Nice clean hotel. Very polite staff. Decent Breakfast. Nice pool and workout room.

The room was very nice and extremely clean. The breakfast they served in the morning was great. They also have a indoor pool which was nice when weather outside was bad. Overall great hotel would stay there next time in the area.

I booked a room through a third party online company to receive a discount. The total was 167. I held the room with my card and asked it to be billed. My friend arrived and was asked for her card. They billed her $192! I was never billed. I called 2 days later and told them what happened. I gave them my card number again so they could take care of it. Well, they charged her again, for $162! A bunch of retards working at this location. I will not be back due to the hassle and non-cooperative nature of their inept front clerk staff.

The staff are so kind! Breakfast is awesome! The cleanliness is top notch. Beautiful hotel, and very nice updated amenities! Would most definitely recommend!

Overall a pretty good experience. The rooms were in good shape, they had a decent breakfast, and the staff was pretty friendly.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable beds the breakfast was hot however the hostess could have given more attention to cleaning to the entire service area. There were several children present they were running wild in the breakfast area and making a mess. Overall we had a decent stay☺

Clean exterior, but a bit disappointing in a few key areas. Room hadn't been detailed very well (hair in the bathroom, food under the couch). Breakfast was tasty, but all the fruit was way under-ripe to the point that you couldn't eat it. And come on, how are you not going to have the Braves games on the TV?

Very courteous and professional staff. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. My room was perfect! Super clean and fresh and everything worked as it should. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The only complaint was that I did not get the 2 rooms that I booked online thru booking. Com. Instead of 2 queens and a sofa bed, we only got 2 queens in each room, other than that, customer service was great. The rooms were clean. If you like breakfast, they had a good selection. I'd definitely use them again.

This was the first time I sayed in a Fairfield Inn. I must say I was quite pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The decor and layout was really nice, but what shined was the staff. The ladies at check in were wonderful. Very friendly and fast. Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of room to move around and enough counter space for a family of four to unload. Breakfast had a rather large tasty selection and once again, the staff was great. I do not normally do repeats, but if I was in this area this place would be hard to beat. I believe the lady at the front was Tatiana, she provided some of the best service of any hotel staff I have had.

Very clean and quiet. Close to everything. Great size rooms. Very nice for the price and they are very accommodating. The indoor pool is a plus.

Very friendly front desk staff. Housekeeping another story don't knock on my door at 8am then 10am when check out is at 12. No USB outlet for phone charging in the rooms. Clean room.

Hosted my sons birthday party here. It is really hard to find decent hotels that still allow you to have events in a conference room. The lady was very friendly. Helped me throughout the entire process. They were accidentally over booked and let me know in a timely manner. The other event cancelled so it worked out for me. It was very clean and a pretty decent size space to hold 40+ ppl. I liked on the back wall there is counter space with plug to keep food warm and what not very handy! I like you dont have to pay until AFTER your event and it was reasonable price for the size! They were not too strict on my end time we ran over about 2hrs. Might have been because nobody booked the room after us. But will be probably using them again. Was a big hit!

Looked like he was busy trying to go back to watching the lobby TV as noticed that when I walked in, and he went to the check-in area. Room I received has a door adjoining another room, and you can hear the neighbor talk, so if this hotel has adjoining room, and thin wall, or bad sound separation due to the door between rooms, maybe you ought to reconsider booking here if you need guaranteed peace and quiet. Tonight appears to be a couple females having girl talk and loudly. Yeah, not going to be a good stay. Why are the rooms so long, what purpose having a door between other rooms? Why are the support beam arches dirty? Poor hotel design. Update — gave it another try on a different night and at 2 AM there is a hotel party in the hallway multiple people opening and closing doors, sitting in the hallway talking all night. So, still one star as per original review.

I had a great experience here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is a wide spread of choices from hot foods to yogarts and cerials. All were very good. Staff are extremely nice and amenities here are wonderful. I will come back and highly recommend this location.

It's nice, skin deep. Door is very hard to open and drawer won't stay shut so when you get up in the middle of the night you smack your shin on it. Along with hurricane price gouging. This place is not worth the over priced rate being charged.

We were one of the evacuees from Florida and we had a dog mr. Bruce was kind enough to make an exception for our dog the room was very nice clean we were very happy with her experience.

I stayed at the Fairfield from 4/9-4/13. My little ones (ages 2 & 3) were staying in a ground floor room. At 8:30 on 4/12 the fire alarm sounded. I quickly got my sleeping little ones up and went to the door. The first floor hallway was filling with smoke. Several individuals were opening their doors to see what was going on. Two doors down from our room was the elevator electrical room which smoke was coming out. The front desk manager kept opening the door to the electrical room and had the assistance of another guest who were guessing and trouble shooting what was going on. The alarm company called to see if they needed to send fire which she declined (I can verify because I myself called the fire department to see why they were not coming to address the smoke and alarms and was told that the manager declined there services saying there was no fire). After opening the electrical room door several times the smoke continued to billow out and the alarms sounded again. We evacuated our room and went to the lobby to make sure all was well. The manager put in a call to their emergency maintenance number and they troubleshooted over the phone that it was just an elevator motor that burned/shorted out. Several individuals were concerned with her lack of concern. Upon asking the manager what was going on she said she unplugged the elevator and everything was fine. Meanwhile the hall was filled with smoke.

Not presentable at all for a large group for our families wedding. Didn't support us and the employee should FIRED. Absolutely terrible service!

I stay at Marriotts year round 3-6 times a month and never have an issue! I go to check in here and she refuses to give me my military discount because my military ID is expired! I never have an issue with this I am a veteran either way 6 years in Army 11B Infantry! Just trying to get a good nights sleep after a long working day! The lady of front would not even let me speak with her manager! I called the reservation line and booked my military discount through them and they gave it to me! I will be calling Marriot tomorrow! Veterans get discounts to! And if they don't support all military service active or retired I'll go stay somewhere that will! This is horrible and not America anymore!

We drove from Omaha to Atlanta. We arrived in town at 530 am after driving for nearly 20 hrs (kids, stopping, etc). We needed sleep and we were in town about 4 hrs before our event. The front desk clerk Eddy set us up for what I needed but added a day in case we needed to come back to sleep. Let me explain something about this, no one, in all my travels has ever recognized a person's need to just hit the pillow more than Eddy. Stellar care and anticipation of our needs.

People were friendly but the "breakfast" leads a little bit to be desired. The pancake machine wasn't operational. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds which was a false alarm but enough for me to be away from 2:30 to 4:00 am.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was very courteous. I enjoyed my stay.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joanna during my stay and she was wonderful. She actually went out and picked me up a couple monster energy drinks when I commented they had only rockstar in the marketplace. Hats off to Joanna and her service. Rarely do you get someone that goes above and beyond to satisfy a guest! I will definitely be back when I am in town.
