Love this hotel. Never disappoints. Rooms are always clean. Love the 3 pools, slides and private beach. Only con is the fact you have to take a ferry to get to the beach and you need to reserve it in advance so you can’t go spare if the moment. But other than that restaurants have great food. Lots of day activities for kids.

Beautiful property and facilities. Our room was next to the elevator and there was a dog on our floor so it was loud. But overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful resort. We went for a wedding, and didn’t really have to leave the hotel for five days because everything you need is there. There’s so much to do, and multiple dining options. The only recommendations I could make to the hotel would be these two things: One, effectively train the evening wait staff to greet tables in a timely fashion. Even being short staffed, it takes 2 seconds to pass by a table and say “I’ll be with you as soon as I can. ” We waited 40+ minutes at Tanglewood for dinner before being greeted, so the whole party just kept walking over to Mangroves to purchase beverages. Food is fantastic. Breakfast buffet is wonderful! Breakfast wait staff is friendly and prompt. The second recommendation being bedding. The bedding is pretty poor quality. The sheets and blankets feel like tissue paper, and the pillows are extremely poor quality. I requested three extra pillows but it makes no difference because they go completely flat. Other than that, we will absolutely return. We’ll just bring our own blankets and pillows next time! Thanks for providing such a wonderful, family friendly vacation spot!

Beautiful Hotel in a very secluded location. Shared areas and hotel rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful. You can enjoy the whole day by the pool with a drink. The only minuse is parking that is charged extra.

My fiancé took me here for my birthday and it was amazing 10/10 recommend. The room we stayed in was a average looking hotel room but the view was beautiful and we had so much fun. The hot tub was the best part! It was expensive but was worth every penny! 😄😄

Excellent hotel. Not inexpensive but definitely a pleasant experience for both couples seeking solitude as well as families seeking fun in the sun. Lots of areas for kids, including climbing wall and pool fun. Restaurants offer superb dining.

Really a spectacular Hotel. I was there for a conference and their coffee and food are fresh and delicious. The Modern Art adorning the walls (including a 6-foot watercolor in one of the men's rooms) is particularly nice. It is about twice (or thrice) as expensive as La Quinta but you get what you pay for!

This is a great place to enjoy Florida. I am here several times a year with work and it never disappoints. It has fantastic restaurants and a boat that will take you out to the beach that is covered in seashells. You definitely would not be disappointed deciding to come check out this wonderful resort.

Great property. Clean room. Good view. Decent breakfast in regency club. But best part is GREAT customer service. Was treated so wonderfully at check in by Carely and Joey. They were attentive, personable and classy. Answered every question patiently and with respect. This is becoming more rare nowadays so it means a lot to see it on occasion. Thank you!

We're here for a second visit. First time was earlier this great in March. Enjoy it so much we just had to come back! The Lazy River is so awesome, the Pools and Spa is delightful and warm as well. We intend on catching ther boat again to the Private Beach location too. So much to do that you really need stay for least one-week or more. We're gonna plan for a 3rd visit at the end of this year. Great place to stay for vacation! Thank you Hyatt Regency.

Wonderful place! Welcomed bubbly staff who went out of their way any time I needed anything. Great room. Comfortable bed. Next to a mall with everything you could need! Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful property for families. We had a great time on the lazy river, climbing the rock wall, enjoying the fire pit, and lounging by the pool. With children ranging from 2 to 11, there was something for everyone. Friendly wait staff and nice room amenities as well. We will be back.

We loved this place. With a great location in Florida near Naples. It is a great place for weddings, vacation or quick get aways. The property is beautiful and the activities are great as well for a fun vacation. You can take a ferry to a near by beach so you can have a pool and beach vacation if you want. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property. But In Room service is Horrible! Pay 40 for breakfast and no cart for in room dinning You get paper bags of food. No carafe water have to purchase bottle water Food wasn’t even warm! no hot coffee they bring you Starbucks warm coffee no cream. Never Ever staying here again.! This is supposed to be a family hotel but the accommodations in room are terrible.

