We had called to see if any rooms were available. The night manager failed to tell us that a credit card was needed to check in. We had gotten an Uber from Tampa airport, was dropped here in expectations we would be staying here. Had to wait 15 minutes for another uber, may not seem bad but I am 8 months pregnant and it was 1 in the morning. I was not a happy camper!

Very nice rooms and clean. Nice and roomie with separate area with chairs to relax. Doesn't provide breakfast though.

It is a great hotel and eveeyone is so nice here I would give a 6 star if I could!

If you are looking for some place good to stay… I recommend this place in special ask for Theresa the best maid in the life.

Very nice place I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so I work alot in area and this is by far the best inhave found for the moneyband quality.

Very nice people. Kitchenette is great except we had to buy a can opener and cookie sheet and coffee. Loved that they have a baby bed although it's old but it does the job. Thank y'all for a nice stay so far.

My wife and I are very happy with this beautiful property, especially the awesome staff. They are friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. They know you like a friend and call you by you're name from start to finish. We will be back again and again.

I loved Tarpon Shores Inn. Although they are old and still have the key system, their service if great. The rooms are clean and smell good. The pool is a beaut and a nice way to cool off. I would definitely go back to this hotel!

Got a decent room, staff was friendly. The place wasn't spotless but for the price it was a good stay. No complaints other than no Wi-Fi but that wasn't advertised so I can't count it against them. Would stay again if I was in Tarpon springs area.

Plain and simple with no frills, but clean and well-maintained. Outstanding friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We made a last-minute call to them at 7:00 pm after literally running away from our disastrous first hotel reservation at the Tarpon Inn. Tarpon Shores Inn was able to accommodate us and we spent the night in peace. Just to keep life interesting, the next morning, the yahoos renting the room upstairs intentionally flooded their bathtub, sending water down into our room. We alerted the staff, they evicted the troublemakers, vacuumed the water, offered to change us to another room, and gave a discount for the inconvenience. Every staff member expressed concern and apologies: the maintenance guy, the housekeeper, and the desk managers. A nice touch that kept the situation funny, rather than something that ruined our day.

Been here a week very clean. The staff has been wonderful. Going to stay another. Would recommend to anyone.

Very friendly staff, reasonable price, & walking distance to a large variety a food places like Waffle House, McDonalds, Cody's Roadhouse, Japanese Steakhouse, Mexican Restaurant, and Made Cafe. Great amenities like hot tub, dry sauna, & pool. Great for the price!

It is right off US 19. Beds are Queen size. There is a refrigerator and microwave. There is a petition wall to separate the love seat to watch TV. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Tarpon Shores Inn is a nice hotel with pool and jacuzzi. The location is great right on 19 within walking distance to many places to eat in the area. Helpful staff as well.

We stayed here during Hurrican Irma. The staff was awesome and the room was very clean. Pool was very clean and property was well taken care of. I will send people here. I will also come here in future. Great place!

Rooms are very clean and close to all the stores and feel safe and secure. Pets are allowed.

Very, very friendly staff, comfortable bed but it does slide a bit. I did notice patch work in the ceiling that needs to be redone. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there is a disconnect between the 1-800 number and the actual hotel. They did give our room away before we got there, and being physically incapacitated I ended up with an upstairs room that I had to have assistance to get to. Other than that, I would have given them a Solid 4.

Room was clean! Jacuzzi and dry sauna fantastic! I just question why they provide a coffee pot without coffee. I had to wait for lobby to open. Very friendly, outgoing staff! Thank you. PS Chili's is walking distance for dinner!

I have never been so insulted in my life. To be accused of taking a towel. I will not recommend this place ever. They are rude and condescending. They are also racist.

This place is a joke! I'm handicapped and they had me walk with a cane upstairs for a room even when I asked for one on the 1st floor. When I did get a room there's a coffee maker but no coffee no soap no towels! When a called the front desk I was told that they provided all that for guests who stay weekly. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else.

Although the pool looked nice, this was not the nicest place. We had ants and a possibke roach in our room, and the room smelled very musty and we ended up getting air fresheners. Not the worst place, but certainly not the best.

Good place if you're on a budget. The room was clean enough, but the floors were a little sticky and the air in the room was a bit humid and musty even though it was a non-smoking room. My sister stayed in another room and had an allergic reaction to something in the room (she has sensitive skin and asthma) and my brother, who was in the third room we reserved, didn't have a working shower. They gave him another room but that room wasn't very clean, in his opinion opinion (I didn't see his second room). We didn't have a microwave, but we did have a refrigerator. The sounds from US-19 kept us awake some nights and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. There was a trailer park behind the motel and we did see someone rummaging through the trash and eyeballing my brother's motorcycle as we were packing up to leave. Again, it was OK and good for if you're on a budget and just staying for a couple nights, but I wouldn't stay for extended time and I wouldn't want my kids to walk around outside unattended in the area.

