The staff here are unlike anywhere else. I stayed here last year and thoroughly enjoyed every part of my stay (the rooms were nicely remodelled, the pool area was gorgeous, and the breakfast and happy hours were a great bonus). This year our vacation was ruined by Covid19, which resulted in us having to cancel our stay at the hotel. The one manager, Ms. Rene, has been nothing but remarkable in trying to help us get a refund from the third party website we booked through. It's hard to believe that in this day and age it would be so challenging to get a refund when one is promised, but the website we booked with has made this a very difficult task. Ms. Rene has been professional and very friendly throughout this entire process. I cannot wait to be able to visit this location soon and thank her in person. This is also a great example of why it's so useful to book directly through Hawthorn Suites.

We booked a King bed Suite for 2 nights and I wasn’t sure what to expect because the price was so reasonable. But we were in for a wonderful surprise the hotel is amazing! Our suite was large and open it had a nice kitchen with everything in it, toaster, microwave, spoons, forks, knives, plates, glasses. Absolutely perfect. Breakfast was also a fabulous set up. We were very much impressed with the employees as well! All of them were sweet, happy and went above and beyond for us. If I could give 100 stars I would. Will most definitely be coming back!

My brother hooked us up with a great deal to this hotel. It was so clean and so great. I would definitely recommend anyone stay at this location. Next to stores and places to eat. Not far from the beaches and just an over all great stay.

This place is super clean and the staff are great. The great part is how much they feed you. The breakfast is wonderful every morning and Monday through Thursday the have a happy hour with free drinks and food. The food was downplayed. It actually is a full meal. They had grilled hamburgers and hotdogs one night with all the fixings. Other than the greedy mom that was cutting everyone in line for the food to feed her family of 12 and almost tripping herself flat on her face to race to get the fresh burgers because they only brought out a few at a time it was a great place to eat, sleep, and pray.

Our vacation was perfect at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and met every request we had with a smile. It is strategically located in Naples. Close to everything but not in a busy area. We felt safe and pampered through our entire stay. Hawthorn Suites is big enough for excellent service and small enough for individual attention. I recommend it highly and I will go there again. Thank you Hawthorn Suites for spectacular accommodations.

What a beautiful establishment! My first time staying there last nite… definitely not my last. My suite was immaculate. I can't wait for my next visit, it will be for more than one night next time! My only complaint is that I wish the front desk staff as great as the place they work for. I've been in customer service for 25 years and this staff had none! Not one smiled, not one of them said "thank you"… I even told one of them I was celebrating my 31st anniversary and she didn't even wish me a happy one. How do you not thank your guests?! And I dealt with three of them… none was better than the other. Not one of them had a name tag on either. I also overheard another guest comment on it too. But I know I will get better service next time! Cant wait to go back!

Rooms were super clean, breakfast was amazing! So much food and delicious. Everything in Our suite was neat, clean, smell good and the halls were quit. No noice! Love it! My wife & I have stayed at this Hotel twice in 2 years and each time we stayed we had a very good experience. Staff is super friendly, rooms are spacious mini-suites, the beds are clean and truly comfortable and the price is very reasonable. It also includes a small breakfast. My only complaint was that the showers in the rooms have very limited water pressure and the pressure goes up and down really bad. I also was disappointed that the showers do not get very hot. We would have given them a 5 star rating without the shower issue. I would come back again!

Conveniently located right off I-75. Good for families as rooms have full kitchen. Breakfast is average. Parking is plenty. Bed is clean. Shower too, although a bit older.

Rooms had some good appliances. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was really cool, they had eggs, bacon, pancakes. I only stayed one night so not much I could say.

Some of the features here are clearly meant to look better online. The mini golf, basketball, Business Center are unimpressive but clearly ticked a box on some internet profile. The room is as advertised generously-sized and the king bed was comfortable and clean. All of the waiting is compact fluorescent or LED, which casts a green glow over the room reminding me of a laundromat. The pool is large, clean and the pool area is nicely maintained. Breakfast was good, w bacon, fruit, waffles, cereals… except for the oddly textured scrambled eggs. I'd stay here again. Very conveniently located.

Very nice for long term or short term stay. Parking is free. Multiple lots make entering hotel easy. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms complete. Bed comft even couches are comfortable. Breakfast is hot and offers many choices. Usually coffee, tea, juice, eggs, bacon or meat alternative. Waffles and toasts. Lots of condiments to Spice up foods. Hot and cold cereal. Very clean rooms and surroundings. Has gym and corporate center with computer and printer at no charge. Pool is clean. Mildly temperate. Noodles are provided. Spitting frog statues add an aire of whimsy. Hot tub nice and warm. Happy hour every night Mon — Thurs. BBQ on tuesday. Mini golf putting course and basketball court. Bicycle rentals available. However, I dont know where one would ride on such a busy main road. Towels could be a bit softer. Small store to purchase late night snacks. Laundry facility available. Would give 5 stars but the price is a bit high for location.

Best in SWFL great service, meals, basketball court, pool, hot tub, mini golf, all included plus they helped with FEMA witch was shocking because every where else in swfl wasn't accepting it anymore. Best place and staff hands down.

The thought and work that went into the details in the rooms is to be applauded! I found the accents in the bathroom tiles and hardware to be especially pleasing as well as the behind the mirror lighting over the bathroom sink… Wow! Talk about hitting a styling home run! They defiantly got their moneys worth out of the decorator on this one! Also, if you go down to Perkins restaurant, there is a huge American flag that billows so amazingly when the wind blows at night! Try standing right under it and look up as the lights shoot up the Flagpole and watch the long slow undulations in the fabric… Sounds crazy but its an experience you will never forget.

