Very nice room. Very clean. Nice, courteous employees. One of the nicest Red Roof Inn's I've been to. Will stay at this one again if ever the need arises.

We’ve stayed here twice now and like the friendly desk/concierge people. The rooms are nice and clean, pet friendly, and very reasonable along with a quick breakfast before we have to hit the road in the morning!

We always stay at Red Roof Inns because they allow all our dog. Not here only 2. So don’t stay here if you have more than 2. Parking is also horrible.

Nice, neat and clean rooms. Personable customer service throughout stay. Exterior makes a good presentation. Pet friendly.

PROS: Nice hotel, great location, pet friendly. Accommodated all 4 of my small dogs during Hurricane Michael. Nice continental breakfast and 24 hr coffee. Super friendly staff! CONS: The Beds! Absolutely BEYOND horrible! Like sleeping on a sleeping bag atop a concrete platform. I kid you not. Worst nights sleep I have ever had in my life. They should be ashamed of themselves for not disclosing how hard and heinous these POS mattresses are.

My second time staying and will definitely return. Rooms are nice, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Wasn't really a fan of the breakfast, but it was complimentary so can't really complain. Overall great place to stay and highly recommend!

The first hour of me being here was horrible. I’m 7 months pregnant and was accused of smoking pot in the room. The lady at the desk walked in my room without knocking pretending to be room service just to smell it. Then 5 minutes later the maintenance man came knocking asking me if my phone and TV was working. Mind you again, I had just checked in. After me telling him everything was working fine I had just got here he came out and asked me if I was smoking weed in my room. I told him no I’m 7 months pregnant and I also had two kids with me. I went down to the lobby to ask what was going on. “Amy” her name was, at the front desk (yes, the fake room service) started yelling at me in front of everyone accusing me of smoking weed in the room. I’m pleading my case that I’m not. I wouldn’t dare, but she’s telling me yes I am. “You are smoking weed in your room” I was so embarrassed. Later that day I came down for pillows and she has a attitude. I then started talking to her about what happened. How I felt. I’m a person that talks with my hands. While I’m talking… SHE’S mocking me! And she admitted that she was. By then I was over with being at this hotel. I couldn’t leave because I was in town for a hurricane evacuation and every room in Georgia was booked. Horrible experience. I’ll necer book there again and wouldn’t recommend any else to do so either.

The shower was amazing. I think the floors should be replaced or deep cleaned. And the breakfast options are really minimal.

This hotel is ok at best. The double bed rooms, they're tiny. The room smells of a mildew presence. Ac isnt getting cold to what thermostat is set to. Beds are full size I believe but aren't too bad to sleep in. They do have a mattress protection on so no bed bugs which is nice. They have direct TV and that's fine. But dont expect this to be a 5 star, it's a 3 star at best. Though they do have free breakfast from 6am to 9am daily. Its waffles and cereal and muffins and apples. Juice and orange juice to wash it down.

Price is good and it works well as a bare essentials place. Staff is friendly, and room is clean. Only some minor issues but nothing that would keep me from staying again. Only real complaint is traffic is hideous around hotel entrance. Not the facilities fault… more the cities problem.

Nice hotel, nice service over the phone. Called and made a reservation and got a military rate room went to check in a Sarahlynn the old lady at the front desk was very rude. Proceeded to argue with me about the price I paid and said they don’t offer rooms for less than $110 a night when I just paid 71.99 over the phone and told us we reserved a room at different location. Then she decided to look at her computer for our reservation a there we were in the right place and paid 71.99 for the room. We left and went to our room for the night after she rolled her eyes & slammed my husbands military I’d & drivers license back on the counter.

Check in 1st room bathroom had pubic hair on toilet seat n tub loaded with kinky hair n dusty room 2nd room debris from wall n dusty finally 3rd room no tub but shower glass was filled with soap scum reported all housekeeping supervisor came n cleaned scummed glass. Quite disappointed after great reviews 24 hours Drive to have to experience searching for a clean room at the end we just settled and someone came to clean the bathroom won't return.

Pretty good. Fine room but someone was smoking in another room and it made it's way into my room. Other tan that it's a fine place for the money you spend.

