This is a druggy hotel. Kids run screaming up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. People that was homeless was running in and out of the hotel and using the pool. Told front desk numerous times they didn’t care. People in the room above us had kids and they was slamming doors into the early hours of the night. We watched multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot.

Not very clean. Elevator certification expired in August. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to my worst enemy.

I had an amazing time staying here. Fresh hot breakfast every morning. Nice heated and clean pool. Room service was great deff will stay here everytime my family and I come to visit.

I changed my review from a 5 star down to a 3 after this last visit. This visit has been awful! Overall, this hotel is good if your in room 102 which is a king sized handicap room. I went down 2 stars because I booked adjoining rooms and didn't get that. Then my reservation was cancelled and redone so I'm not positive if I will get my points. The room the I didn't want, that we ended up in had a broken lock on the key swipe so you had to keep trying and slamming the handle down about 5-10 times before it opened (desk clerk came up to see and showed me how to slam it down instead of offering a different room without a broken door). When you flushed the toilet it did a high pitched screeching (not great in the middle of the night with people sleeping. ) I asked to get the room changed since I was staying another night but that never happened. Last but not least the drug deals and pot smoking was crazy out by the door to the pool and the pool area! The also charged us 3 times for 2 rooms, an extra time for one of the rooms and then tells us they didn't when I showed them on my online banking app! Beware of this hotel it has really gone downhill.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. We used to go to the Hilton and will never go back after the rooms and breakfast at Comfort suites. The staff has always been friendly. There's restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The pool is small and so is the gym, but we are ok with that. Overall, this hotel is top notch!

This hotels staff is very nice and accommodating! The rooms were wonderful spacious and clean. We were here for 6 days. When housekeeping came in and cleaned for us while we were gone it looked like we had just walked into a new room all over again. Every staff member greets you when they walk by even the man who cleans the lobby and breakfast asked if he could help us with anything when no one was at the front desk. Breakfast was amazing! Probably the best stay I have had at a motel in a while. I highly recommend.

Traveling family of 5 stopped in for two nights to have time visiting family that lives in the Palm Bay area. As soon as we walked in the door the VERY helpful front desk assisted us and was able to provide us with a lower level room. The staff noticed I needed a luggage cart and there wasn't one available. After walking my family to the room, I was met at the door and assisted with my luggage. I didn't even have to request help! Soon after my family and I took a nice swim in the very clean and warm pool. There were tables and beach chairs available. We were also able to walk to a few stores and McDonald's for an ice cream! The Wi-Fi stayed connected strong enough to watch Netflix and the breakfast provided was great! Upon departure while pushing the luggage cart to the car a very nice gentleman who is believed to help maintain the establishment saw I was having trouble steering the cart … With out missing a beat stepped right up and assisted he even took the cart back in for me! By far the best service I've ever received! I'll definitely be back!

Overall, it was alright. I wouldn't wanna stay more then one night. The customer service rep was nice and mostly helpful until we needed another set of sheets, but we were asked to come down to the lobby just to get them. The room was well dusted and fairly clean but the couch was worn out and the carpets were very worn as well. The bed was comfy very firm but not in a bad was the pillows were firm and comfy as well. Now as for the coffee maker… well it was missing parts, not sure how that happened but it was inconvenient to say the least. Bathrooms were clean, and they had a decent shower head not the usual crappy head.

Clean rooms, great service, wish they would end breakfast at 10 instead of 9 but the breakfast was good. Most importantly I felt safe! The manager handled a irate customer with ease and another employee was super nice to a veteran looking for accommodations within his budget. He was extremely patient and attentive to every customer that approached the counter during my check in. Great staff and moderately priced.

I was very pleased with my stay. I'm very picky about cleanliness and I felt very comfortable at this location. Everyone was very nice it was very clean. The continental breakfast was great they had waffles, eggs, ham, bacon. We much enjoyed are stay and will be back.

Good value for the location. Room was clean, and decently sized. Even though freeway was literally outside my window, it was quiet. The property looks a little tired out front, but the interior was fine. Service was good; checkout was easy.

Gone down in quality since last year. The one lady was nice but only after trying to engage her in pleasantries. Pool was dirty and son got a cold sore from going in it. Area outside by pool, specifically the pool door area, smells strongly of urine.

Stayed here 4 nights. When we called to book this room on line it had one price. When we checked out (4 nights stayed) two nights were of the same price ($113.90) (not one on line) third night was lower than the first two ($92.65) and fourth night was ($130.90). When asked the front desk they couldn’t do anything about it. Seems they just charge whatever. Said I could call the on line number and debate it with them.

Very kind staff. Great workout and computer room. Clean environment. Snacks drinks on site. Located with access to restaurants, gas stations and shopping centers.

The most disgusting and creepy place imaginable. Transvestite prostitute in lobby being paid by a man, dirty sheets, weird screams in the morning, possible blood drips on plastic mattress covering. This was the most frightening experience, seriously debated sleeping Outside instead. This was worse than anything I’ve ever seen on television! Feared for my life!

