Nice clean hotel. Great staff would recommend it to friends.

We loved our stay here. Staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Anything we needed, extra towels, shaving cream etc they provided. No questions asked.
Continental breakfast had no hot food because of covid restrictions, but there was plenty of breakfast and they replenished throughout breakfast hours.
Washer /Dryer on site to use at $6 dollars a load including laundry soap.
We will recommend to all!

Shower took literally 5 seconds to heat up and it is really really hot which felt so nice and it was a pretty decent size. Can't say much else because I only stayed one night and I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Definitely recommend as it was a great experience and everything was clean and welcoming.

I was totally disrespected. Not recognized as a diamond member the maintenance person very rude and confrontational: manager of no assistance. I will no longer utilize Hilton properties due to this one. Vitoria is an awesome associate make her manager.

I’m writing on behalf of my parents who do not have Facebook. This hotel gave their room away while my parents were flying to Florida to see my brother and his family for my niece’s first birthday. Awful customer service! My parents booked this hotel by calling the hotel directly and booking over the phone. Apparently the staff wrote down the wrong expiration date on my parents’ credit card. So the hotel staff at this location made a mistake and the card was declined. Again the hotel made the mistake. The hotel called my parents the day of their stay instead of rectifying the mistake earlier while my parents were in flight and unable to use their cell phones. So this low class hotel just calls my parents, leaves a voicemail, waits an hour then gives the room away. My parents even arranged a late arrival time when they booked too! So imagine their dismay when they arrive at the hotel tired from air travel only to be told that the room was given away and they had no other rooms! They offered a room in Pensacola an hour away and didn’t even offer to reduce the price for the HOTEL’S MISTAKE! That’s not good enough. They offered 500 points to my parents’ Hilton Honors account (yes they treat Hilton Honors customers this way) but we all know those reward points are useless in this situation.

Staff is great and it's close to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Beautiful hotel. All the staff here are so courteous. Rooms are clean. Nice breakfast every day. Beds are very comfortable. This is our second time here and will definitely be the place we stay again.

The best hotel stay of my life. Shelli at the front desk was the most amazing customer service rep I've ever encountered. The entire staff was great and the cleaning crew did an amazing job. I've been there off and on for about 8 yrs now and I have to say its consistent. The breakfast is to die for also.

Decent hotel. For the price not the nicest in the area but due to my circumstances I only had the choice to stay here. The room I had was a hearing impaired room. Didn't need the features but it was what they had available. For some reason this room did not have a mini fridge or microwave which is pretty standard. No room safe. The swimming pool is basically in the parking lot and very small. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was a 2/5. Flavorless food, processed eggs, stale pastries and bread.

Had a great time here. This is located very near the beach (which the kids loved! ) The rooms were clean and quiet. They do serve breakfast each morning. Would have given them 5 stars but the clerk who checked us in was rude. The rest of the staff were good. Stayed 4 nights. Not a far drive to Pensacola.

Really enjoyed staying here. Our room was very clean and bright. The staff was extremely friendly, and we were really close to the beach and not to far from Pensacola where all the restaurants and shops are. Navarre is always my favorite beach getaway. Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stay so enjoyable!

The front desk folks are very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks new and rooms are very spacious and clean. I love the separate sink and counter above the frig and microwave. Very convenient to make coffee and drinks. We had the king size bed with a sofa bed. There was me my husband and 8 year old daughter. There was plenty of room for all three of us. The linens were clean and new looking. The breakfast bar was clean and tasty. The pool is on the small side but we value space and cleanliness more.

Was told points would cover visit by reservations. Got to hotel was NOT the case. Breakfast sub par at best. Saw a can of Raid in the housekeeping cart. Killed a spider as soon as I entered room. No meat options for people who DONT eat pork! It's 2018. Let's get healthy!

This is a very good hotel, the staff is very friendly always serving with a smile and also took care of our every request. The rooms are nice and well kept breakfast and coffee are very good.

Best people ever they do so great job cleaning every inch of this hotel… have everything a person would ever need … including helping me calm my nerves … sadly I'll be checking out soon and heading home to do what I need to do… hopefully sometime soon I hope to be able to truly thank them for a great night at a wonderful beach… I should know I've lived here 11 years house just down the road but unfortunately I can't even stay at my own place just because of a promise. Leaving house keeping a present on microwave for cleaning up they work so hard to give us a great experience maybe they can take it home and give it to their family it's not much but their too nice and caring not to leave something for them!

Staff and service were great. The room was clean, and well stocked with towels, soap ect. While not the Ritz it is a great value for the price.

Check in was quick and easy. My room was very roomy. My bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was enjoyable. I would reccomend Hampton Inn to all my friends and family.

