This place is beautiful however don’t be fooled. I stepped on a live roach while walking in the apartment. Additionally they had the aircon (nest) so the guest couldn’t fully control it. This meant at 3am when the temp dropped down to 60 it was freezing in the apartment. I was willing to dismiss these issues however when I called to address Keith he accused us of staining the couch. I found this hard to believe as the couch already had a stain and as a result we used a towel to sit on the couch as we didn’t find it clean. Keith continued to accuse us of such actions and came accross as angry and extreamly unprofessional. He then got angry about us eating in the living room. Saying anyone with common sence would know to eat in the dinning room. I find this hard to believe since this is a hotel/inn, and their are no rules against doing such. This is where the TV is located so it appeared he was just trying to find reason to be rude and unprofessional.
It was an excellent place. Nicest place I've ever been. Made my honeymoon great!
