Sun N Fun RV Resort Campground

When we first arrived the staff were very pleasant and polite. We were directed directly to our location by a staff member. All we have to do is follow them in their golf cart. Our location was a little strange, but we got used to it fairly quickly. We were on an empty pad between two vacation homes. It was within walking distance of the shower rooms which were very clean every time we use them. Since we were in a pop up and don't have showers or toilet, we had to use the bath house. The one downfall that I had was that it took 10 minutes for My Water to get warm in the shower. The showers are very clean and spacious, it just took up a while for the water to heat up. The pool is very nice, but not very private since they allow outside guests to come in at a fee to use the pool. I am in the Leisure business and I fully understand the extra Revenue they receive opening up the pool to the public. That can be a plus or minus depending on how respectful the public are when they come to use the pool. I did not experience anything negative, but I did hear from other guests that it has gotten a little out of hand at times. We did take advantage of the putt putt golf and it was a nice quaint little course. Both of my kids enjoyed it thoroughly. I do wish it had a little more shade. Our overall experience was quite nice and I would recommend it to anyone including first time campers.

My wife and I have done two weekend stays in there platinum cabins. Awesome. Very spacious clean with close to a thousand feet of usable interior space. Very adult and child friendly Resort. Very much looking forward to this weekend's Retreat for their first annual Rock Festival. If ever in Sarasota this is no doubt the finest place to stay with your family and pets. With their 177 Acres, you'll want to bring a golf cart or simply rent one when you arrive.

Great place to visit and live! My parents own a house here and the grounds are simply beautiful. So much to do every day. Restaurant AND bar for patrons. Best thing is the fitness center. Pure bliss. I absolutly love driving in to visit. Always feels like a vacation there.
