Close to I-4 corridor and downtown Tampa. The room is another story. Shower curtain doesn't stay up on each end and wasn't informed that room was going to be cleaned the next day when I told them that I was staying for 2-days.
DO NOT STAY HERE! I’m assuming “John” isn’t his real name but we’ll run with it for the sake of this review. I called to cancel my reservation and he proceeded to tell me it’s a fee. I told him the lady I spoke with told me it was free because I’m a Wyndham member! He said “well there’s no note of it I’ll do it this time but next time make sure they make a note of it! ” So I’m confused as a customer it’s my job to tell the person DOING their job to ummmm actually do it?! After I told him there’s no need to tell me about any of that because that’s not my responsibility he got loud started talking over me telling me I should of told her to make a note and refused to give me a manager! Then told me I don’t have to get loud mind you after he just was and then hung up! I called back asked for his name and he told me he don’t understand why I won’t just listen! I again asked for a manager he told me to call back after 3 and hung up! I’m assuming John is a sexist and instead of simply saying a note wasn’t made but we’ll go ahead and take care of it. He decided to be unprofessional and escalate an issue that he could of solved without commentary! I’m not your child you can make shut up and listen because you said so! And by the way John I have all the time and I’m connected out here I’m going to have to show you what “ I have the time today! ” Really means… Update: name not John it was KEN and the manager name is BJ both sound like the same guy to me!
