Staff is very rude I was told I was getting a $100 dollar deposit got charged $200 when I asked I was told deal with it.

Everyone is nice and the rooms are clean. Only downside is since we are here for a week it would have been nice to have a dresser for our clothes.

Great place to stay wonderful friendly staff great breakfast choices.

Cleanliness was amazing and the staff a. M and p. M was totally awesome.

This hotel was everything I expected and more for the price! Check in was quick and simple. The room was so nice and very clean! The room and bathroom were large. The location is good, as was the breakfast! Nice little pool. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in Panama!

This is a really nice hotel with Ripleys believe it or not, Wonder works, water parks and a small amusement park with a nice go cart track about 3 to 5 minutes away from the hotel. Also there's the Panama City Beach Winery nearby and it's amazing. You have to try it out, they allow tastings and have wine made out of oranges, banana, mango, etc. We were traveling with our small dog, the dog friendly room was exceptionally clean and the front desk associate was friendly. I'm not sure what the other bad reviews are about now that I've seen the place for myself. Everyone including everything will have some form of human error but for the most part it's a nice hotel for a nice price.

Was looking for a nice spot to stay overnight for a beach visit. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly, it was nice and clean and the complementary breakfast was the best I've experienced yet, they had grits, sausage, eggs, fruit, toast, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, waffles, juice, milk and coffee. They really had something for everyone. The room was very clean, very nice and inviting, there's a in room microwave and mini fridge add well as a small coffee pot.

Inexpensive for Panama City ($145) and very nice. Up-to-date property with clean rooms, hot showers, Wi-Fi, fridge and breakfast included. Pleasant staff.

Good location not too far from beach. Service was great they made it possible for us to stay one more night even though it was booked. Rooms are great and clean.

Room was more spacious than most Sleep Inns. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Bathroom needed some updating and carpets were stained. Some paint touch-ups are also needed. With that said, being this close to the Gulf Shore, this was a decently priced room for the money.

OMG! What a find… very very competitive rates, Great Services, Clean & Updated Nice rooms, close to almost all Attractions & Beach! What else you need? Outdoor pool is lil small for the size of Hotel though, but I can ignore it easily. Nice Hot Breakfast & they frequently refilled everything. If no availability here then I would definitely choose ‘Quality inn & suites across ‘Schlotzsky’s, down the road.

Staff was very friendly. Room had musty smell and breakfast was gross. Would only stay as last resort.

Affordable and nice! You don't get the beach view, but you don't need it since the beach is so close. If you need just a place to rest yet don't want a run down hotel, then this will do. Simple, with all the ammenities.

Bed was broken, carpet was stained, waffle makers and breakfast selection were not great. There was no movie in the movie room as advertised. Half of the channels did not work on the television and the channel list in the directory did not match. I would not recommend this unless there was no other option.

Good place to rest. Excellent service. We had a problem with our key card. Went down to get a new one and the manager came back with us to make sure everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet but a little dated and worn in places especially the bathroom. However everything worked as it should. No bathtub, just a stand-alone very large shower which suited us just fine. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will stay here again next year.

Location is pretty close to the action, the place was clean and quiet while we were there. We definitely felt like it was a good value for the price.

Clean room great price. Stayed in Athens, Al. Sleep inn and not near as clean and $20 a night more. From us.

Nice place, dront desk staff was very nice. But other staff members seemed overworked and unhappy. Location is great and in close proximity to all the good stuff. Light bulb missing from room lamp and TV channels constantly not tuning in. Very aggravating and the icing was when my air conditioner went out. Called the front desk and they said "Oh yeah, that room has a bad air conditioner. ". Ugh. It was 1am and Manager was not there nor maintenance. They offered a different room, but I was freshly out of shower, and tired. So no thanks. Asked to have Mgr call me on Monday… but of course no call.

