It is all accessible, Supermarkets, Restaurant, Beaches. It is very clean, quiet, the breakfast is great, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very good. Would go back again.

I checked in Friday Oct 29 approx. 5:30 Pm. Room 234 is the room they have me. I went to my room dropped off my luggage and went out to visit with my friend. When I got back to my room around midnight. My room keycard no longer worked. When I inquired at the desk they said " That's Not Your Room your in 243".
I said B. S. 234 is the room they have me as is where my luggage is. After going through this crap about 45 MIN it desk clerk found my bags downstairs behind the front desk! WTF? After about an hour I finally got into a room. They said my bags were found thrown out In the hallway. In the morning I explained what had happened and how angry I was about this situation. The girl said she would comp. Me the night. I explained I was booked thru Sunday but I no longer wish th stay at this hotel. (I would. Rather sleep in my truck th and spend another night at this place) so she refunded my entire stay and I decided to cut my weekend short and drive back to Jacksonville as my weekend was already ruined. When I got home and checked my credit card charges I found another unauthorized charge on my card for $96.00 charges hours after I checked out and left for home. Again WTF? When I called the manager he said the girl is new and not fully trained and was not shoot refund my money. Her lack of Training is Not My Problem. Unauthorized charges on my card is a crime. And has been reported. Don't even consider staying here! They have no idea what they are doing.

I came to this Holiday Inn Express to take a parenting class. The class instructor was Deanna Keeling and she was amazing with her speech. She hit on so many important subjects that every parent should know and I could not be happier with the price I paid for the valuable information I got from just one of her classes.

Although they were in the process of renovating, service was awesome and the room was spectacular! New beds and furniture made it all worth while! Highly recommend!

Room was great but the construction going on was a pain. Normally refurbishing a hotel is great, but one if the staff said it had been going on for a year and they had six more months to go. Massive hotels in Orlando are completely constructed, start to finish in half that time. That's just pathetic.

Pros- Conveniently located, close to beaches and dining. Clean room, pleasant smell Pool was clean and nice Staff was nice Cons- Under renovation so carpet/bathroom tile needs to be updated badly Don't get poolside unless you want to hear loud kids for hours day and night. They do not follow pool hours Walls are paper thin. You hear EVERYTHING — This is partly not the hotels fault as they cannot control idiot parents and rude loud kids slamming doors after midnight and running the halls. AC was horrible. Cut off all night and it's scorching outside.

The stay was great but they took an extra 94 dollars off our credit card after the room was already paid for. We had to have them fix it but the money hasnt been returned on our card yet. Everyone watch your credit card transactions closely if you stay here!

Perfect Place to stay when going to the Beach. The rooms were clean, beds slept well and breakfast was both hot and cold, we loved it.

Our room smelled musky. It was an accessible room, in a really bad shape, specially the bathroom (which was really spacious by the way). If it wasn't for 1 night only, and to spend only a few hours in the room, I would've left. Beds are comfortable, not the cleanest of the rooms. Staff is really attentive, and always greets you when they see you.

This is a great place to stay. They accommodate vacationers who like to sleep in. Additionally, staff is very friendly.

The lobby was clean and staff were polite. Even if there wasnt any rooms for us.

Not worth the dollars spent. Was told we were in a refurbished room. Tiles were missing at the bath. The beds were comfortable but not worth almost 200 a night.

We went here for a little getaway for Valentine's. First they put us in a room that smelled like throw up. Also we booked a king bed online and was informed that they no longer have king beds. The front desk clerk was very snippy. Got into a new room and couldn't flush the toilets or turn on the water because someone had turned off the water to the entire building. They were still under construction when we stayed. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that. Breakfast was standard. Would not stay again as I understand they are under construction and things happen but the staff we dealt with was not friendly.

Great location for us. Undergoing renovation, not finished. Price does not reflect inconvenience of Reno. Breakfast is great but area was too small for the number of people.

Not a bad place to stay. Near the ocean and restaurants. Close to IMG. Wish their sign on the road was lit. Difficult to find.

Lucky to get one star on this place. Only 50 rooms available due to remodeling. Horrible experience. No A/C. Froze up. No help from desk. They said they would send someone up. Noone showed. No lighting over beds. New, but not working, poor bath circulation. Wallpaper falling off. No fridge, no microwave, This room was $170. For the night. Outrageous. Should have been free. Harrah. Beds and TV were ok. Do not stay here. They should be shutting it all down until work is done. Come on people! You can do better.! Doesn't matter if you tell management. They ignore.

Though remodeling, the level of attentiveness just wasn't there. Rooms being slated ready for customers with ni oversight given to punchout or even working facility's. That in itself… was gracious on the three stars.

This place is awful. Do not go there. So bad we left and went to a Marriott which is where we should have gone to begin with. I left a review on the Holiday Inn site and they wouldn't post it because I said 'old and dirty and Marriott'.

After check in we tried to get on Elevator worker housekeeper seen us trying to get on Elevator but let door shut in our face and didnt try to open door. This Hotel was under construction wich I understand but after day was done boxes trash left in hallway everyday. Beds were terrible most uncomfortable night ive ever had. No were to hang towels near shower. Room didnt get made up till late evening was very inconvenience due to we was there for funeral. Room smelled moldy.

