A large, beautiful hotel with a great dining room. The staff is friendly the rooms are very clean.

Great customer service and very professional. Staff is beyond helpful and goes above and beyond. Front desk is very attentive and courteous.

Very nice hotel. Excellent room that was quiet, comfortable and clean. Great view of the golf course. Breakfast was excellent but not included. They have a canon in the lobby.

Scarlett Suggests… Hilton Marietta! I have stayed here on numerous occasions and I will go out of my way to stay here anytime I can. SERVICE: True southern hospitality. From check in with Brooke to my favorite bartender Kenny… Everyone here is wonderful. ATMOSPHERE: come and spend some time on the back porch in a rocking chair overlooking the golf course and the Rollinghills. You can pretend you’re in gone with the wind. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the hotel overall has a wonderful nostalgic atmosphere.

It was a very short visit but the service was outstanding! The front desk staff, Shawna and I’m sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, were professional and courteous. And at the same time warm and welcoming! Like family! I had a fabulous dinner in the Pub with the best waiter, Miguel! It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful views of the golf course. And very reasonably priced! Thank you!

Nice on the outside, pretty out the back. But old, musty and smelly throughout. From the time you walk in, it smells like some combination of wet carpet and dirty vacuum cleaner. The rooms are more of a mold/mildew smell with very out-dated furnishings. Because of its location, I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years, and the smell has always been there. No idea why they continue to just let it be. Service has usually been pleasant enough for the most part, but you just feel gross the entire time you’re there.

This is a beautiful property with amazing views. The Junior Suite I stayed in had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Bathroom is a little on the small side, but the size of the room made up for it. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of food and the service couldn't have been better. But what elevates this property to a 6-star rating is the staff. Ricky gave great recommendations on where to eat and how to get there, and truly took personal interest in making sure we had an awesome stay. Fran stepped in when Ricky wasn't available with no break in the outstanding customer service. Between the rooms, the location, and the staff — you cannot go wrong with this property. Awesome place and an awesome staff.

I gave this five stars because the service could not have been better. Everyone from the front desk staff to the conference food service staff were incredible — very friendly and super helpful. The room was comfortable as well. No complaints there. My only complaint are the numerous civil war/confederate soldier paintings throughout the hotel. I would love for Hilton to think critically about what these images represent. In my opinion, they are offensive.

Very nice Hotel for the age of it. The staff was very nice, shout out to Ms. Jackie M. Who was very friendly and had great recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to do. One of the best feeling showers I've had. Nice breakfast buffet. I don't play golf, but the people that were playing seemed to be enjoying themselves.

This is a gorgeous property with an expansive view on the backside of the property. The back porch and rocking chairs are a nice way to relax! The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast staff was superb, remembering what you like to drink for breakfast each morning! I had oatmeal each morning versus a custom omelette since the blackberries and blueberries were outrageously large and delicious!

I have stayed at this hotel from Jun 4, 2018 to Jun 5, 2018 and I was supposed to stay until Jun 7 but checked out on the next day because this was the worst Hilton in my whole life. I did not want to give any star but I have to select at least one star. Here are the reasons. 1. A big cockroach was found in the bathroom at night when I went to the bathroom. A photo is attached. 2. They gave me a different room but it was for a handicapped person and because of that the shower was with a hose and it could not remain because of the high water pressure. I had to hold the shower which was not convenient. 3. When I woke up in the next morning, what I found was that the sheet on the bed was very dirty. (The photo was attached). There was a reason that I tried this hotel because I have been staying at Sheraton for my project in this area which will remain until the end of this year at least so I wanted to try Hilton as I am a diamond member at Hilton. But what I got from this hotel was the worst experience (nightmare) ever. When I talked to the manager from the hotel after I checked out, I explained all these things but he did not seem to realize the seriousness and I felt that he somehow used to this kind of situation.

Very nice hotel on a beautiful golf course with terrific views on that side of the building. Very clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient to central Marietta. Would definitely stay here again.

