3rd year in a row here! the beautiful view, amazing tenants & renters, and wonderful facilities make a trip 10X better! I will always recommend a stay here!

Very nice place to stay, it has 2 pools, and a heated pool, hot tub. Fitness and much more.

Can’t seem to get a parking spot that has been reserved for us. Someone has been in it every time I have tried to park. Security keeps saying we will take care of it. They don’t. All that’s happened is I have had to move 4 different times and woke up at 1am to move my vehicle.

Kristy is so nice and accommodating! Don’t Worry Beach Happy is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfy beds! This will definitely be our go to place in PCB.

They couldn’t find our reservations for over an hour… TV doesn’t work, maintenance said the owner must not have paid the cable bill 🤨

Pros: amazing views, Beautiful buildings. Great location. Safe. Right on the beach. Lots of pools. Shopping/restaurants you can walk to. Cons: Elevators were THEE worst, long waits at all times. Parking was very full. The Starbucks on site not a normal Starbucks, seems like they didn’t know how to make anything other than regular, hot cup of coffee. Be prepared to walk a lot. Felt like a mile each walk to the car or beach from condo.

They NEED to get some kind of air conditioning, or at least a fan, in every elevator and stairway! Anything to keep the air flowing! Then I will change my rating to 5 stars! They shut the elevators down for maintenance and the stairs are extremely hot and there is no circulation! This is a must when you have so many people on the elevators! Otherwise it's paradise. There are two pools outside, one for the kids and one for the adults. The bar stays busy and sometimes the staff ignores customers for too long!

3/5 due to overall staff’s (besides front desk) lack of professionalism. First day my group arrived, we were excited & went straight to the H2O bar. The bartender (short Caucasian woman) looked extremely unhappy to see more customers. She moved almost intentionally slowly just to not have to serve us. She didn’t greet us and let us sit there until we started to ask about seating and ordering. After we felt her negativity, we left and went to eat outside of the hotel. The next day, when the Jamaican/Caribbean lady took my order at the cafe, she printed the receipt and walked away from the desk completely. No “check back in 10 minutes, have a good day”… nothing. The whole staff of ladies there also seemed to be unhappy with working there. There’s one manager whom I ran into who was very nice in greeting me and I was thankful. Overall, the condo is great to split between a group. Nice views & location. Also, many other comments here say the same, but the contents inside the room are lacking (dishwasher soap, soap, paper towels). The customer service is VERY poor and I hope management will take a look at this comment.

Would have given 5 stars but due to the resort not having my room available until 2 and half hours after check in was unacceptable. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they upgraded my room and credit me $125 for my wait. In the end, it was a great stay.

This is a nice place to stay on the beach front. It was clean and well furnished. I cant wait to come visit again.

One of the best places you will find on the Gulf! Great parking and great beach access. Very clean and security on duty at all times to make sure everyone is safe! We stayed 9 days and everything was flawless.

Great beach view, friendly staff, but this place needs lot of work on cleaning. Room was very dirty, dusty, and bed was full of hair I’m not joking when I say It was FULL of hair. Who knows how long it been since last time A/C filter was replace, you can literally see dust flowing out of A/C vent. Fire alarm went off every day we were there and never given a straight answer why. (test maybe). You get what you pay for, I guess.

Tower 1 room 1709. A honest review! The good! Great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and security to the people we spoke with. Starbucks down stairs a plus! Great location. Now The bad! Elevators took forever. Place could use a good cleaning! It seem clean intill we kicked our shoes off and could feel sand on the floor. Not something I’d expect seeing the room was just cleaned? And to our surprised ever night we got back into the room we would find a few roaches crawling all over the place. We did see a note posted by the condo staff they are doing some bug control within the next week it really needs it! Bath towels smelled like smoke. Which is weird seeing it’s a non smoking room? Mattress was horrible and I’ve slept in my fair share of motels from traveling with work. It needs attention it’s wore out and the sheets could use attention as well. I would expect better bedding being in a condo but felt more like cheap motel bedding. Fix the bug problem, mattress and bedding (sheets) and a good cleaning it would be a great condo. As for booking it again I would look else where.

Very Nice Condo's. Excellent view of the beach from all rooms, enjoyed the H20 Bar and Grill, great snacks and especially drinks, and Oceanfront! Love this place, and will be back soon. Front Desk employees were very helpful and cheerful. Thanks Majestic!

Absolutely enjoyable experience, great views, and an amazing place to stay. The only complaint I have is the comfort of the pullout bed (which I slept on). Nice pools and great staff.

Very nice condominium. Has ample pools and did not have to wait on elevators forever which was great. Wish the rented beach chairs would have been closer to the ocean.