An enjoyable stay. This location is one of the older HIE locations I have stayed in. As is the case with older properties that have been acquired and re-branded, there are discrepancies between this location and some of the other, newer or recently renovated hotels, and the age is noticeable. That being said, this also allows for a unique layout that might not be common in those other locations. The staff is also extremely friendly, and the overall feel was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, a great stay. *Update from Dec '17: The location has been undergoing extensive renovations. This, of course, impacts the quality of the stay, but I am excited to see what one of my most frequented HIE locations will turn into. The hotel is definitely one of the older types in the brand, and a fresh look will definitely be welcome.

Nice hotel with even better surroundings. As of 12/18/2017 the hotel is under renovations. Beware. Movie theatre and Publix are right next door within walking distance.

Maybe if it weren't under renovation things would be better. That said, the place is in shambles and probably shouldn't be open during this stage of their renovation. Between the dirt, dust, bugs, etc the stay was far less than desirable!

If you want a quiet evening this isn't your place. They cater to youth sports teams and the kids run out of control. The hotel is being remodeled so we expected so inconvenience. But plaster on the floors in our room, tub that won't drain and a sink whose stopper won't work is inexcusable. My brothers room two doors down has to wait 20 minutes for hot water, my room two doors down had scalding hot water. But they still charged us the premium rate.

Room was alright. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice until the end. End of the day when we were leaving, they were very rude. Nver coming to this hotel again.

They should not be open to the public. Some of their floors are under construction and resemble a war zone. Roaches in the room too. Highly recommend that they shut down.

The room was adequate. The space provided was mostly clean, and there was a coffee maker present. However, for $140.00/night, out of season, I expect more than adequate. There were black stains on the carpet that suggested a refrigerator was a room option, in the not too distant past. The shower and tub were clean, but the wall tile had black mold in the grout. There was an old uncomfortable armchair, but no sofa or recliner. The desk chair had a loose arm and also was not comfortable, but what desk chair is? The bed was comfortable though, and the room noise was minimal. I had a good night's rest. For the price being charged, however, I was disappointed.

I am always pleased by the room and service, at tha Holiday Inn Express 's. On this occasion however, apparently the booking central line did not convey my wishes to the hotel. The staff did there best to contact the situation and satisfy our needss. I do think the booking agent was at fault fort not oaying attention.

We had an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn. Rooms were ok but pool could have had some TLC. Towels were not available by pool and had to ask twice. Last morning, food was cold. Sausage on buffet was actually still frozen. Probably won't stay again.

The room was nice and we loved that our sliding glass door opened up to the pool. Breakfast was good. Overall very nice hotel. However, some of the staff was not so friendly (especially a certain night shift staff member), but the daytime staff we checked in with and reserved our room with was very pleasant. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy sleeping in on our little vaca because we got woken up at 7am in the morning by blower blowing for a good 30 mins or longer. Our check out was at 11 and they knocked on our door to come clean two different times before 10:45 so it felt like we were being rushed to check out.

One of the best hotels that I've stayed in! Everyone was so nice and friendly (Even tho I probably bothered them) The only thing that happened is that the key on our door was not letting us in and the maintenance guy helped up greatly. The pool was nice the hot tub was great and the beds are so comfortable. I had a great stay.

Staff was friendly, but this facility is in dire need of updating. The lobby smells like mildew when you walk in. Carpeting in halls is worn and. Dirty. The carpeting in the breakfast area not only has spots, but there are actually tares in the carpeting walking down to the table area. Staff seems to be working hard to sweep up crumbs, but it is still dirty carpeting. The hotel room itself was pretty clean. Some dirt on the edges of the tile in the bathroom. We stayed in a first floor room that faced the parking lot. After the first day we noticed that there was a homeless person living out of their car in the hotel parking lot. It was a little bothersome considering we were on the 1st floor facing the parking lot. The exercise room was very warm, so they had the door propped open. All the equipment was working. The pool looked ok, but no one was using it. We spent 2 nights here. I would not use this hotel again.

Service was great and rooms were good. This isn't a fully updated Holiday Inn, but it was a good stay.

I have stayed here a couple of times and always felt comfortable! Just booked another room and the staff was so helpful. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. She did everything to accommodate me on prices! Very pleased!

Stayed in the suite. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely helpful! I would recommend and stay here again. 4 thumbs up!

The hotel is just your average holiday inn express. It has free breakfest, a pool, and a hot tube. The hotel staff was some of the best employees that I have ever had. If u need somewhere to stay you will have what u need here.

The hotel was in a nice area for groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. The work out room had 2 treadmills and a bike, the pool was nice size and appeared clean.

Nice hotel with good service. Bedding was comfortable. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. There breakfast was awesome and the pool was even better. Many things to do close to it.

The only real problem with this hotel is there is no refrigerator. Other than that significant loss, everything else is outstanding. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, a sport's bar, two grocery stores, and a movie theater in walking distance. You are located just minutes from a straight drive to the cost for sunsets and nice barefoot walks on the sand. Great free breakfasts too!