For basic, economocal, it's a good choice. Clean. For quick stop overs. Basic breakfast. Friendly. Helpful front desk. Even blue collar highway workers staying there were all very nice.

Let's start with the location It was a little difficult to find this it since behind a McDonald's. The lady at the front desk was very polite. The room was nice. It had a modern update look to it. The bed isn't something to brag about. The bathroom was pretty nice I love the shower.

Very updated and clean. The odd thing is the Windows between the bathroom and beds. So odd. Smokey glass between. You can completely see someone in the showers shadow. Almost voyer like. With my fiancee and his teenage son. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It was clean. I can say that much.

Never again my family and I travel every other week and this our worst stay in.

Nice room, clean but Sunday morning breakfast, the breakfast room is small 2 tables. One table was taken up with employees son and his laptop all morning.

Helpful staff and good amenities however place was not clean. You could literally see stains on the bed sheets. It was disgusting.

Very nice and clean. Rooms pleasant, spacious bathroom. Standard continental breakfast. We have 2 dogs, our room was at end of hall near key entry exit door, very easy for dog walks. We will stay here again on our trips. And pets stay FREE, love it!

Good Red Roof Inn with good staff. Rooms not so big as other of the same chain but well maintained with all the amenities in place. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast and parking. Great location.

Nice, clean place. Room, hallways & entrance clean & bright. Friendly staff. Loved shower. Showerhead in ceiling; easy to control, like rain. Bed comfortable & big TV. Good prices. Recommend this place. Only slight negative was breakfast. Had only waffles, cereal & toast.

Room was nice but a little small, we we're packing in plugins until we looked in the nightstand where we found a power tree. Got a deluxe room which includes a Friday but does not have a freezer section. Would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and clean. The interior looks like it was remodeled. Definitely nicer than we expected judging from the outside. The elevator made a weird buzzing sound and despite looking sketchy as hell, it was the smoothest elevator I have ever been on.

The hotel was easy to get to from the Atlanta airport, even after dark but finding the right entrance to the parking lot was a chore. Not the hotels fault. Just weird design of the parking lots. None of them seemed to connect. The room was clean and modern but there was a definite musty smell. The mattress was a little harder than we like but overall this was a good place to lay your head for a quick overnight stay.

5 stars for the hotel and 1 for the reception very racist.

Updated review*** Deplorable. The manager is nice, a few of the front desk personnel are exceptional, but the housekeeping department is horrible. They don't clean thoroughly and are very lazy. One housekeeper (I believe her name is Shannon) is great. She is very friendly and pleasant and does an excellent job of cleaning. I didn't notice any bedbugs at this hotel, but they do have ROACHES!

Decent, quiet, clean and affordable Inn. Free continental breakfast and help front desk staff. Gave them a four stars because it is confusing to get to them through the BP gas station.

Was a last minute booking for an overnight stay. The room's air conditioner was not working, and it being June in Georgia, it was miserable. After about an hour they were able to move us to a room with working air conditioner.

Nicely redone. The rooms are a bit small for the price. But that's ok for just 1 night. The staff was nice. Had a small stain in the shower, but thank goodness it wasn't anything weird or gross.

My daughter and I stayed with my grandchildren one night. The bed had hair on blankets. My daughter went downstairs and got clean beding and we made the bed. Bathroom had hair left in the shower (nasty), trash and dirty towles under the bathroom sink. Trash under the couch. Oh if you want to privacy not the place to stay lol. I could hear people talking in the hallways (like I was in the room with them). Night staff was very nice.

Pet-friendly hotel, nicely remodeled, although showers are shadowed see-through's with open entry (no door) and a rainfall shower-head, in which the pressure is really low. (Re: shower shadow window visible from room, consider who you'll be sharing a room with. ) Continental breakfast was a nice treat. Surrounded by many gas stations, restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is nice and located in an area where everything you need is within walking distance. However, the attention to small things are obviously over looked. Like the indoor passage way could have been vacuumed better as well as the stairwell was neglected. The fitness center had no towels or a remote for the TV and the carpet in there could have been paid attention to as well. Breakfast was pathetic, it having no fruit or the small important things to complete a continental breakfast. No hot water for instant items offered, plates for waffles offered etc. It seems like the management left all of the detailed hospitality to the surrounding stores or restaurants. If you can put up with these kind of short comings than the price is right.

