The room was clean and smelled nice. There were three adults, and in the Bathroom was enough wash cloths and towels. Beds are comfortable. Would most definitely recommend. We booked online over the phone, so I was kinda hesitant to do so, but glad I did. Food places right here close also.

This I do not recommend the horrible bed my husband and I could not sleep all night the mattress fell from the 2 sides too soft the doors have an endija or opening between the door and the frame that came in the light and the noises of the hallway. The breakfast I give 100% good staff very friendly and attentive the lady who attends the cosina exelent and the ones who clean the rooms very good… Xoxo.

Tried to book with my government rate, but they would only accept work orders and military CC. They would not honor a dependent ID of an active duty soldier (my husband) so they have lost our money. I wonder if they realize that spouses have to travel alone sometimes and we don't get work orders. After explaining all of this to me, they then tried to get me to become a member with them and book anyways.

LaToya and Oz went above and beyond to ensure my check-in moved seamlessly. The hotel is beautifully decorated and my room was clean and spacious. My work assignment ends in 3 months so this will be my stop before flying back home!

Very nice room: clean and had all the utilities anyone could ask for. And the bed was possibly the largest I have ever slept on and comfortable. Both my wife and I had the best night of sleep we've had in quite a while. But, unlike everyone else leaving comments here, I thought the breakfast could be improved. First, the layout: the scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and biscuits and gravy — which is what most people go for first — were all in plastic bins stacked on top of each other inside a clear plastic cabinet. This arrangement allows access by only one person at a time, meaning one indecisive person could hold up breakfast for everyone — and she did. Breakfast area was too small and people were just milling around in confusion. And there were no grits! But, all in all, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Great room layout. Closets and drawers. Great bed and staff at breakfast were very helpful and accommodating to any needs and requests. Right off the highway. 2 minutes to get on or off.

The room was pricey, but very clean. We stayed in a non-smoking King size room. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses we have ever slept on.

Great hotel. Our two queen suite was clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

A very clean modern HIE. We stay with HIE whenever we can and are usually very happy with them. This one was very clean, very quiet and the usual great breakfast. It was a great location for us since we were driving north and were past Jacksonville so no morning traffic. This seems to be a new area for hotels and food. The food choices at this point were all fast food but I am sure that will change. We will stay here again the next time we leave FL.

This Holiday Inn Express is ok, but there are a few things amiss. Ice machines and vending machines out of order, and a few other areas where they seem to be cutting corners, so to speak. Little things like complimentary shampoos, conditioner and lotion, low grade toilet paper, etc. At least they have 5 or 6 HBO channels to watch, which raises the entertainment bar. The KFC within walking distance is also a bonus.

I drove 13 hrs, I was met by pleasant people, who accommodated my need, and after check in, had a bump with TV service. They explained the reason, and well enough, I went to sleep. Woke up to a special discount, and my mind was blown! Good stay, good room, good breakfast, but GREAT people! Truly a better grade of service. Thank you for a great way to start my new life in Florida!

Clean, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Not sure why someone said lame breakfast, I travel a lot and this was one of the best ones I have had in a long time!

It wasn't the worst accommodations but it wasn't the best either. My mom has mostly booked with HIE for years but it has been a couple years since I have stayed in one myself. The room was nice. But the side door card reader was broken which normally wouldn't bother me but I had my handicapped grandfather with me and he can't walk all the way around the building to get inside. The breakfast was horrible and the road construction made it very difficult to even get to the hotel. I am in the process of deciding which hotel rewards program to join for myself and after this experience I am not considering the Holiday Inn Line.

As usual, the welcome was friendly and they remembered us from former stays. The only issues I have, and they are big ones: — — The beds are too high… w a a y too high. It was extremely difficult for me to get up on it, and once there I was NOT getting off! — — The assist bar in the tub is installed incorrectly… it should be diagonally… when I tried to use it, my hand slipped and I almost fell. Not good. — — One more thing that would be greatly appreciated is a light over the luggage rack. Beds are comfortable… breakfast is very good… the rooms are beautifully decorated and the hotel is clean and inviting.

Pleasant staff and very clean surroundings in lobby and eating areas. Room inviting and updated. Could have used one more TV tray; however, very pleased with the modern vibe of the surroundings and room. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities of the frig, microwave, and Keurig coffeemaker were wonderful. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Helped fix the printer while I was there. Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi could be better on the third floor. Rooms are very modern feeling and clean.

Called and asked if hotel was Road Tractor/Trailer freindly, was assured that it was, it was not. Broken curb at back side of facility took out a Trailer tire on both trailers. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

We have been to 2 different Holiday Inn this weekend and both breakfast buffet the pancake maker was out of order? Grandkids were upset. Are they doing away with pancake?

I usually stay at HIE or if not, another IHG. This one has the typical look on the outside, livery in the lobby and standard fare breakfast. Other than that, our two bed suite was incredible. Very modern flat screen on the wall with a pull out panning mount. Dorm fridge, Kuerig, microwave, well sized shower. Plenty of towels and sheets. Staff was nice, very clean floors. Would highly recommend.

The first night we were on the third floor. Late that night the elevator broke and the staff moved us to the first floor. They were very accommodating and friendly. That rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning is very good and there are numerous choices. I would stay here again.

We spent the night here for my birthday. The room was spacious and calming. The beds were soft and comfortable. Staff was polite and outgoing. The breakfast bar was yummy. Lots of selections including healthy options. They even had a pancake maker and fresh cinnamon rolls. The lady that ran the food area was a true Southern lady. Very friendly and caring. I was very impressed with this location.

Very nicely renovated hotel. Clean, white towels & bed linens. Lots of outlets for charging phones. Ample, well-stocked breakfast. Quiet with plenty of parking.

We had an occasion to need a last minute booking for a large number of people and for an unusual situation. The manager was exceedingly gracious and helpful, as was the wonderful woman at the desk. They took care of us and did not make us feel like an inconvenience. We will recommend this hotel to our business partners and will use it again if the need arises. Just. Perfect.

This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in! The air conditioner was messed up and never got the room cold. The plumbing was so bad that the water never drained while taking a shower and after 30 mins the water was still in the tub. The beds were horribly hard. The breakfast was not good at all. They are way over priced we paid $150 to only be told that because we paid cash they couldn't refund any money. We have been waiting to here back from the manager and still no call. We will never stay there again!

Great showers, clean beds, friendly staff, expectedly lame breakfast. Access to food and 10 mins from a 24 hour walmart. I'd happily stay there again.
