The location of La Quinta Inn & Suites of Naples Downtown is perfect. Unfortunately, they are currently closed. I believe they may have sustain damage from Hurricane Irma or are going through a remodeling.

One of the best LAQuintas around. Very clean and staff informative and professional.

Loved the place! The people there are very nice. The room is very cosy. No shampoos and conditioners. The breakfast didn't have much choices that's why it got a point down. But the heated swimming pool that stays open till 10 pm was nice to enjoy after the sun was down.

How can you beat $69 a night with free breakfast on the gulf coast of Florida? The staff at the front desk are all friendly, actually friendly to the point of inviting questions. They're ready to help. The young ladies running the breakfast foods are attentive and even kept food out well past the 9:00 end time for a week day. It's 10:00 on the weekend. All the ladies that work there are cheerful and do a great job on the rooms — ours was a bit of a disaster. The hotel is a quick ride to the beach. There's a nice pool out back with a lift for a disabled person. The patio around the pool is furnished with plenty of tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Although the room don't have queen size beds, all 6 of us slept well. Each room is equipped with a nice fridge and microwave, a hairdryer, coffee maker and safe. There are 2 nice comfy chairs and a desk chair. Oh! And a TV and free Wi-Fi! This is my second visit and I had no idea but it's a pet hotel! They keep all the pets on the first floor so barking doesn't disturb those w/o pets! All for $69 a night! What a deal!

It's a great place to stay when on vacation or just to stay everyone has a smile is always there when u need them the house keepers are great when they come and clean rooms always with a smile and always attentive to what is needed in the room and what they can help you with you also have a great maintenance group in the building who are a very good help everybody is always busy doing a wonderfully job it's a beautifully hotel and the team keeps it looking great I am Impressed with the stay at La Quinta.

Was a very comfortable and clean stay, no noise. Nice beds, soft sheets, and the A/C can actually be controlled by the thermostat on the wall. Customer service was genuine and sencere. Will definitely be staying there again.

I stay at this location often. Both leisure and business. I have always had good experiences. One time had bedbug issue year ago, but was compensated by corporate. Manager on premises wasn't very concerning or professional. But I love the rewards program, and plan to stay again.

Room was nice shower was broken but service was good.

Nice and very affordable hôtel. Cool place to visit Naples and its beaches. Clean rooms and nice pool. Pool is à bit in the shadow but still ok.

It was great, but the bathroom in the room was really steamy when in use an I could not dry off when getting out of the shower. Other then the bathroom, their internet wasn't encrypted, so I used my Apple TV, and the place was clean and comfortable.

My friends with a come down here to visit me stay here its quite affordable for being so close to downtown and 5th Avenue South have a pool and a continental breakfast allin all a good hotel.

One star because there were cockroaches in our room. The carpet was not vacuumed ever and is old and rotting. I couldn't sleep peacefully. Staff was not the sweetes other than Bob he was very kind. One positive was that it was close to downtown naples.

Good quality for the price. Beds were adequate, free Wi-Fi was fine, clocking in at 4Mps. Free breakfast was okay, they had waffles, cereal, yogurt and bagels and bread, but was kind of lacking on protein as only had hard boiled eggs. This is a good location as it is about 30-45 minutes South of Miromar outlet mall and 30 minutes North of Marco Island and 5 minutes away from downtown Naples.

Great location on the water, friendly service and threes some restaurants in walking distance.

Clean rooms. Stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Room smelled of smoking and vomit. After I complained I was "mistakenly" charged for the full night on my credit card which they requested for incidentals. Still waiting for the refund…

I only took one star off because of two reasons. First one being you only get one bar or soap and only one little shampoo. Second, there was a lot of loud music playing. But front desk finally took care of it. Everything else was good. There's a lot of puppies too. Cute ones. I would recommend it.

Had a very bad weekend stay here! Was gives the room from hell. Next to elevator, across from 100% spanish speaking houskeeping crew, and pool outside our bedroom view. Added to that 200 kids from youth sports checked in. I had to call front desk 1045 pm Sat night as we couldnt sleep noise was so loud by the pool outside our bedroom. Plus a filthy stained sofa in our room, a fridge that didnt work and it goes on! Horrible! Writing corporate a letter, trip advisor and yelp.

We have been in several La Quinta Inn. So far this was the worst of all. When we booked, we knew this was a pet friendly place, and this, for us was no problem at all, we are animal lovers (have two dogs at home) Usually what we do is to make the reservation on high level floors since the norm everywhere we have been, is that first floor is usually the one for people with pets. This was not the case here,. Once we got off the elevator, on 3erd floor there was a bad smell all over. Later on, we heard dogs barking, one of them got loose and was running all over the place and, there was pee in the elevator. Breakfast was a joke. Long line to get to the waffle machine. There was only bagles, yogurt and a few bananas and oranges! That was all to choose from. On favor of this place I have to say that bed was very comfortable and that it is in a nice area. But we will not stay here again, sorry.

Very good and clean, A dog friendly hotel. The breakfast there was good and the Olive Garden out front was very convenient. Someones dog kept barking in the room and the front desk staff immediately moved people and resolved the issue quickly. The pool area and lobby were also very nice. Lots of parking and dog walking areas. Maids were very nice and helpful.

This is a rare two-star review for me. We had a bad experience here. I think we visited during a time of renovation because the place just seemed off-kilter at the time of our visit. We were unhappy with the hallway floor maintenance going on and with the quality of our room interior and the view of the parking lot. We even tried two different rooms. About the best thing we have to say was that the staff was super friendly and accomodating when we said the place was just not what we expected. They gave us a full refund and we went along our merry way.

We chose this place to stay on our trip because we had our dog with us and someone had written a good review about the place being pooch friendly. It was. We had no problem booking a room and even were able to request a ground floor room with some privacy. The whole place is kept really nice and clean, and our room was above what I expected. I've never stayed at a La Quinta before, so it was nice to be pleasantly surprised instead of disappointed. We didn't swim while we were here, but they have a large pool area. We always had plenty of towels, so I'm sure if you were hitting the pool while you were here you wouldn't have a problem! The next time we head to Naples for vacation to visit the family here, I will happily book a room at the La Quinta. If you need a nice place to stay that isn't too expensive (but not a cheap crap hole either), this is the place. Two thumbs up from us, and the rotten pooch.

When traveling with a dog it is always a comforting to find places that accept our furry pals with open arms. There are many hotels, motels, rental cottages, villas, and condos who rent accommodations for pets. The biggest turn offs in their verbiage “Pet fee” or “call to find out pet fee”, or my favorite “$X of non refundable pet deposit”. A simple “no” would suffice. Or in La Quinta’s case “Pets Welcome” and they mean it. We chose this hotel for it’s close proximity to the central dining and Historic Areas of Downtown Naples. The property is ideally located near Third Street South, Fifth Ave South, and the Naples Pier. The ideal location is within walking distance to Naples Bay Marina, home of the prestigious L’Orient. The views are sweeping and breathtaking. The property itself features self parking in front of the hotel, on the side, and at the back. An open lobby with comfortable tables, chairs, and lounge seating welcomes. Although, at check in there was only one front desk agent. It seems that there could be another person. There is an uncomforting feel upon check in, when there are eyes burning in your back to hurry up. The agent was not fully knowledgeable of the local area, but he was very courteous and friendly. I fully understand preblocking rooms when a hotel is at full capacity. However, there could still be options, one does not need to be pigeon holed into only the room blocked.
