The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. It was close to the lobby. We did not hear noice unless it was right in front of the door. The breakfast was great. The pool was very cold. The spa was at 95°. I was hot so the cold pool felt great to me. My wife went into the spa because she is cold natured which felt good to her. We will stay here again if we can.

Stayed here on business. Nice room. Price was right for the amenities. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and highway. Will gladly stay here again. Wish I had time to swim! Thanks C. Cox.

My wife and I love this Baymont — pet friendly indoor pool and laid back. We stay a few times a year when in LaGrange visiting family, because of the excellent location and I love the Belgian Waffles. The staff is nice and Tammy Malloy at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. We'll be back soon!

Great place! Clean, welcoming, with a helpful and knowledgeable staff! Laundry facility (free! ) Is clean and well maintained. Easy to get to, it's a nice little oasis for the weariest of travellers. Pet friendly, too!

Our experience at Baymont Inn was the worst ever! Our family had 4 rooms booked at this hotel for a weekend birthday celebration. My son goes to front desk to ask for a key to the room because 1 of them does not work. I understand protocol (which she never calls my room) as my son is standing there his dad walks up (never saying anything to her) he calls me to come downstairs to handle the matter meanwhile she tells them "they are wasting her time", "as far as she knows they are trying to get in a females room", "she heard about the shootings", "they got some funny business going on and she is going on and on waving her hands all around. Making it seem like they are not suppose to be here and talking to them like they are kids (my son is 22yrs old) As I am walking down the hall I have no clue this is the same receptionist I can hear as I'm coming down the steps. As I walk up her whole demeanor changes and she acts like nothing happened. So later I walk downstairs to get the managers card and ask for her name. She tells me her name, as I'm walking away she ask me am I gonna get her in trouble and she laughs. Her manner was so unprofessional, unethical, and discriminating. I work for a hotel franchise and in the hospitality field so to experience this first hand sickens me. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone if they employ people like her.

The problem I see for this hotel it needs a major upgrade. Walls look horrible. Found 3 crawling roaches in my room. The staff didn’t seem to care about that. It just doesn’t look clean to stay in. This hotel needs a lot of maintenance to even look decent in the rooms. If I could up load some picture I would. The price was to high. It should have been $45 a night not a $100 a night. But I hope this hotel takes in Consideration on these bad reviews. Would I stay here again no not for the price. If I new it was going to be this bad I would have slept in my car.

We stayed here for a family wedding. Love that they allow pets. And having a Cracker Barrel Restaurant right next door was awesome! The location was very convenient to downtown LaGrange. We had a very pleasant stay. The only minus was the bathroom didn’t have a fan/vent to clear the steam when showering. And occasionally the halls were noisy from other people in other rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff makes this place. The hotel is clean and taken care of. The kids loved the indoor pool and my wife and I enjoyed the modest hot tub. It has easy access to a gas Station and is half a mile from multiple restaurants. It's easy to find from the highway.

Indoor pool and heated jacuzzi… comfortable rooms and exceptional hot breakfast and never ending hot coffee and tea.

The staff is super nice. The room could use an uplift for the price. A definite fair pet fee charge. I can say though that I am most uncomfortable and blown away by the door that adjoins to the next room. I am sure the people next door are most likely amazing people but I literally feel that I am closing my eyes in the room with strangers a mere few feet from me separated by the sounds of it by a very thin door. Why would you design a hotel room like that? So would probably not choose this chain again because of that. The adjoining door is definitely a future deal breaker for us! Addendum: So we were woken up a little after 1 this morning with the loud stomping of our overhead neighbors which had been going on most of the evening. Being that we felt 1 am was a generous and acceptable time to expect your neighbor to be quieter we called the front desk to report the commotion… No answer. So my husband walks down to the front desk where he is greeted by a gentleman drinking coffee who replied that he had no idea where the employees were and a female who was attempting to get a room. My husband rang the bell and waited 10 minutes with no hotel employee ever making an appearance. Poor case of customer service not to mention safety issues as the front door of course is not locked and no employee at the desk over seeing things. The lady by the way became tired of waiting for someone to show up and assist her in getting a room so she went to the Hotel next door.

Nice quiet place to visit. Easy access to local eatery. Clean relaxed atmosphere. Friendly professional staff.

Always a relaxing stay after an annual weekend music festival in Atlanta. Stayed at this hotel 4 years in a row. The hot tub and indoor pool are perfect.