This is truly a hidden gem. The staff is very friendly. The accommodations are top-notch. It is tucked away far enough to wear I felt that we were nearly by ourselves. They have shuttles to take you to play golf. It is on the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are fantastic. Overall I highly recommend this Hotel. It is close to shopping. You two will be very satisfied with this facility.

I love this resort. Nice job with newly renovated rooms and public spaces. Great new on site water park with speed slides and lazy river. Also, take the Hyatt trolley bus to the Plantation for their incredible lazy river and pools as well. At the Hyatt, Corkscrew pol bar and grill has some really good food choices, one of which is the ahi tuna salad. Take Hyatt owned pontoon boat to their private island and you just might see dolphins frolicking in the boat wake. Such an incredible sight to see. For dinner, the fresh seafood at Tarpon Bay Restaurant is a must try. If you need assistance with anything while there, see Gale at the concierge desk. She is exceptional and one of a kind.

Loved it. Would love to bring my family. There are so many activities for kids of all ages. Lots of pools and water slides… even a Lazy River. There is a beautiful, white-sand Private Island for all to enjoy. A boat ride takes you over to it. It has chairs and umbrellas there waiting for you. The grounds of the resort are so lush and tropical. And the food was fabulous.

Great get away or long weekend. Upgraded pools, slides, etc. In 2016 are nice bonus and free water taxi to barrier island beach is terrific. Jogging areas and nice tennis, gold, and restaurants nearby. Only issue was slow elevators during Spring Break. Easy free sheltered parking. We miss the free bikes!

A great place with all facets… like to come back.

This place is may be 15 min from my house, but makes me feel 1500 miles away. Top notch. Ive had long weekends, weddings, company parties and galas, girl day in the spa (best spa by far I've experienced in the summer), brunch, lazy day in the lazy river. There are great deals on rooms in the summer that are a locals dream. Food has always been amazing, rooms are beautiful, and their events are top notch.

The good: the pools are awesome. The rooms aren't bad. Service in the restaurants is nice, and the meeting facilities/service are good. But there's a lot not to love here, too. I heard a repeated beeping audible in my room the entire time. They said Engineering would check it out, but nothing got done. I saw a drone outside my 17th floor window — so be cautious about keeping curtains open even though there's nothing else right around the hotel. Also, they partner with an expensive transport company and don't readily give you other options, so you may want to consider making your own arrangements for travel to the airport.

We have loved our visits here over the past few years. The private island and boat taxi are my personal favorite. Our children really enjoy the water park and lazy river! The food and drink service poolside is most excellent. The adult pool and hot tub give adults a chance to get away. Everything here is top notch! However, upon this visit, a young lady at the Towel Depot named Allison immediately accosted me as I entered the pool area. She made my son and I feel unwelcome asking about our towels our room number and then stating that our Emotional Support K — 9 wasn't welcome either. After giving her the proper paperwork, she fetched her manager and the two of them proceeded to tell us that our small support animal had to leave. We had spent the entire day prior with our support animal at the park, not to mention many visits over the years. She rudely made com such as " You say that your son was staying here. " (We bought him a stay for his birthday. ) It seemed that she didn't believe that we were guests because we chose to bring some of own personal beach towels. All in all, I highly recommend this lovely resort! Its an oasis of fun and beauty. One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole darn bunch!

I have stayed in less expensive places and have not had the bad experience that I got here. House keeping talking making noise outside my room at 7:30am. No hot water in the shower. They told me when I checked in there is a continental breakfast but surprise no there isn't. Had a lovely$25.00 breakfast though.

Have been here many times. Service has gone down hill a lot in the last few years. Prices in my opinion are too high for the location. Cost $18 bucks for 2 beers at the bar and $61 for chicken parm, slice of cake and 2 sodas. For the prices id expect better service and better experience. I do have to say that their pools are great and the outside area is very nice.

