We booked a one night stay on our way down south. The staff was fabulous. Sheryl even got my daughter to eat some breakfast! The rooms are clean, and it was quiet during the night.

There was an exterminator at the hotel upon arrival and I asked (within my rights) if there was a bug issue in the rooms and the concierge was extremely rude to me and asked the exterminator (who was also standing in the lobby) to tell me everything was okay and it was just maintenance so I would leave her alone. I was totally humiliated and embarrassed by what was something that would be a concern of any traveller who doesn’t want to bring anything unwanted home with them. Rooms were clean and ok. Breakfast was not bad either but the ignorance of the woman who worked at the front desk was enough of a deterrence from ever staying here again.

Beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The room was immaculate. I didn't stay for breakfast but based on how awesome the hotel room was, I bet the food would have been delicious as well!

We stay here every time we travel to and from Orlando. It is always clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is good. The staff members that we have encountered on our many stays are all very nice and helpful. There is gas, restaurants and some shopping located very near this property. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs to overnight in Macon.

Well, I was welcomed with open arms and a loving staff. The beds were pretty okay along with the pretty okay pillows… honestly I suppose you could say everything was roughly okay. I would have rated my stay a whole five stars, however with the free morning meal I was given no option of a muffin to which are my favorite and it saddened me deeply to not have one in my presence.

You guys really suck. I'm sorry but I was just refused a room because my address on my License is still in my hometown. I have not lived in my hometown in over 9 years but me being in the Army I dont have to regularly change my address. I was told that because I have a local address on my license they could not rent a room at the 4681 Chambers Road Macon Ga location. I feel like I am being punished for me being born in this city. I drove here to celebrate Independence day with my family and this has kind of thrown my day off. I am very sour at this point to Best Western that you refuse to rent rooms so indiscriminately.

The staff was AWESOME! The room was ok. I was expecting a hotel suite but this is a motel. We only had to be there from 10pm to 8 am so for that short period of time this motel is fine. If my trip were longer I would have been highly disappointed! All in all we survived the night.

We love to stay here on our way to Florida and on our way home! Great place to stay with AWESOME indoor hot tub and pool! Breakfast is truly fantastic due to the wonderful lady who prepares it and is always asking if there is anything she can do for you, we just love her! Oh, plus very comfortable beds :)

The room was clean, great rate for a double queen bed and sleeper sofa. Both queen beds sounded as if there were empty plastic bottle under the mattress, so every turn or mild movement you hear a plastic crinkle sound. But it was good enough for a late night check in on the way to FL.

Excellent accommodations. Comfortable beds and breakfast included was excellent. Staff were great. We were on vacation and left a computer in our room. The hotel tried to contact us several times and when we finally spoke with them they placed it in a locked room so that we could pick it up on our way home two weeks later. When we stopped back everything was exactly as had been indicated. We will definitely be returning on our next trip.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at while traveling with our dogs. The room was clean and updated. The indoor swimming pool and spa was relaxing after a long day of traveling and a great way to wear our kids down. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was impressive with waffles, bacon, sausage and biscuits, fruit, yogurt and bagels. We will definitely be staying here again!

The room was fine but we did experience some service issues when we checked in. When we booked, we were told the check-in time was 2PM. We arrived at 3PM. We were then told that the room would not be ready until 4. We came back at 4PM. The room was still not ready and they ended up switching us to a room with 2 queen sized beds instead of 1 king like we reserved. The people at the front desk mentioned that we were not the only ones to be inconvenienced this way. They definitely have issues getting rooms ready in time so if you have a tight schedule as we did I would not recommend it. Because of the unexpected delay we ended up being late for a wedding.

My school recently took a field trip and this hotel was so kind to give let us stay. My friends and I had lost something the night before and one of the workers at the desk helped us. She was so kind and helpful. Her name is Shay. If the owner of the hotel could just see this and give her a raise or something that is amazing! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The ladies at the front desk were so nice and welcoming. The room is clean but nothing too fancy. There is a pool and hot tub which is great. Waffle House next door was handy.

My son and I stayed here for Spring Break and loved the accommodations and amenities. We never got up early enough for breakfast but loved the pool and hot tub. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We will be back here again. Oh and very affordable.

It was fine. Rooms were very clean. No glam in the lobby or anywhere but friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a pool for road weary kids! Would not hesitate staying again to break up a road trip.

Check in was a nightmare. We booked two adjoining rooms. Which means next to each other with pass through doors. We arrived at 4:30 pm and had no rooms. I was told the rooms they had for us were not clean and we needed to come back in two hours. I stood and talked to the guy for 30 minutes and explained I had seven kids in the van that were ready to go swim. After all my ranting he reached in a drawer to grab two keys to rooms next to each other (not adjoining) and sent me on my way. The only reason I can give this hotel three stars is because the indoor pool was really nice and my kids enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. Overall the rooms were clean and the staff that checked me out was very sorry for my inconvenience.

