Occupants of other rooms had the music in their rooms turned up loud with the door open and were sitting outside smoking pot!
The remote control did not work on the tv.
The bathroom is so small that it is difficult to close the door when in the bath and the lock on the door is not functioning.

Cable sucked, beds are small and cheap. Really don't know how this qualified as a choice motel. Diamond member and very disappointed. Would have asked for my money back but I know how far you can get with that. Reevaluating choice motels, knowing no one important will ever see this.

Great place to go or stay a few days.

The staff is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is old. The rooms smell like mold. A ROACH was in the bathroom and in my bed.

Dirty, keys don't work, staff doesn't know what's going on. No manager on site. Problems with billing. Every night I was there I had to go the front desk. Cockroaches. 1 star. To be fair, the girl at the front desk was very kind.

We traveled from Brooksville Florida, with a team of all star players. We reserved 14 rooms, of the 14 rooms six of them we could not stay in all six of the rooms had mold in them, some had bedbugs, so I’m had roaches, some had ants in beds on the walls the whole bottom of bathtubs. The bed bugs were so bad one of our players ended up with small bites from head to toe family members had bites all over. The first card which was the “teams card “ ended up being frozen creating problems with getting meals for the children creating problems with getting new rooms for the children creating a lot of unnecessary issues. When I asked to speak with the manager I spoke with the woman at the desk she could not assist me in any kind of refund or any kind of information as to how to go about getting our money back or any type of assistance with removing the multiple charges which caused the card to be frozen, we stayed one night were charged for two nights. She refused to give me any information to contact the owner.

If I could give no stars I would. This hotel is nasty, bed bugs, kitchen was shut down by health inspector when we got there. They moved me to a new room after I told them about the bugs and the new room was nasty also. Opened up the sofa bed and there was food and pills in the mattress. I have never stayed at a place as nasty as this. Also, they charged my card twice then wanted me to pay cash because they were showing they did not have the money yet my bank told me they did. PLEASE read the reviews, this is not worth it. I know the price is good but there is a reason for that. NASTY NASTY place to stay! BED BUGS! Also none of the soda or ice machines worked. GO pay the extra money at a different hotel.

I’m not much of a complainer or someone to speak up about one or two bugs because we live in Florida and I understand; but we had such a disappointing stay here and a really bad bug problem. They switched our rooms 3 different times and every room we got switched to had bed bugs. We had bugs on our towels, there was bodily fluid stains on our sheets in our first room, black mold in the bathroom, and big cockroaches in our last room on the bed side table. We ended up checking out at 1am because we couldn’t stay in those rooms anymore; constantly itching. Still waiting for a refund.

Good breakfast, clean, updated rooms, still being upgraded. Nice pool. Very convenient to Florida Hospital at Sun and Lake in Sebring.

Beds in our room could use replacing, but everything else was perfect, great service, and the shower was fabulous! One of the best showers I've had, much less in a hotel.

Great people but facility is horrible: not one ice machine that worked, toliets that back up then they had no plunger, yuckie bugs in room should be even a whole star. Sleep in your car. You are better off.

Evacuated here during hurricane Irma. Lost power during the storm, which never came back. Certainly no fault of the motel; the entire region went down. However — the staff never checked in on the guests afterward, and a few days later closed the office & left, never informing anyone. That, they are responsible for.

Guest laundry out of order. Unbelievable! Some quests do not drive. What an inconvenience… rooms are nice. Coffee maker, ref, microwave, iron and iron board. Large color tv. Baths are nice. Large pool and sun deck. Great breakfast… goes from no quests to workers all in one day. Inconvenient location if you do not drive. Long walks every day. Less expensive than other motels in area… ice machines and soda machines. Restaurant in motel. Kind of pricely. They have got you there! Lol. All in all pretty decent.

There were bugs all over the bed, used needles in the parking lot, and a useless manager. Sad part is the front desk staff is very nice and should run for the hills to find a new job. I hope this place gets shut down until a health inspection is done.

Disgusting. Roaches all over the room. When I told the girl at the front desk she looked at me as if I had 2 heads. Absolutely no comment. Not I'm sorry. Nothing but a blank stare. No wonder they were the only place with vacancies. I can't believe I wasted 112.00 to kill roaches that were even crawling on the bed. Im.

Good room, surprisingly cozy bed. Didn't get to enjoy pool since we didn't stay long. One of the better Quality Inns I have stayed at!