We loved staying here! The elevators are crazy, especially around 10 am. So take the stairs or go down early to the beach/pool! The staff is friendly. Our room was really nice and clean. We stayed 5 days, ate breakfast and lunch in the room and went out for dinner. We did have lunch at the H2O grill, down by the pool. Plenty of things in walking distance. It is a great resort!

My stay at Majestic Beach Towers was amazing! The location is perfect, the rooms were clean, and the service was great. No complaints and I would definitely visit again!

We're staying in a nice condo on the property. Great New feel. Complete with kitchen and laundry and jacuzzi. Definitely a nice place to stay. Elevator trips are kind of a downer for it's hot and you may make alot of stops going down if your on a high floor.

Great condo in the beach. Stayed her for friends wedding in May 2018. Unfortunately it was bike week but this location had quick access to back beach roads and others. Loved it for location. Centrally located to pier park and the clubs.

I personally liked it myself. I had a comfortable room, especially the bed; plenty of space in all the rooms, even the kitchen "not like Everyone will be in there at the same time anyways". Really nice pool. All and all, this place was very nice and comfortable for our family. It's worth another stay to when we return. So yes, I recommend this place as a stop and stay to anyone who's looking for a reality nice and comfortable place to stay, and too far from all the attractions and shopping stops either. As far as the price, I feel that what we paid for a weeks stay was an excellent price for for everything that came with it, including not to have but very little (2) problems, which were handled right away, (thank yall, by the way). If you guys choose to stay here, then you WILL BE MAKING AN EXCELLENT DECISION (VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE PLACE) and you'll start to feel a little bit like home, if you stay more threes days/nights. Enjoy, I know I can't wait till we return. (God Bless, and stay say).

I really enjoyed this resort. However, it took 2 hours for our condo to be prepared although we arrived the time of checkout. The beach wasn't crowded and we really enjoyed that. One thing we didn't like was the elevators took too long at all of them and the chairs & umbrellas aren't included in the hotel cost. Overall, it's a great place and we will return.

Absolutely beautiful! Very clean and well taken care of. Felt comfortable and welcoming! Lots of room for my husband and I plus our 4 children ♥️ Definitely plan on coming back and making it our family tradition! Great location and stunning ocean view!

Rooms are not the way they tell you, information is not accurate at all. False advertising and rude customer service from desk. Make sure before you travel, you are getting what you paid for. Room was not what they posted on the website. We reserved a room with two queen size beds, we arrived to our room which was a disaster because we had no directions around the hotel, keep in mind there are several different units. The customer service manager was rude. The second day of my trip, a lady stormed in our room acting all crazy saying she booked the same suite. Security was with her and we showed her our reservation and then she apologized and then given us bad information about hotel services and cleaning was horrible. The smell in the elevators we bad and very hot. Called for a maintenance guy, never saw him. I say false advertisement because the guest that we there were also complaining about their stay and booking. My doors the entire time was not locked, we found that out on the leaving the hotel.

The condo was very clean when we walked in, the view was nice. Cooking appliances included, codes to lock and unlock the doors. The worst parts were that elevators took forever (I heard people waited for an hour) and we couldn't check in early (The code would not work for our room until our specified check-in time)

Not real clean, if you bring your family be prepared to be up all night due to loud music and partying. Won't get much sleep.

So far everything is good parking sucks I will tell you that now if you are disabled this is not the location for you you have to walk across the bridge third floor you have to go up and down the elevators which takes forever there is absolutely NO DISABLED parking on the resort side. I cannot walk far I was so sick by the end of first day it was unreal. View is beautiful water is perfect.

I would not recommend staying at this establishment. The facility itself is nice enough and the maintenance staff does a good job of keeping the place looking nice. Some of the front desk staff are helpful and nice, others are down right rude. However, the security staff and management are complete jerks. Little Napoleans running around with chips on their shoulders trying to get into everyone´s business. They go so far as to make up fake complaints that they use to falsely justify calling law enforcement if they decide they don´t like your religion, color or hairstyle. They have even had guest arrested under false pretenses. Beware. Avoid this place!

This is a great resort complex. Multiple pools, hot tubs, and a long beach area. It's a few miles from Pier Park which makes local traffic much easier to traverse. Convenient to everything.

Beware! The bedrooms face the street and the building echos the street noise all the way up. We got no sleep at all! Resort is great if you do not plan on sleeping while you are on vacation.

We love this resort, it has everything! Swimming pools, hot tubs, beach access, beach services, nice clean rooms, a theatre that shows movies 2 nights a week and shows all the big college games, a fitness center open 7am to 6pm 7 days/wk, convenient parking for the handicapped, banquet halls for special events, masseuse treatments and 24/7 security by the best in the business! Hard to beat… My Compliments!

