Great customer service. The hotel is beautiful. I’d give it a 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely be recommending this to my clients traveling to Atlanta as well.

My husband had two procedures recently at Emory Hospital. I was not allowed to be with him due to COVID restrictions. I dropped him off at the hospital and spent the night at Emory Conference Center Hotel. It’s a very nice place, only a few blocks up the street from Emory on Clifton Rd. The courtyard is beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby. All staff were kind and courteous, especially William. I highly recommend this hotel. It gets a five star rating from me!

SHAME that the most expensive burger on the menu is the one that causes no heart disease, no cancer, no diabetes and doesn’t harm the environment and doesn’t involve killing animals. Exercise good Corporate Social Responsibility by encouraging the Beyond Burger at competitive prices!

This will be my 3rd year of staying at the hotel. My catering company has cooked Thanksgiving lunch for Eggleston Hospital for the past 6 years. So staying close by is a help. ECCH has been so gracious to me and my staff each year. The rooms are comfortable and accommodating to our short stay.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Beautiful setting, beautiful decor and a wonderful ambience. Staff are friendly, very helpful and are clearly proud of the place in which they work. My opinion, if you have the opportunity, don’t hesitate.

Excellent Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design with classic 60s look and spaciousness. Very nice suburban, quiet pocket for location in Druid Hills NE area of Atlanta and great outdoors space and elements. Booked at last minute, literally after deplaning off AA 826 in ATL, nonstopper from LGA, yesterday Oct 1, 2019. In town for Natl Assoc of Convencience Stores trade show at Georgia World Congress Center.

The stats is so friendly the bruiser really cozy the pool is really warm out of it.

This was our venue for our 2016 wedding/reception and we LOVE this hotel! Everything and everyone was PHENOMENAL and our guests consisting of many family members and friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Wonderful atmosphere with very accommodating and comfortable rooms and suites! The location is breathtaking!

Here for a conference, everything from check-in to housekeeping to the delectable meals has made this visit perfectly delightful. The architecture and decor is beautiful and the setting is as though in a country retreat in the middle of one of America’s great cities.

It was a nice Experience at the hotel but everybody was nice and friendly and I would go there again.

Reasonably priced hotel. Located convenient to Emory university. Food in bar was delicious. Ribeye steak was perfect medium rare. Room was comfortable, upscale toiletries. Parking underground. Close to a newly developing shopping and eating are.

A renovation is much needed, it is like ten years outdated. Trees have taken over and are scraping windows. My window is almost completely white from broken window seals. I will never stay here again. I called the front desk to communicate my concerns asking for a facilities supervisor but after 15 minutes no one ever responded.

Enjoyed my stay for the most part, room was clean and spacious but we ended up with no balcony. The indoor pool was a great feature. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants but also secluded with lots of greenery. Overall I enjoyed my stay until I got a $30 bill for parking an hour before checkout. Although that point wasn’t stressed during check in, I wouldn’t be against staying here again.

My organization held a breakfast at the Emory Conference Center Hotel. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, and provided so many services that we had to beg for at other venues in previous years. All of the guests were very impressed with the facilities, the food, and the service. Hopefully we can get back on the schedule for our event again next year!

Stayed here for a conference. Enjoyed the greenery surrounding the building and the beautiful architecture and scenery of the lounge spaces. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, however my room was not ready at the listed check in time (3pm). I didn't actually get a room until 9:30pm. It seems like several conferences were happening at the same time, so this was likely the cause for delay. However, the long wait with little update on the situation was very frustrating.

I got a room overlooking the courtyard thinking that would give me peace and quiet the night and morning before my wedding. Yeah, no. A full on band starts playing at 8:50am on a Saturday morning, awakening me out of my much needed sleep. I go outside to make sure I’m not hallucinating and sure enough — a full on band is playing in the courtyard for what looks like another wedding. I call the front desk asking for assistance — absolutely no help. It has been almost an hour of this intrusion to what was supposed to be a peaceful and restful experience. Don’t stay here if you can’t sleep through selfish people awakening the entire world on your wedding morning.

The room itself was adequate — the lighting could have been better, there was next to no air circulation in the room, and there was no fan in the bathroom. Those things are knocks against the room quality, in my opinion. On the plus side, the king-size bed was very comfortable. There is a $15/night parking charge that isn't well-advertized (probably intentionally) on the website, nor was it mentioned during my reservation call to join the wedding block, so that was a bit of a surprise. The location is relatively convenient. I'd stay here again in a pinch, but it probably wouldn't be my preference.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, it suited my needs very well. It's conveniently located next to many shops and restaurants and has its own restaurant for ease. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. As an added bonus, the Wi-Fi doesn't suck.

