and actually left our nails feeling like sand paper. For the other manicure in our party they did not remove her leftover acrylic but just painted over it making the nails look lumpy. The pedicures were a similar experience. Our nails were not buffed at all, they didn't clip them or remove cuticles and it was a very short, unsatisfying massage. On both the fingers and toes they didn't cover the entire nails with paint nor clean up the polish from the skin. We were very disappointed with their lack of skill and it was obvious they do not specialize in nails at all. One of them even said they hardly ever do nails and that she has a shaky hand! I don't understand why they bother to offer the service if they don't have anyone who's been trained. To top it all, they automatically included a $10 gratuity for the manicures and $12 gratuity for the pedicures. It was a total of $99 per person for a horrible job.

We spent our honey moon there. We had a great time. Roses were in the room like I requested and The staff was amazing. Robin at the spa gave the best massage and was very knowledgable. Only con I had was finding out about the surcharge for the spa and trail ride after we performed in the activities. The package included the spa and a trail ride for my wife and I but we paid another 75 or so in extra service fees. I had no problem paying them if they were mentioned when I made reservations but paid them anyway. Over all I will still give a 5 star because the staff, experience and food made for a great weekend.

The Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa is a 5 star resort. The Spa rivals my stay at the Canyon Ranch and hotel accommodations, attentiveness of the staff, quality and execution of the food served, location and grounds and variety of activities offered exceeded my experience in top hotels throughout the world. Celebrating my Mother's 90th birthday, our stay at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa was a priceless experience that was also remarkably affordable. This resort is also disability friendly in its thoughtful and well designed interior and exterior landscapes.

My wife and I attended a wedding at Brasstown Valley Resort this Summer and found it to be a great, upscale, mountain resort. The resort itself is perched up in a wooded area on a lot of acreage which they use very well with lots of hiking and equestrian trails along with what appears to be a very nice golf course (I don't golf). You can experience awesome mountain views from just about anywhere on the resort and there is plenty of ground to cover. We stayed in one of the cottages off of the main resort and had a great time. We visited friends in one of the cabins, which have a shared common space, and that looks like it would be a good place to stay if you're visiting with a large group of people. We only stayed one night but we plan to go back for another longer visit next time and stay in a resort room.

I stayed three nights here as part of a professional retreat. Great staff, clean facility, beautiful grounds. I'd stay again, definitely.

Fantastic place to go in entertain.

It was hard to find much wrong with our recent weekend stay. The good: Most of the staff was very friendly and courteous. The food choices were many and very fairly priced including the varied buffets that we all enjoyed. The horseback riding was wonderful but pricey;consider just doing the one hour to save your wallet and posterior a little pain! The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with my kids. The "not great" parts were the "Cottages" we stayed in. Although very clean, it is a series of subdivided rooms in a larger structure. You will hear your neighbors TV and conversations in great detail. Also the front desk guy that checked us in and out although professional had no interest in being friendly nor asking us anything at check in or check out. Uh. You are the first impression of the resort sir. Overall however, very nice weekend.
