For one when I arrived they tried to charge me alot more than what I booked it for online, they lied to me over the phone about when I asked about my dog they said 25 extra and I asked would that be for the whole weekend and they told me yes, also asked over the phone what was the earliest I could check in and they said 2 pm, ok well it was 1 40 when I arrived and she said no u can't check in till 3 and she said they usually don't allow dogs, explained on both dog which they said they allow and check in time what I was told on phone so she charged me 50 for the dog and 15 to check in around 2, than she said u did not say u booked a room for 4 people so that is why I was charging you extra so I had proof showed her the email on what the cost was for the room for 4 people which I just put that down it was for 3, I had proof on all of it, so anyways got in the room and took my dog into the back where the grass was to pee and walking back she says to me I thought you said that was a small dog, awwww yes she is less than 20 pounds, whatever, got in the room and my Granddaughter screamed because there was bugs in the dresser, opened the fridge and it was like mold inside along with hair it was so gross and I opened the microwave and it was so gross thought I was going to b sick, the floors look like they have not been vaccummed in weeks, well they put me in another room which was a little better but not by alot I could not stay there I was so grossed out and felt dirty being there

Rooms aren’t cleaned! And the
Customer service is horrible! Not only that but there’s a RAT! I would not recommend!

Thieves! They do not care if they take your money, provide a joke of a place, and do nothing to make it right. Better off sleeping in your car. Oh, and the pool — don’t plan on it… also beware of your car being broken into! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place is absolutely horrible, the maids come in your room with a do not disturb sign on your door. And they will steal your belongings while they’re in there… I had my wallet out on my table and when I woke up for work I had clean towels in my room and my wallet was gone…

I had 3 rooms last night for my crews to stay in while working on a construction project in the area. All room were reserved for non-smoking. One of the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, one room had paper napkins inside the sheets, and 5 of my 6 guys have bites all over there bodies this morning from bed bugs. Utterly disgusting, not acceptable. Choice Hotels and this owner should be embarrassed.

It is no longer called the Jamesson Inn it is now the Quality Inn and it was pretty nice it is one of the best Quality Inns that I've stayed at if I was to drive through there again I made you stay there.

So very upset. I stayed one night and was charged for two. After many long distance phone calls and many excuses with why it happened they said they would refund the extra charge. Instead of refunding the charge I was charged a third time. I immediately called back, she was clueless with what happened, and said she would take care of it. I called back an hour later and she left for the day without taking care of the issue. I have now been charges three times for a one night stay, but hey I guess since it is not money out of her bank account she could care less. I will be calling Corporate, disputing the charges with my bank, and letting everyone know how poor their customer service is.
