Would like to thank Amber for going out of her way even on her day off to address an issue that was had there at a previous stay. Management went above and beyond even after we had left to contact me and extend their apologies. We will definitely be back again and let others know how nice the rooms are along with hotel staff. Again, thank you Amber for all you have done. Best Western is DEFINITELY lucky to have someone such as you at their establishment.

I work next door at Prince Automotive and I live in Tallahassee. Stayed a few nights and I loved the large rooms and Comfortable Beds. Do you have weekly rates?

This place is outstanding! Front desk people are very nice and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. We loved that it was pet friendly too. Our room was huge! Definitely way more than we expected. Outdoor hot tub was amazing even in the cooler temps. We will be back again!

This is my first stay at this hotel and it is better then some very expensive hotels I have stayed in. I will certainly return.

Excellent! I am here long-term on contract with two little children and they have made me feel so welcome and they are also accommodating. Whenever housekeeping makes our bed they make sure to carefully placed my daughters bunnies right on top. It really is all in the details in this place is excellent!

We love this Best Western. The staffs were very friendly & helpful. Booth of the rooms were nice and clean. The display of the breakfast area was beautiful. Most importantly, it taste as good as it looks. The pool area looks very inviting.

Stayed at best western plus in Valdosta ga on our way to ft Meyers fl. By far the nicest room of any best western we have stayed at. Clean spacious and very comfortable it had a full size sofa small dining table and kitchenette and all under a hundred dollars. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

This is a delightful property on the north side of Valdosta. It is right off I-75. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is substantial. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I try to stay at this property whenever I am passing through Valdosta.

We were surprised to find such a nice place with a very accommodating and friendly staff. Our room was large with a small kitchen area, pull out sofa, small closet and roomy bath. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The hotel overall seems to be in good condition. There's a nice pool and some grass area, a big parking lot and a large field across the parking lot where you can walk your pet. They even have a gas grill and a couple of picnic tables so you can have a cook out. And the stairs in the stairwell are carpeted! Restaurants seemed to be pizza, BBQ or Mexican nearby but there are a lot more places one exit south. This is going to be our regular go-to place on our trips from FL to NC from now on.

My husband and I met our two young adult daughters In Valdosta and stayed overnight. The suite we stayed in was perfect with the spacious living room and kitchen area along with a nice bedroom with two queen beds. My only compliant is the lack of a nice heavy comforter. The only bedding we had was the sheets, of course, along with a thin blanket. A huge plus for us is that this is a dog friendly hotel with a large grassy area for dog walks. I would definitely recommend staying here but bring your own comforter.

Compared to my most recent previous hotel experience, I got 3 times the value at 1/3 the price. Room was attractive, comfortable, quiet, and well-supplied. Staff was friendly and polite, but I didn't need any help because there were no problems. The shower was well-designed and safety features were adequate. Breakfast was delicious, especially the grits! Wish I could have stayed longer and tried the gym.

Very nice and so clean beds are very comfortable. We did use the pool and jacuzzi both were clean and nice. Breakfast was good would be nice if they had the waffle maker instead of the pancakes but all in all breakfast was good. If you need a place to stay for a night or a couple of weeks (like me) I highly recommend this place!

Another Best Western hotel that never disappoints. Has all the usual comforts and amenities of the rest of the Best Westerns, but very spacious rooms, large bathrooms, sofas and kitchenette areas. Pretty pool and sitting area in rear of hotel. A BBQ area with a couple of tables is located across the parking lot to the side and rear of the property. An ample breakfast is provided, with a large enough selection to satisfy most people. We look forward to stopping at this hotel on each trip home to Florida. A well appointed, comfortable hotel where I feel safe, even when traveling alone.

I stayed here with my kids as we passed thru on vacation. We got a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Staff was friendly, recommended local restaurants and fresh farm stands. The morning breakfast offerings were good and a nice way to start our day. We would stay here again if we pass thru.

A good deal for a great room to stay when travelling through South Georgia. The room was huge! It had a lovely kitchenette including a sweet Keurig coffeemaker. They have a breakfast buffet. My only complaint would be the lack of a waffle maker & no bacon but that is a personal preference. The staff was helpful & friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the best place to stay in Valdosta. The staff in all departments are friendly and helpful. The rooms are roomy and light if you want. Breakfast is the same yet lots of options. Coffee any time! Easy access and private without multiple hotels surrounding you. Open space near by. Its all good!

We were there in Valdosta visiting family. We had a nice suite. 2 queen beds in one room and 2nd room with a sofa, table microwave/refrigerator… So it plenty roomy… I don't know if I missed it, we didn't notice the usual make it yourself waffle makers… But the free breakfast was plenty good!