Good place to stay. Hot tub jets on one of the three hot tubs was out of service for a few days. Elevators were great. Tennis court was ok (on parking garage concrete).

My mother, 2 yr old daughter and I came for 2 nights. Hands down, the best hotel I have stayed in. There were things to do for all ages and this is a very family friendly stay. We never had to leave the hotel. Watched movies every evening on the big screen from our balcony. Has 3 pools and a hot tub. The kiddie pool is awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to PCB. From the staff to the rooms, we couldn't find anything we were unsatisfied with.

Lovely place. Walk is crazy to get to and from your parking. Do wish they had an indoor hot tub for those cold cold days.

We stayed in a four bedroom suite. It had room for all of us, there were eight people sleeping there and three visitors. The indoor was nice and the kids loved it! Security was visible and I felt very safe. This a great place to visit!

Very nice place with awesome views of the ocean. The indoor & outdoor pools were great! No problems with the elevator.

Huge Resort, but plenty of Elevators… Yes, it's most important when a large property gets busy! These folks also have lots of amenities and a very large Parking Garage… Usually no problems that I have heard of… This is one of the better investments in PCB as Rentals here are popular and the building is very well managed by one of PCB's best…

Loved it. We were on the 22nd floor, and it was totally worth it. Beautiful views and beaches. Went in off season, not too crowded. Awesome pools, in door and out door. Close to lots of shopping and eating.

WORST PLACE EVER! Rooms and furniture are very outdated. Elevators are ridiculously slow. Beach front view is good. The staff is what made our experience the worst. Security guards act like they are S. W. A. T members. Some young teenagers were causing some issues at the pool. Security insisted it was us, after 30+ minutes of arguing with them (at one point they actually seen the people who were causing the problems) they still insisted we were the problem. The security then harassed us, fallowed us all over the facility. Fallowed us to our room, and proceed to stand outside our room for almost an hour. We left with 9 more days paid for, found a BETTER place with friendly staff!

This Condo is VERY outdated. At one time, MANY years ago, I'm sure it was an upscale place to stay. Not so much anymore. We stayed in Tower II, and it is mold ridden with the most horrible smell in the master bath, to the point it was unusable. The jetted bathtub had mold growing out of the jets, the shower was outlined in mold. The linens had blood stains among other stains as well as hair from past renters. The pantry had mold from the floor to the ceiling rendering it useless. The main bathroom had mold growing up the shower. The 3rd bedroom had bunk beds, but the ladder was broke off and side rail was barely hanging on. The young man who works on the beach renting chairs was beyond rude, and was put out to write down my name and take my money as this interrupted is paddle boarding time. On the plus side, being so close to the gulf we had a we week of amazing sunrises and sunsets!

The Majestic is ok. Rooms are decent, and the location is convenient. However some of their security guards take their jobs way too seriously, will give you a very hard time if your parking pass is filled out even slightly wrong. Also can be really noisy there sometimes.

First day we arrived it was nice, until you sat on the couch, sat at the dinner table with chairs with no cushion. Walls were dirty. Beds wore out and horrible to sleep on. Found a gummy worm in the window, socks behind the bed and a shirt under the bed. Tub was dirty. One of the bar stools we're broke. Was not worth the price we paid. It was smaller​ then a normal room we rented here 2 yrs ago.

Great location. Clean rooms. Awesome maintenance crew. We had a broken cabinet door and a unmounted dish washer. The maintenance guy came right up and repaired it quick. FYI there is a ~$180 cleaning fee per stay. They will hit you with that when you check in.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean over all. I stayed on a beach front with the an amazing view. The resort has a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby and the resort is walking distance to everything! Cons-I discovered a roach running across the silverware while I searched for cooking appliances. The bed was really uncomfortable and seemed to have bits of sand on the sheets.

We stayed in a privately owned condo and it was beautiful. The overall building was clean and in great shape. The beach was beautiful. The knot complaints I have are that even though we stayed at the resort, you still had to pay to use their beach chairs instead of it being first come first serve. I also didn't like that of the two pools I saw, they were more I door than out. Other than that, loved it.

Elevators take about 25 min. In avg! It's a long walk from the parking lot. Beach chairs are placed in the front and back of the beach so it's hard to find a space where you don't see umbrellas in front. Check-in is @ 4pm and checkout @ 10am. We arrived @ 4pm and were told we were going to have to wait. When I asked for a manager a room magically became available. There are no baby changing stations on any bathroom. Yes, including common use bathrooms!

