The room is very clean, bed very comfortable, need some update but the owners are sweetheart and hard working people, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Sunny and Roma are a darling couple, they really go out of there way to make you feel comfortable, and safe, breakfast is good. I traveled solo and I felt I was among family. They deserves the best.

Urine and drool stains on the bed, bedding had food from previous tenants (see pictures). Smelled like mildew and mold. Bath tub had human scum in the jets. No privacy, one inch gap under the door to the main room. All door handles and doors covered in human scum.

Cute and quaint BNB. The mattresses were very comfortable and overall clean. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Victorian B&B, but what is even better is the attention you receive from the hosts, Roma & Sonny. Kind, thoughtful, attentive and breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

I was just there with my fiancé and the hospitality was the best. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The bed and breakfast was near downtown and so we walked around. I will definitely recommend this place to all I know. I will be back. I actually came here as a birthday surprise from my fiancé.

What a lovely experience and stay we had here at the Historic Sevilla House in St. Augustine Fla. Sonny and Rona truly understand how to make their guest feel welcomed. Rooms were very clean, the location is within walking distance to everything. However most important was their hospitality that will have us coming back!

Besides this huge beautiful historical landmark BnB nestled in the heart of St. Augustine. Roma and Sunny are the most humble hospitable team my wife and I have come across in a while. Perfect romantic getaway or honeymoon spot.

Superb location! Quiet and peaceful yet a very short walk to the action of St Augustine. The house is well kept and well preserved. We expected the house would have personality and vintage flair. That’s what we were looking for so we were more than satisfied. We can’t say enough positive things about the hosts. Very attentive, kind and professional. My husband and I snuck away for 2 days and it wouldn’t have been such a great trip without our stay at this B&B. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location B&B walking distance from everything downtown. Owner was very considerate and accommodating. Interior details could use some updating and tlc but rooms were reasonably priced considering.

This little gem is a delight, and owners Sunny and Roma take care of all the guests as if they were family. For the price and proximity to the center of St George's St. (Literally three blocks away in a safe, quaint, rather upscale historical section of town, this is a steal. Our room, the Queen Anne, was lovely, clean, with a balcony and porch swing (! ) and we found strong Wi-Fi and full Cable TV as perks and compliments to the historic feel of the room, since work was unfortunately an obligation for a few hours. AC was at a comfortable temp, bed was just as comfy. Highly recommend.

Room was really nice, and Roma and Sunny were incredibly considerate and helpful. I'm a vegetarian, and they made a vegetarian breakfast for me, and it was fairly yummy. Lovely stay and wouldn't mind staying again.

We were so impressed with our stay here. The house was stunning! But more importantly the staff, sunny and his beautiful wife were so accommodating and kind. And the breakfast was delicious! Jacob and I could not have had a better experience!

We stayed only 1 night but plan on a longer stay in a few weeks. Will definitely stay here. There was parking, great location, it was clean and Sunny was the best!

My wife and I stayed here. The owners are nice and it is close to the heart of the city. I have stayed at a few BNB's in this city and this was was nice. The rooms are spacious, which can be a hard to find option in a BNB.

This place was amazing. The owners were extraordinary. They were acommidating and very friendly, made you feel at home. The room was exquist and very large. The bed was very comfortable and there was a HUGE better garden tub that both myself and my fiance fit in comfortably. The breakfast was very good. I would stay there again without question!

This could be a great bed and breakfast some time in the future. But for now, it feels more like a rooming house/air b and b. Breakfast were subpar, really not at all what one expects for the experience of staying at a Bed and Breakfast. Tips were constantly mentioned /solicited by the two "managers" and this really got me uncomfortable for one should NEVER solicit tips. The location can't be beat, but so much needs improvement. The outside was overgrown, needs gardening, raking, and grooming, The lights outside were garish, The managers, while very kind and trying very hard, are not at all around in afternoon and evening, house dark, stuffy and it is missing so many amenities that one expects from a b and b. Bed was awfully uncomfortable, and linens and towels felt old. I truly hope that the owner of this place puts more attention to getting more staff, and updating this place so that it can truly feel historic and worth the money. I left very disappointed.

