Reviews of The Catalina
We looked at the reviews are were excited. We get there and only stayed 6 hours out of our 4 day trip. There were bugs in the bed. Small black dots in the bed which were believed to be bug feces. The room had German cockroaches. The trash cans still had trash in them. The fridge and stove still had pieces of food in them. The drain had food stuck in it. The air conditioning didn't cool the room either. I was told I'd get a refund. Guess what I'm still waiting. Poor customer service. Horrible room.
