Pet friendly, with several drawbacks. We booked because the hotel was pet friendly. Nothing in our booking process mentioned any fees or limitations. Upon check in, after a 6 hour drive, our receipt said pets are $10 per pet per night, plus tax. Also we were then told that pets must be under 20 lbs, they didn't hold very strictly to this. If you were caught hiding a pet, price goes up to $20 plus tax. Apparently we were not put in a pet friendly room, so on the 3rd day, we were forced to move rooms or leave. They only charged us the $10 per night per pet, 5 night stay, but conveniently over $40 in taxes. Both rooms we were in were very humid, cigarette burns in all the comforters, sheets were clean and water pressure was good though. The pool was drained and looked like it had been that way for a long time, no warning or heads up. Not 100% sure what they were doing, but shifty characters everywhere… Not a good place to let your kids roam without an adult.

Rooms are highly outdated. I broke out in my face, lips arms and legs from the bedding. Bathroom toilet needs a new seat. Shower pressure was horrible. Television was very 80s, oldest set I've seen in any hotel. Cable was horrible. We watched movies on our laptop when we were in the room. The a/c is so loud you can't hear each other speak. The refrigerator was so loud we thought it was going to breakdown. The upside to this stay was the personality of the night auditor that checked us in. When we told the day person about my allergic reaction all she said was OK. I am severally broken out and I've never experienced anything like this reaction.

The worse motel that we have EVER EVER EVER stayed out. We booked it a week ahead and we got there at 4am. The rude nasty big white guy told us bc we booked it from a website we couldn't check in till 7am. We had been driving all night and was so tried. We had to wait in the parking lot till 7am. 10 mins till 7am my husband walked in and the guy said you still have a few more mins. RUDE! Finally we checked in and the rude guy said you have 20 mins once you go in the room to see if it's to you standards. Well we passed out as soon as we walked in the room, since we had been up all night driving. When we woke we went to take a shower. The water came out but you had to stand right under the showerhead and against the wall to get wet. Then the tub filled up with water while we were showering. The washrags look like a clown had washed his face. The TV wouldn't work. They fixed the TV to come on and change but the volume wouldn't go up. All this and we couldn't get our money back cause we didn't check it within the first 20 mins of us walking in the room. I will never stay there again. The only reason it got 1 star was bc it wouldn't let me post without hitting one.

The staff was rude here but the rooms are comfortable and it is very peaceful here.

There rooms are not clean and the comforters on the beds had cigarette burns all over them and the bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in months and cigarette burns all down the side of the bathtub I don't recommend anyone staying there.

Needs repairs badly. People are friendly very nice house keeping. If the rooms were in a bit better shape maintenance wise and the air run a bit better I would have gave more stars.

Its good for 66 bucks, but TV doesn't work well…

Seriously sorry I booked and paid for two nights. The room is in terrible shape. Open light fixtures on the walls just waiting for a child to stick there fingers in! Air works for 3 minutes or less then stops. Not even the fan will stay on to draw fresh air in. Miserable place for most to stay. If you don't care about dirt or germs, air conditioning that works or decent pillows … then this might be your place. Otherwise spend a little more and be a lot more comfortable down the road!

Omg. Room had no got water. Attendant threatened me with assult then threatened his superviser that he would quit before giving us a refund. He actually came outside and got in my face. Can you believe that? I couldn't. I half expected to be assaulted just for asking for a refund. What the hell is wrong with that place. We went to red roof inn and wasn't disappointed and received real customer service. That was insane. He must have been on drugs or had a problem with my race. I don't know. But never have I ever been treated so badly.

I wish there was a button for no stars! This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! And the staff are very rude and accuse you of lying! We walked in and the room smelled like vomit. The blanket had multiple black and yellow stains and there were more cigarette burns than I could have ever imagined. The bathroom and bathtub also had multiple cigarette burns. I was afraid to take my shoes off for fear of stepping on something. Do not waste your money. If you can, go somewhere else. Spend a little extra and avoid catching some disease at this place. Very very very unclean and unprofessional staff!

One of the trashiest hotels I have ever stayed in. Dirty bath. Tub and sink have cigarette burn stains on them. Mattresses are sunken in the middle. Lock on door broken. Used dead bolt and pushed table up against door. Glad we were traveling with a weapon. Made in India soap with only a small bar at sink and one on edge of bath.

I thought it was acceptable. I was traveling from Ft Myers, FL to Houston TX and just halfway through the road I needed to rest. One night you pass anywhere and this place will not be luxury but it is acceptable.