The only thing good I can say about this place is the staff is very friendly the guy that checked me in name is Jimmy I put a picture of him down below he's very helpful and very kind but other than that that's where everything goes downhill this place is very run down I stayed in a Suites due to the evacuation in Florida this place is horribly overpriced as you can see from the pictures this place is really run down it had all kind of stuff on the floor of the carpet needs to be ripped up and replaced the floor needs to be taken out and redone electrical sockets or falling apart the microwave was falling apart it was just a horrible horrible experience there is a picture of the owner that owns this property and the one next to it if I was you I would definitely stay away from this place as you can see from the pictures there were roaches in the room he charges lots of money to stay there but does not take care of the property he does the bare minimum I would not have stayed there if I could have found another place close by that wasn't packed already I had to pay extra money to stay in the suite they quoted me the wrong price so upon checkout I went to get my refund I had to wait almost an hour for the owner to get there to give me my refund everyone at the hotel is really friendly the owner not so much it's kind of cold and to himself pretty much you just want your money doesn't really care about helping you.

This place is a joke. It's not worth the money to stay here. It's a $60 night hotel and that's being generous. The place smells, they gave our room to someone the day after we checked in. They just came right in our room. So when we left we had to pack everything up as we were afraid to leave it. Had we not been in the room, the people would have had access to my camera, and my laptop. We woke up this morning to a new strange smell, it was strong enough that we couldn't sleep through it. Do not waste your money staying here.

Needs upgrading. Staff is very nice! Carpets need to be replaced w/laminate wood flooring. A deep clean will not do. My family and I always have a set of shower shoes/slippers to walk around in when we travel; thank God we had them! The pull out sofa bed had a stain at the edge of the mattress. We always travel with Max Lysol, Clorox Anywhere & Clorox wipes. This is a Wyndham facility… please bring it close to looking like one.

The employees were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and continental breakfast was fresh. My family enjoyed the pool. The temperature of the hot tub was perfect, but I couldn't bring myself to get into it. It may just be wear from being old, but it looked dirty and gross. I was a bit disappointed about that.

Would have gave a 5 except the pool shouldn't be advertised as heated when it's not comfortable enough to walk into.
I stayed here only because pool was " heated"… not happy!
I've stayed in others in middle of winter and could enjoy.
Staff made excuses that I don't want… just turn heat up!

First off let me just say that this hotel is not a roach motel or anything of that sort. That being said, there are lots of things that need to be addressed. The fact that there is no elevator in this place is a bit of a bummer. My husband is a disabled veteran and his knees go out. Ok. Whatever. We pushed through it. Got into the room. The toilet/shower area is what I can only describe as a tomb. Good luck. Then there is the beds. Very uncomfortable and noisy. The staff is friendly, but they called us numerous times despite the fact that we called them to tell them we were going to be late checking in. All in all, I will not be returning. The area and this hotel have a lot left to be desired.

From the time we arrived everyone was real polite an taking care of business. For what we got in price and room quality it was very good.

Extremely clean! All the employees from the people cleaning to the front desk associates were extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay there every time we go back to the pine mountain/Lagrange area.

It's decent. Breakfast could be better. The rooms are dated. Need to be modernized. Wifi is pretty good. And the staff is very friendly.

I stayed here last weekend the rooms were ok but they had a reunion so the pool stayed so packed as well as the hot tub that we didn't get to use them, that was the whole reason we chose to go a hotel. They did however let us go next door to use the other hotel pool but by then the water had gotten too cold. The people who were with the reunion kept asking us questions and Everytime we opened our room door someone was leaning against it and the halls were packed with people just hanging out no need to want to sit in the dining part at the pool as it too was packed with people who never left. We heard music for along time as they had the reunion there with grills, music, alcohol, and tents set up. I asked to speak to manager but was told he was in and out and wasn't there so? I stayed here along time ago it was the best in LaGrange but seems to be failing now!

Lobby was clean, king size bed was very springy, pool was good but hottub looked unenviting.

Pretty nice place but they never want to accept the coupons. Rates are almost double on the weekend but not advertised that way… pool and hot tub are basically our reasons going there… its ok though we will go back when they do decide to accept them… I refuse to pay 5 star prices for a 2 star hotel…

Desk clerk was kind. Pool is nice for the kids. But room is cramped for me. Good pricing and free breakfast.

Service and staff were excellent, price was reasonable. Amenities were shoddy. For example, the lounge chairs outside were tattered and worn, the pool plaster was falling off, parking lot needed some patchwork, etc. Overall, not too bad unless you're a stickler for physical appearance.

Was going to stay there one night with my kids and before I even got my children out of the car the man at the front desk rudely let me know that my kids would not be tolerated of horseplay. My kids was tired and we just wanted to sleep. Then he screwed up the room and after standing there for 30 minutes waiting on him to fix it so I could have a key I just asked for my money back. Never again!

Stayed here on the 7 had a great room Staff very friendly hot tub really helped ease to road aches.

Front desk attendent was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Had a slight musty smell. Bed was fairly comfortable. Over all very satisfied. Read a ton of reviews online and picked this for price and good reviews. Would stay here again.

I have stayed here twice both for the whole weekend it was nice pool was awesome breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and beds comfy staff were very friendly and helpful and the lady that cleaned our room was very quick and did a wonderful job. The second time we took our dogs and they were very nice and let them hang out on the outside of the pool. Will def be going back.