Excellent venue that has exceptional amenities. My company hosted a muti-day conference and the venue did not disappoint. We utilized banquet halls, large and small conference rooms, the bowling alley and more which kept the experience fresh. The food was also excellent!

Nice enough place, although I have limited experience in North American hotels to compare it to. My room was clean and spacious, the grounds were nice. While the buffet meals did not offer a huge variety of choice, they were of very high quality and delicious as well as healthy. Meeting rooms were also well equipped.

Beautiful establishment. Nice room. The staff is amazing. From Mr. Watson greeting you at the door, to Senita and her dining team, Kirk and his fancy recipes at the grill (like sweet potato tater-tots), and the rest of the teams. I wish I had’ve gotten all of their names! They have an on-site bowling alley and car rental. It’s also near to several hidden nature spots and trails. I would totally stay here again. Beautiful art deco interior design. Makes you feel as though you are surrounded by forest though you are in the middle of the city, with huge windows from floor to ceiling. Comfortable conference space with ample seating. Friendly staff and delicious food!

Great rooms and food. Having a conference here is easy and enjoyable. The bowling alley is great for team celebrations.

I enjoyed my week long stay here. Room was nice bathroom was clean and internet reasonable. The food was good and for our stay it had a surpriseing amount of variety. Vegetarian options and plenty if dessert. Room climate control was not as responsive as it could have been but no major complaint there.

I was invited to a military Wounded Warriors EXPO. There were 10 Veteran Organizations who gave the group information about what they had to offer. Very interesting and worth while the time spent. This was an opportunity to network, and build future friendships if the need exist. The program presentors were very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help the Veterans be informed about their rights and where to look for future jobs. Hats off for doing a magnificent job. Oh yes, the Emory conference center hotel was very nice and comfortable. Lunch was not bad, and great desserts.

Great hotel, comfortable stay with very accommodating staff. I had to open a bottle of wine around around 11pm and didn't have a wine opener. Went down to the front desk and those people went through hell and high water so I could have my booze. The location is beautiful, lots of trees, I felt like I was in a forest! If you stay here the CDC is just a stone's throw away and I would definitely recommend you to visit, it's free!

This was a great location given its proximity to my place of employment. They were quick to provide additional seating for extra attendees. Good for our lunch meeting. Nice venue.

Very nice hotel in a location away from Midtown. No free breakfast but coffee was free. Kind staff and great billiards room. Large layout but well directed.

Gorgeous building, courteous staff. The dining experience was so-so, and I found several items on the restaurant and room service menus marked "vegan" that obviously weren't (one contained bacon! ). The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with lovely nature views and gigantic windows. The pool area was clean and well-stocked. I would be pleased to stay again!

It was very warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable and coffee machine great and there was coffee in main lobby. Fun and pool were good. Shuttle service to and from hospital was quick and easy. Food in restaurant was also good.

Great hotel. A short car ride from downtown nestled in a quiet area. Shops and restaurants out front as well as a small organic grocery store. I'd stay here again but next time will request a higher level room (I was situated above the ballrooms during the holdiay corporate party season). The bass could be faintly heard but was off by 10pm so I don't really have a huge complaint there. Just a little annoying.

Attended a Day meeting here. Decided to eat lunch in the dining hall instead of adding lunch to the package. The Carnivore flat bread was good but just wish the menu had a bigger selection. Overall, conference center is nice. Perfect for our needs!

I liked the Emory Conference center. The rooms were an adequate size with comfortable bedding. The location was incredible me especially since it was Fall and the trees had turned colors. The food was standard hotel food, nothing exceptional.

We had a really good week-long stay here in early 2017 before moving out of the country. The rooms were very comfortable. The pool was fantastic for my children, and we all loved the buffet breakfasts each morning. The hotel is in a great area, but sits back off the main road so that you feel more secluded and private. Restaurants, a grocery store, and a nature trail are all within walking distance.

Beautiful entryway as well as rooms. The front desk clerks were so inviting and even let us in the gift shop after hours to get some snacks. Would stay again, 10/10.

I was highly disappointed that they didn't allow my wife to use her military discount. The reason that was given to us was, they had limited rooms. I find it very disturbing that a business tied in with a "hospital" would actually deny use of a military discounts because they have limited rooms. It seems that the "Emory Conference Center Hotel" support and care for our veteran's and active duty military when it is convenient for them. It also seems that "Emory Conference Center Hotel" took advantage of people effected by Hurricane Irma. My wife has served in 2 wars and has been through a convoy bombing. Her and no other veteran and active duty member should have to deal with being supported only when it is convenient. And no business, especially a hospital should take advantage of people (Hurricane Irma victims) in the time of serious need. I will be contacting who every is in charge of hotel operations about this matter, for I am truly disturbed by this.