Won't be back, horrible house keeping, disgusting. The folks at 800 # don't know anything about this property, they had no number to call! Went out and bought pillow cases…

While staying at the resort I purchased 2 drinks at the Starbucks counter that resulted in my card being charged for an extra $150 on top of the correct charge. When I brought this to their attention they told me that nothing could be done until the following week (after I was scheduled to leave). Apparently, someone working in the store pulled my credit card number and charged my card for 3 $50 gift cards to use in the resort. They were aware that I didn't make these charges but all they could say was that they were sorry. Three days after I arrived home from my vacation I was still on the phone trying to get my money back. It was a nice place, but all I can say is be careful.

This is my second stay at majestic. It has become part of the tradition of our vacations here. The whole family loves it and the rooms are amazing. We are considering buying one for ourselves. It is right on the beach with a secure parking garage. They have multiple pools a tennis court and a movie theater. They also offer movie rentals in the lobby.

Nice condos. Beach front. Safe. Near rental activities if wanted. Indoor & outdoor pool.

After a 14 hour drive from out of state, we arrived at 8:00am. When we asked about possibly checking in early, we were informed that as long as the room had been vacated and cleaned, that was not a problem. The room, at the time, had not yet been vacated, but we were allowed to use the amenities while we waited. After thinking that check in wasn't until 4:00pm, we were allowed to begin use of our room as soon as it was completely cleaned (it was ready for us before noon. ) The staff did a wonderful job, not only of cleaning our room, but of making us feel welcome even though we had shown up early. Five great big gold stars for this wonderful resort!

Our condo was amazing! Every condo has an amazing view of the beach. The property is very well-maintained and clean. My only complaint is the elevators were slow because of the amount of traffic versus the amount of elevators.

We've stayed here a few times and it's always been a pleasant experience. It has several nice pools and easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Stayed in unit 1705. There was 2 broken chairs we reported and the whole condo needed updating and repairs. Couldn't even use the dryer cause it was so loud you couldn't hear the tv. The location was great so would try and book directly with the condo next time and not an online booking company. Expected a lot better than what we got.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom Suite and it was more than enough room for 7 guest. The hotel is very clean. This is our second year staying here for our family vacation.

Great resort. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had quick easy access to the beach and we're close to other attractions in town. I would recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at Majestic for three years in a row. The entire family has a great time. Lots of pools, great beaches, and friendly staff. We visit over spring break and think all of Panama City Beach is very kid friendly.

First time. I stayed in unit 407 Tower 1. Everything was perfect and well stocked. Very nice, modern and clean. Will return! Beach front views. Many amenities the resort alone is a vacation.

After reading bad reviews, after I paid in full for a 2 bedroom condo, I was dreading our stay. We bought cleaning supplies and extra tissue and paper towels, but condo was clean and there was extra tissue. No paper towels, but that was ok. Walls and side of fridge could use a VERY GOOD SCRUBBING! Check in was longer than expected, but the young lady's customer service made up for that. Stay was great. But check out was HORRIBLE! Dave at the front desk is the reason I will NEVER return! When I went to go check out, there was another customer there checking in. After They completed their check in, after 10 minutes, Dave finished whatever he was doing. He looked up at me two times. He answered 4 calls and continued on the computer. I was now there waiting for 15 minutes. Another couple walk in a walk up to the desk, turns and sees me, and apologizes and stands behind me. Dave is on the phone again. 2 minutes later, another guy comes in and walks up to the desk, turns and sees us in line. He apologizes and stands behind us. Dave then looks at me and asks, "Are you here to see me, because you didn't come up to the desk! " I tell him that there were people checking in when I came up and I was stupidly waiting on the "Hi, can I help you? " He then snatch my envelope that has my card keys and those very expensive bracelets that we HAVE to return to the desk. I am now appalled that I am being treated like this, at this place that I just paid $900.00 for 4 days.

We stayed here for a family vacay. Tower 1. It was very nice and spacious, we had a four bedroom. Very homely feel. New appliances. No complaints on this condo at all. The views were amazing! Security in the building were very nice but arm bands are required especially during peak. Will stay again!

We have been to the Majestic twice in the past year. We absolutely love this place. I found it clean, beautiful views of the water, and centrally located. I am about to book another room.

REALLY spread out; difficult for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. Noticed several small things that needed repair, ceiling tiles missing, leaking ceiling, worn carpet. Our condo was small and in need of a thorough cleaning! The pools and hot tubs were nice. Probably won't go back or recommend this facility.

1 star only because I can't give zero! Cockroaches and ants, filthy furniture and bedding. The staff is terrible and doesn't know anything, all any of them know how to say is "I don't know"! The security guard was very rude! Nothing works… dryer, coffee pot, stove! When you stay for 7 days you expect things to work and the room to be decent. Thankfully the beach was great because we didn't want to be in the room. Tower 1