The rooms are a bit small, but not an issue. The bathrooms are great. I love the design of them. Frosted glass bathroom door as well as between shower and the main room, so light filters through nicely. Sadly, this one had no cappuccino machine like other red roof inns, but pros far outweigh cons. Wifi is decent also.

A renovated hotel, looks good, but in the bathroom the glass shower was dirty was a room for 4 and only had supplements for 2 breakfast nothing good I escoji by q said 4 star and breakfast included, but the q had you can't say q was a breakfast I would not recommend it if you are looking for a full breakfast.

Hotel recently remodeled, so rooms look good, but I still ended up with an old mattress. Water pressure in shower good, but you have to choose between burn your flesh off or freeze to death. Room is small, but good size if single traveler and only staying the night. Staff was friendly. It is a pet hotel and a dog with a bark like Cujo woke me up a couple times during the night, but other than that it was fairly quiet despite being next to the elevator on a sold out night. Price point is good and what you would expect for this type of room.

Great look and excellent cleanliness for a red roof inn. A very reasonable stay for a great location. The front desk attendant was extremely nice and very responsive to our needs. I definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

The red roof in we stayed at was right off the interstate and very easy to get to. We were on out way to Florida and stayed the night at the location in locust grove. Very fast check in service, large rooms fully furnished and an enjoyable experience.

Nicest red roof I've been in. The room was clean and modern. The bed was a bit soft for my husband but I loved it. The rain head was spacious. I didn't bother with the breakfast but it was the usual waffles and cereal. The staff were pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the tiny parking lot, it didn't circle the building and there was no space if you had even a small cargo trailer.

The hotel was modern and decorated as such. We got a room by the elevator. So, we heard it going up and down all night long. Our biggest complaint was that our room was not ready when we arrived. Check-in was at 2:00. We arrived at 3:15 and had to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes while they hurriedly cleaned our room.

Nice updated rooms, very clean. Didn't like the rain head shower; not enough pressure and with no door or curtain it was very cold while not standing under the water. Would stop again.

Loved it easy to get to shops and food staff were outstanding will stay there again.

Stayed there several times very nice place to stay at and shop at the outlets. Good price too.

Wonderful location and staff.

2 double beds, 3 people. We arrived late around 12am. Staff was very nice and gave good information on what's available during our stay. Free breakfast was good, waffle maker available with the basic breakfast of muffins, danish, toast, fruit, and cereal. Room was very nice and modern with all the new fixings, however the room was a bit small.

The king bed room 217 was very modern and well designed for being so small. One of the best hotels we stayed at in this price range! (62.99 plus taxes).

Good place to stay nice rooms and great price (for personal use only do not stay here based on my opinion).

We thought this place was very nice at first. It was clean, modern decor, staff was friendly. We get to our room to go to bed, however be careful when you do go to sleep. We woke up to ants covering just about every surface in the room. On the pillow, bed, counter, walls, air conditioner, floor ect. Very disappointed and will be demanding a refund.

Check-In was routine, clerk was polite and professional, lobby as shown in photos, carpet could have used a vacuum otherwise no offensive odors nor smell of smoke until I hit the elevator, slight smell of smoke which dissipated upon exiting to the second floor. Halls were nice and clean, housekeeping was on the floor and polite. Upon entering room, double beds, size were slightly smaller than queen. The floors are wood like material, slightly dusty due to non-occupancy it appears otherwise clean, beds were clean in appearance, sheets, pillows and towels were white/clean, free of debris. Rain shower head not particularly practical for my use but appreciated. There was an odd vibration on the second floor that was annoying initially but I grew accustomed to it, never did pin point what it was. The bed was comfortable, price was reasonable, no safety issues in this location upon leaving for meals and such. Tanger Mall within walking distance as well as other chain restaurants, great stay overall, would stay again.