Very pleasant staff who provide a customized welcome to the hotel. Rooms are moderately sized and the bed is very comfortable. The corner king room has a nice furnished patio that is a pleasant change from standard hotel rooms.

The conference room was well equipped for both the speaker and participants and facilitated a very interactive experience. The variety of food and drinks provided for snacks well as the lunch buffet we're amazing and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I hope I have another professional event soon.

The hotel is on the campus of Emory. The rooms are nice. No microwave in my room but there if a fridge. Service was extremely friendly. Patrice (front desk) has sent me texts asking how my room is and if I need anything. The location is beautiful. However, the roads are narrow and windy. Parking in the garage was $15 a day (at the time of this review) but it was well lit and I felt my car was safe. I highly recommend this hotel!

My family stayed at the Emory last month, during an extremely difficult time. The accommodations were incredible… clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff was beyond amazing. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful, even ones who had no idea why we were there. At a time when emotions were high, and interactions were hard, our stay here made all the difference. Thank you all for being so wonderful to our family. It was appreciated more than you know.

I really liked this hotel and would recommend it to anyone! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly; very classy and genuine. The food was perfect. A very decent hotel and very quiet. The environment is very nice. No reproach to him. The staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem is that he's in a slightly secluded corner. But if you liked the forest you are at the right address.

I have been to this hotel many times, although the last time was over 10 years ago. I remember when it opened and found it to be reminiscent of the Grove Park Inn in Asheville North Carolina. It still is, but some of the luster has worn off over the years, although that is not unexpected. However, the setting back in the woods away from the University is calming. The view from my balcony was excellent and the outdoor areas were peaceful. I was surprised to see the number of buildings and places to buy groceries, etcetera, that had grown up around the entrance to the hotel, which made it easily missed if you did not know where it was. A little bigger or bolder signage on Clifton Road would be helpful. The special rate for reunions was appreciated and compared to other big city hotels the valet parking was very reasonable. I would return to the Emory Conference Center Hotel as I would to the home of an old friend, perhaps next time I will stay a little longer.

This was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. The Staff was very helpful, Breakfast was very well stocked during the breakfast hours, room was large and very clean. It's a little drive to attractions but worth it.

Went to wisteria lanes for anan event, which was a lot of fun. Loved the option to bowl, play shuffleboard, etc. Food was decent, staff waswas friendly.

Great hotel in Emory. Dad and I stayed here for a Braves game because everything close to Turner Field was too expensive. Def recommend this area for all the great restaurants and bars around.

I attended an event at the pavilion. The facility is great and the staff is very friendly. The pavilion was just a bit hard to locate, but otherwise was a great venue.

Booked a king room, but got two queen beds. I contacted them and they said they didn't have any way to help. Found the toilet full of toilet paper / unflushed, which was pretty gross. The beds were comfortable, and the lobby was great. The location was amazing.

We had a reception at the silverbell pavillion and it was very pleasant. Very friendly staff. A great time.

I cannot even count the number of times a member of the staff asked me if I needed any assistance. Everyone from the manager to the cleaning ladies were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was here for a week but spent most of my time out for work. I wish I had more time to explore the facility. I think they actually have bowling alleys? Can't believe I missed that.

Very friendly staff, always looking to make you feel welcome. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the facility is very close to the Emory campus. We only had one negative experience due to a miscommunication with the town car driver who picked us up at the research building. He seemed very upset that we didn't recognize his town car as our transport back to the conference hotel instead of the white van we had taken in the morning. Other than that, I would readily return to this hotel.

The hotel itself is in a very nice area, but that's pretty much the only upside to it. The front desk was rude both at check in and check out and I'm pretty sure the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed each day. The room was evidently not cleaned very thoroughly. The hotel is also very very loud.

Great place to stay if in Atlanta. Very clean rooms, great view, friendly staff, breakfast buffet at restaurant was excellent. My only complaint if you have a joining room the walls are very thin heard the neighbors t. V. All night. If it wasn't for that would have given 5 stars.

I had a very nice experience. I could not have asked for better. Everyone that we came in contact with was extremely accommodating, eager to please and very professional. I would rate this hotel as one of the best. The personal attention is great. The room was attractive and clean. The food was delicious and enough for an army. I loved it. I truly believe that the service at the Emory Comference Center Hotel was the nicest I have ever seen. The lunch and breakfast buffet has the best tasting food and the choices on the buffet are very appealing to the public. You can chose what they have out and anything you ask the chef for.

This aging hotel needs an update. The front desk was consistently understaffed and the room was less than clean. If not for referrals from Emory hospital, this hotel would not be able to provide such an inferior product. This as an embarrassment to the Emory name.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. I could not get over how friendly and nice the staff was from the cleaning crew on up to the top. The pool and fitness room was the biggest I have seen as far as hotels go. This by far is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The Mitchell Family.