We stayed for 30 days while acquiring our new home in Valdosta. Everyone on the staff were the best you could ask for. Helpful, friendly, and when you left you felt like friends had kept you.

A great hotel for a business meeting. One of the best breakfasts I have experienced st a hotel. Restaurant Service was not available for lunch but a local caterer can be used. Great staff and easy check-in and check-out.

This Best Western was luxurious and very clean. Our handicapped room (though not needed), was beautiful with practically a full kitchen, couch, large bathroom. Breakfast was as good as at any restaurant — fresh scrambled eggs, many choices, everything extremely clean and inviting. Only criticism: the sound of shower/bath from next room sounded like the pipes were in our bathroom, a constant loud trickling of water that was very annoying at 4 a. M. Have no idea how they could fix this, however.

We loved it here. Employees 100% on the job and happy. Very clean. Washer and dryers priced reasonable at 1.00 for each. Breakfast though — we stayed five days in a row and every day breakfast was the same sausage patty, eggs, grits. Please change this. Surprise me with bacon and bagel with cream cheese. I would have loved that. The place is dog friendly for an extra fee if you need that. Like I said we were there for five days to rest and we didn't use the pool or hot tub which looked nice. They even provide a daily paper at front desk which was nice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, out of the way of traffic and things to do. Each access to the college and downtown. Staff is wonderful, breakfast is good and tasty. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Rooms could use some updating and all the kitchen cabinets are unnecessary since they do not provide any dishes or pots and pans to cook with. Therefore, uncertain why they have a large kitchen. Would stay there again on our way to and from FL.

I wish I could give it a 10 star! Our room was so nice and clean. But so was the entire motel. Friendly staff. The best part, pet friendly. And to be so new, clean and nice, reasonably priced too! I joined the club! We will be staying at this same one next year!

This was a really nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was much better than most hotels. The hot food stations were much better than most. The room was really nice and it had a larger than normal television.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved that it was pet friendly. We had a room with easy access to outdoors for our dog. All staff were very courteous and friendly. Would stay again.

I strongly recommend the Best Western Plus in Valdosta. The number one reason is their staff, the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating I have met anywhere else, bar none. They all go out of their way to fix any problem and make you feel like you are family. I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars only because they don't change the food at breakfast — it's the same food every day and though it is good, people that stay there a long time need some variety.

Very pleasant stay. We have a small parrot (pineapple conure), and for a small fee, we were able to keep the bird in the room with us. The breakfast was adequate — scrambles eggs, sausage, biscuits, juice, cereal, yogurt, pastry, and more. The hotel was clean, and, although we didn't get a chance to use them, I was pleased to see there was a heated pool and jacuzzi on hand. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Very nice place to stay and very helpful, friendly staff. Also, breakfast was MmMm delicious! Having lived in the north for the last 15 yrs, you don't see too many places that offer grits. I was pleasantly surprised too see them.

A perfectly acceptable place for an overnight stay off the highway or a weekend in Valdosta. Rooms were clean if slightly spartan in decor, and twin TV monitors in our suite was welcomed. Breakfast was basic but filling, and desk staff was very nice. You wouldn't want to spend the weekend by the tiny pool or hanging out in the lobby, but that wasn't what this place was designed for. Don't miss the great barbecue joint down the road, The Smoking Pig.

We signed up with best western plus after this stay. Great looking pool. Top notch staff! And they noted that we want that same room for each visit. It is definitely a plus facility and staff!

This has been a reliable hotel for us for years. The place is always clean, the staff accommodating and pleasant, and the breakfast offers a number of foods, including protein, which is a must for us. Our room is always clean and in good repair. The location is quite quiet, as it is not in the midst of everything. "Everything, " however, is just "down the road a piece, " so if one has extra energy after a day on the road, restaurants and movies are within reach.

My husband and I have stayed at this Best Western four times now… and highly recommend it. The staff here go out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We travel with a dog and the outdoor area for walking the dog is more than adequate. The breakfast area is roomy and the food is good. A wonderful stop for any traveler… human or animal!

We only stayed at the hotel for 1 night, but it was a pleasant experience, with no problems. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. This was one of the most clean and friendly best western I've stayed at. Awesome pet friendly option and perfect location. Even had a list of delivery restaurant incase you didn't want to venture back out after a long day on the road. Didn't get to enjoy the pool or anything since it was a quick stop over but others seem to be enjoying it greatly. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

The place is lovely. The room was big — just needs a suitcase stand — we used the ironing board. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It feels like they enjoy working there. You may have to go to another exit for food but the gas station is close and easy to get to. You are also just far enough off the freeway that it is quiet too.

Easy location, clean room, sufficient included breakfast.