This Hilton appeared nice. We decided to stay at the last minute, and when we were given a room the door was blocked open someone had been sitting on the bed, only one towel. If it wasn't as late as it was I would have had the rooms changed but it was so late and I was exhausted so I thought it'll be fine. What surprised me was in the middle of the night with only liquid in it, the toilet overflowed all over the place so there went my clean towel, as well as all the kleenex and any other absorbent material I could get my hands on. The next morning the staff at the front desk could have hardly cared less. The only thing they offered us was a complimentary breakfast of which we declined because we were not interested in it.

Room and amenities were nice. The hotel is a little dated but still very nice. The executive lounge is always accessible and one of the main reasons I like staying there.

Beautiful looking hotel as far as driving up to it, the reception area and the views out back of the golf course! Stunning! The breakfast buffet is very good and so is the pub food. The reality check came when I asked how to get to the pool and they said it opened closer to June! It's going to be 90 degrees this week! Plus on night one the pipes started to scream and black sludge came out of the sink! There's a folding seat on the tub wall which was offputting if you like baths. The cleaners are really loud all morning so don't plan to sleep in.

Beautiful hotel. I only visited to meet my coworkers for breakfast but had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Amenities are on par with any other hotel. Wi-Fi doesn't reach the outer rooms as well as it could and staff doesn't understand being able to plug in to a network. The outside and lobby look pretty nice and there's a golf course right there.

Decent room. Gorgeous lobby and grounds. Kinda located in the middle of nowhere without easy access to anything.

We spent two nights here in February, 2018 for the Atlanta Military Miniatures show and enjoyed the ambience very much. Our main complaint about our stay involves the poor service attendant both in-house restaurants. We were double billed and then a friend taking us to lunch was not billed. DO NOT give your room number to your server!

Attended a banquet at this facility in January 2018. Large group and the staff were very courteous and efficient. Had everyone served promptly.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent space for special events. It's really convenient because your guests can just stay in the hotel after your event in one of the ballrooms. It was my parents 50th anniversary party. The golf course is gorgeous and the bar is fun.

I liked the history of this place. Staff was very friendly, clean rooms. The wife and I had a night cap in the bar nice bar area. The only thing was the beds where on the small side. Overall good place to rest from a long day of travel.

Lobby is amazing, the surrounding area is Beautiful. But the Pub. Wait time was LONG and the food over priced for what we got. But the food was good. Burger & chips. Chips were fantastic. Roomwas clean & comfy.

I was here for a conference on the new 2018 GAR real estate forms. Attractive hotel overlooking a picturesque golf course. My only minor negative is the parking areas are a long way from the front door even if you find one of the closest spaces as I did.

I came here for an awards dinner. The help was great. Good service. Clean and nice facilities. The food was ok. The conference room was very nice. Table settings were very fancy.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights while visiting family. A nice hotel, with stunning wood work in the lobby. Having tennis courts was an added extra. A couple of things to be aware of: The Wi-Fi is not free — that or you have to make some kind of account. Also this is a pet friendly hotel so keep that in your head.

Shameful customer service. For more than 30 years I have been conducting post-doctoral education for health care professionals. For 2017 this Hilton demonstrated the worst customer service imaginable. When presented with consistent complaints about the lack of hospitality at the front desk the "executive meeting manager" was apologetic but ineffective and inept. This has gone on for the past 12 months. Rather than fixing the consistent front desk problems encountered, eventually the "executive meeting manager" actually blamed the guests — incredible. After having a discussion with the general manager some form of follow-up would be a reasonable expectation. For the past 2 — 3 weeks I've heard nothing. Obviously, I will not continue with The Hilton.

Nice clean hotel on public golf course, but lack of transportation to local places, lack of good restaurants, lack of good gift shop, high pet fee of 80.00 regardless of length of stay, late check in of 4 pm and there breakfast buffet is too expensive. Last yr they took there bus service away to local places free of charge. Would have been helpful to get around. The staff was very polite. I liked the fact it was away from the city. No transportation to the airport! Uber charges 45.00 share ride to this hotel from the airport. It was something new to experience far away from the city. Bus service does not run on Sunday so now I need to take uber to the airport. Nice neighborhood away from everything. Colonial style hotel w colonial style pictures. Beautiful scenery at hotel. Anyway it was something nice for a weekend getaway.