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family! Just like all hotels, the extras in the gift shops and the drinks were pricey, but there was a Target just up the road where we picked up some snacks and drinks. There are also so many restaurants and stores nearby, including an awesome outlet mall! There is so much to do here for the entire family. There are pools, slides, a lazy river, hot tub and pool for adults, putting greens, rock climbing wall, fire pits, a private beach that is just a short boat ride away. We definitely weren't ready to come back home to the cold weather after a week of fun!

Went here for Christmas dinner buffet. Hands down best buffet I have seen in a long time. We are going again next year. And the resort itself is absolutely beautiful.

We LOVED it! What an amazing experience we had there, the pools are for me the main attraction, spent the whole day out by the many pools, what service! You're lounging around the pool, put your little flag up and service comes to you, how great is that. We will definitely go back. The rooms atevery nice wr stayed on the 15 fl we had vies of the pools and the bay, two walkabout balconies, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Hallways are very quiet, I love that, absolutely beautiful. Eduardo and I had a memorable stay. Keep up the good work!

A fantastic place to vacation! The new water park featuring 3 slides and a lazy river makes this resort an excellent place to vacation, whether you have kids or not. The restaurants are top of the line including the bar and grill located near the water park. I highly recommend Hyatt Cococut Point!

Extremely beautiful! We had a corner suite, which gave us 3, yes 3, balconies in our suite. We had a balcony off of our bathroom! The TV was as big as my TV stand, in my house. There were 5 water slides, and for those who don't want a lot if noise while laying out by the pool, there is also an "adult pool" and Jacuzzi. It is definitely a 5 star hotel!

Alright — I don't write reviews but I was obligated here and for good reason. My daughter left her pillow that is her "lovey" (passed down for two generations, yea I know we love pillows a little too much) anyways, we left it there, it was left in the sheets. Neil at the front desk went above and beyond including chasing laundry carts and digging through them to find the pillow. Thank you Neil! That's real customer service that goes above and beyond. Hope that the management staff is aware of the gem they have in Neil. He embodies what the Hyatt is all about. Regarding the rest of the hotel, we actually are locals and pay to stay here at this hotel simply because it's that great. We haven't been in 3 years and we were excited to see all that's been added including a new lazy river and some awesome water slides. We have 3 kids (all under 6) and it was great. The hotel does a great job of creating a kid friendly environment without sacrificing the stay of the rest of the guests who don't have kids. In general the staff is overly friendly, as I mentioned the situation with Neil and him going above and beyond. The one gentleman (didn't get his name) who helped us with our bags helped to get our car loaded and in all was great as well. In short, we will most definetly keep coming back to the Hyatt and glad we live so close to be able to do so!

This hotel is amazing. The rooms were great. The Lazy River was awesome. The water slides were fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Great room and bathroom. About 2 miles from restaurants. Will have to Uber there though. They offer champagne at check in and there are about 4 pools. Not a bad place to relax.

Great service, spa was amazing, pool areas were great but the food was extremely expensive. Food was good but. $25 for breakfast? That's just ridiculous for good being just good, not great. I've been to far better 5star hotels with better food and much better prices. Other than that, the services of the hotel was good.

Great room. Very spacious. Huge flat screen. Clean. Drain in the shower was slow though. Property is very nice. The pools are very nice. The shuttle to their private island was very convenient. The beach there is very pleasant. There were chairs and umbrellas first come first serve. Lots of shells to find.

Great pool area, and pontoon boat to private beach is nice. A bit pricey for a resort not directly on the ocean, yet the kids enjoyed themselves. Fire pit for making your own smores at night is also nice, although would be nice if pools were open later than sundown. Also, last return boat from private beach leaves at 415pm, so no chance of enjoying a beautiful sunset unless you hop in car and drive about 30 to 45 minutes to a nearby beach or restaurant. I would recommend Marco Island Marriott or Ritz Carlton as better choices. We paid extra for a balcony room with a view, and outside we were overlooking the parking garage with an angle toward the pool area. The building is designed poorly, so the only rooms with great views are the upper levels facing west towards the ocean.

