Beautiful hotel. Each room has a washer and dryer. Apartment style setup with sectional couch. And there's a pool. Non smoking property not even on the balcony.

Original 12 Atlantic station which is now 12 midtown there are incredible from Reginald and the front desk to Tyler in the bar staff is consistent and professional! New restaurant had incredible service and amazing food!

This hotel is such a gem in the middle of Atlanta. The location is so convenient. But more importantly the staff’s professionalism far exceeded my expectations. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. My suite was super impressive. Spacious, clean, modern, and airy. Couldn’t ask for better! Will stay here again for sure. Thanks 12!

The rooms are very clean. I like how spacious the rooms open the kitchen and living room are. The balcony had a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The beds were firm but comfortable and the pillows were plush.

12 Midtown is an interesting hotel. Instead of typical rooms here you stay in an apartment. The hotel is on six floors of a building that is otherwise apartments or condos. You share the pool and fitness center with residents. My room was modern and roomy with lots of light and windows. Bathroom is clean and we'll designed with a walk in shower as well as a tub. When I arrived in my room I noticed the shared we're falling down. I was able to fix it myself. After I laid down to sleep the smoke alarm went off at 10:30pm. The front desk employee wasn't really sure what to do. It stopped about 20 minutes later. Then at 1:00am it went off again. This time I asked to be moved. The alarm was only in my room. Hotel staff didn't do anything to compensate for the issue. The hotel is located at Atlantic Station which is chock-full of stores, restaurants, and other great things.

Great modern space that seems to still be under some construction. The rooms are large and well equipped. The front desk staff is friendly. And the hotel restaurant and bar is top notch.

A fantastic and very comfortable stay. The rooms have all the amenities of a studio apartment, including a dishwasher, stove, and full-sized refrigerator. The rooms have lots of natural light and a nice modern look.

I have only been to the Twelve hotel for the restaurant and Starbucks. The staff is always friendly though and the food at Allora is really good. I would definitely recommend the pizza.

I love going here for drinks. The food is pretty good also at the bar. They've done renovations lately so now the bar area is closed off and has its own private door but the service is still really good. They have really good drinks and an extensive wine list as well.

Rudest most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered at a Marriott property. Encountered head of security who barhee in our room to search for drugs when our neighbors were clearly partying and smoking next door. He seemed nothing more than a bully who wanted to intimidate some girls and insinuated my friend was high. She's in freaking law school and never done anything sideways in her life. He was all about intimidation and fear mongering rather than security. Worst stay of my life. Why would you go out of your way to make your guests afraid of you? Would never recommend. Literally pick the motel 6 over this dumpster fire hotel.

Absolutely love the decor. Nice atmosphere. Great for short or long term getaways. Located in the heart of a wonderful shopping district. Just minutes from city center.

The Twelve is a very nice apartment complex conveniently located in Atlantic Station. Its right next to the parking garage entrances as well as walking distance from Publix. The staff are always very friendly and curtious in the lobby and they can even give you elevator codes when you forget your keys. Plus they recently renovated the hallways with new carpet.

I visited the Starbucks with family and friends to get some MOJO and the service was very pleasant. We were there to take the kids to see the huge Christmas Tree and the artificial snow and train ride. It started to get cold and decided to go to Starbucks at this location; though it is small we would go back to visit again.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel when you visit Atlanta. The hotel is apart of a new mix use development. Next to shopping, a movie theater and restaurants. The gym is nice as well.

AMAZING! Evrything from customer service to the room was incredible. I booked this room for my uncle for his anniversary. He'd gotten some pretty upsetting health news a couple weeks ago so I really wanted to make this trip special for them. I spoke with two front desk representatives and they were both absolutely warm and professional. They even upgraded my uncle's room! As soon as he checked in he couldn't wait to call and let me know how much they love their room.

The bar at the Twelve Atlantic Station has a nice ambiance as well as a fine selection of drinks. There was also live music when I was there, which was a nice touch. The drinks are a bit pricey, but not outrageous considering the venue is located in the midtown area. There are other restaurants/bars in the vicinity that one could go if they choose. The crowd there is also diverse, ranging from the mid-20s all the way to older 40+.

