Beds are pretty comfy! Rooms are on the inside. It’s a nice place and kid friendly.

This is my first time staying here and it was very pleasant and the breakfast is delicious. I meant a lady name Estela who works in the kitchen and she was so nice and very helpful. Very sweet and professional. I will definitely be back.

Great job! Started from check in thru check out. Quiet clean. And when I checked out at 530 am on a Saturday morning the front desk gentleman made sure I was safely in my car. It was a safe neighborhood but I thought that was awesome and considerate thing to do. Made my stay feel extra safe! Great customer service!

Okay kids, don't do it! This hotel sucks especially if you are going to pay premium price for it. If you get a great discount then maybe.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious. The only drawback was there wasn't a microwave in our room.

This is a good price hotel and I really like the rewards program. The more you stay, the more points you get, the more points you get, the more that you're upgraded. I am a Gold Member now and I get a suite when I come, for the same price as a regular room, so the points definitely do add up. Also, Claudine and Hortense at the front desk are always helpful.

The hotel is wonderful it's the night time staff that's ridiculous. Particularly the man who worked the 11pm shift on 6/8/2018. He got upset with me because I came in while he was watching the playoffs. Every question I asked he said he didnt know in a rude way & turn back to watch the TV. At one point he told me to just come back the next morning… I had to get mad and go off in order for him to give me the information I needed. My room didnt have a telephone when I went to ask for one I was told they didnt have any.

Service was very slow trying to get the room but the room itself was nice and clean.

This is such a nice place. We are excited about being here for 3 nights. So clean and modern. Nice lobby and eating area. I love it here.

Loved that this hotel room did not have carpeting (hotel carpeting grosses me out, but this room had laminate flooring)! Hotel was quiet, clean, good breakfast, good location, and fair price. I am very picky with hotel stays and I would definitely stay here again as it checked all the positive boxes for me!

This place has some real plusses and some minuses. Good part — — it's right near the action places of Roswell, it's very inexpensive for that area, rooms are sizable and comfortable. Bad parts — service is questionable, it's not kept well on the outside, the free breakfast is just food, and can be a little noisy. I would stay there again because of the price — booked thru Expedia.

Great location. Literally steps away from eating establishments. Very clean. Would stay here again. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there was no refrigerator in our room. For some reason it was missing and there was a big empty area behind the cabinet door.

The staff members were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was adequate but nothing exciting. I feel this hotel needs a refresh. It appears the linens, flooring and furniture have been upgraded, however everything else seemed tired and old. From the popcorn ceilings to the dark corner where clearly something had been removed to add the coffee station, it just felt worn and old. The fitness center was kind of a joke. VERY old equipment and some unusable. Even though there were non smoking signs EVERYWHERE — it is clear to me from the smell in the hallway that many people ignore that rule/law and smoke anyway. The hallway smelled like smoke and I smelled it coming from underneath room doors as I walked to my own room. The walls are PAPER thin. I could hear everything the guy next to me did from talking on the phone to his morning routine. I DO NOT want to hear these things from another guest. Pretty gross. I just felt icky staying here and if I could have found a room at the Doubletree, I would have moved. I sense there are a few hotels in the area that are in the same condition.

Updated an comfy rooms. They were in the process of taking out the microwaves in all rooms. The mexican food spot across the street is top notch top 10 in all my life! I think its called mr taco do yourself the favor. I love eating at different places when traveling for work but I ate there like 3 nights out of 6

Most of the staff are nice, a few aren't so much. Food is okay. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Wi-Fi might as well be nonexistent with the speeds you'll get. It's within walking distance to an Olive Garden and a diner, both of which are good places to eat.

I was extremely impressed with the Roswell Best Western property. It was a clean and visually appealing facility. I was treated truly as a guest and not simply a customer by the front desk associate Ms. Claudine. The room was comfortable and clean as well. The breakfast was very good bur could have possibly offered more of a selection. Overall I was quite pleased.

It’s a nice hotel. Clean rooms, nice staff. But I took two stars away because they had a wedding then a birthday the next day with extremely loud music that didn’t end until 11:30 at night. They didn’t seem to care they had other guest. We unfortunately had the room right above the party room. We had a long day and just wanted to sleep since we had to get up early. When we called front desk to ask about it they didn’t seem to care at all. They should have had the music lowered and I personally don’t think they should allow loud events to go pass 9pm. They didn’t buy out the whole hotel they shouldn’t have the right to disturb other paying guest. If I had the extra money I would have left to another hotel.

We have stayed at a lot of BestWestern hotels. This one was one of the best. The staff was friendly, room was extreme clean, breakfast was quiet, delicious and clean!

The cleanliness of the hotel including the room and friendly staff was superb. Also the lawn and parking area was very clean and parking was convenient. The rates are reasonable and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything from stores to restaurants are conveniently located along the highways walking distance. L would rate this and other best western hotels I have stayed in 5 stars. Happy happy customer.

Exceptionally clean! Very comfortable bed! Good breakfast buffet. Very quiet room. Responsive staff. No pets and no smoking. Exceeded my expectations. Nicely decorated. Looks new! Highly recommend it!