Clean, staff was efficient. Wi-Fi did not work even after several calls. Water faucet in sink had hot but very little cool water. Shower faucet was backwards but did work. Looked beat but other than the above it worked.

Please save your time and go down to the holiday inn express. This quality inn was a nightmare. 1. Called ahead to reserve a crib for my toddler a week ago. The lady on the phone told me I don't have to reserve it and just arrive. They would have it for me. After a 12 hrs travel day, we arrived and the lady at the front desk said they don't have a crib. It was broken. And there is nothing they would do. When I almost broke down and said this is a deal breaker, she went to the maintenance room and magically found a new pack n play. Instead of setting it up in our room, we have to carry it by ourselves and set it up on our own. Horrible customer service. 2. We booked non smoking rooms. Both ours and my in laws rooms smelled like smoke. 3. My in laws room keys didn't work. Someone from the hotel used a screwdriver to pop the window latch open and broke in. Well, that showed how secured it was. 4. There is mold in the bathroom ceiling. The ceiling fan looks like it hasn't been clean for the last 3 decades. The whole place was gross. 5. We decided to stay elsewhere for the reminder of my vacation after one night, we asked for a refund for the rest of the nights. They were having problem refunding my in laws as they booked the room on a third party website. As of this review, they have not received their refund.

Only reason I gave it a 2 star was because I wasn't paying for the room. NO way in hell would I stay there if I was paying for it. "no smoking" unless your standing outside of the rooms and it blows in through the non existent door seals. Broken bed, we will just readjust it, fixed it for about 10 min till sat on again. Cheapest mattress ever, very uncomfortable! Did only see one roach. The maid was AWESOME though, she can only do so much with what she has.

Under renovation, dirty, poor paint job, a bit worn out. Breakfast was not up to European standard.

Website shows pictures of a very nice bar and restaurant, There is no bar and there is no restaurant and I planned this hotel for that reason. I did not want to leave the hotel, but since there was no bar and restaurant I had to leave. Staff member stated it’s been closed for a very long time but we still continue to show the pictures on our website. I called customer relations hoping to get reimbursed but instead I was giving points that I can not even use for a one night stay anywhere decent. Unless choice can make up this mishap and treat this customer fair, I will not recommend this hotel or any from Choice.

Great room from five feet and down. The furniture, the carpet, the sheets, all great. The ceiling was cracked and mildew covered though. And it's not their fault (sort of) but several people out back created party rooms where they would sit outside their rooms and smoke, and smoke, and smoke. We had to turn off the ac because the room was filled with smoke. Everything else was good though.

Where to begin. This whole process has been a nightmare from start to finish. I am an Admin Assist, and was asked to book 5 rooms for a single night stay at this location. The trouble started before I even spoke to anyone. There is a problem with this hotel's phone line. 4 out of 5 times when I dial the number listed, it rings to a fax machine. But sometimes, when I try the exact same number, it will get through. I made my initial reservation successfully. However, the next day I called to confirm the number of rooms booked, as I only received confirmation for one. In the middle of explaining my issue I was promptly interrupted and told that the woman who handles group reservations was out and would not be back until the day after my reservation was set for. All I wanted was a room count confirmation. I did finally find my other room confirmations. Turns out they sent individual emails per room, and they got caught in my spam filter. So my group goes to check in for the night. They get to their respective rooms and find the mattresses literally infested with both bed bugs and ants. Understandably, they chose not to stay the night and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. They were told all charges would be reversed. If only this were the end of my story. But no. Because two weeks later, my manager got his credit card statement and he was still charged for two of the five rooms. I have called the hotel no less than a dozen times.

Quality inn is the worst place to stay. This is my first time coming to Sebring and I decided to stay at this hotel I hated it so much but didn't have much choice. I booked online before I came and when I got here they had no hot water. Who has no hot water. That's not the bad part when I got to my room the TV didn't worked as well Im like are you serious it's smelled like shit in the room when I went in, then the air goes out in the room I was like really what else can go wrong. So they switched me rooms, when I got in that room the air still didn't work for like 30 mins and the bathroom tub was very nasty I had to clean it out my self I was just over this hotel so when. I went down to tell them all they could say is I'm sorry I'm sorry. I paid 313 and they only gave me 30 refund what kind of mess it that I tell everyone if your looking for a place n Sebring FL to stay do not come here it's very nasty and the staff here suck and do not care about there customers keep in mind it might look pretty but it has a lot of problems.

