Very nice place! Clean rooms, nice pool and 30 seconds to beach.

Room was filthy hair on everything sand aswell. Sanitation was extremely poor used paper towel rolls and toilet paper bed was broken
edge of pool had not been cleaned in quiet some time also is missing patches of concrete this is not a resort its a poorly run
run down condominium has a great location but I would not recommend.

We stayed there last week, 3/20/21-3/27/21 It is a nice location with a nice beach.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with a kitchen.
IMO it is overpriced for what the facility is.
The pool was unsable for 3 of the 7 days we stayed.
The WI-FI was down for half a day. Both the pool and
WI-FI are built into the price. There was no offer to make things right financially. The resort is a potential diamond in the rough, but 1 that is currently overpriced for what the consumer gets. A real bright spot is Emilie at the front office.
She is awesome.

We booked last minute and had a very spacious two bedroom, kitchen, living, dining and private balcony. Very peaceful and relaxing. Mini golf and shuffle board kept me and my 12 year old entertained. Shower could have been hotter but all in all was a good place to unwind.

Although TS Sally brought a lot of rain during our stay we still had a great time! Spacious and extremely clean units. Stocked with everything and anything you need. Front desk/office and housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to booking again soon!

We have such a cozy little bungalow overlooking the pool and the Gulf! It is a clean and very comfortable condo and we will stay here again.

Super amazing! Had an awesome time, nice and quiet. Wi-Fi worked great for the kids. Pool was clean, everything was super clean. The front office ladies were super knowledgeable, and very helpful always finding an answer to any question!

My family has been coming for 5 years enjoyed every minute we will come back.

Property a little out dated, mattress very tough and some personal attending the property, especially Jenifer, were very rude and need to learn manners for when attending guests, until then she should not be attending clients. Sandy, was very kind.

Had room right on the beach and you cannot beat it. Beach always quiet and enough sunbeds to go round even if you go down at 2pm. Great fishing off the beach.

Good location, has a beautiful semi private, extremely clean beach in the back. Hotel provided beach chairs, pool, water sprayers to rinse off the sand. Probably not good for kid swimming due to the depth of the water. No needs to drive and fight for parking at other crowded beaches. Easy drive to Sarasota. The room is decent in size. All amenities provided. Good size bathroom. Everything is clean and neat. The bed is good firm. The AC works great. Parking is easy. Guests are nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend to others.

The room was better than we expected and so clean you could eat off the floor. Friendly staff, great amenities plus the added bonus of a peaceful time.

Great heated pool, easy access to beach and lounge chairs provided. Rooms are okay, but I expected more for the money I paid no free breakfast or anything… parking is tiny.

Customer service (Think her name was Bobi), was amazing. Never been to a place that was so concerned for the guests! I had previously stayed with the same company just south of there but would return here for the other location had NO customer service. But keep in mind I stayed there two years ago. Perfect beach access. Clean rooms. Pleasant helpful staff. Refreshing pool. Laundry. Nice put put.

Right next to the beach and a nice view, but could be a little cleaner. Home-y but a small, even for a family of 4. Would recommend, but not 5-star.

Love this place no need to bring any beach gear provided nice rooms right on the sand! This will be our third stay!

My family has stayed at Silver Sands many times. 8' deep pool is great for the kids and large and deep enough for the adults. The staff keep the grounds in perfect condition with tropical plants abound. The beach is semi-private, and never overly populated. During low tide you can go out to the second sand bar and find sand dollars. Parking can get pretty packed when the hotel is booked.

We found this resort to be wonderful. We checked in after hours and our key and other essential documents were ready in a drop box. The room we booked (252) was spacious with a decent-sized bedroom, living room area, and full kitchen. It appeared to be renovated fairly recently. The only disappointment, which was more of taste, was the decor in the living area (Ringling Circus-themed). The grounds were clean and the landscaping beautifully maintained. The view from our room was perfect. Although the porches and balconies were screened in, it didn't obstruct the view. The beach is a short walk past the pool/garden. Amenities included lounge chairs already on the beach (no charge), umbrellas you can borrow for the day (no charge), pool, and two working grills. The parking is limited to guests only, but the resort has an agreement with a tennis club less than two minutes up the road for your visitors, if you invite friends to come. Maid service is offered and the grounds crew are friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

This resort was the bad from our journey. The staff is rude and the room was not really clean. The pool is not cleaned and green. The price performance ratio is not appropriate, since the resort rather reminiscent of a motel. 50 dollar would be appropriate per night in my opinion. In addition the staff wasn't very friendly.

We were disappointed with our stay at Silver Sands Resort. The staff on site was not friendly and the rooms felt very humid. My wife accidentally left behind an expensive dress and a robe in the bathroom. We called and asked them to check the room. We were told that there was a new guest in the room and that they would not disturb them. We called again a few days later and was told that nothing was found in the room. We will not be staying there again and do not advise anyone to stay here. Overpriced and not accommodating in this condotel.

Very nice place to stay at and is very close to the beach.

My family has a very busy business and life schedule like many people, so when we get a chance to getaway me really make it count. Silver Sands never disappoints us when we spend time there. The rooms and surrounding areas are ALWAYS clean. The staff is pleasant, professional and accommodating. The beach access is beautiful and the pool is perfect. We recommend it highly and just writing this review makes me want to book a 3 night stay right now! So… I am going to…

My family and I will come back next year!