We stayed here for a night to celebrate my birthday. We took the kids and spent the day playing in the pools. They have 3 pools. One with a lazy river and 2 water slides. Another adult pool with a water falls and a kids pool with a small water slide. The grounds have giant Jenga, a golf range, yard Connect Four and more. There are a few good restaurants right on property but they can be quite expensive and we found food quality did not reflect the prices charged. There are many better restaurants in the area however sometimes convenience outweighs cost when you've spent the whole day out in the hot sun at the pool. They have a fire pit you can cook s'mores over and they sell everything you need for them at the hotel. This hotel houses my favorite spa in the area, tranquil and serene-it is a treat. There are a few stores to shop through at the hotel. Great place to celebrate something special or to get away with your love or family. Great for anybody as well as businesses of looking for a place to have a sales meeting, etc. Well equipped for business conferences.

Truly a super hotel. Exceedingly professional and pleasant staff. Beautiful room. Great restaurant options. Incredible pools, waterslides, climbing wall, fishing lake, ferry, private island. I would definitely come back with my family.

It was okay, nothing great. It is mainly a conference hotel. Definitely need to have a car while there so you can get out of there to do fun things. The food was barely edible and we tried every place they had to eat. The pools were loud, and not the cleanest I ever seen. Spent half the time waiting for the elevators. Staff was nice but it seemed like a training experience for most of them. Overall it was just okay for the price.

Nice resort in Fort Myers. Little bit of a drive from the airport but once there you will be glad for it. Stupendous entry way with small shops throughout. Awesome pool area and nice restaurant. Extra friendly staff and a glass of champagne for you when you check in. In case the pool isn't enough, there is a boat service to take you to a private beach that runs every 30 minutes. Book it early as it can fill up fast. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the resort next time.

The property is beautiful with lots of amenities for every member of the family. They have multiple pools (including an adults only pool) and a water park for the kids. The restaurants on property are great, including the poolside one from which you can sit down to eat or the top-notch staff will serve you poolside. We have visited on numerous occasions for our anniversary weekends and have always found the service and amenities second to none. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay, 3 pools, lots of fun things to do but for adults and kids, great dining options, great views of the bay, wonderful rooms and in room service.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here several times. The hotel employees are very nice and helpful. The rooms & pools are great. You can take a boat ride and see dolphins on your way to the Hyatt's private beach. Or go to the other Hyatt pools, where they have a lazy river. Great experience.

We felt comfortable here… great pool area! But on one day there was a party going on in the neighbors room which meant no sleeping at all for us. I dont know why hotels sell a room for just some partying on a saturday. They make money of course but we wont come back with our little child. This one night ruined our whole week.

Forced 20% gratuity ensures poor service… understaffed and super slow service at the lounge… like seriously. The waitress only had 6 tables… and didnt even come close to managing… my drink was Always empty… come by our table every 30-40 min… wow. For $9 beers and $12 drinks… you think they would be quick. The tap water is yellow and stinky. Dont drink it! And yes … no internet back up… power outage and internet down… so much for online banking and flight check in. All food was terrible and cold and poor quality… far from fresh. 75min room service for a soggy burger and cold fries… omg. Menu lies: Oven roasted chicken breast=sliced spam Brocollini = brocolli We went into town daily to eat after 1st 2 days. 'First time' breakfast restaraunt (was excellent btw) and needs to give hyatt some serious pointers. This place is not well run at all. On the lighter side parking was great and granite floor was cool. Service and food quality was dismal. And watch out for fake reviews manager must have 10 email accounts to hold his job… This review written on my phone from my room… and sent via 3G… why… because hyatts internet doesnt work… so bring your own.

Although very luxurious, we had many issues. Pets are allowed in the rooms for a fee of course. Our room was next door to a room with a small dog. The dog was constantly barking (not what you want to hear for a getaway). The climbing wall was closed. Very expensive to eat breakfast in the hotel. At the end of the stay, we were charge a daily "resort fee" of $22. The fee is in addition to the nightly stay rate that already paid. Fee should be incorporated into the room or they should inform there customers of the addition expense associated with the room at the time of booking.