After getting rained out at the State Park, I was able to find a room last minute. The staff was sweet, kind and exactly the kind of warmth I needed! Room was exceptionally clean, the tub perfect for a bubble bath and I didn’t cringe when I laid down in the bed LOL and fun tip — Whataburger is down the road and open 24 Hours. After one hell of a rainy, messy and exhausting evening trying to salvage my tent, I am SO grateful for the accommodations here at Sleep Inn in Panama City!

There is free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Breakfast is served between 6-10am with lots of tables and chairs to sit at. We ate at 7am and there was a great selection of breads, yogurt, eggs, hash browns, biscuits, sausage, cereal, waffles, and coffee.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Free cookies at the front desk! Rooms were clean and fresh with excellent air conditioning. No bathtub, unfortunately. Breakfast in the morning was impressive for a hotel in this price range. Standard waffle station, but they also had blueberry! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, grits, doughnuts, danishes, bagels, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, strawberry cream cheese, juice, milk and more. We spent almost two hours enjoying it. Definitely made our trip special.

Very clean hotel, staff very friendly, breakfast was great. Area very safe and only 1 mile from the beach. We will stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely love it! It was really clean, every cover and towels were fresh, the bed and pillow were awesome, the shower was clean and had quick reacting hot water for the shower and I love the fact they have a book in the room telling u of the places around here. :)

They gave me a total price for the stay including the pet fee. I paid for it and 5 days later, they ended up charging me a doble pet fee. I spoke with the manager and said. I'm sorry there's nothing we can do. For the price I paid, I would to have stay somewhere better.

Really nice staff and decent rooms. They didn't have any rooms left with a King size bed so they waved the pet deposit for me. I would definitely stay there again.

I am a very picky person with where I sleep. And I found that this place actually offered everything I needed. They worked with me with my allergies and everything else too. Breakfast was amazing the fresh fruit offered with the eggs and grits just made a perfect breakfast for me. The kids love the sausage and the waffles. They did amazing for being booked at the last moment I will go back!

The room was stained but clean as it could be other than the stains. Nice sheets comfy bed. Free breakfast was good. I had a decent experience and for the price I may come back again.

Stayed here during Ironman Florida. Quiet rooms and complex, friendly staff. Accommodated the racers and friends with an early breakfast the day of the race. Went out of their way to help all of us which was greatly appreciated.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. My only complaint is we paid for queen beds and we got full size beds. We will defintly stay here again!

We booked our hotel for one night through Hotwire, and when we got the hotel the night auditor Melissa informed us there has been a miscommunication between Hotwire and the hotel. I had talked to Hotwire earlier that month trying to change our reservation date and the people at Hotwire told me there was no way to change the dates. The hotels computer system was showing we had already checked in and out earlier that month even though we had not been there. The money had already been taken out of my account and was non-refundable because of hot wires policy. Melissa simply told us nothing could be done and all we could do was find somewhere else to stay for the night or call Hotwire to resolve the issue. Which made no sense because it was the hotels system already showing us checked in and out. She rolled her eyes, sighed loudly repeatedly, and made it very clear we were a huge inconvience to her even though this issue was not our fault. When I asked to speak to a manager she did not allow me to speak to him, but she called the GM and magically resolved the problem and we were able to stay the night. While we realized this was not the hotel's fault and it was a miscommunication with the third party hooking service, we were treated very poorly and Melissa was very impatient and rude with us. My partner asked to reserve a second room later that night and Melissa mocked him making a personal, unprofessional comment that was severely inappropriate.

The hotel had an odd smell about it, the beds could have been better and for the prices they charge I was hoping for a view that wasn't a busy street and a pawn shop. Breakfast was non impressive but that didnt really matter, its hard to eat the food in the dinning room when there is someone walking around with DIRTY Bare feet, and he claimed to own the hotel, I understand you own the place but its still a business and there are still health codes. What other liberties does he take around there? not going back with that thought in my mind.

