This is a great condo site. Not truly a resort… no cafe, bar, store, etc. But the unit we rented was perfect: beachfront bedroom, 2 baths, king in master, twin over full separate. Excellent elevators. Our unit had free beach chairs and umbrella which were put away at 5 pm… or 3:45 if the beach boy decided it was time. Excellent location not far from Pier Park. We will return. Units are individually owned. Be sure to see the pictures of the exact unit you will rent. We were burned at a different resort by thinking the pictures shown on the website were what we were getting, and our unit was pitiful. Just know what you are getting at any resort. We really like this place.