Joshua was a great help at the desk. He helped booked our night stay while traveling south. Also he assisted with planning when we return home. The room was clean, quiet, and very large on the second floor. The best continental breakfast that we have seen in some time. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will plan to stop again!

Come early March; will mark my 4th consecutive year staying here. It is my home away from home for 14 days. Very clean and management all very friendly. Love my stay.

This place was great! We stayed there overnight on a road trip to Florida. The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious. It was up to date with flat screen TVs and all the appliances worked… they even had a keurig. The beds were comfortable and the shower drained properly. The best part was breakfast which included sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. They also had other options that you'd normally find on the continental breakfast menu.

I have stayed her 10+ times since April 2015. They offer a discount for Valdosta State students, free breakfast buffet, very spacious rooms, clean hotel, and the staff is amazing! Erica goes out of her way to make me feel like a VIP by remembering what room I like and having it ready when I get here (I drive a long way and get to the hotel a little earlier than regular check in time). I will stay here until I graduate and then every time I stop in Valdosta for any reason!

Honestly very pleasantly surprised. We were on our way back from a road trip Ohio to Florida and randomly chose this location to stay at with some points. By far the nicest Best Western I have been to and much nicer than a lot of hotels that are on the side of the interstate. We stayed in a suite which was perfect because we could put our child in a crib in the other room so that everyone could get some sleep.

We had 11 families stay here for a softball tournament. Everyone was impressed with the rooms (large rooms, comfortable beds, mini kitchens, quiet) and the staff was great to work with (Jody, GM, was excellent. ) Hotel even started breakfast early one day to accommodate an early game start which would have caused us to miss the breakfast buffet, which was very good. Many complimented me on our choice of hotel. Overall a great place to stay. Thank-you!

Excellent hotel on the outskirts of downtown Valdosta. Area is safe in a clean neighborhood. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Stayed in a king suite with kitchen. Very big and clean. Will stay here again.

On the way from Kentucky to Florida my Mom, cousin, two kids and I decided to stop in Valdosta for the night. It was pretty late by the time we got there but we had no problem getting a suite at a good rate but we didn't know until we actually got into the room how nice and clean the hotel is. Austin, the night clerk, was very professional and took care of everything we needed with a good attitude. He was friendly and kind and made our stay nice. Before heading off in the morning we all ate a nice hot breakfast. The food was good and fresh. While we were in Kissimmee we had quite a different experience. The grand adventure wasn't so Magical and the hotel stay a disaster so when we left the park we headed straight back the way we came. I knew where to find a great place to stay and I didn't stop until I got back to this Best Western in Valdosta and I was very pleased to find Austin waiting to take care of us. The second stay was better than the first. The rooms are clean, there is a clean smell to the rooms, the lobby. The linens. Anyone who travels that way would do good to look up Austin at the Best Western in Valdosta. Thank you so much, again, for a great travel experience.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was a pleasant surprise; it was like a suite with a small kitchen, medium living room and comfy bedroom. I really appreciated the door between the bedroom and the living room when we put my nephew to bed early. The pool was fun and the breakfast was very good.

Rooms are pretty new, clean Good break fast. The only hotel in Valdosta with full kitchen. Staff is amazing very accommodating Especially front desk staff name Erika she is amazing, goes above and beyond to help their customers, Every time I asked for upgrade she is able to do that for me. On one occasion When the elevator had some trouble front desk staff helping their customers move their stuff upstairs. Truly hard working staff. They make u feel like u r at home. Pool size is relatively small but that's ok, none of the hotels have big pool in Valdosta. Good to bring family here.

My experience staying at this hotel was excellent from the moment I entered the lobby. Clean, fresh, personalized service, professional, clean room, very well appointed. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, staff friendly. We were concerned about staying in a pet-friendly hotel (allergies), but requested a pet-free room on our reservation and got a room on a no-pet floor. Best self-serve hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. The biscuits and sausage gravy were better than many restaurants.

My car broke down in Georgia. This beautiful hotel was next to the dealership that was repairing our vehicle. The room are so big and has a fridge, microwave, very nice dinning area, big bathroom an much more. If you're visiting in valdosta g. A. Or driving through Georgia and need the perfect place to stay this hotel is it. Also it's pet friendly.

The staff here is just always so nice. The rooms are clean, spacious and have nice TV's to watch while your trying to relax. Our dog is welcome here and we've never been bothered by the other dogs staying here, very quiet. The grounds are kept very clean. The only down side is there are no tubs only showers. Granted there are nice big showers, we deal with that just fine. The breakfast in the morning is good and hot. We've stayed here several times and if it stays like this, we will continue to come here! GREAT PLACE TO STAY hands down.