This hotel sucks. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere decent. The sheets were dirty… Yes dirty, like the "motels" in the woods in Alabama that look like the Bates motel. When we called the desk to complain, she told us she was alone and couldn't leave the desk so we had to bring them to her… Guess what, when we got down there it was 2 of them. So they just didn't give a crap. No WI-FI, even motel 6 has WI-FI… So all devices except your cell phone are useless here. The air conditioner doesn't get cold enough. The TV remote won't work across the room. The hallways on the 2nd floor smell awful. And lastly, I've been itching since I got here… I'm almost scared to see breakfast in the morning. And that near the beach stuff is a joke… You can't see the beach from here and just $50 more puts you on the beach… Please just pay more so you can enjoy your stay!

Great hotel at a great price. Only 1.0 miles away from the beach and is in a very good location. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of food to eat. The pool is very nice, I made sure to swim in it everyday and sometimes more than once a day. The staff was great and they helped us a lot as we are on a long road trip across the US and they even let my husband use the conference room for free to make a business call. Also very comfortable beds and everything was clean. Next time I go to Panama City beach I will stay there again.

Here on business and the staff was great! They realized I was here working not for the spring break festivities and gave me a great room at a great rate! Thank you for the attention to detail. Everything was awesome, Housekeeping was quick & very detailed about their cleaning. Breakfast was FREE with various options to choose from. I recommend to EVERYONE!

I really liked this place. Friendly staff, nice rooms, easy access in location, but I just wish it had an indoor pool. We came down in the winter early in the morning and they allowed us to go to our room just as soon as we got here (8 am) which was awesome since we had been on the road for 7 hours. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff, for the most part, are friendly. Do not pay in advance and decide to check out early once you get there… the rest of the nights you booked will not be refunded. But it's a good place… I have stayed here with and without my family. I would recommend it. Just a couple minutes drive to the beach!

Everything started off well. Room and lobby was clean. They allowed my wife, daughter and I to check in about an hour and a half early. Which is nice. That's pretty much the extent of the niceness. We get in the room and my 1 year old daughter goes to sleep. Check in was suppose to be at 4pm, but we got in around 2:30pm. At around 3:15, a house keeper just walks in the room. Not only waking up my daughter, but my wife was half naked and I was fully naked getting in the shower. Seriously! No knock, no call, no "Is anybody in here" shout. It was embarrassing and should have never of happened. On top of that, when I called the front desk to talk to the manager, his response was, "If she would of knocked, she would've woke the baby anyways. " This is the customer service you can expect at this "establishment"… We voiced our disappointment, but nothing was done to right their wrong. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking to not be walked in on naked. Or want any kind of decent customer service. Big thumbs down!

Great place to stay at Panama city! I went to Panama city on a business trip and I stay at a Best Western Hotel no air conditioning working on my first room, then they transfer me to another room, water was on carpet near air conditioner also transfer me again, them 2 days later lights went off since 4 am until next day around 2 pm what a nightmare! Finally I moved to Sleep Inn thanks to a great Doctor and office manager that suggest this place and finally I was treated like royalty! Super Happy! The staff here is great! they suggest you all places to eat great food and tell you about all places that you need to visit to make your stay here better like banks laundry area etc, Sian the lady that work doing breakfast is a sweet heart she notice that I was on a rush every morning to go to work and she gives me a banana and a yogurt she said every morning do not forget to eat! what an angel! My room was always cold and perfectly clean everything about this hotel is just great! I strongly advice to stop by for your next vacation all the great places to have fun are right there and the beach also and great restaurants! delicious seafood.

Staff was very friendly & accommodating. They offered movie night at the time my family & I stayed. Location is on a quieter street. Away from a lot of bustle. The hotel was nicely styled & room was very clean. We stayed on the upper flo3or near the end of the hall closest to the pool. Not much of view at the rear but only that of another building. Seemed to be moreso for meetings or small events. Breakfast time was a but chaotic if you didn't get there early enough. Overall enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend!