A great place for an overnight stay! The rooms were very clean, the shower perfect & the hot breakfast was a lovely surprise with lots of choice. Best of all though was the staff who just couldn't do enough for us. Thank you ladies! Would definitely recommend this welcoming place!

Great stay for the family on our way to Florida! Comfortable beds in a clean room. The whole family slept in and nearly missed breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and let us eat without being rushed. The kids said it was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip! Highly recommend.

Very clean. Staff is very attentive. Sheryl in the breakfast area is so nice. Bob in the laundry area goes out of his way to make sure the linens are clean. The cleaning staff does a great job. Front desk staff are welcoming.

Only stayed 1 night. It's a good location to rest before continuing on through Atlanta during a weekday. If you leave at 4am you can get through Atlanta before the heavy work day traffic. Didn't do breakfast this time, but have in the past and it was fine. This is an old property but believe owner has been updating the place. The property on the outside is kept clean.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very adequate for my simple one night stay. Breakfast was nothing great, but was certainly adequate. It included hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon, not just cold pastries. Overall, a simple, satisfactory, moderately priced hotel.

There was one cleanliness problem… there was a hair in the bed and another on a pillow. The bed otherwise looked clean so I assumed these came from the housekeeper and not a prior guest. The rest of the room was satisfactory. The room was spaceous. The bed was comfortable. Missed breakfast so can't speak to that. I would have given 4 stars but took one off due to the two bed hairs. Would be willing to try again but would inspect the room prior to reserving the space.

We were only passing through heading towards Florida but decided to get some rest. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Not a big variety in the breakfast but it filled us up. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was very accommodating and saw that my son wanted biscuits and gravy but they were out of biscuits mainly because we got down to the room just before breakfast ended. She asked my son what he would like and he told her "biscuits and gravy". She came out with a big plateful and he was happy. All in all, a good place to stop for the night.

The overall appearance of the hotel was great, it was very close in proximity to shops, and where I was vacationing. They also have great amenities: a spa/pool, fitness center and Wi-Fi. The only bad experience I encountered was on my last night. My family and I were leaving the pool area and two gentleman (who I assume were either property owners/cleaning staff) came in very abrasive and made my family feel uncomfortable. They seemed to look us up and down and when my husband went to retrieve our kids from the bathroom one of the gentlemen acted like he was bracing for an attack. I assume they were acting in this manner because we were black, but it made my family very uncomfortable and I hope no one else encounters this.

Ms. Sheryl the breakfast attendant made our stay better. She was customer driven and made sure my family had all we needed. Housekeeping needs work. Everyday we had to get 2 extra sets of towels because they would only put in 3. The reservation was for 5. Overall it was a good stay. Very convenient to shops, restaurants and the Macon Mall.

Overall the hotel was fine. The rooms are clean. The location is great. The only reason I'm giving a four and not five star is because the cleaning man came into my room when I had the do not disturb up! Like really… I could have been getting dressed. He just stared at me which made me feel very uncomfortable. It wasn't like I was over or near check-out which I was not to happy with.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool, spa and fitness center, when we got here they were all closed for renovations! That would have been a bit of info to tell people when they book! Now We got here early to enjoy one night here in pool and instead we get to sit in the roo. The rooms are decent.

It was OK. When you go to leave you can pull your curtains back and leave keys in widow sill for express checkout. However, cleaning guy opened door on us twice while we were still there in the morning… I didn't care for that at all. By the way, we left at 9 am. Definitely would not stay there again for that reason. The lady in the breakfast area was very nice. Breakfast was very good too.

Very clean hotel, shower heads are very nice with different powerful settings. Large flat screen TV, good size fridge and freezer + microwave. Everything in perfect working order. Beds are decent for this road way traveler I was happy to have picked this BW out of any other choice between Atlanta and Macon. The staff was genuinely nice and accommodating, Shay was great and a huge asset to this hotel. Breakfast was very good biscuits and gravy were spectacular.

We were driving home to Indy from Orlando after a week at Disney. Nice hotel. Well kept and clean. Nice and friendly staff. Only complaint was a cheerleader group were also staying and were practicing outside in the parking lot outside our room… but we were so tired, we didnt really care. Breakfast was excellent!

I was surprised by how nice this place is. This is an older hotel with outside entrances (the only drawback). As a female traveler I was very appreciative when Stephanie volunteered this information when I was making my reservation so I knew what to expect. The parking area was well lit and sheltered from the adjacent businesses so it felt very safe. The room was immaculate with comfy beds and nice pillows. The big bonus was the indoor pool and hot tub.

