I am a Viet Nam vet with a service dog everytime I come visit Snellville I stay at this LaQuinta and every time they make me and my dog welcome with an end room or whatever we need water an extra dish things I forget He is an 80 pound black lab so good job La Quinta.

The location is great. The facility is fine. However, the staff could use some training in acknowledging customers.

We are staying at the hotel while attending a nearby conference, and we have been thoroughly pleased with the experience (other than some fellow guests). The hotel is very clean, and the newly renovated rooms are very modern and comfortable. The fitness center is open 24/7, and the other accommodations are nice. We were placed next to guests who partied until about 3 AM. I paid for my own hotel room solely for the purpose of catching up on sleep, so my angry, sleep-deprived self was furious when they woke me up twice. I finally called the front desk, and the woman working immediately went and shut them down. The next day they were willing to move me to another room if I wished. I could not speak more highly of their prompt attention and courtesy, and we will certainly stay here again.

I was very impressed with the hotel. My sister in law came in from out of town and had to bring her dogs as they are allowed there. In no way did the hotel smell like dogs were allowed. We met and stayed the the night. The rooms were very well decorated and cozy. The bedding wasn't the cheap kinda comfortables you find at other hotels they were soft and cozy just like home. The beds we're GREAT they were soft and I slept so good. They have a pool we relaxed in until 10:00 p. M. The lobby kept different types of coffee brewing all night. There was even a computer set up in case you needed to do some work or just use the internet. They also had free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not allowed in the building but have several designated areas for smokers. Overall we had a wonderful experience. You couldn't beat what you got for the price. I would recommend it to anyone.

Clean! Plus, 5 Star level staff, in terms of friendliness and hospitality. Due to Baptist group, it was busy and and near full capacity. Leslie, day manager, was fabulous on phone chose the perfect room for my needs, an excellent Hospitality professional in person, too. Night manager at check-in was slammed, juggling 2 or 3 incoming calls, and a line 5 checkins deep; kept her composure, efficiency, smile, processing without error (3/26/18 9:00-9:30p, for a moment I was thinking, is this a flash-mob?

I just stayed there March 12th and was told I had govt. Rate which it was not. Once I get my room and come out of the shower I see a huge roach on the ceiling. I was given a 10% discount and new upgrade room which was not an upgrade because the sheets were visibly stained and dirty. The had to come change the sheets and I was not given any further consideration. Not Happy at all with this experience. Will not stay here again. Bad customer service by General Manager.

I been here at LA Quinta Inn for six days the worker been nothing but good to us me and my husband anything we wanna know or need help with they was on top of it breakfast every morning was awesome no problem will I come back here yes I would they are good people Thanks LA Quinta Inn.

I'm very pleased with the accommodations. I was in town for my cousins funeral and my family had about 10 rooms booked. The staff was great, they didn't complain about us taking over the lobby the morning of the funeral. I also travel with my two dogs and as usual the staff was great with my fur babies. I did encounter one problem and it was taken care if immediately.

It was a good visit. The Customer service was very nice, and our room and bathroom was pretty clean. I Would probably stay here again for my next visit.

I stayed at this hotel for few nights and loved their services. The rooms were quiet and well maintained. The staff were also great.

Beautiful updated rooms and lobby. Actually served a real breakfast (self serve sausage, eggs, cereal, bagels, biscuits, coffee, juice, water) and the staff was very kind and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here. We will be again.

My review gets one star only because I had one good moment. I was greeted by one of the nicest individuals but the rest of my stay was horrible. I went to the gym only to find out the treadmill doesn't work the bike doesn't work the weights were all rusted. Then I figured I'd try to have breakfast and the breakfast was dry no variety and honestly was not worth it. The bathroom and my room stunk there was urine on the toilet. I've stayed in laquintas that are way better maintained cleaner and had a lot better service. If I were LaQuinta I'd take my flag down from this location.

The hotel room I rented was very outdated. The hotel price was not reasonable compared to the room I received. I stayed for two nights. The staff were very nice and professional, which is why I gave 3 stars. The place is clean and breakfast was standard. I think the pictures on the site should be changed so that future guest are not surprised when they enter their room. Long story short, the rooms at this place are over priced and this hotel shouldn’t have a 4 star rating. I would check other hotels in the area prior to booking.

It's conveniently located close to a large variety of restaurants, it's very clean, and comfortable, and it's very safe place while you're traveling alone or with your family oh, it's also a dog friendly hotel which is awesome, the staff is also very friendly and professional. I would recommend it to anyone.

Clean room for price. Hair dryer didn't work and cleaning staff refused to give me clean towels without taking the dirty ones. That would not have been a problem if I wasn't sleeping when he wanted me to get up and get them.

