A absolute great place to stay. The staff there the best, bar none. We loved our stay there. The beds comfortable and the room, which was a suite, was in tip top condition. The free breakfast was one of the best that I have enjoyed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The rooms cleanness was perfection. Will stay again for sure.

The pool area and bar were very nice and well-kept. They offered great amenities and the staff was very kind.

My only complaint is their checkout time (11am) does not match the time (12pm) displayed on the website or on the back of the room door. Everything else was as good or better than our typical stay at Hampton Inn.

We stayed here 5 nights at the end of March for spring break. We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, and modern. We were greeted with smiles every time we walked in. We loved the variety of the breakfasts each day. My son especially loved all of the toppings for the waffles, and the warm cookies every afternoon. I have no complaints all about our stay. Definitely choose this hotel if you are ever in the Pensacola area.

Excellent stay. Everything just as expected. Clean all the way around. Easy to get to and from I-10. Breakfast was very heart health oriented. Would definitely stay here again. Staff extremely helpful with questions.

It's a dependable stop when traveling. They offer various size rooms — most with refrigerators & microwaves. They also sell some food items in a tiny area contingent to the reception desk. This is a fun stopover for youngsters who need to work off energy by taking a swim in their pool after a long auto trip. Good value for the money.

We always stay and this particular Hampton when visiting relatives in Pensacola. Priscilla at the front desk always had a smile on her face and ready to help with anything needed from the business center to updating our stay and more. (It was the holidays and we can be needy sometimes) Marie the manager greats us by name and face when we walk through the lobby and makes us feel at home. Thank you for a great stay during holidays.

Great room for a suite, pool outside in back, gym was nice, doing some remodeling so the only ice machine I found was on the 1st floor down by the gym. Didn't get to try the breakfast. All doors are locked even with a key card but the front door. Wi-Fi was not the best I seen but not the worst. It was like the only router that was working was on the 1st floor. In all it was a good place friendly, helpful, caring, courteous staff. Decorated for Christmas with 2 trees in the Lobby.

It's a nice place to stay I you need a place at the I10 exit. Just right at the exit so very access to freeway. There are lots of options for food around the hotel, a good deal after a hard day at work. Hotel is good, big, quite with many rooms. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, it's surely a suggested place to select.

Awesome stay. After a day at the beach, then 2 hours at the pool, my little beached shark was relaxing. Only 30 minutes to Pensacola Beach! Super fantastic breakfast, fresh coffee, tea, hot chocolate all day. Pool was excellent! Service was warm and friendly! Atmosphere was indeed great. Rooms were nicely cleaned and beds were very comfortable! I will be staying here again.

Wonderful, welcoming hotel and staff. Large rooms with modern decor. Fantastic for the families evacuating with their pets; made this terrible time less difficult. I commend Hilton hotels for their assistance during Irma.

I will say that Hampton Inn will be one of our go to stays. My wife and I had to cancel our reservation at a different Hampton, and it was at the last minute. Fortunately, they gave us a full refund. We were not expecting it. So, when we tried to find a different hotel, we chose another Hampton. This Hampton in Pensacola is at a nice location right off the interstate. The staff is friendly, and we stayed in a comfortable room. The breakfast is pretty good, too. After our positive experiences, we highly recommend Hampton.

There entry way to the room was very muggy. The gym was good for a hotel and there was adequate towels. The breakfast at the Hampton inns need to knock off the shredded cheese. It doesn't melt and then you just have cold cheese on top off warm eggs.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Pine Forest Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola! The facility and rooms were spacious and clean. All of the amenities listed were accessible and in great condition. The showers were all hot! The breakfast was awesome! My kids loved the hot chocolate at bedtime. Most importantly, the staff was friendly! Room rate was efficient. Thumbs Up! We'd recommend to friends and family.

I was only asking around for a meeting room for my wedding reception, but it was still fantastic! The facilities were fresh, clean, and gorgeous! The receptionist was so polite and courteous. The room offered was a nice size with plenty to offer. And it was all at a reasonable rate! I definitely recommend this hotel for any of your needs.

The Hampton Inn Suites in Pensacola Florida is the best place to stay when you can't be at home! From the moment we walked in everything was right! The staff, the beautiful up to-date nicley organized decor, the fresh cookies and coffee got us off to a great stay. The room was so great! There was plenty of room for our larger then normal group. We even had company visit and their was still plenty of space to enjoy family not seen in years. The hot breakfast was great right before we got back on the road! Even my husband said we will be staying at the Hampton again.