Our experience at Historic Sevilla House was wonderful! From a very convenient location, comfortable & ease of the amenities and the gracious hospitality of the management staff, I highly recommend this bed & breakfast. They prepare a delicious breakfast each morning to boot!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights. It was clean, the room was nice, the bed was comfy, the bath tub was gigantic. Breakfast was really good and the people working there are very nice.

The hosts were accommodating and very friendly. The place is super clean. Dual entrance to the bedroom made it more convenient to enter and exit the property. The breakfast was made fresh and extremely delicious. I would go back here any time I visit St. Augustine!

Initially I was taken aback because it was slightly different than the bed and breakfast we're accustomed to going to, but once I stopped comparing it I was fine, and so was it. The breakfast was great and filling and the inn charming in it's own right, it was built in the 1800's it's not meant to look updated/pristine. And, I had the best bath I've ever had! So, if you want a five star hotel, go to a five star hotel and get your bags taken in; I've yet to have an innkeeper take my bags in, and honestly like the freedom. Of course, there's always room for improvement hence why I gave a 4 star. Thanks!

I think it looked better on the website, needs to be renovated. The shower in our bathroom did not work and the water just trickled from the tub faucet. Room felt musty and outdated. Terrible parking in back. Overpriced, you are basically paying for the location.

The pictures on their website need to be updated because the bed & breakfast needs to be renovated. No one was their to check us in or help with the luggage. The A/C was barely running & it was so hot & humid in the room. The breakfast was not worth it either. Maybe if they renovated it & had a warm welcoming person at the front it would have been maybe worth it but doubt it.

The "Alexandria" room was perfect for us. Romantic, great antiques and with a modern jacuzzi tub couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Rick for a really nice weekend stay.

The owner Rich, was a great host. The room was very clean, as well as the balcony. Breakfast was so good it was worth waking up before 9 to enjoy it.

Amazing! Right next to the historic distric, tje rooms were awesome and provided everything, and tje service was awesome. Deborah makes a killer breakfast, and Rocky amd Deb would do anything to make your stay amazing.

The rooms are both beautiful and comfortable, and the proprietor is really friendly! Breakfast was delicious as well. This place is a little bit off St. George Street which makes it nice and quiet, but it's only a 5 minute walk to the action.

We've stayed at Alexander Homestead over the years and always look forward to returning! Excellent service, cleanliness, excellent designed professional decor with a true home feeling. Delicious homemade breakfast, & fresh fruit, with other things which can be ordered. Fresh linens, crisp & clean & fresh Inn you'll fully enjoy. Looking forward to enjoying a few days staying at Alexander's Homestead with my boyfriend Christopher Ricci this month! You'll not be disappointed when you choose to stay at this Inn. We stayed in the apartment over the garage, not in the main house. Ultimate privacy! Very well appointed Bonnie was an excellent hostess and gave us lots of tips about things to see and places to do. The B&B is close to town but not too close! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

So charming. Bonnie greeted us like old friends. She showed its out room and explained the map along with her favorite places. I loved the queen anne room and the beautiful porch behind the french doors. I loved the drink bar which is full of wine brandy and soda comp to her guest. The breakfast was delicious! Save room for those famous bonnie buscuits. I will be coming back to the alexander house!

Quaint and cozy with friendly service.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary, and couldn't have asked for anything more! This was our 1st B&B experience, and I hope we can make this a tradition for years to come! Bonnie was the perfect hostess! Her breakfast was amazing. We stayed in the Hideaway Suite in the back. It's a separate, new building behind the main house. The only thing I would say is that if you really want the Victorian Era feel, you would want to stay in the main house because the Hideaway is a new addition, but with even more amenitites than the main house. It has a separate living room, full kitchen, huge bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi tub. It's like being in your own apartment. Full balcony. The only thing I wish is that we could have stayed a month!
