It’s not the best place but it’s better than most around this area.

Had to stay until my place got ready, ripped me off with the weekly prices. Was online for $310.50 when I got there the manager charged me $345.50 then charged $5 for breakfast. Only clean rooms once a week, maids dont speak English. Let alone they never have towels manager came in the room stating he was coming to fix the t. V. Mind you the room was 205 he suppose to ne at. Im on the third floor come to find out he was on the wrong floor, "he said. Manager knew what he was doing, snooping around the room, food is old, same pastries was not happy but was the lowest rate around for the weekly rates. Houston was pleasant, Ms. Regina very friendly always smiling the others the manager need to reconsider his front desk employee's.

Nicest Econolodge I've ever seen, and I'm a Choice Elite Member, and have stayed at many Econolodges.

Curious Staff friendly and nice room. Convenient to I20 and clean facility.

It was pretty nice. Employees were helpful and kind. Free Wi-Fi and housekeeping does a great job. The water could be a little hotter though.

Super clean and newly renovated. The mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable. Excellent free breakfast, and clean pool.

Had to stop on a foggy, rainy night. Was not impressed with the room and lack of basic setup. Didn't have enough towels or even a bath mat. I was afraid I would fall in the shower the price was really high and breakfast was limited with the juice machine not working, no hot water to make hot cereal, and so much more missing. Left there to go buy breakfast on the road.

Nice location. Right off interstate 20. Not far from attractions or food. Only setback is there are a lot of people who wonder the streets around the hotel.

Newly renovated rooms are very nice. Bed was very comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. There is no truck parking! That is my only complaint.

It was a nice room but breakfast want great and they rushed you out. Having waffle makers out there on the counter is dangerous to kids and the guys working there actually told my husband to go sit down and not use the waffle maker. Then he put the batter away. We didn't get there late or anything like that. I guess most people knew to avoid breakfast.

I was just looking for a hotel that was clean, inexpensive, and close to where my conference was. This property filled all those requirements. I would stay here again.

We had a really nice stay… And I thank God for the desk attendant that really pulled some strings that help us out in a tight situtation. The room was clean no complaints all FIVE STAR.

Came To Douglasville With My Mother-In Law And Fiancé Early This Morning Around 12:30 am… Stopped Here And Was Charged 84.99 a piece For 2 rooms, First Problem My Mother In Law Was Given A Room On The Second Floor After Being Told It Was No Extra Rooms Where Me And Her Son Was Located. 2nd Issue She Get's To Her Room And Her Door Was Open Room Was Not Cleaned… We Then Went Back Down And The Clerk Gave Her A Room On The Third Floor Right Next To Us… (Wow But It Was No More Rooms On That Floor), Ok So She Gets In The Room To Find Out The Control Don't Work And The Phone Does Not Work Either, Mind You It's Now Close To 2am before We Settled… So Then When We Get In Our Room Our Phone Also Did Not Work It Had No Cord And The Refrigerator Did Not Work Only The Freezer Part… One Of The Wash Cloth Had Stains On It, And Tissue Was Found Under The Top Cover Of The Bed Located By The Window… For The Amount That We Sent To Stay Here Should Be Cut Down And Reimburse To My Mother In Law. We Will Never Come Back Here Again.

Late night check in was great! Knowledgeable and friendly clerk. No noise at night. Clean rooms, really love the no carpet in hotel rooms! Thank you!

This was my first and last time at this hotel, the hallways messed like cigarette smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking hallway. The bathroom didn’t have shower curtain also the floor has a really bad slope. Tried to wash clothes and you had to play with the knobs on the washer to get it to start. Also the dryer didn’t dry, did bring it to mgmt attention and he dried our clothes in another drier. The breakfast was a joke, The apple juice had something floating in it. There was cereal and no milk, Pastries and fruit that was old the bread was stale. Only good thing was the waffles. But, I can say the staff was great any issues they were there to fix them. But overall I still must give it one star.

I just applied to work here. I understand about experience, but I know I can perform all job duties required. I'm very smart and capable. Just show me what to do, and I'll ensure it gets done. You need to give new people a chance. Please look up Robert Smith, and call me.

Nice hotel. It has been remodeled recently. Soft mattress, good amenities. Very friendly staff. I didn't stay for breakfast.

It was okay. I checked in at 230am and left at 1030am. Room was adequate for the price. For some reason the front desk decided to call at 730am asking for Kimberly. I was pretty unhappy. Would stay again.

Our room was not cleaned after first nights stay and no new towels were given. Bathroom fixtures were barely hanging on the wall and the shower handles were all loose. Breakfast was sub-par as well. Had to ask staff member to fill the coffee pots while she was talking on her cell phone the whole time. Came in after a long day and the Front Desk Staff (same as the breakfast lady) was laying on the couch in the lobby. Whoever owns this Econo Lodge better hurry up and make some MAJOR staff and policy changes! HORRIBLE experience. We will NEVER stay at an Econo Lodge again.

The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi did or would not connect to my lap top. Other then that it was great. The room was nice and clean better then days inn in villa Rica.

The lobby looks better than the actual rooms itself. The sign outside states weekly rates, that's not the case. I found a roach in my room. If your a diamond member go somewhere else.

The room is run down. I asked for a non smoking room, hallway and room was permiated w/ cigarette smoke. I wanted to do laundry and swim. The pool was not open the entire time I was there. Pool hours are 9am to 10pm. When I went to do my laundry the door was locked at 9pm. Was told close at 10pm still locked in am. Guest book says open 24 hrs?

Upon arriving in our room it was 100° inside. The rooms were stocked with very few toiletries, and only one bag of coffee which was regular. The shower curtain in the bathroom was torn all the way across the top. For the rate of 100+ after tax it should offer much more. Sadly, I regret that after a long drive this is the one we decided on, as we thought it would be the nicest out if the selection. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention the parking lot doesn't have the best lighting!

Older hotel. Room was clean but carpets should be replaced. Caused a slight odor in the halls. Good place for a cheap clean room if you are not worried about hallway ambiance.

Older rooms, but clean. Staff was excellent. Recommended for a budget stay. No problems.

Room 103, non smoking hot tub room, great experiment.

Just stayed the night on the way through. The beds were fine and did the job. We must have been right next to the laundry room as it got really loud at 7:30 a. M.

Not horrible. Decent price for a weekend. Breakfast was continental (read all starches… cereal, toast, waffle) Beds are in dire need of updating. Room was clean, housekeeping did a good job. Towels were above average for this price point. Good seledtion of restaurants in short driving distance.

Go here all the time even though my visit really takes me further into the city!

I'm here now we could 'nt get what we wanted so we had to settle room was horrible bathrooms was grimey the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom had dirt and grim in the sink.