Negative experience, didn't feel welcome at all. Dirty rooms, bad smell. Front desk manager Stacy were so rude, housekeeping stole $20 from my room in the morning before check out, had to contact customer relations department to complain to get full refund of my stay. Be aware! Stay Away!

Good hotel, staff is AMAZING. Very patient and ftie. Y with my kids, breakfast is awesome. They have a laundry place, a gym, a pool, a computer room with free inter 1st, also free Wi-Fi for all the guests. Would def recommend.

First of all I've stayed in many hotels. From 2 star to 5 star. Never have I had a $115 hold put on my personal card. No hotel has ever held more than 11.50. My company Ceres, has spent 10s of thousands of dollars with your chains. I will be writing bad reviews at every chance along with persuading Ceres to spend their money elsewhere. Not very happy with choice, it won't be mine in the future.

Clean, large rooms and a very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and service times were generous. Close to the freeway.

My hotel stay was fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed about was how small some of the facilities were. The gym was extremely small with only three peices of equipment and the library was honestly embarrassing. I loved it's location. Activities and places to eat on every corner.

While check in was difficult (they upped the price for a king size room after we booked a double) and they fixed the error after some arguing, the rest of the stay was ok. They also stated the pool was heated and it clearly was not. Breakfast was adequate with multiple hother and cold choices. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained.

Family and I stayed here for my new wife and I's wedding. We were able to sleep there and it was ok but that's about it. Other people's leftovers still in the fridge, the pull out mattress was disgusting and paper thin and had to go get our own sheets. After my wedding, our room's AC wasn't working. Definitely not a great experience, staff was ok. If it weren't for my nervousness for the weekend and happiness I probably would have been much more pissed.

The rooms were very accommodating, the nose level was very low, the beds we're comfortable, the service was very professional. All in all it was very comfortable.

Terrible experience. Called at 10:00 pm they put me on hold after about 10 min I hung up when I tried to callback no answer at all. If I had called at 1am I could understand but at 10:00 pm I think it is in acceptable. I will be stopping by in the morning to talk to a manager.

Great place, has a pool open from dawn to dusk, and excersize room, a business computer and printer along with 3 or so meeting rooms. Breakfast with waffles you make, cereal, bread like products, etc. The rooms are of good size. But the TV doesn't have the best programs.

Employees are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very limited and coffee and juice were weak. Room was clean, ac struggled overnight to keep the humidity at bay.

Overall it was very nice. The customer service at the desk was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower worked, but not very well and some of the furniture had pieces falling off.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and spacious and the location was great. It was comfortable as if I were in the comfort of my own home. The hot breakfast was great. I would recommend it to friends and family.

This is a fine value. A little more than some, but overall better value. Place is clean and very well run. Steakhouse within walking distance and it is good. The best part is the woman who does the breakfast. Her name is Velma. I remembered her from a stay three years ago. She told me she has been there nine years and her daughter works there as well. She could not be more gracious and effective. You folks have a real gem there — don't let her get away! I will stay no place else when in Palm Bay — period.

No hot water in shower, AC made loud noise while trying to sleep, pool was overrun by over 20 kids under 12 yrs old doing backflips off patio furniture into pool, horseplaying making it dangerous for myself and my 8 yr old son to swim. We were forced to leave while they took over the pool area. No supervision for the kids. Hotel staff clueless although they have cameras looking over pool area.

Me abd my wife had a great night there for our honeymoon we were on the 4th floor and it was clean big and nice.

Hotel clean, good breakfast, nice employees … Key cards for door I had issues with them not working on my room after using on entering access door from outside … Do have kool baby alligators in lobby kids like that. And nice clean pool.

The room are so big fridge n micro is available! The bed are so comfortable.

This place is absolutely terrible. We arrived after 16 hours of driving south at 3:30am. We had to stop due to drowsy driving. We called 4 hours ahead and had a room paid for. We showed up 15 minutes later than expected and was told our reservation had automatically been cancelled because we were late. Then, they tried to convince us that the room had not been paid for, even when we showed them the reciept and confirmation. Finally, they admitted they were wrong and we got a room, at 4:00am after being told to "grab a seat in the lobby. It could take a while. " The incompetent girl working at the desk was absolutely ridiculous to work with. Also, there was a huge hair on the shower handle to top it off. Great place. Not.

Love it so nice big rooms but the at a couch is more comfortable then the bed in the couch grreat service.

Room was a standard with one king size bed. Everything was clean and orderly. I stayed only one night but if I would have stayed longer I definitely would have enjoyed it.

I sent relatives there and they were very pleased. Comfort, cleanliness, reasonably priced. It is often overlooked because of location but a nice little hotel and glad they are in Palm Bay.

Very courteous staff. Clean modern rooms. Access off of highway. Multiple entries with room key. Will stay there again.

Had problems getting to wells and room was messy when we first checked in but they made up for it by comping us a free night. That's was great! Nice Peeps!