Horrible! My room smelled like a wet dog. Front desk didn't have air freshener so I had to go get Febreze. Also water was coming out from under the toilet when you flushed. Rooms are nasty and dirty. They don't have a luggage cart nor elevator. I had to show a star but doesn't deserve that 1 star. Stay Away!

Only rooms available in the area during evacuation from Hurricane Irma. I was stalked by a guest, the rooms are habitable and bug free, which is a plus, but the TV only showed the cartoon channel. Better than nothing under the circumstances, and the staff helped as much as they could, even confronting the man that was stalking me. "Kudos! " but definitely not a preferred choice.

I was awaken at 3:30am by loud low pitched sound waves directed into my room from the room above. I asked the black man who was the desk clerk to go into the room above me that wasn't rented to see if someone was in there. He didn't. He walked by the room and never entered. I vacated my room at 4am. Direct Energy Weapons can be deadly. I reported the incident to the State Police. I'm also filing a report with the Federal Marshalls. When the clerk didn't enter the room as I asked, his actions spoke louder than words.

Good for a cheap motel. Could hv coffee machine and few coffee packs. Their TV is from trash.

The staff and manager was very very very very rude. I was asking questions about the information that she wanted me to sign off on and she made a comment saying "I can refund your money of your not happy". I, in return told her "I wasn't looking to get a refund I was just asking questions because I'm not from here". She also told me because I was asking questions " you people will not be satisfied here so why don't we just leave and find something that more suits you". I asked to see the room and she told me I should've ask to see the room before she did all this paper work. When we seen the room the bathroom toilet seat was dirty so we proceed to ask can someone please clean the bathroom, they (manager and the lead housekeeper) had an attitude about that. The housekeeper made a statement saying that's why she never stays in hotels because they're never properly clean. She told the manager and the manager calls the room speaking very aggressive, so we hung up the phone, walked to the office and asked why is it an issue if we want the room clean properly. The lead housekeeper acted like she wanted to fight. Bottom line, the staff is unprofessional, the rooms were dirty and they refused to give me corporate number. I will not stay there ever…

Most of these reviews seem to be from people who want a Hilton hotel. Do you realize the price difference? It's not that bad. May be old but I had a pet friendly room and it was pretty dang clean.

No overnight staff. There were children running around screaming for over an hour at 1am so I wanted to call the front desk to complain since we actually had to be somewhere the next morning. The in room phone does not work even though it is plugged in. We used our cell phone to call the desk and no one picked up. This is unacceptable. On top of that there is a hole in the wall, a bandaid in the tub drain, and a LIZARD on the bed! If I could post photos I have proof.

I was there one weekend and the cops showed up twice the rooms were okay I guess but everything didn't feel like it was as clean as it should be and the Wi-Fi was garbage.

RUN! This place sucks! 1st night caught people digging through my cloths in the washer! THEN my father reserved a room for me, my wife and young child for 2 days bc we were relocating from 10 hrs away w a uhaul n specifically got a room next to a spot big enough for uhaul. When reserved we said it could be late when we get there. No problem they say. We get there. They charged his card (which is a joint account bc my new card was being mailed of coarse! ) THEY TURNED US AWAY EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED US! Go to hotel next door! ITS MUCH NICER in so many ways! I'm contacting corporate. How can you charge the card and tell me you don't know if it's stollen? You didn't ask for my ID when I handed u the card to reserve it! Even though we have same last name N IT WAS ALREADY CHARGED! If it were stolen you still charge it? Unbelievable!

Clean rooms, great service, hot hot water for great price… I will be back.

The only thing that ticked me off was there was no extra tissue in the room and dirty linen on the beds.

Room was nasty. Bathroom had dirty walls and doors, the shower had burn marks on and in it. No toilet paper in the room so hubby went to office to ask for some and they were out!? Dirty hotel with crappy service and stained up mattresses. Stay away!

Small and dirty room, shower faucet hanging off the wall, dirty sheets, dirty towels, disgusting… But staff was friendly.

The rooms were very clean. The staff ws friendly. The bedding not so much. It had holes in it.