Can't tell if this is a brand new property or a newly renovated… That's a great problem to have. Very clean. Great and professional staff. Breakfast Hot and with variety. I will certainly stay again. Great location right off of the highway, but quiet.

The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside has been updated. The rooms are clean and have a fridge but no microwave. The breakfast was good with the usual hotel fixings. They'd have a cool machine that makes pancakes as you watch, which kids would like. They have a nice pool but we didn't get to use it. The have a small fitness room but it has enough for a simple workout. There are restaurants right next door (i. E. Olive Garden). It was a very nice hotel for the price. Definitely recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff, hot breakfast. There were a few small issues with my room when I checked in, but they were resolved quickly with utmost professionalism by both the front desk and maintenance staff. Would definitely stay here again.

1st visit. My wife and I both totally enjoyed ourselves. Pastor Billy, family and their ministry are awesome God filled people. I will be going back next week for sure.

Good rate for day of reservation. Polite staff and clean hotel. Plus you can walk to either fast food or sit down restaurant. They provide a typical Continental breakfast, better than none!

The building does not look that great from the outside. Completely remodeled and updated on the inside. The room was standard with all amenities except a microwave. Rome had a standard size jetted tub. Overall great experience.

Our original room had broken locks. We moved. The air conditioner wouldn't cool the room, even after being lowered to the lowest possible setting. The closet door was stuck and would not open and close properly. The pullout sofa didn't have sheets or blankets on it and there weren't any in the room for it to be made with. The refrigerator leaked all over the floor. There was no fan in the bathroom and it was so stifling we had to shower with the door open. The lighting was minimal and made it difficult to see at night. I paid $168 for this room. We traveled a very long way to attend a wedding, expecting a nice room to stay and get ready in. I've never had such a horrible experience with Best Western. I'll be thinking twice before booking with BW again.

I'm giving it 5 stars because overall this has been a great hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is famtastic. Everything was clean. The continental breakfast was great, with lots of food ranging from eggs and meats to cereal, yogurt, a pancake maker and more. My only complaint is that the fire alarm has gone off twice so far in the less than 24 hours we've been here. That isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel if guests can't follow the directions to not smoke, but it was definitely jarring to be woken up at 4:30 am from a dead sleep. We are here for 4 more nights, so I'm hoping this is just an isolated guest incident and not a consistent thing.

Best hotel we have stayed at in a very long time. Rooms and facility were super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was suprisingly well rounded and delicious. I would recommend this location without hesitation to my family and friends. We will definitely be back!

Worse coffee and breakfast. Place looks great but lacks in other places that are important for the guests.

If you intend to stay here, ask if there's a party going on in the evening. We had booked a three night stay and on the first night heard very loud music and we were on the third floor. When the music was still going at 11:20 PM, we called the front desk to complain and the reply was "they're having a party". They offered to move us to another room away from the music at 11:30 PM, which was ridiculous. Music never stopped until midnight and we were told that when a party is booked there, they're allowed to have music until MIDNIGHT! It's hard to find an employee that even smiles at you.

Clean comfortable room, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

The service at this hotel was awful. We got there after having reserved a room less than a week previous, only to find out they had cancelled our room without notice. The entire city and surrounding areas had been booked already for the duration of our stay and we ended up at a place that is falling apart. It was the only place with availability. This situation is totally unacceptable and be weary of this hotel.

The bed was a little hard but everything else was great.

This place is a joke. They are under construction an don't tell you about it on there website. All of the rooms has no fire alarms an wires hanging out where there suppose to be. The second day the water went out at 1:00 p. M. An came back on at 10:00p. M. They didn't notify us about it. Now the water is on but we don't have hot water an will not have it till at least tomorrow afternoon. Payed over $500 for the week for this. The manger doesn't even care. Stay away from this place!

I have stayed here many times and the rooms have always been clean, pet free. The staff is super nice and the hotel is very conveniently located near hyw 400 for trips into town, if necessary. They are remoldeling right now, but I will expect it to be even better after the remodel. The breakfast is like most places, muffins fruit, eggs toast, etc. More than adequate.

Just checked in here and I come down to Atlanta once a week. I stay at a hotel in this area and one on the way back home. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in while traveling for work.

Awful. Had no chair for my disabled mother to take a shower. Isn't that against ADA standards? Refused to refund our second night even when we checked out to change hotels with functioning disability access. Neither of the automatic disability doors were in working order either. Filthy furniture, terrible smells all around.

Did not like the place. Very noisy at nights, the service is not great.

The rooms were not updated. It felt like I was staying in a room from the 90's. Not a variety of foods at their deluxe breakfast. The hotel is located in a great area. No fresh fruit, all canned.

My parents and I stayed at this place for the 4th of July weekend. IT WAS AMAZING! There is a GREAT Fitness Center, a OUTSTANDING breakfast buffet, and the service is TERRIFIC! The Pool is wide and has it's own hot tub. ALSO, I was delighted with the FREE WIRELESS INTERNET! We had a major suite for only $53! The people there are really friendly! There are many stores and reteraunts nearby and Roswell is a great city to stay in. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL! This Best Western should be a Resort, that is how good it is.