Very nice rooms! Our room had a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfy, and they have lots of options for free breakfast. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway, this place was prefect. We left feeling very relaxed.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would upgrade is the pillows. A little bit on the too hard end. Rest was fantastic.

This place is just wonderful!
We came down for 2 days to explore Sanibel/Captiva island. The rooms are clean, updated, conveniently accommodating and comfortable. On top of that their staff is warm, friendly and absolutely welcoming, there is complimentary basket ball court, golf, bicycles, and breakfast. While we were here we enjoyed a nice outside bar be que with good quality meats and food plus a happy hour with beer, wine and jugs of coca cola. The wines are good quality. The breakfast is a big lay out of food, not your poor lay out at all.
I will come back here to stay again, we felt so inviting that we extended our stay longer.

Let's start with the positive: The pool was ok, beds were comfortable, staff was really nice, and fitness center was neat and clean. Now the negative: the air conditioning in our room was really noisy and it didn't let us sleep. We complained about this to the front desk but they did nothing about it. The bathroom was full of patched walls. Some people probably broke it and they just put stucco over it and it looks awful. The hotel is starting to show its age and the price of the hotel is a little too much for the quality you get in the hotel.

We had reserved a room at a different hotel in Naples that was just horrible so we had to make last-minute reservations at this hotel. So glad we did. The room was more like a two-bedroom efficiency apartment than a hotel room. They beds were comfortable, linens and pillows high quality, staff amazing. Was so nice to have a full-size fridge in the room and they worked with us for a late checkout (it's hard to get four kids moving and out the door in a timely manner). Excellent value and highly recommend. Will be our hotel of choice when staying in Naples from now on.

Staying for 2 months for medical. Staff has been very accommodating to make my room environment a safe and comfortable one for a chronically ill imunosuppressed person such as me. The hotel serves hot freshly made breakfast every morning by a chef. Hotel has a pool and hot tub as well as a 24 hour exercise room. Hotel is near several restaurants. Rooms are clean and up to date.

For spiritual reasons my family burns incenses the rude manger in the front. The lady said in front of my child said it better not be weed or I have to call authorities. Mind you my mother is 63 and father 67 who were staying there. My father a retired chef of detective's. And she says that in front of a child. And there guy walked right in on my mother changing! And charged a extra 260$ for nothing this place is horrible it wasn't even clean and had mold on the ceiling by the curtain's. Horrible service and gross hotel for the money go stay down town fl.!

Our stay was EXCELLANT all of the staff From the Desk Clerk to the Housekeepers was very Professional, with the most AMZING Beds, and Bedding, you really will feel like your on Vacation, we even seen a HUGE Bob Cat on the premises that was so cool! I e been for more than 6 years in this hotel, it turns out that I do my booking through a web site, and that company I designed that would only pay a fee for my pet, $ 10 per day, and it turned out that they charged me 132.50, my popy is trained, and or pee, or caka ASE in the fourth, and this trained, good in this amount neither gave nor breakfast, nor massage, but I recognize that the only thing that an fact is that I comment out my disagreement, in this hotel, the hotel that I recommended it for so many years to so many forgive him, and I can mention names to the manager if you so wish, one of the things that I did not like was the secretary that they have at the front dest, called Nadia, do not talk to solve a situation but which has been gesture with the face looking at you with eyes crooked, and suddenly there is a problem and is not able to call a manager, for one to solve the problem, only I saw her smile and be frenly when a manager that we ask for a call I get, another one, and we spent desiamos good days and not responded, I think that the hotel loses credibility when these things happen, att:Maria.

I loved it till I was accused of smoking in the room. I am a smoker and my clothes do smell of smoke. Each day I walked down to the front entrance to have my nasty habit. The house keeping staff apparently thought I had been smoking in the room. I was slapped at check out with a $250.00 fee for clean up. Next time I will do a walk through with the manager before I check out. I DIDNT SMOKE! I am a 56 year old retired professional who came to see her son get his Master's degree. I hate having to defend myself like this. I am not 16 having to hide my habit and can self-refrain with respect for a hotel rule. Watch out for the Housekeepers smelling your clothes smokers! Last stay at the Hawthorn Suites.

We've stayed here for four years, every Thanksgiving and had no problems until our recent stay. The Wifi just never worked properly. Called down to complain about the issues and was told "I don't know what I can do for you. No one else has complained. " Free Wifi means nothing if it doesn't work. Poor service.

PET FRIENDLY — — NOT! NO WAY — — Their website states 'pet friendly' very prominently and DOES NOT indicate there is a fee. But wait until you arrive and they slap you with a $125 PER NIGHT fee for a 4 lb dog! Seriously, we went there because we had a discounted 'coupon. ' Then they slap us with this OUTRAGEOUS fee. If this is not criminal, it is definitely 'unethical' and we will not be staying at any Wydham property because of this behavior. We want our money back.

From 2 years ago my husband, children and I have frequented this holiday hotel and we love this place, the breakfast is fabulous and varied, we always recommend this place.

This place is the best place for business travelers. The workout room is good, excellent free hot breakfast and free evening appetizers. Super clean rooms and Wi-Fi.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was fantastic, open bar was outstanding, and for as many kids that were in the pool I was truly enjoying myself relaxing pool side. And breakfast was awesome (the toaster worked! ) I will have NO issues staying here for future business or personal trips.