My stay was pleasant considering I was not able to obtain a room accommodated for wheelchair users due to all of them being booked. The front entrance to the lobby does not have automatic doors for people with limited mobility. Sidewalk ramps are only located in the front portion of the building where the lobby is located. Ramps would be advised to be installed on sides of the building so wheelchair users won't have to roll all the way around the building. The location is pet and service dog friendly when booking a pet friendly room.

When I first arrived, I was not too impressed. Because I had to climb stairs and the bed was mushy and I love a firm bed. However I slept great. It was incredibly sound proof. I never heard cars coming into the parking lot or doors opening and closing. No interstate noise, etc. And we were one of the first people to arrive. We went to bed around 5:30 p. M. And I slept til ten p. M. Before I even had to get up to pee. Which is unusual. And then just immediately went back to sleep which is also unusual. It's a shame I didn't bring my swimsuit because there is an indoor pool that is heated and would have felt great on my sore joints. The room was very clean. There was a fridge and a microwave. There was a small coffee maker but you won't need it because in the morning they serve a bountiful breakfast. I had two bananas, a yogurt, and one pack of instant grits. My husband had eggs, sausage, biscuits with honey and juice. But they also had cereal and bagels and cream cheese. They also had a make your own pancake station. I highly recommend this hotel and the next time we are driving from Orlando to Knoxville we plan to get reservations and bring swimsuits.

I meet my cousin in Macon about every 6 weeks or so, because it's our meet in the middle spot. We usually stay here. The remodel is lovely, I love the tile they used! And the adjustable shower head is the bomb! The breakfast is spot on! And they do a great job of refilling the pancake machine and keeping the rest of the trays refilled too. Everyone is pleasant, even the guy that cleans and doesn't speak English. I feel very safe staying here! Two women traveling have to be careful! I didn't give 5 stars because some of the new carpet was installed badly… i. E. Fraying because it was cut too short and doesn't butt up to the tile. Will be back next month!

My stay with Best Western was pleasant and I was completely satisfied. I appreciated the friendly and professional staff. The accommodations were clean and completely acceptable. Breakfast was tasty with a great variety. I travel with a therapy dog and he was welcomed. I will stay with Best Western again. Brenda August, 2017

The staff was very friendly, the beds were nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was good they had pancakes, real eggs, bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy, bananas, apples, cereal, toast, raisin toast, bagels, oatmeal, grits, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, apple juice, yogurt. I don't know if I'm missing anything but was tasty I would say to be there first thing to get things hotter. But was real good, they have a washer and dryer for 1.50 and the ice machine and vending are all in one space. Over all was great.

We were totally satisfied. When you book online your gambling with what you end up with. The staff was very helpful and courteous. We won't travel straight thru anymore and that is probably going to be our stopping place. Thank you very much Best Western of Macon.

Great visit! Firm mattress, soft pillows, great hot breakfast, clean room, and good rates! Thank you for a great night's rest! This is one of few hotels in the area with an indoor heated pool and spa in this price range. Very friendly staff, especially front desk and breakfast attendant!

Honestly. It's a great value for a clean, friendly stay. We have family in middle Georgia and this gives us a great landing pad. If you're headed south on I — 75 and need an overnight, this is the place.

Very nice place, looked and felt more inviting than surrounding hotels. Grounds very well kept, always service or help when needed. Breakfast was great, and a very nice and helpful attendant.

Great hotel and even better price. 3 adults and two children for less than 100 bucks. Great breakfast and service, pool was clean and rooms were cozy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean, comfy bed, exterior corridors, heated pool and hot tub, very friendly staff and good breakfast… Only downfall was the drapery billows into the room when heat or air is on… But no biggie or loss of privacy.

Located right next to I475 and a variety of stores and restaurants. We had the king suite with the jacuzzi and it was absolutely amazing! Very clean rooms and excellent customer service. We will be definitely coming back soon.

We stay there a couple of times a year. It gets a little better each time. You can't beat the breakfast there. Sheryl the hostess even offers to make you a waffle if you want. Great menu also.

Smelled like a wet dog. Tried spray from the hotel clerk then went and bought a candle. I had asked for a pet free room because I am sensitive to smells. The people were nice and a lovely breakfast.

I arrived late at the Inn (3 am), but the lady at the desk was very helpful. The best thing for me was the room size. It was huge! With a couch and study table, that was a different experience after staying in rooms half the size on previous nights. Everything else was good and nothing to complain.

Stop here unexceptedly on our trip. Hotel was very friendly, clean and great breakfast. Would stay again.