There are other hotels within this price range in this location. Go there! This place is absolutely horrible! Deserves less than one star! Let me first say I have stayed in many budget type hotels in Pensacola. A hotel within this price range I expect to have some flaws and that’s expected. I planned a stay more than 6 months in advance and was guaranteed an average price for this type hotel. I called in advance before my arrival date to confirm and was told everything was confirmed. When my family and I arrived our room rate was significantly increased. The rude desk clerk said it was because I had not answered the call on the day previous to my arrival. I called around many places because what was expected to be a $300.00 hotel stay turned into $700.00. I would have much rather booked in advance at a nicer location for that price! The hotel staff knew we had traveled hours and it being a holiday weekend were stuck paying their increased rate. The room was in expected condition except the air conditioner did not work which left me to purchase a fan to help cool the room. This hotel only gives 2 towels and none after that. Expect to buy your own! The police were at the hotel multiple times for unknown reasons. There were many random people about the hotel some asking for money, some asking for rides, and some drunk and passed out by the pool.

We booked a room a few months before we came for only 300 dollars and then when we got here to check in they charged us 700 dollars just because we did not answer a phone call. Plus the rooms stink really bad. I hate this hotel. They ripe everybody off. Don't go here.

This place needs to be burned down to the ground after the owners are bought out (and that's being generous) then rebuilt correctly. They should be ashamed of themselves for the conditions of this place.

A FRICKIN DUMP! ROACHES, no toilet paper,, 1 Towel, Fridge had rust all over it, Very bad location, Drunk people all over the parking lot, Hookers, asked for another towel and the useless desk clerk said they didn't have any. I rolled up a pair of my pants and slept on that. Cigarette burns all over the tub. Save yourself the trouble spend the extra 40 bucks and get a decent room. A 50 dollar a night motel should speek for its self. I also paid cash as to not give them my credit information Run for your Life.

From the minute we checked in everything was an issue. Almost scolded for using Priceline then told I had to make a minor change to my reservation thru PL and even though my phone had 5% power the front desk could care less. Room keys did not work and were changed out 4 times with no apology. Rate was more than I was given thru PL (Priceline) and was guaranteed 2 beds but got only 1.2 Grown men 1 bed and chose this hotel because of a supposed great pet policy and during check in nothing was even brought up about pets so I foolishly assumed we were OK until I was summoned to the front desk after being seen walking my dogs and told I had to pay a $40 pet fee immediately! Since it was late and I was exhausted I asked if we could take care of it in the morning (since I had been so gracious in accepting 1 bed instead of 2) and was told NO it had to be paid immediately. Then for good measure I was informed that should we decide to stay on Sunday night the rate was going up. You call that customer service? No I think they assumed we were gay being roommates and wanted to make us uncomfortable and unhappy and they succeeded. I witnessed the treatment of other guests and they were treated MUCH better than we were. Stay away from this hell hole. Guess they rather have prostitutes and several cars being repaired in the parking lot than 2 men needing a place for a few days before returning to South Florida.

Worst motel I have ever had the displeasure to stay in! For starters, the room had DOG FECES inside the room under one of the tables! I went to the night clerk to complain and shockingly was told that no one was available to clean it up so I had to do it myself! I could tell it had been there for days! The room also had several bugs in it both live and dead and the sheets were stained! This motel is just GROSS! I will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Health Dept.

I would rate this no stars if that was a possibility. AVOID THIS HOTEL! The rooms are dirty, and there is no such thing as customer service. There were brown spots all over the curtains (which were very thin). The bathroom had only one towel (not bath-size either) — no wash cloths, nothing. There were clumps of long brown hair on the floor and in the corners. Just overall had a bad feeling about this place and was very uncomfortable with the atmosphere. Spend the extra $20-$30 and go to a Holiday Inn or something.

This is one of the worse hotels i've ever been. The staff was horrible. The room (101) was so humid that we could not even sleep. The bath was broken had not been cleaned. It was all full of some yellow sticky stuff. Good luck if you stay here! The pool was nice though and the garden. But it is very close to the highway.

I'm laying in the hotel bed as I'm writing this. Let me just say the area of the hotel is not good. We are 4 in the room and only one towel. Tv. With no remote. Los of people hanging out in parking lot. I just hope all my stuff is in my car when we wake up. The only good thing is a chuck e cheese down the street. Pay more and go to motel 6 or la quinta.

We stayed at this motel for 2 weeks. The staff is not too bad. They did keep up everyday with cleaning out the rooms after guest left but did not actually clean our room while we stayed but asked everyday if we needed anything in our room. They kept the pool clean and did not complain about our noisy kids. The price was very fair at a weekly rate in the area. The highspeed internet never went down and keep the speed up to with stand all our laptop/tablets/ps3. The only downside is when the weekend comes all the party goers book the room and the parking lot is packed. During the week though very quiet and no one every bothered us or the kids.
