Worst customer service I have experienced. Was offered a king room with a complimentary upgrade since I am a Spire member. But was charged the suite price. They added on the additional price difference the following day. And was then told that they didn’t have any other rooms available. Why was I offered the king room then?

This is a very nice hotel very clean friendly staff good food they also do a drinks and snack in the evenings. If I was to have any complaints it would be that the internet had a really hard time keeping my Wi-Fi up.

This place was perfect! The bed slightly harder than we like but everything else was amazing! January was so sweet and super helpful.

The hotel itself was fine. We had a billing issue that still hasn’t been resolved since July 4. I booked online at the IHG site and for some reason two rooms were booked. I was charged for the full amount of both rooms on my credit card. The management at the hotel said that they would issue a refund. I called the IHG site and they said the local management would have to take care of it. We have been loyal IHG customers for years, but this is unacceptable. No where on my confirmation does it say two rooms were booked!

Everything was great, breakfast was better than most. The room was clean & appropriately stocked with towels coffees, tea, etc. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear a conversations from adjacent rooms & even the room beneath us which is nothing that can be improved upon at this location, only taken into account during the construction of future hotels. The only other complaint was that the beds were too hard, we tried both beds in case it was just that one but sadly it wasn't. The staff was very friendly and helpful about not only things pertaining to the hotel such as Wi-Fi, breakfast, pool, etc but also about local businesses.

I usually book rooms at the Hampton across the street but decided to give this a try on Saturday May 26th. Unfortunately I spent most of that day in the E/R due to illness and had to cancel same day. The hotel staff member who answered the phone was rude, even when I offered to email my hospital documents as proof. She basically said we will charge your card anyway and it will be up to the GM to reverse the charge. Apparently he was supposed to call the next business day and I haven't heard anything. Very unethical.

One of the best hotel to stay staff is awesome plus super clean rooms and comfy beds 100/100 for this hotel.

I had to come back once again due to dad being on hospice so I was called ahead
To get me a room and of course I get there and the lady wants to over charge me and be very rude. Me and my husband travel a lot and we love using holiday inn express but this lady once again was very rude so I had to Drive to another city and get a different hotel room and then she had the nerve to talk about the nice lady from my previous visit saying she didn’t do her job right I would love to come back to this hotel but I will not be treated this way and I will not be over charged if I want a room at 200 or 250 I could go get a room at the Hilton or something. I’m just very disappointed.

Decent location. Not bad for a night to spend. Close to highway so no bad detours either.

Easily the best hotel I've stayed in over the last few years. It was roomy, comfortable, everything worked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was pretty solid, definitely get the cinnamon buns.

Friendly staff, room was extremely conveniently located in the building (I am partially disabled, can't walk far), room was super, beds were very comfortable, breakfast bar was tasty (avoid the pancake machine tho, waffles are WAY better). Only downside, was told they have a heavyweight shower stool (up to 400 lbs), and the ones they have only go to 250 lbs).

January was great and very helpful and my stay was pleasant and I will continue to use the Holiday Inn Express in Lavonia Georgia on my next trip thank you for your kindness.

We stayed in Lavonia GA Holiday Inn Expess with our 5 lb dog and we're charged $20.00 per night. The dog doesn't bark and isn't messy. It was a safe clean comfortable place to stay. They don't serve breakfast until 7am and we left at 5am. Ugg.

Enjoyed my 5 day stay. Clean, quiet and convenient. The staff was very nice.

Please do not ever stay at this hotel. They have the worst customer service and management. I booked a reservation for 11/17/2017 which we had to cancel due to illness. The hotel had the ability to refund my money, however refuse to do so. After speaking with IHG corporation they refunded my hotel stay. The fact I am Platinum Elite status and vacation club member had no barring on this hotel decision. I am warning you… do not stay at this hotel.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean rooms, and the fitness center has a weight machine.

The front desk staff was excellent. After dealing with my fellow evacuees, they were cheerful, very polite, efficient, and professional. The rest of the staff did an excellent job, because the room was very clean, and well supplied. The hallways, lobby, and the grounds were in perfect order. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, andI really hated to leave.

We evacuated Florida for hurricane irma… the staff has been awesome… We came with 2 large dogs and 2 cats. (Refugees of storm) We r staying a few plus days … all staff is/ has been more then kind always asking how we are and if anything is needed. God bless everyone and a big thank you.

The room and breakfast were great as expected. However, the internet was terrible. Even after signing in with our given password, my son was not even able to do his homework.

Nice hotel, terrible Wi-Fi. Could not consistently stream a video. Very frustrating.

The hotel room was clean if small. The staff was courteous if unhelpful. The real problem was that the Wi-Fi was week when it was available. Which is a problem because I called before we stayed and asked specifically about the Wi-Fi because I knew I needed it to work.

The staff was extremely nice and compassionate. The rooms were extremely clean. The bed and pillows were like sleeping in heaven the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel or motel.

Room are nice and staff is friendly. My first choice for a room when staying in town for work. Location is walking distance to a restaurant and has quick access to the highway.

I had a reservation for Valentine's Day in a jacuzzi sweet so I got a phone call saying the person that was staying in that room wants to stay a extra night so I can't have the room I had reservations for I guess reservations means nothing to this place so I will not be staying here again I'm a business owner in Lavonia and I will NOT recommend you to anyone!