It is a hotel with good service.

We had a horrible experience just trying to make a reservation. The rude man who answered the phone talked to my husband like he was a child, and was very condescending. We are attending a wedding there in a couple weeks. Mr Rude very curtly told us the cutoff for the wedding discount had passed. We then asked that if we reserved a room would we be able to request an early check in. This frustrated Mr Rude and he said no, they don't do that and we would have to check in at 4 line everyone else. When he quoted us a price, my husband explained that on THEIR website (not a booking website, their own website) the rate was $30 cheaper. He very sarcastically said, well then you want to book it there, then don't you? Seriously? If this is how you treat potential guests, how do you get actual guests? Hospitality in the "Hospitality industry" must be a misnomer. Needless to say we didn't book a room.

Good and bad. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are nice, but the a/c in our room would never adjust to 70, and the thermostat does not tell you what temp. It is. We did get lucky that a cool front rolled in and the window would open. Room was over all clean. The store was over priced ($4 for a candy bar). Shower power was excellent on top floor!

Location was good to downtown Marietta and convenient to I75 and the city of Atlanta. Room had nice view of beautiful golf course and Kennesaw mountain. Rooms are a little dated as is the hotel. Could use some polishing up. Beds were comfy. For the price we paid, it could have been in better shape. When we arrived a bellhop got our luggage. I had a half case of wine in a box and he did not secure it well. When he pushed car arriving on our floor, the box of wine fell over and smacked the floor. We lost one bottle. He said he would replace it for us. Unpacked in our room. Took 15 or 20 min. Came back to the elevator and the mess was still there. If some came off the elevator, they would slip and fall. Found the bellman downstairs and advised… again… and he THEN felt he should clean it up himself. No bottle of wine came to replace what broke. So we went to the bar, explained what happened and a very nice lady talked with the front desk and bottle of wine was given to us. Also, the pool was not very clean. Green and black mold on bottom of pool. Umbrella over table was broken and hanging in different shape. Small wade pool was filthy with a for of was in it. Shower are for rinsing off needed some attention. No towels anywhere for swimmers use. For a hotel with a good reputation name of Hilton, this was disappointing. Needs some work in many areas. We enjoyed ourselves in Marietta and local Atlanta restaurants. Not sure we would stay afain.

I attended the conference center for a wedding dinner. The evening went off without a hitch. The service, and waiter did a great job. The food was delicious and was served promptly. The venue was beautiful and seemed to be perfectly setup for a wedding dinner. I would recommend this space to anyone look.

The bathrooms were bad e as toalhas it were sufxes. As people in front did not help me much.

Cute hotel and room. Friendly staff. It took about a day for the AC to really cool off the room though. The cleaning crew cleaned our room but didn't replenish the toilet paper. Had to call the front desk twice to get it. Eventually, just went downstairs and picked it up myself. Overall, nice hotel. It's close to restaurants and shops. Would stay again.

It has a nice setting and has a classy antebellum look to the outside. It is nice and is perfect for a family stay, however it could use a remodel and better maintenence in certain areas including the conference areas, the hallway carpets and furniture. The TV had to be repaired and the outlets in the lamps beside the beds are worn out so bad they don't work with a standard cell phone charger. Attention to detail would go a long way at this location. I expected more from a Hilton property.

Rooms were musty, damp, staff was rude and unprofessional during my sister wedding cermony they were loud in the back room and we heard loud and clear, during the family & meet and greet room we had no phone reception asked the help desk for 2hrs straight for Wi-Fi code. We were informed somoene is coming down with it. Finally Ms Jackie came to asst hrs later. My rooms has springs poking out of the bed. Had to switch rooms. During the reception we were told kitchen staff was ready to go home and we and 1 1/2-2hrs left for the reception, so it was cut short that was total unprofessional. My 1st choice is always Hilton family but I will not recommend this hotel to no one.