We have been visiting this property since 2009 and we have never been disappointed by the condition of the resort, the quality of the food or the absolute professional and friendly staff, that treat us like family. I appreciate the rules for pets, because the charges ensure management has the ability to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of the guest rooms and property, which allies the property to remain in the pristine condition that we've become accustomed to. Weather we are vacationing, celebrating a birthday, recovering from a family loss or attending a conference, the Hyatt Coconut Point remains at the top of our list as one of the best location to stay. Thank you Hyatt staff and management team!

Ryan and Justin at the poolside bar were great! Very attentive and fun to visit with. They made us feel right at home!

This was our WORST vacation club stay EVER. We are typically Marriott Vacation Club travelers but we tried this location since it was so close to the university our son is attending. They had the WORST service ever and we would NEVER stay at this resort AGAIN. Also do not bring your own food or drinks! That is an absurd No No and you will be removed from property. Took us over 2 hours to get pool towels when our room was not ready and 30 minutes to get bath towels after3:00 pm when we were told our room would not be serviced until after the ones checking in. ABSOLUTE disappointment!

Sign up early for the boat ride to their beach. Once the boat is full you'll have to wait for the next. The lazy rive is off sight from the main hotel. You will have to go and sign up because there are a limited amount given. After 3 pm you can go without signing. Kids loved the pool and the lazy river is nice.

Was here for about a week for a special event and had an enjoyable experience at this resort. I took advantage of almost all the fine amenities there such as the nice pool spots to dine, the spa and kayaking/dolphin watching. This hotel felt a bit too small I felt, but that's not my main point of this review. My only gripe about the location of this place is that outside of the hotel, there is not much to do in the area.

Our family of all ages (local and out of town) of 15 stayed one night after a memorial service held in Naples for the Patriarch of the family who died. We had a fantastic time at HRCPR! It started with a lovely lunch at the Tanglewood Restaurant. Next was swimming, games, lounging, etc. We all had a blast. The next day after a lovely brunch we continued in the sun and fun including a trolly ride for the kiddos, boat ride to the Island and more pool fun. We just took the boat ride for a ride (kids feel asleep) and the trolly just for fun as the Lazy River was full. Staff couldn't be more accommodating. We had 5 rooms booked and for what ever reason things didn't work out as promised. When getting into my room I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne and sweets! I guess an apology for not getting everything just perfect. Not expected but so greatly appreciated. We will try and make this a yearly family gathering. 5Star plus night.

Very Clean Rooms Very Nice atmosphere Love the Pool and the Fire Pit Close by amenities and shopping. On site dining is AWESOME.

Perfect for a family vacation. Lots of pool and other activities for the kids. Has beach access to private island via 10 minute boat ride. Also able to access nearby Hyatt time share resort via shuttle 5 minutes away with its own pool including a lazy river. We also got a great deal on the rate.

Be careful booking with this hotel if you are not 100% sure of your dates. I changed my arrival date to one day later than I originally booked, and they increased the rate for each night to the "current" rate which was $40 more per night. I didn't add any nights, just pushed back my arrival date. This is a ridiculous policy.

Our family takes a long road trip through Florida each summer! This is our favorite detour on our way to the Keys! Facility is amazing, staff is friendly, rooms always impeccable! Kids love the pool and there's a separate adult pool for peace and quiet! Take the boat to the private beach! Never disappointed and I'm picky or "high maintenance" as my husband would say.

Staff were extremely friendly. Prices were exceptionally reasonable. This is a place where you can get high class service, but also have the freedom to control your own vacation. You could spend a week here and never repeat activities that are accessible without a personal car; beach, Resort pool area, Coconut Plantation pool area, golf, and a large outdoor mall minutes away (hotel shuttle available twice daily). Definitely recommend this place.

This is one of my favorite Hyatt properties. Great customer service from the front door, to check in, to the Regency Club. The people at the spa would be my only complaint. They seem to always want to close early, but the hotel and the rest of the staff really make up for their lack luster service. Pools are great and one of the best fitness centers for a hotel.