I have a very bad taste when it comes to this place. On Saturday we was celebrating my step-son engagement purposal, when we was interrupted by staff at 8:30 p. M. Saying we need to quiet down. Keep in mind the time and we are adults no more than 15 of us present. No late hours noise, no loud music just some laughter and conversation. Getting to the serious point of this situation is my step-son lady, dad had travel here to be a part of his daughter important engagement. The staff waits until some of my step — son guess leave to come back. Well my step — son and his wife was ask to leave losing money on their room and also was charge on his credit card additional money. Now who wants to experience this on your important day. Read my review and take your business somewhere they appreciate your money.

Always pleasure coming here for events. Was here to attend a show in the event hall off to the side. It's not hard to get to and of course the whole of Atlantic station was a few feet away. Parking is a pin but thankfully it's cheap to park per hour within the deck compared to the rest of Atlanta. Also they have spots for EV's too. I have yet to stay in the hotel part but from what I have seen visiting a friend or two it's definitely nice inside and upscale as well. Look forward to the next event I attend there!

Twelve Hotel is in the process of renovating. The word is that it will be fabulous when completed. I enjoy my experience when staying here. The staff is confident, well trained, respectful, and listen to any issue or request I have made and resolved with appropriate solution. Valet service is out standing. The beds are great, pillows are accommodating 3 levels of density soft, med, firm and 6 pillows per bed. I sleep wonderfully. Some have full kitchen, full appliances, dishes, silverware, pans, glassware, ice maker & filtered cold water. Extra kitchen items may be requested and delivered to your room. Room space is quite large, and the glass windows in living room give a awesome view around the perimeter of the property. Great exercise room & seasonal outdoor pool. I recommend this "jewel" in mid-town with high hospitality standards.

Suites are top notch and the service here is great! Our room was very spacious and clean. Its Atlantic station so there are many restaurants, stores, movie theater, etc in walking distance. The valet guys seal the deal they are the BEST! You don't even have to remind them what type of car or room number! You call down for your car when you get outside it's already pulled around! Make sure you tip these guys because they deserve it and need a raise!

Nice, clean hotel. Efficient staff. Beautiful space. The hotel guests, however, can be a bit rough around the edges.

In-room Wi-Fi had strong signal but was very slow. In fact, it was too slow to search basic internet functions. Be aware that the rooms exterior walls are glass and not sound proof. The constant sirens — from Emory Hospital across the street and adjacent fire/rescue station — were interminable as well as the surrounding street noise (souped up cars and motorcycles) all night long. If you are a lite sleeper, this is not your hotel. They drained the pool 6/25/2016 due a leak investigation and have no estimates on opening again. Call to make sure pool is open if you want to use this feature. Lastly, this seems to be a party hotel. We experienced several loud parties in rooms well into the early morning hours.

This was my second time staying here. Coming to Atlantic Station has become a yearly event for my Wife and I. The Twelve is the obvious choice and you get what you pay for. We stayed in 602 again, which has a great view of midtown.

Excellent location, excellent rooms, and excellent service, however the. Security is pathetic!

This is my favorite place to stay in Atlanta. Love having the extra room to spread out in. The bathroom is big and has both a shower and a separate tub. The kitchen area is stocked with the basics. Like the contemporary look of the place. Great location, especially if you are doing something at Atlantic Station.

Excellent as always. Has lost some of the luster from when it opened several years ago but always courteous service and spacious rooms in a safe and exciting area of town. Best hotel for the money in Atlanta.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm an Eliite member with Marriott rewards. I stay at a Marriott hotel 4-5 times a week and I've NEVER ever been treated as horrible as I was at this hotel. The front desk women have the worst attitude I've ever dealt with. Not to mention, the guest services manager completely misguided me, in which, if I knew otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed there in the first place. All of them are rude and nasty, all except the one man at the front desk. I will never stay at an Autograph hotel by Marriott ever again. I'm a very hard man to piss me off but they succeeded. Your whole front desk needs to be trained @HotelManager.

Hotel felt unfinished. Spackle on walls, plywood ceiling (could have been the design), old wiring capped off and sticking out of walls. Location is the only positive for this hotel, especially at $209/night (pre-taxes) and $28 per night for parking.

