Booked a room via a 3rd party. 3rd party charged an additional $35 of fees. I cancelled the reservation within 15 of receiving their reservation email with both the hotel and the 3rd party. 3rd party was nice enough to refund their fee, Days Inn general manager was NOT. He said it was my problem and they would not consider any refund. I never checked in and both cancelled as mentioned above and talked with them GM to after the actual reservation date where he told me it was the 3rd party I had to deal with exclusively. Once the 3rd sorry refunded they told me the hotel had to refund as the 3rd party had already paid them. This hotel should be avoided at all costs.
