They had the expected complementary breakfast and comfortable beds — as expected. The staff was nice. But, they has the slowest hotel elevator ever and the pool was dirty and severely icening cold.

I went for business and my company has been sending people twice a month for years. The employees knew who we were the second we walked in and check in took less than a minute which was great after a 16 hour day. The room and breakfast was lovely too.

Have visited here on several occasions in the past while Home was being repaired. Excellent accommodations. Airy rooms with adequate size. Complimentary light breakfast available. Staff were friendly. Pool available. Convenient to restaurants, shopping centers, theater and other sites.

The fitness center is terrible. Three machines are there, an elliptical, bike and treadmill. Only the elliptical works. The only other equipment they have is a full set of dumbells. But there is not a bench to sit on to work out and the floor is disgusting so situps are also a no go. Two big mirrors, one of which is broken. Big pieces of trim are leaning on the wall, wall paper peeling. I am a frequent traveler and have always loved Hapton Inns (my hotel of choice for travel). I will probably be going somewhere else when I come to this part of GA (which is frequently).

Wonderful front desk receptionist every time I stay there for work. Been there twice already. Loved both times!

Overall it was a good experience. Everything was clean and nice. I was surprised at how worry the hotel was. The only thing that would have been really improved would be the kid working the front desk needs to button his shirt up all the way and not be chewing on a straw when I walk in. Overall I would stay there again if I was passing through in the future.

The staff that work there is good but the general managers and assistant managers are HORRIBLE! They over charge you and have every excuse not to give you your money back. Billing is HORRIBLE. They quick to take people Monet and over charge them but slow to give people they money back and they don’t try to give people they money back. SMH! The general manager and assistant manager is HORRIBLE. They don’t even answer the phone when the staff call them when the staff have a emergency or a issue they are trying to fix. Rooms are good, breakfast is good, staff is good but the management is horrible. The staff that is not management should now become management. Rosalyn Clark is a TERRIBLE general manager.

Clean and spacious room. There was a mini fridge and microwave. Easy to find everything. Courteous staff. Breakfast had many options and was kept clean and well stocked at all times. The water in the hot water urn tasted like coffee. That and the rough tissues and TP we're the only drawbacks to staying here. Keep your eyes on the building when pulling in so you don't have to turn around since it's tucked behind another building. Be sure to put the address for 1st Street (not the highway) in the GPS or you end up about half an hour away!

Cockroach in my bathroom. Crumbs on the floor. I expected better. I'm glad we only had to stay there for one night.

Wonderful service! We are staying 3 nights to stay out of Hurricane Irma. It was a madhouse at check-in but Alanna was a Star and made it all happen. She deserves a big raise!

What you can expect from a Hampton… clean, comfortable, quiet room. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Love this Inn; I stay hete whenever I'm in Vidalia.

I would like to thank the gentleman with the long dreadlocks that checked us in on Sat. 5/6. He was so friendly and helpful. That is so refreshing after being on the road for 16 hours. We stay in Vidalia twice per year and this is our first time at Hampton Inn. Quiet location, comfortable rooms, great customer service. We'll be back.

Pretty good, low water pressure. The entire town, and the hotel smells like onions, not kidding.

It was great the beds were comfy the bathroom was clean and my favorite part… THE BREAKFAST.

The customer service is unbelievable. I was there for my sisters wedding back in October. I reserved a room prior to the wedding, but requested the block of rooms for the wedding guests. Used my own credit card, spoke with the manager (Rosalyn Clarke) and everything was set. Until TWO months later. The bride had to call me and ask me to pay for my room that was (along with several other rooms) charged to her card. I have never been so embarrassed and disappointed at a hotel. Not only was I dissatisfied, but I couldn't get in touch with Rosalyn to straighten this issue out. She never apologized or claimed any kind of responsibility. The accountability with the management was appalling. She blamed it on "a young lady that no longer works with them" and never tried to make the customer (me) happy. The money back satisfaction guarantee is a load of bull. Never was I offered a sincere apology or partial refund. I spoke with corporate and they were just as helpful. So. So disappointed. Never go here!

Stayed at the hotel for a short time and the service was terrible, as a diamond member I was unimpressed with the services at this hotel. The two weeks that I was there the breakfast food was limited. The excuse from the hotel was that the supplier that was scheduled to bring food weekly did not come for two weeks. Well you have to pay the bill for the supplier to bring more food to the hotel. I also noticed that some guests were treated better than others, made no sense that one guests who a room at the back of the hotel, always had got to park in front of the hotel under the covered parking area. Since this guest was a long term stay this guest was treated like they were royalty. While the other Hilton guests who followed the rules parked in the correct areas. If all the Hilton diamond members or all the guests at the hotel parked up front under the covered parking area there would certainly be a parking issue. There is a lot of nepotism in this hotel one of the front desk workers is related to the hotel manager. The Hampton worker in my eyes got SPECIAL treatment they worked around her schedule of two other jobs. How does this benefit the Hilton hotel chain when someone gets to work the hours around their other job since their aunt is the hotel manager? The same goes for the maintenance workers, one is married to the manager and the other is a nephew of the manager. Talk about nepotism this is unbelievable. I honestly feel sorry for the other workers at the hotel.