Our stay and Hampton Inn and suites was amazing. The bed was to die for and the breakfast was actually pretty good. The only complaint I would have is that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always good. I hope they replace the God awful bed before I go again.

Went to visit a family member that was staying there and the rooms and lobby were exceptional and coffee was available at all times. Aside from the idiots that were staying there and slowly walking in the road it seemed more than accommodating.

Everything about this place was amazing! The front desk lady, Angie is beyond the sweetest thing ever! And not that I had any issues but the maintenance man Justin was so helpful! Definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else other than here! If you're coming to Navarre, stay at the Hampton. Breakfast is probably he best I've had at a hotel. My daughter loved making waffles in the morning and the room are I. Perfect condition!

Nice hotel entrance, very clean and staff was courteous. I put my grandmother and Aunt up in a Handicap accessible room. It was nice but they didn't have any real chairs to sit in other than a desk chair and a small uncomfortable chair in a corner near one bed. I called the front desk to request a more comfortable, reclining type chair for my grandmother. They don't have anything like that unfortunately. I've been to other hotels that have those chairs that can be wheeled up to the rooms when needed. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

Very nice facility, friendly staff, clean and well kept. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. A short drive to the beach. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The best breakfast I had from any hotel I have stayed in — food was very tasty. Coffee 24 hrs. Staff very friendly. Less than 10 minutes drive to Navarre Beach — beautiful white sand beach. Hotel is 30 min to Pensacola or 30 min to Destin so we enjoyed visiting both places as well. Nice clean pool. Restaurants, fast food, supermarket and a Walmart not too far from hotel. Now there are a few things that hotel can improve on… adding a combination safety box to secure personal items, a small refrigerator and change some of the mattress (they were not the most comfortable). But overall I like it and will stay here again. I will recommend to all of my friends.

Very beautiful, from the building to the room! Service is great, and the breakfast was awesome. My room key kept messing up and they fixed it without hesitation. Customer Service is above. Love the complementary cookies they have at check in desk as well as coffee being available all day! Asked for good local food suggestions​ and front desk didn't hesitate. Will definitely return.

What a lovely place, I would definitely go again. Rooms are spacious, clean. Toiletries are nicer than most. Breakfast was varied and good and desk staff friendly and attentive.

Loved the spacious, clean King Suite with sitting area, couch with convertible bed, separate sink/dressing area from toilet & shower. Nice TV that rotates for viewing ease. Thermostat control for temp on the wall & unit. Nice desk, work space with USB charging unit. The King bed was extremely comfortable with nice pillows. The room was very clean. Eric/front desk staff were very kind helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast & coffee were very good! This is a larger suite, pictures from Room 401. The last 2 rooms on each side of the hall at the ends are larger suites. We stayed 2 nights & did not get a chance to try out the pool. The property is nicely maintained & the room was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff! Place was very clean, had a great atmosphere and decor to the place. When leaving I got to take a breakfast bag with me! Which was nice for the road cause I had to leave for Houston. Overall, I would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Checked in the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great I liked that it was very spacious and you had many options, Coffee was excellent. I liked how when you walked in the dinning area was very spaceous and very clean. And the decor throughout the hotel was impressive. I only stayed 1 night and hated to leave wish I could of stayed longer but as I went to check out I really liked how they had a bag of fruit, breakfast to go bars and water for you to take with you as you left. If I ever get the chance to come back I will be returning to the Hampton inn at this location. I look forward to returning again. So with that I give this location a 5 star rating.

Incredible service, and for a hotel it was very nice, and clean. If I'm ballin on a budget, Hampton is where I will be staying from now on.

The location is superb for fast beach access. Even the free breakfast was fulfilling! Rooms are nice and clean as would be expected from mid rate hotel.

I have stayed here several times over the last two years. The rooms are great, their free breakfast is really good, and their staff are very friendly. The only suggestion I would make would be for the hotel to put microwaves and mini fridges in each room. I stay here 3-7 days at a time and it would be nice to be able to store leftovers, beverages, snacks, etc.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room is comfortable and the amenities are reasonable. Only suggestion is to not cheap out and put in a refrigerator. The hotel is easy to get to and has good parking. The noise is a little high being off a busy road, but not too bad and being close to the road makes it convenient to get to. Bed was comfortable and clean and well maintained. Reasonable price for the quality of the room and facilities.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Rooms are clean and tastefully however, not very spacious, the Pool is disappointing, nothing Special, in our view, overpriced, have for less money already quite Better.

Well being from this area we always stay at this hotel because it is less expensive than staying in Fort Walton Beach or Destin. And we always have a very good stay.

Newer Hampton, good exercise room, updated layout.

I really felt relaxed when I stayed in here. I had the best night sleep even though I am in a very stressful trip. The people here made it easy to stay at this place.