The hotel is beautiful but the rooms are very small and the AC wasn't cooling enough. When we called help desk, they sent someone the next day to check out what the problem was. The air filter was changed and that seemed to solve the problem. The hot tub by the pool was out of service and the water was foggy and dirty. It was covered shortly after we got there as someone said they were waiting on a part to have it repaired. The lobby is gorgeous and the patio has a breath taking view as it is adjacent to a golf course. We didn't have any trouble with service. Everyone provided great customer service. If it wasn't for the AC problem, the small rooms and the hot tub not working, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Beautiful location on a sprawling golf course (unaffiliated with the hotel). When you approach the building up the winding drive you feel as if you've stepped back in time. Parking is MORE than adequate. Beautiful white columns tower over the entry way of this colonial style hotel, inside the double doors your presented with beautiful hardwood, chandeliers and in incredibly spacious lobby! The guest agents at the counter are extremely personable and friendly. Out the opposite side of the lobby is a covered veranda with rocking chairs that look out over the gold course and nearby Kennesaw Mountain. The full size beds in the double bed rooms are somewhat small, leading the room to feel a bit small. If you're a Gold HHonors Member you're provided with a free breakfast for your stay. The executive lounge is open 24/7 on the 6th floor and has an INCREDIBLE view. Happy hour starts at 5:30! The bathrooms are somewhat small as well, and the lighting doesn't compliment the wall color well. It gives a fairly yellow cast.

The Hotel from the Hilton Atlanta / Marietta Hotel & Conference was a good experience with my family than me visitieron for my graduation. The service was very good and I recommend this hotel for everyone.

The staff has been very friendly, the room is nice and the bed very comfortable. Despite a small argument I witnessed at the dining room for breakfast between staff over glasses the stay has been good.

Service was great and the food was excellent. I recommend this place to anyone. But I will say, they don't have a baby changing table. I had to change my baby diaper in a conference table.

Generally speaking, everything appears nice at first look, but it doesn't take long to realize a lack in quality. During our stay the elevators were very slow and constantly malfunctioned and we waited for several minutes for each ride. To make the matter worse, the stairs were not a reasonable option either as guests are unable to exit at the lobby level and must continue to the lower level and then walk back up a separate set of stairs down the hall to get up to the lobby. We also had issues with the shower plumbing. The pressure dropped drastically a few times and the temperature fluctuated pretty significantly. The hotel restaurant was also sub par with decent food, but a long wait for your order (apparently due to the location of the kitchen across the hotel). The Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn't load the page to put in a password to officially connect, however others in our group were able to connect, but quickly disconnected after becoming frustrated with the speed.

Excellent staff. The breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended! They always have a military rate!

We recently hosted an event at Hilton Atlanta. The facility worked perfect for our needs, the food was great and the staff was super helpful. Highly recommend using.

I went to the Marietta Hilton convention center for a Bernstorm event. The center was very nice looking and easy to get to. We didn't have very much interaction with any of the staff.

Very disappointing. Small rooms, double beds that looked like twin beds instead of queen size beds. No microwaves in room or in facility for guest use. You have to pay $10 a day for a microwave. Small bathroom. Hotel is in the boonies. Would not recommend. Run away!

A friend was going to be passing thru the area and asked for a recommendation for lodging. After arranging my family reunion at the Conference Center over the summer and getting rave reviews, I knew the answer was Marietta Conference Center. We planned to go out for dinner but opted to visit in the restaurant instead. The food and service was great.

No Microwave! Its a ploy to get you to eat downstairs where you pay for every type of food. This place has Basic size over priced rooms for a nice hotel. I've seen motels with better rooms. Rooms are over priced and they expect you to pay for breakfast $16! Bug stains on my wall were disgusting. Stop trying to pinch money and put a microwave in the room. Horrible experience but beds were comfortable.

The Hilton Marietta is a great location for both overnight and extended stays. My last nine-night visit was nothing but a positive experience. They offer complementary breakfast that offers many great choices including made-to-order omelets, cereals, fresh fruit and a variety of pastries. The hotel's in house bar is a great and comfortable location to relax after a day working. The hotel is a short walk to the nearby Marietta squre which offers a variety off food and drink selections. In the square I recommend the Colombian restaurant followed my drinks at the Irish bar.