Great full breakfast, easy commute, and easy to find. Unfortunately, rooms can be a hot or miss. I have stayed here several times and sometimes my room smells clean and is clean feeling and another not so much. We even had a room with bugs one time. It also can be very noisy. There is a club in the building. So for families this may not be a location for you but for the traveler or contractor coming through it will be fine.

The rooms were dirty. They smelled of mildew. There was patches on the walls throughout the room and major cosmetic flaws. The only saving factor was the staff. Not worth the124.00 a night.

We stayed at the Quality Inn as our Hurricane Irma hide-away. Under considerable stress the staff was phenomenally kind and helpful to the guests. We were without electricity due to the storm which made many guests unhappy but that is to be expected. The professional staff gave us breakfast after the hurricane and made everyone as comfortable as possible. Our room was remodeled with a small bathroom. It is extremely pet friendly, every guest had 1 or 2 pets.

Stay was restful. Hotel charged me 153.29 for one night stay on September 14, 2017. The need for rest being that my lights are off due to Hurricane Irma. The website says 90.00 a night. Sad to charge so much and take advantage of those in need of a place to stay to avoid the heat. Shameful.

I was staying at this hotel for business purposes. They did not have a working fax machine so it made it very hard for my company to send credit card authorizations in order to stay at this hotel. In addition the Internet did not work, the staff could not provide information to solve this problem. The room was clean and the complementary breakfast was good. However if your going to stay at this hotel for business better off staying someplace else.

Relaxing and clean, great pool and facilities. The staff is excellent, the location is quiet. The breakfast is great.

For over a week we had enjoyed staying at a couple of different Choice Hotels in central Florida, but when our vacation plans brought us to Sebring, Florida things took a turn for the worse. The Choice Hotel we originally booked with (EconoLodge) was dirty and filled with black mold. There was no way we could stay there. Fortunately, there was a Quality Inn right down the street. What a difference! The room was clean, smelled great, had working appliances, convenient ice machines, and most of all friendly and caring staff. I should also note that the Wi-Fi signal was very strong. While we did run into some minor issues, the hotel staff was quick to resolve them. I appreciated the icebox and microwave right there in the room. The complimentary breakfast was also quite nice. For the money, this is just about the best place to stay in the area. Next time I’m in the area, I will be returning to this establishment.

This hotel refuses to give refunds. Booked through expedia and the girl at the counter lied about how go get said refund, which we will most likely never receive. This hotel is full of people getting drunk in the parking lots and people just straight up being loud, like, take yourself back into the room you paid for, it's hot outside. Anyways, the girl at the counter lied and had the worst attitude.

Our party had an emergency that caused us to not be able to stay nor were we able to call more than 24 hours in advance to cancel. We called approximately 2:30 on the day of check in and were told to call back and speak to a Maria. When we spoke to Maria, she told us she could not credit but to check back with her later and she would ask the owner about a refund. After 3 phone calls Maria informed me that they would not refund. I asked if it would be possible to discount the rate or give some kind of a partial refund due to the circumstances and she still declined to work with me. I remained pleasant the entire time and tried my best but she essentially gave me the attitude of "tough luck". Although most hotels probably have some sort of a 24 hour cancellation policy, most of them would be willing to make some sort of concession when there were legitimate circumstances causes us to miss the reservation. And not even giving a partial refund was exceptionally poor customer service IMO.

We traveled from Georgia to Sebring, Fl. For my daughters graduation. There was 5 of us so I decided to book a suite at quality inns and suite. It was a great sized room for a good price. We arrived around 6 to check in, after driving all night and than attending a very hot very long graduation we were exhausted. I was than informed that all their systems were down, they were unable to reach anyone to fix it or check anyone in. She wasn't particularly apologetic but she did say she would call my cell if/ when the systems came back up. Not the best news but what can you do. We went to eat and she called an hour later so we went back however the system crashed again. So I asked her if I just showed her my booking conformation, being that I booked with them directly, and payed cash could she please put us in a room and just book us in whenever the system came up. She was happy to do it. The next morning the young lady behind the counter was a breath of sunshine. The room was AMAZING! Perfect with 3 teenagers.

Very comfortable rooms tidy clean, very comfortable after a day of work, minimalist style with a sober sense between space and decoration, to that we add furniture notably very useful, but certainly lacked the very useful refrigerator and oven Microwave.

Nice staff, rooms were well kept and clean, and our stay was great.

It's a typical motel. Not particularly nice, but inexpensive and relatively quiet. Other places in town are nicer but this place fill up later than others since it's a bit far from the track.