Other than being told on my second day of WET SHEETS, by one of the MANAGEMENT staff, that they are "NOT A HOSPITAL" therefore I took on the responsibility of cleaning our sheets MYSELF which had cost me at least $5 a dollar for the 5 weeks I was there, I was happy with everything else. I did find out through one of the housekeepers that the management DOES have a heart ETHICAL Business Practices. THAT'S A GOOD THING! And the HOUSEKEEPING STAFF was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! OVERALL, I had a pretty good experience there even though I lost $175 by doing our own sheets!

This was a nice comfortable hotel. The pool was really nice and the staff was lenient on the hours. Staff was super nice. No amenities and it does have cosmetic flaws, but it was great to lay out heads after a long day at the beach.

The pool and shower was amazing. Loved the spa. The rooms were neat and clean. Loved it all around.

My family and I stayed here while we visited the Sponge Docks and Honeymoon Island. It's the second time we stayed here. The rooms are large and the staff is very friendly.

Easy to find the attendant was very nice, because this was a smoking facility she guild us to check it first because some guest find the smell too overbearing and I appreciate that she did that other then that it's was fine. You get what you pay for.

Besides some regulars that didn't close their windows shades… Eww… Everything was satisfactory.

Lost my room because I didn't call in by 9pm. Never heard of that rule — I had a reservation. Room was clean, but run-down.

It's a Motel 6 / Super 8 price range but the room is way better. It's great given the price, and okay in general. Most importantly, it's very clean and AC works. Good stuff.

Well, I've never reviewed a inn/motel/hotel before so this is a first. Me and my girlfriend where looking for a place to stay that was inexpensive for one night before we left Tampa to go to Orlando (originally from Miami visiting). I arrived late at night and was surprised at how easy and quickly they provided a room. Went to the front desk and asked for a room, he asked smoking or no smoking, did some papers and bam done. Ended up getting a non smoking efficiency for $70 and change. Little more than I would have like to spent for one night, but it was worth it compared to the other motel I stayed in the night before for $57. The area itself was quite, little to no noise from other rooms or guests. The room was clean, well lit, did NOT smell of smoke like a non smoking room should or any horrible smells. It had a A/C, 28" flat screen tv, 2 queen size beds, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs, gas stove, fridge/freezer, extractor fan in bathroom, hairdryer, good working hot shower. All items worked and where well maintained and clean. The beds where nice, clean and maintained like the rest of the room. The room we stayed in really did look like the pictures for our type of room. If I was to choose between this and the others in the area I would pick this again based on the fact that people rate this higher than others in the area and it shows.

Great place to stay! The pool area is wonderful, the hot tub is wonderful, the rooms are wonderful! The only thing I thought that was bad was the doorknobs need some attention. They work, but they need to either be replaced or screwed in tighter. Other than that, it's great!

Tried to get a room here with my girlfriend for the night. Could not get in as the rules are you have to be at least 25 years old and you can only pay with a credit card they do not except cash! I told the girl behind the counter that I had no card, but instead I had cold cash and she turned me down! Later that month I came here again with someone who was 25 and had a pre-paid card. Inside the room it was filthy and horrible. The AC didn't work and the fire alarm kept beeping thruout the night. When we went to the pool we dared not get in as there was green stuff floating on the surface of the water and caked on the pool's wall. This place is not worth your time, money or frustration!

I took my girlfriend and her friend to this hotel one night. I asked for the room with the hot tub this place doesn't even have a hot tub! The blinds were falling apart, the AC was broken (only went down to 78 degrees) the little tub in the bathroom was tiny and had it's own share of cockroaches crawling about. It was a dissaster and then they paid me full price and would not refund me my money back when we decided against staying. We were only in the room five minutes too! If you want a clean, relaxing place to spend the night don't come here you'll regret it like we did! Surprised this place is still standing let alone operational.

We just spent 5 nights in this hotel. They were very good to me and my family. We had 10 rooms rented (for a family reunion). The rooms were clean and well maintained. It is in an excellent location. We paid very reasonable rates: $45 for a double room and $55 for a kitchenette. We were very pleased with them. We could not have ask for better service. Thank you to the staff of Tarpon Shores Inn.
