This is a quaint hotel franchise with rhe back rooms overlooking a creek. The pricing is perfect, the hotel manager friendly and helpful, and I am grateful for the opportunity to experience this area.

Location is ok. Liquor store is right across the street, and resturaunts within 2 minutes walking distance. The rooms are outdated. Microwave looks like it came from the 70's beds aren't fantastic, no pool… pretty quite. Service… lol.

This place was OK to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK with make your own waffles and juice (although you have to bring it back to your room as there is no eating area). The room had an odd smell I suspect was some cheap cleaning product. Beds were OK. Price was very good so I cannot complain about the value. This is a cheap, clean no-thrills hotel good for a night.

The place was nice and very helpful. Pet friendly too. It's small, but close to a lot of shops. The room was a good size and clean.

The staff was very friendly. They were available in the late hours of the night via phone and were quick to setup multiple rooms for us. There was free breakfast included. Waffles, hot chocolate, coffee. All the necessary stuff. The price was great. We were a party of 8 and paid just under $130 for 2 rooms.

For the price, I honestly thought we were going to be staying in a run down hotel. I was shocked when I saw how much nicer this place was than what I expected. The ONLY thing that kind of turned my stomach was that there was what looked like weave/hair tangle through out my bath towel. Because there was only two towel and my boyfriend had already used the other one, I had to use a small hand towel to dry off.

The lady behind the desk was very helpful and polite, rooms were nice and clean, for the price it was well worth it. If I'm in the area again and I'm not camping I will stay there. Would recommend to a fried.

Pros: Great location and price. Check-in clerk very friendly and helpful. Clean. Comfortable beds. Cons: Old and run down. Yappy dog right next door barked for hours. HVAC is a loud wall unit with either heat or cool but not both, so you have to keep getting up to change the setting. "Breakfast" is actually only continental, with no protein whatsoever. Then at 9 pm the same check-in clerk who checked us in at 5 pm ignored our Do Not Disturb sign, banged on the door, then barged right in, claiming the computer said nobody was in our room and she just wanted to "make sure. " Like, she couldn't just call the room? Or at least wait until we were dressed and answered the door? Weird.

Pet friendly and clean. Nice staff. Basic motel but we stay here every time we come through.

This hotel is great. Great manager and employees and rooms were really clean. It's located in a great location. Definitely would stay here again.

Clean rooms and king bed was comfy. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Great value!

Great value for the money! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Not flashy, but at least clean! The A/C didn't cool as quickly as I had hoped, though.

Finding a room and check-in was a breeze. The staff were nice, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and prestine, and hotel was quaint with easy to get to rooms. The only problem was that I guess thw hotel had just been painted and the smell of paint was still lingering.

The clerk was friendly but I could barely understand him. The room was small and well worn. The parking lot was too small for the number of people using it. This motel has seen better days and is very over priced for the quality and level of service provided. Wireless internet worked intermittently. To be fair, the AC, TV, and plumbing worked fine. I should have kept driving or spent the night in my car.

This place was great. We were well taken care of by the staff who went out of the way to accommodate us. Clean rooms and quiet. Great riding the mountains. Thank you.

Stayed last year and it was good, this year not so much. Unfortunately our room had mold all over the wallpaper and the carpet and bedding all felt moist. Room smelt like a damp cave. Couldn't switch rooms due to it being completely booked, so we found a room at a resort close by.

Very friendly staff at check in. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Bed were very comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. It consisted of some fruit and prepackaged muffins and coffee. Over all I enjoyed the stay.

Arrived late. Quick check in. Inexpensive and nice staff. Could improve on Continental breakfast bar, but ok. Enjoyed our short stay and would stay again.

We were traveling and it got too late too keep going. Stopped at Americas best Value Inn inn at Clayton GA. What a pleasant surprise. The attendant was cheerful and helpful at midnight. At other motels we have stayed at, late night arrivals were not always appreciated. Our room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was well maintained. Beds were harder than I prefer but my family slept well. Next trip we take out that way I know where we'll be staying.

The hotel was nice but could use a little updating. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was super nice.

Picked because had decent reviews. Terrible. They charged my daughters credit card and mine. It says no smoking, but nothing about vaping. They changed another 50.00 and the room WAS NOT SMOKED in. Denied double charging for the room, them admired it after arguing for 10 minutes.

I was only here for one night but service was ok and the room was clean.

This motel is absolutely fantastic for the price. $55 and you get top notch customer service, extremely clean facilities, and a prime location in the heart of the Northeast Georgia mountains.

I stayed here last week. For all I got for the price — it was a great deal. The room was clean, I had a small fridge and microwave in the room. Wi-Fi was included too! If I am needing a motel again when in Clayton I will be stopping by here.

Very clean, friendly staff, reasonable. Ten bucks added for our dog. Nice and quiet. Nothing fancy, very simple breakfast, but we overall liked it!

The manager and housekeeper were super friendly! The room was very clean and cozy, with a microwave and mini fridge. A small breakfast is offered in the morning. There is even free Wi-Fi, which is really nice.

I will admit prior arrival I was nervous about the stay at this Inn. Due to this being the "Peak Season" for this area all facilities were booked. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with the Motel. Kathy the Manager was super fantastic. The room was extremely clean and had all the ammenities needed for a stay away from home. Will definately stay at this motel again. Thumbs up to the Manager because I really feel she is putting 100% into managing this facility in every way possible. Can't say enough about her and the Housekeeping. Season Fall.

I am 85 and still get around fairly well, sometimes with a walker. Kay gave us a handicap room even though we did not ask for one. When we go to clayton for overnight, this is where we stay. It ain`t fancy but it is clean and comfortable and Kay is super.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any travelers going into Clayton, GA. The manager Kay is a sweet heart. White Desi.
