Roaches, staff accused me of trying to sneak discount rates from them… I just wanted to get the hell of of this place, they think roaches are not an acceptable reason to seek other accommodations. Shout out to the Manager Asia K. And Desk clerk JK for showing why my Hilton honors program is worth the extra drive when they are booked up locally. Sad. Stay away.

This is ridiculous, I have two reservations with that hotel for a funeral and I’m having somebody else check in for me because I got stuck working, and they’re actually giving me a hard time when the rooms are already paid for. I just don’t get it, What horrible customer service.

We were just passing through on our trip from FL to IL & arrived @ around 10:30 PM, very tired! Check in was seamless and we found the room clean/ comfortable. Liked the fact that there was a great continental breakfast before the 7 am one because we needed to resume our trip earlier!

Been stopping in Best Western Acworth Inn for 20years or more on way to Florida and back North. Very nice people and rooms.

Exactly what you need for a hotel in this price range. Clean, friendly staff, close to interstate and restaurants. Spends few bucks, skip the freebie and head next door to Shoneys or Waffle House for breakfast.

Bed bug. Stayed in room 256 on Sep 1st and next morning found several bed bug bites over my body. I caught one baby bug full of blood in its body. Informed the stuff and hope they will take care of it.

I think if you would invest in regular pillows our stay would have been better. I also noticed a bit of a musty smell on the pillows. Beautifully landscaped grounds.

Check In was met with a smile. Clean room with clean linens. Breakfast was decent. Check out was a breeze and smiling faces made this hotel a great experience and location to visit Atlanta and surrounding area!

Don't let the fact that this hotel appears older fool you. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. The grounds are kept up very nicely as well. Also offer free use of a full device gym across the street which I found to be a great perk, as my stay was for a week. For the price it's a great place to stay for an extended stay or just a night if your driving thru. If I'm ever in the area again I'd definitely stay there.

Check-in/out staff was very pleasant and personable. Parking spaces were larger; and there were plenty of them. The Wi-Fi was very good. Liked having fridge and microwave. Breakfast was okay; but sooo appreciated it as we were in a hurry to get out for the day. Very clean. Only negative was maybe an older, not dirty, smell. I have an overly sensitive nose. It didn't bother my family. Appreciated my non-smoking room. I was unable to visit the fitness area. My boys enjoyed the pool. We would visit again.

Helpful staff at check in. Clean rooms, fast make up each morning. Breakfast was good for type. Clean pool and pool area. Could have uses larger lounge area. Overall stay was good. Would stay here again.

Comfortable rooms and good breakfast food. It’s ideally located by the highway making travel in the area easy.

The room seemed clean enough. The room had a strange smell to it, but it didn't smell like mold. The alarm clock did not work. Overall, it was an acceptable hotel for a night, but I would not recommend it for an extended stay.

Clean room. Full breakfast was very good and plenty of options. Friendly staff. Parking was tight though. Overall a nice hotel.

You can find 20 other nearby much better properties for same price. They have some sort of business arrangement with Experient travel that is related to Perfect Game. Conveniently they don’t release game schedule until after ridiculous reservation cancellation window of 14 days closes and then claim there is nothing they can do. If you’re used to better businesses with 24-48 windows, stay away for total lack of professionalism and scam, but you should stay away for lack of cleanliness alone.

Nice place. But after housekeeping came and I asked them to come back later, they never did. But still a good hotel. Friendly people.

Great hotel just north of Atlanta. Pet friendly and reasonably priced. Lots of options nearby.

Great place to stay, great location! Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast, make your own pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fruit, muffins, and more.

This motel looked great from the outside, but our room was a little to be desired. The sink drain would not drain. We ended up taking out the stopper in the sink rather than bother the front desk. The next morning I did tell the ladies that were cleaning so it wouldn’t happen to another guest. The motel is definitely an older one.

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a while. The staff is super friendly and efficient. The room was clean, pleasant and had everything we might have needed. Everything was in perfect working order and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast was WONDERFUL! The pancakes were a pleasant surprise and there were so many choices that I believe anyone would be satisfied. We will definitely recommend this Best Western to everyone we know who is traveling this way.

So glad to find a welcoming and affordable hotel after a long day's drive. Great shower and bed and even got to work out at the 24 Hour Fitness across the street in the morning. The room was very clean and the bed was amazing!

I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Ackworth Inn. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. It was very safe and relaxing. The prices were excellent! The location is perfect. I will definitely stay again.

Arrived at the hotel about 1:30 am and staff was friendly and helpful. Went to our rooms and they had a nice fresh smell. They had little touches here and there to make it feel high end and nice with affordable pricing. The beds were clean and comfortable and I felt safe staying there.

Nice people, clean room, easy in and out at the counter and good breakfast! Maybe never pass that way again, but BW whenever and wherever necessary!

The room smelled really musty and dank. It was humid inside but not outside. Maybe the carpet was recently cleaned? I like pet rooms that have laminate flooring. With carpet there's no telling how many animals have had accidents. The breakfast set up was very nice and well maintained. The woman working it was friendly and very accommodating. Check-in staff and cleaning staff were all very friendly. Nice grounds for dog walking and disposal bags were provided.

Fairly average motel, nothing extravagant but not awful either. It's just off the highway and the walls are thin so noise can be a factor. That being said, it's hard to beat the price. No roaches nor mold to be found. Good for a quick trip/stay.

