Shockingly disappointed! They advertise a refrigerator in the room… yep, which is locked at 59℉. Juices, dairy such as yogurt, etc. Perish at 40-41℉, unsafe, why bother. Shortly after check-in, spoke to guest services to see if could be adjusted and they stated they don't know, they're not "engineers. " Later found room safe was locked, called guest services, they sent an engineer up, he unlocked the safe to find a multiple day old piece of pizza secured in there, still smells like "supreme" hours later. Asked the "engineer" about the "refrigerator" and ability to adjust the settings, he said "no, that's as cold as they go. " No carpets or rugs at all. No door on what would be the "closet. " No soap dish in the shower, just a small wire basket, for little bottles. The only towel holders/racks are inside the shower stall where they can easily get wet. No stand for a suitcase, only option is to place it on the furniture which seems odd. The coffee table has cheap plastic wheels on all 4 legs and is more like a server's cart plus the wheels won't lock so it slips and slides all around. No fan or even an a/c vent in the bathroom, the super hot lights behind the mirror, heat up the room fast. The minimalist modern design here is taken to a highly unpractical level to the point that is frustrating at literally every turn. If you desire aesthetically pleasing but highly useless place to stay overnight, this is it. Sorry @achotels but I won't be choosing you again. I could have tolerated everything if it weren't for the joke refrigerator and the fact the staff can't override the "default" settings.