Rooms were renovated nicely, and overall the hotel is ok although maybe a bit dated for the rest of the hotel. My main gripe was that the AC in the first room 265 was not working, I requested a change of rooms and the second room I got 267 the AC struggled (it barely worked but wasn't enough to keep the room consistently cool). I gave up at this point because I was so tired and passed out with the door cracked since it was cooler outside than inside my room. If management spend some money to update the AC units this would be a good value hotel to stay the night, right now it's not worth it in my opinion unless you don't mind the room temperature is being 75 degrees or if you get lucky and have a room with working AC, but you're going to be taking a gamble.

Horrible experience, maria harris the so called manager basically was very rude said my card declined but only tried it once so I checked my balance had more than enough money on it she refused to try it again so I called from my room and gave her the card number and guess what? It worked perfectly. She overcharged me and then tells me "im the manager I know what im doing" when obviously she didnt. Due the manager I will never go to a quiality inn again thank you maria for the easy decision.

Ok. Let me start with this rooms were ok but I stayed for 1 night from 2am and asked for late checkout… the guy said perfect you can get late checkout till 2pm. He said just call the manager in the morning to verify so I did the room was $89.00 when he sold it to me so perfect right? When I call in the morning the manager maria harris said late checkout was extra money DIDNT tell me how much she charged me $109.00 for those extra 4 hours and said the room changed to 200 dollars this morning and charged me for half but charged me without telling me the price or anything. And of course with her being the so called manager she had her little attitude but she new she would win, as did i. Because what can I say to a manager… nothing obviously she's not gonna get fired or anything. It's fine just make sure you do, t get late checkout or they will charge you $109.00 for 4 hours and raise the room rate. Thank you bye :)

Stayed here for 10 nights because of business in January. Woke up on the 10th day and notice all these bug bites on my arms, chest, back, and neck. Checked the sheets and found a bed bug. I videod it with my phone to show the staff. Both the front office staff and house keeping staff saw the video in horror and apologized. Went to check out and wasn't given any discounts due to the bed bugs in my room. I even pulled the staff aside to tell them in privacy as to not let the other hotel stayers overhear the conversation. Very disappointed that nothing was offered. I wasn't looking for much, just something to acknowledge the fact that there were bed bugs in my sheets. I will not be staying at this quality inn or any other ever again. Thank you to the staff of the Sebring, FL Quality Inn for making that decision easy in the future. If I could post the video, I would.

Front desk was very cut and dry, not welcoming at all, especially when my boyfriend and I tried to cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the reservation — — first by phone, then in person. The problem is we made the reservation WITHIN those 24 hours so there was no way to cancel with a refund unless we traveled back in time. I understand that it's hotel policy, but front desk also said that their system does not allow cancellation within 24 hours with a refund AND that it is against the law to do so. Never heard of such a thing and AAA warned me that they've also never heard of such "law". I'm also pretty sure that the whole system thing is a bluff. How can a system not allow that option when other reservation issues call for it? But my favorite line by front desk: "We can't offer a refund because it's a room we could have potentially given to another customer"… yet the parking lot is a ghost town. My boyfriend's relatives who live in Sebring also warned us that the hotel location is in a not-so-great area. We asked front desk about this who assured us that it is in fact a good area. She said she's heard that before and that she can't give the money back just because of rumors. So, rewind… she's heard that before? We're not the first to say it? Without even realizing, she sunk herself deeper. There was no manager to talk to, and apparently, he was notified of the situation via email sent by her, and his last word was to not give us a refund. I really wanted that refund!

Close to the worst place I've EVER stayed. 3 days of reservation. Check in the first night, then get a call from the front desk in the middle of the night saying we took someone's room and weren't supposed to be there. 2nd day, the room wasn't serviced and the front desk AGAIN said we were a no show and gave our room keys to other people WHILE we were in it. Breakfast is a joke and so is the service. Find some place else to stay other than here.

The staff was great n the boss was petty nice looking.

This was the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. My daughtr's softball team made reservation 2 weeks in advance for most of her team. When we arrived on Memorial Day weekend the pool was GREEN. We were told it would take at least 24 hours to clear up. We requested a refrigerator before we arrived and had to call to have someone being us one, it took 6 hours to bring us one. The so called HOT breakfast included waffles, cereal and toast. We also found bug the next morning. They have also put a 14 day hold on 2 seperate charges on my debit card, we were told it would be only 24 to 48 hours. It is now 4 days and they still have a hold on our money. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Rooms were fair priced. Only stayed here because a friend was in labor n its on da same property as da hospita.