We stay at this hotel each time we pass through on our way to and from Florida. The staff is friendly and helpful with services and information. The room was good and an excellent value for the price. I would advise any traveler passing through the Atlanta area to consider this hotel.

Last minute stop late at night when my family was extremely tired, and several hours from our destination. Very friendly staff. The full size beds are too small. A queen size is so much more comfortable for 99% of the adult population. Otherwise it was a great quick stop when we needed it.

If there was an option for less than one star that is what this property would receive. I booked two rooms at this hotel as a property to stay during the evacuation from hurricane Irma but due to other arrangements called three days in advance of my arrival and cancelled. I later reviewed my credit card statement and realized that I was still charged for one of those stays even though I had a cancellation number stating that it was cancelled. I called and spoke to a front desk clerk who said that General Manager "Kim" would receive my information and refund the amount. I have never received a call and as of today my account is still reflecting that amount gone. I cannot believe that the Best Western Brand would allow this kind of scalping during such a perilous situation. I will be following up with all channels. Do not support this establishment as I am sure this was done to others as well.

We stayed at the BW for nine nights due to hurricane Irma. The beds were fantastic, rooms very clean, I enjoyed the Lobby area to catch up on business and the breakfast wonderful! I was also happy to see this hotel had more sustainable single use paper products for their breakfasts instead of styrofoam or plastic:) They just need to trade the plastic utensils in for real ones. Their breakfast deserves it!

I was evacuating Florida due to hurricane Irma and they were the 4th hotel I came upon that had a couple rooms available. The front desk personnel were very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. Room was very clean and nice.

We accidently left our laptop in the room upon checkout. We realized our mistake about 20 minutes later on I-75. We called the office and they had it and we were able to turn around and return to the hotel. The manager and the staff member were very quick in finding it and return it to us. Thank you very much. Great staff at this hotel!

We had a nice stay. The food wasn't as good as the Best Western hotel in Richmond Kentucky they had. A better selection.

I don't like places where individual rooms open to the outdoors. They are usually drafty and noisy. Despite that this hotel has nicely appointed rooms, is very comfortable and has a very friendly staff. Full breakfast hours are generous and comparable to similar places. May have. Upped to five stars if they had real oatmeal and not just instant.

One of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed at… very clean and comfortable… breakfast was great, more than just sweet rolls and dry cereal, the eggs were warm & fresh, the sausage was perfect, not dried out and over done, the fresh fruit mix was a very nice addition. Will keep this in mind for the next time we pass thru' the area.

Best Western Acworth inn is like the Town the City it 4 over 5 rating this a must place to stay and rest come for big weekend reserved first and better if you have your triple AAA card with you ok they take it and give you discount. It clean city town and the Best Western Acworth inn is the same you could eat on the floor if you want and the staff are great so far the staff of Best Western Acworth inn is like the poeple's of Acworth we met me and my wife and kids they are great, fun place for the whole family.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent priced, one night or multi night stay. The room was clean, the water pressure was good, and the breakfast was on point.

Im in all caps because I want the world to know do not go to this hotel they are a scam. We stayed here and only for 5 hours we was in this room and ended up paying well over $1000.00 yes you heard me a thousand dollars because after I got home they charged my card a extra 900 dollars because they said my room smelled like smoke and I didnt even smoke in the room and imagine smoking in a room in less then 5 hours would cause that much damage… so whatever you do please do not and I mean do not go to them at all acworth, ga best western beware.

The price is right. Good breakfast.

The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower is good. The breakfast was decent. The service people are nice. Parking was well-lit and accessible. I have no complaints for the $75.

Clean and friendly staff, decent breakfast bar. Only downside was rooms face busy highway so a bit noisy at times.

Stayed here 2 years ago and it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and affordable. Stayed again this past weekend and it was just as nice. They offer a free hot breakfast too (eggs, sausage, bisquits, pancakes as well as cold items). If you prefer there's a McDonald's next door. I plan to stay again when I travel through the area in the next few weeks. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Micro and fridge worked and were clean. I had a nicer, quieter stay than when I was in Kennesaw near the Costco.

Stopped here for a night to crash on way to Florida. Front desk lady was very friendly and personable. Hotel is not a new hotel but was kept up nicely, room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this for a nice place to stop at. By the way we ate at the Mexican Restaurant La Bamba just down the street and they had the friendliest staff highly recommend it.

Recently stayed at this hotel while passing through GA and had a very unpleasant experience. Room was not clean, there were dirty towels left in there from a previous guest. Called the front desk to notify them and was told if I wanted clean towels, I had to walk all the down to the front desk myself to get them. Staff was not apologetic in regard to the condition of the room and did not attempt to make our stay better. If I were familiar with the area and wasn't exhausted from driving 13+ hours, I would have left. Did not sleep well as room was uncomfortable. Thanks to this experience, I will never stay at a Best Western again. Buyer Beware.

The hotel is old and out dated. Bed's are uncomfortable. Exhaust fan in bathroom hasn't been cleaned in years. I did not feel comfortable at this hotel. The website pictures give you a different impression. The back half of the hotel has been converted to long term rentals. They are constantly walking thru the main hotel area. I did not feel safe at this hotel. I checked out and stayed at the micro tele in woodstock. It was less money and so much better! this move saved our vacation.
