Maybe it was just a bad night, but I was woken up by slamming doors ALL NIGHT. It wouldn't have been so bad but the walls are so thin I could hear everything. HGI Management — maybe take a night and try to sleep through doors slamming. Other than the thin walls the service was good and the room was mostly clean.

Hands the comfort of this place was everything! It will be a hideaway when I just need to getaway. Loved the hospitality, great front desk staff!

I went here for a work conference today. The only reason I'm not giving 5 star's is because I didn't sleep there. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was friendly and attentive and there was plenty of parking and eatery's in walking distance to the hotel.

Simple clean friendly hotel. Was there for business for 2 weeks. Breakfast buffet is classic and good. Everything you would expect. The rooms are fine.

We stayed for a couple of days there for a work-related event. The facility is nice and rooms spacious. Tampa Bay Brewing Company not being far a definite plus! The personal was very nice and helpful. Kudos to the breakfast team.

The staff on duty for check in was not very efficient. My husband had to stand there for a while before being acknowledged. The staff at check out was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were nice and clean. The parking was good.

Wonderful. Very clean nice hotel and staff was great as well! Rooms very comfortable. The price was worth the stay! They even called me to let me know I had left my wallet, a valued watch and braclet in the room after I had checked out and left. I was visiting out of town they shipped everything to me Fed Ex. Would definitely recommend!

My stay at the Oldsmar, FL location was not good at all. My first night, the fire alarm went off. I inquired myself with the front desk staff to find out if there was an actual fire. There was; they said it was contained. The next morning, the water in my room was cold. I called the front desk to report, they told yes, there was no hot water. No one attempted to notify us as guests. Then I gave my credit card for incidentals only (based on what was said to me at checkin). I booked the room with a different card. That other card wasn't charged for the room. My card for incidentals was instead charged for the room. When I called to address this, the manager, Robert Carmody, was rude and condescending and didn't acknowledge the error — even though be stated he was the one who checked me in and asked for a card for incidentals only. I asked him for the corporate number to complain on him for his utter lack of customer service and overall manners while speaking with me. Guess what Robert, Guest Services Mamager did? He refused to give me info on corlorate, stating "they're a big company". So I found corporate info myself and I contacted them to complain against him. I also posted to your company Facebook page. And will finf wherever else I can to publicly discuss your manager and his bad behavior that negatively reflects Hilton.

Stayed here for work for two weeks. Absolute best staff, nicest people and rooms were nice. Would definitely recommend! Thank y'all for making a two week work trip great!

Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast isn't free unless you have a coupon. Wifi is a little slow.

Great stay with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The gym was well equipped and the pool was a good size. The four stars is because the reservation was unclear that breakfast wasn't included in the price.

I like their bed, sheets and pillows. Always very comfortable. Breakfast is great. So many options each time. No next day is the same food. Complementary coffee all day and good Wi-Fi coverage in the room. I am Honors member so points are my extra.

The room was big, very clean. The only thing whas at breakfast y though it was included when I booked (it didn't said anything about surcharge for it) till we whent to breakfast and ask us for a breakfast pass. We book before at Hilton and breakfast whas included. So check carefully when you book.

I stayed at three hotels for work in this area, this is the only one that offered me an early check in time due to the time I would get off work. Loved that they accommodated an early enough check in time for me to get settled before work and not have to check in after midnight when I got off. The front desk called me as soon as the room was available and ready for my stay. The room was nice and clean, staff was super friendly. Enjoyed the fridge, microwave and kurig in my room, which the other hotels in this area lacked. Down side, no complimentary breakfast… this is the only hotel I stayed at that did not have complimentary breakfast. They still had contractors repairing after damage due to Hurricane Irma however they were quiet enough for me to sleep in a bit.

Friendly professional staff, clean and comfortable accommodations. Despite damage from Irma, the stay was very pleasant, breakfast was made to order and the staff was very accomodating. Convenient location with lots of outside dining options as well as in hotel dining and evening bar.

Upon leaving the establishment I had left behind a very important personal item medical device within less than three minutes of returning to the room the item was missing parts of the piece of equipment. Very disappointed in this process and would not return to this establishment.

They have bed bugs. Worst customer service ever. Will never go back im sure they are glad. Nasty people nasty room!

Service was wonderful. Not the greatest experience out there, however still well above average.

It was one of two hotels within walking distance of each other, it was nice and clean and where I prefer to stay in oldsmar.

Close to many local venues. Particularly the ice rink and good restaurants.

Visited a friend there. Hotel seemed incredibly clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was nice. The location is great because there are so many things to do and visit in Oldsmar and the surrounding area. If I had to stay at a hotel in Oldsmar, I'd likely pick that one.

The Breakfast setup at this particular Hilton Hotel is one of the better ones I have ever seen. Was satisfied "visually" and "hungerly"

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, clean as a whistle and all the employees are friendly and helpful with a particular shout out to Robert who works the front desk and works miracles in the process. I originally booked my stay with Travelocity and they screwed everything up. One call to the front desk and when all was said and done, I got an extra night in a beautiful suite for about $50 less a night. I gave them a rating a five but 10 would be more appropriate.

Beautiful rooms, spacious and comfortable. Beds and pillows are exquisite. The front desk staff has been very helpful and accommodating during out stay. Breakfast in the morning is reasonably priced and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff working here are wonderful. No free breakfast. Room was narrow, could not sit at the desk.

Everything was wonderful! The food is usually ok for hotel food but it's better here than some restaurants I've been to. Don't skip breakfast… try their omelettes! The rooms were comfortable and the bed wasn't a rock like I've slept on elsewhere. Will definately be staying here next time in the area.

This hotel has limited their services during this specific holiday period. I'm a dad with 4 kids and expect hotel services. Obviously this hotel is under repairs, kitchen closed, dining closed, and limited staff. Management should consider delivery of best services during holidays to ensure a quality stay. I am an honors member with Hilton and have had stayed here for business. Not the same expirence. Thank you.

Horrible customer service and only 3 bag carts. Ended up making 2 trips to the car! And it's not all that nice the sink in our room had a huge crack in it.

Nice clean hotel. The problem starts when you want to get some shut eye. The hotel is situated so that the front of the hotel faces two restaurants with outside bars. This was the loudest hotel I've ever been in. And all those drunk obnoxious people continue to be loud when they manage to make it back to their rooms. There are definitely better options in Oldsmar.

I have to say that the only reason I gave this hotel one star is because the bed and the sofa were both horrible, and the pillows only made it worse (feather ones too soft, and the non-feather may as well have been feather as well, they were THAT soft and lacking in any kind of support). The room was nice, clean and spacious, absolutely. But the bed, which was advertised as adjustable in terms of firmness was either too hard or too soft, no matter what setting I used. It was so bad that the four days we stayed there, I didn't (couldn't) sleep. I even tried sleeping on the sofa, and yet, it too was hard and uncomfortable beyond belief. I even reported it to the front desk; the guy just said he was sorry to hear that. The breakfast, ($9.95 per person) was great, but not if you plan on eating there every morning. Once, twice, maybe, but after that, it becomes monotonous. The location was great, I'll give the place that. BUT, if you value your sleep in the slightest, I'm afraid you'll have to find it somewhere else.

This is by far one of the best hotels in the bay area super accommodating, and friendly staff very, very clean and great breakfast.