An oasis in the middle of the city! Very friendly staff, excellent food, great lobby for relaxing, and wonderful beds! Within walking distance of cute shops. Gorgeous landscaping. Easy to find. And a great place to stay.

I recently stayed for a conference at the CDC and had an excellent experience. The rooms and grounds were lovely and the staff was totally willing to go out of their way to assist me. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Not the average "run of the mill" hotel in Atlanta. It's very tucked away setting is park like and immediately relaxing. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and our rooms were very well cared for. We'll definitely be back.

It is a very comfortable, clean, convenient hotel located by Emory Univ. Campus. The people who work at the hotel succeed at being accommodating. The gentlemen at the desk who greets you has the most welcoming smile and demeanor; you can't help but like him. He certainly has the Southern hospitality vibe. They have a serviceable restaurant with friendly staff. I have gone to this hotel several times and it is consistent. I had to be there for an extended time during one visit to care for my sick son and they were sympathetic and did everything they could to be helpful. It is not fancy, but that's not what this hotel is selling. I will keep going back when I visit my son at Emory.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Emory due to unfortunate circumstances on our return from vacation. After many undesirable events involving staff and accommodations at other establishments, at which we had made reservations long before our stay, we were pleasantly surprised at the willingness of the Emory staff to make our stay with them the experience we had hoped for at the others. The staff went out of their way to make our problem their problem. We are planning a trip to Atlanta in large part due to the wonderful people we were blessed to find at Emory. This is much more than a hotel it is a testament to true southern hospitality and we look forward to our next visit with them.

We had a lovely stay at the Emory Conference Center recently as we visited our son who is an Emory student during his spring break! The Hotel was clean and inviting. We stayed in March and in the evening there was a lovely roaring fire in the fireplace! Very homey, it reminded me of a spa I've visited in the Berkshires! The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We made use of the shuttle to give us a ride to dinner one evening, very convenient. We didn't eat in the Hotel, but we did stop for a cocktail one evening. The bar was friendly and a good value. Our room had nice amenities. Overall we had a great experience and plan to stay here during our son's graduation in 2016! The location is ideal.

Even though the hotel is right next to heart of Atlanta, the environment of the hotel certainly does not have the city noise because the hotel is surrounded by woods. Overall the hotel was a great place to go to for a get-away weekend with friends. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay especially when they provided a map of near by restaurants and attractions. There are some restaurants and shops that are within a comfortable walking distance of the hotel. This option was nice since I had been traveling for hours and I did not have to deal with traffic or parking.

This was my first time staying at the Emory Conference Center Hotel but it definitely won't be my last! It is very conveniently located, and really is a little haven tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta. The lobby and adjoining common area is beautiful, and had a I spent more than a nite here I would have spent more time hanging out at the hotel. All members of staff were extremely polite and helpful, and my room was very clean. The best part was the price! Truly a great value.

Our recent stays at the Emory Conference Center could not have been better. The staff were helpful, courteous and thoughtful regarding accomodations during a time when I was have to undergo surgery. The Conference Center was tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We were greeted with smiles and easy conversation. Thanks to the staff for their support and helpfulness. I look forward to a stay at the Conference Center without the trappings of a hospital visit.

My daughter is an Emory Alumni and chose this amazing hotel for her wedding. Our total experience with the hotel and their fantastic staff made our event the fabulous success that it was! Everything from beginning to end was worth a 10 out of 10. Our suites for the bridal parties were huge and beautifully equipped and appointed. Everything was clean and ready. The front desk staff, as well as all the other staff in the function area, kitchens for catering, especially the coordinators of the function were so hospitable and accommodating, not only were we overwhelmed, but so were our 200 guests and all of our vendors. (In fact our band was so impressed with the treatment that they received from the facility staff and all that they want to play there every weekend! ) The food at the event was served beautifully, hot and tasty and all commented. The service was friendly and could not have been better and there was absolutely nothing we would have changed about the weekend! We highly recommend this facility to anyone considering it and would gladly go back and do it over again. Thank you Emory! Keep up the great work. It is truly appreciated.

The campus was peaceful and green and did not feel like it was in a metropolitan area. Enjoyed really good food, very comfortable room and lots of extras. Staff was helpful and generous with their hospitality.

My experience at the Emory Conference Center was excellent. The staff, without exception, went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. I was there for a total of 6 nights and was impressed with the service and professionalism. On the first day the toilet wouldn't flush. There was someone in the room fixing it within 10 minutes. There was a glitch getting on the internet one night at 10:30 pm. The front desk offered to have someone come to the room, right then, to help us get connected. I have stayed in several really expensive, nice hotels, but never have had that level of responsiveness to my needs. BTW, the food was good too.