They are racist! We were vrry rudely discriminated against. The hotel security followed my co-worker up to my room because she was white and I was black. Then they kicked her out! I'm done with them no one should stay here they should be boycotted!

I'm staying here for a month. The place is super great. The management are doing everything they can do to help you. I love the night time security Larry. He definitely makes sure that your stay is a safe and secure … Larry is the best security… only great things to say about the hotel and management.

Hotel is over rated, we stood at the front desk for an hour waiting to check in because the systems were "down". We finally get in our room and had to kill a water bug aka a roach. And our bathroom was not supplied with hand towels or wash clothes and they took over 30 minutes to bring some up.

I didn't have a problem with stay at all. Valet parking was on point. Room was always clean, and atmosphere was great.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. Me and my family stayed here on July 3 for two nights and will never be back. Our hotel room ceiling looked as if it was under construction, we could hear noises above our room as if the ceiling was thin, our shower head hook was broken where the shower head is supposed to hang on which once we turned it on it would fall off and shoot water everywhere, water would get all on the floor because the shower curtain rod was not positioned correctly to adhere to the shower, the tile in the bathroom was broken in one area and it smelled like urine, and our bed slept horrible. Let's not forget the hair I found on the pillow. For the price we paid for this supposedly two bedroom suite was not worth the money ($1, 041.68). We were in town visiting for the holiday out site seeing and had checked into the room later that evening and did not realize that there were issues until we got ready to use the bathroom facility and go to sleep. My husband called that night to speak with a manager but was told the manager wouldn't be back in til the next morning. So when he called that next morning he was just told that they would try to address the issues and didn't even consider giving us another room or half of our money or something. I will never be back at this location again.

I do not recommend this hotel. My friends car was broken into while in the care of valet parking. Management did not seem to care. They treated her like garbage. The valet parking and manager were very suspicious about the entire situation. If anyone else that stays here vehicle gets "broken into" call the police immediately the hotel will not help you.

I don't understand the other reviews. ALL staff were pleasant, courteous, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and we had no complaints in reference to houeskeeping. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to be sure our room was ready. When I called the desk several times for different reasons, I always got my questions answered without a problem. The food at restaurant was excellent and delicious. We enjoyed the entertainment. Valet was speedy and efficient. As far the key issue, I am fine with the security and it was nice and quiet on our floor. The younger adults were on another floor so u could attend their parties if u wanted to and if not u could sleep in peace. I read all the reviews prior my stay and was scared we made the wrong choice but to my surprise it was wonderful. Definitely a nice experience and would stay again as well as recommend to others. Made the wedding experience a delight.

I've been to the "Twelve Atlantic Station Hotel's" restaurant and bar area a few times and I have to say the service leaves a lot to be desired. When there's a large party, the servers I've had have seemingly felt that because they are due an included gratuity, they can provide poor service. In attentive to the tables needs, auctioning off food, making rude and snide comments to guests and the list goes on. This has happened on various occasions and not only when it's busy. If you are coming for the music and atmosphere then please come and enjoy yourself; however, if you want to have a birthday or other special occasion celebration for a large party, I strongly dissuade the use of this venue.

If I could give them no stars I would. We were there for a birthday party in June and the acting manager cancelled the event 2 hours before start time because he said "he was afraid of people being turned away" before that he told catering staff to "use paper cups because we don't want broken glasses". It turned into what we felt it to be a "we don't want your kinds business" but that should have been done weeks and months prior to everyone getting there. Speculation on what he thought the event was going to be and not aware he was dealing with some classy and business people, their loss.

Will NEVER stay here again! Hotel looks great, but a majority of the staff was VERY rude and disrespectful! My friends and I were basically harassed and bullied by their security guard Larry, who tries to intimidate you with his size and appearance! He is a very nasty individual and management only made excuses for him and his behavior. We ended up being kicked out of the hotel for simply asking questions, which Larry took as us being defiant. He does not like to be questioned as he stated, "The protocol is I ask the questions and you answer"! Take my advice and avoid this hotel! It's not worth the money or ruining a good vacation.