Horrible Customer Service I showed up with confirmation number and email in hand and was lied to by the receptionist. She said it was for the wrong date. After being charged twice by Hampton Inn, I finally realized that we had shown up to the wrong Hampton Inn that night. There are 2 Hampton Inn and Suites Pensacola I-10 hotels and only after the many characters cut off are the distinguished by Pine Forest or North University. I called the manager back as a courtesy to explain the mistake we made in going to the wrong one. She stated that this happens all the time but that her employees regularly believe the customer to be wrong (even with the email in hand! ) and they just re-book the customer to their hotel. The manager, Marie, then continued to blame it all on me for going to the wrong one before hanging up on me. This is horrible training of your employees and terrible customer service of a General Manager. All she had to do was acknowledge that her employee was wrong to not tell us about the other hotel and ignore the confirmation number I was giving her and apologize for that. Instead she raised her voice and interrupted me repeatedly telling me it's my fault for not being able to follow directions. Yes, that is my fault for going to the wrong place but your misleading names and employees who lie are most definitely part of the problem too.

This place was phenomenal. Check in was flawless. Room was perfect. A. C. Was awesome. Staff, incredible. And the breakfast far exceeded expectations.

This hotel is ideal if you want to walk to downtown (20 min) or to the Amway arena to see Magic (25 min). The hotel has free Wi-Fi but do not have free shuttle to the airport (taxi about 45 dollars or shared van 20 dollars). Rooms are clean and service kindly.

Fit my needs. Clean and decent breakfast. If I was coming through the area I would stay again.

Had a long stay and they no longer put check out slips under the doors, so got a call while I was at work that I needed to come move out of the hotel even though the Hilton app showed the hotel having rooms. They also rarely have bagel toppers which are objectively the best Hampton breakfast items.

Horrible experience. With a two night reservation we couldn't make it the first night however the hotel checked us in at 9pm and out at 9am and had the nerve to charge us for incidentals. We weren't even in the state. One the actual check-in we has already been billed but they needed to see a cc we let them know "Not to charge the card, it had already been charged" the concierge took the card and said it wouldn't be as she swiped it. Of course it was and we were left charged twice for a room. Total over $300. The manager never called us back. We had to go to the front desk the next day to speak to her about the situation. We she said she would take care of when the bank opened Monday. Still awaiting the refund on Tuesday. On top of this the staff was rude and lazy.

Reserved a room for two nights but couldn't make it the first night. Couldn't cancel the reservation as it was too late to do so, all good. The hotel checked us in and then out without us being there and charged for incidentals. We weren't even there. Then charged us twice for the day we actually were there. They needed to see a credit card though it was paid for online. After we told the concierge specifically not to charge they said oh no it won't charge it and swiped the card anyway. Manager would not call back and the staff instead of being sorry and apologetic over the situation were rude and extremely unhelpful. Overall a terrible experience.

Immaculate and convenient from I 10. Got AARP rate as a walk-in. Breakfast was also very good. Love those to-go bags with water, apple and snack.

Good size room for a family of 4. Pretty nice size mini fridge Small, but nice pool. Good for kids Decent breakfast choices 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot chocolate Quiet and very pleasant experience overall.

Newly renovated or built. Great staff. A beautifully kept hotel. It's evident they take pride in their hotel. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every morning. Will stay again!

Ashley at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I just had a bad experience with Quality Inn after driving for hours. I decided to check and see if there was any available rooms at Hampton Inn. Ashley greeted me with a smiling face and warm hearted welcome. We stayed 5 days and had a wonderful vacation. I was visiting my mother in law and family at the hotel. Their suite accommodated 2 adults and 6 children. The room was nicely furnished and had plenty of space for everyone to get ready for a wedding. My husband and I were greeted warmly by the receptionist when we entered.

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I plan to keep patronizing them when I'm in Pensacola. Rooms were clean. Their breakfast choices are good and also the hotel looks very new. I love the interior decoration of the rooms and the hotel all together. The staff were always ready to help.

Convenient location on I-10. The parking lot was well-lit at night. Everything seemed brand new. The proximity key card worked great. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and check-in took about a minute to complete.

Staff was wonderful, check in was a breeze. Nice clean facilities, and breakfast was so yummy. I was traveling with an infant they had a clean pack and play ready for us and high chairs at breakfast. If you are traveling with children this facility is very accommodating and a must.