First room we checked into was dirty but staff was very helpful to get us moved quickly.

Best most friendly la quinta we have stayed in. Stephanie and Jamel were very friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for better. Our room was clean and quiet all round great stay. Will stay again when in stone mountain area.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room seemed clean and all worked. My only issues I have were that the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. They are almost like decoration cushions, we ran out of toilet paper when we originally got to the room the paper was almost gone and when we ran out there wasn't extra. Alsoooo the pool is indoor which is cool but the pool was FREEZING. My babies lips and feet turned blue. The TV was old and certain channels look red, and the microwave is old as well. I think the hotel is overpriced but in Snellville it is the best options as the other hotels In the area are trucker motels. The work staff was great and the hotel seemed clean. But for the price we paid I would have rather stayed at a nicer hotel on pleasant hill rd.

The reservation was made online after 10 pm. On same night the room was needed. We got the last room available, timing was incredible. My daughter's high school graduation was in Love and we didn't expect to be so late. So, it was a life saver… The service was incredible… would stay there again and would recommend to anybody needing somewhere to stay in the area.

The front desk guy (Jamil) on duty when we checked in is extremely professional, courteous, and congenial. The best. The room was better than advertised. The entire facility was meticulously maintained and cleanliness was flawless. Parking is convenient and safe. Security systems that I used such as remote access doors to the outside were kept secure at all times. Everything worked. We felt like we were welcome there and our visit was the most important thing in their day. Our desk clerk made us feel like old friends and gave us the desire to visit here again. Next time we visit my Mom we will stay here even though there are several hotels closer to her. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Reese.

The service here is great from the front desk to housekeeping. This was our 2nd time coming from SC and staying here and we loved it each time. The rooms and hotel is nice and clean. The indoor pool is awesome! The hot breakfast is great. Shout out to "Lawrence" @ the front desk and the staff for your great hospitality!

Outstanding accommodations. Clean, comfortable, continental breakfast was very good, ample variety. Very nice dining area. Pool was a bonus, fun. Bathroom was really nice, super clean.

Excellent service, contential breakfast a plus, as is the indoor swimming pool, clean rooms, employees very nice and considerate. Would recommend and stay again!

Snellville, Georgia — Hotel is absolutely beautiful, newly renovated. Quiet and drama free.

Great for hockey tournaments. Newly renovated. Clean rooms. Breakfast is good. Convenient.

It was pretty good overall. The staff is very kind, breakfast is good, and the rooms are kept well clean and tidy. On the other hand, front desk attendant can be seen walking around the place and when we first booked we had to wait five minutes for her. Besides that the experience was good.

I was not told the facility was under reconstruction when I made the reservation over the phone. The hallways were dirty and smelly. The AC in the room only blows out slightly, so room is not cool at all. The refrigerator was not working, so the food we had in there was no good anymore. We wound up checking out by 9PM the same day and went else where. We were only given a 10% credit. Will not stay here again.

LOVED the Hotel itself, loved the rooms, and the breakfast. HATED the fact that I got maybe 2 hours of sleep before leaving the next morning after listening to women and men scream and yell, and slam doors all night! Worst night of sleep I have ever had. I got in my room at maybe midnight, and had to leave early the next morning. I paid 130.00 for my hotel room for myself and my family. I feel that I paid for nothing, I would have gotten better sleep in my car! I plan on making a formal complaint because I am still upset. I could have paid much less, and stayed in a motel, with sleep.

It's impossible to get a good night sleep there. I was there with about 6 other people> and we all were tired because we could not rest there. Smelled bad and always seemed like people were partying or something throughout the night. Front desk help always missing, or sitting in the breakfast area. I'll never stay there again.

1. Some of the guests there are permanent residents. Not a problem if you don't mind the smell of hotel room cooked curry wafting through every hallway, room, and lobby and seriously questionable people (thugs) in the parking lot, lobby, and pool. 2. Mold and mildew in the bathroom, where the bathtub porcelain chipped away. 3. Bedbugs. Need I say more? My little boy got bites on his torso after a single night and we met people the next morning at breakfast that had been bitten AND had captured photos of the bed bugs in their room. The only saving grace of this facility was the front desk staff, who were extraordinarily polite and helpful as they could be. However, we checked out a day early due to the BED BUGS, and were not refunded our first night's stay. Extremely disappointing. (Of *course* the pest control company they had on call didn't find evidence of bed bugs. By then the maids had changed the sheets and vacuumed the mattresses. ) Despite the fact that our entire youth hockey team was booked here for the weekend, we all checked out of our seven room block and found a MUCH nicer facility just a few miles down the road — for an even better price. avoid. Avoid. AVOID La Quinta in Snellville.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast facilities were a bit tight but clean. No problems at all.
