Reserved a 4-day stay for a suite. Room provided was far from a suite. It consisted of one elongated room with a sliding door which can never stay shut. It had no full size refrigerator, no stove and no living room. The water pressure was low and shower floor moves as one is showering. Walls are paper thin especially in restroom which allows you to hear and be heard by neighboring guests while in restroom. This place has no suites contrary to its claim and namesake of offering suites… it does not so avoid it as you would the plague. They are unscrupulous in that for the one night I stayed they billed my credit card for two nights and refused to offer a refund. Very nasty management team who tells blatant lies and goes back on promises made to guests. For what’s supposedly a new building it appears very cheaply made and have potential safety concerns given the moving shower floor. This is first hand knowledge coming from a guest who’ve experienced everything mentioned here!

Room was recently updated, very nice. Unfortunately didn't have drapes only a sun shade so the room was very bright even through the night. Service was very friendly and breakfast was great.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Continental breakfast was included. The first floor rooms look directly out onto the parking lot, but there is a shade that can be used to block out the window. The two room suites are really more of a bedroom with a divider between the bathroom and entryway.

Nice and clean. Air-conditioner did throw cold and hot air at the same time. Also very quiet and calm neighborhood.

The entire staff here greets you with a smile, and a hello. Leslie at the front desk is awesome! Breakfast has a good variety of both hot and cold options. The king room was spacious and the bed very comfortable! The shower had great water pressure. The pool area was very nice and the water temp was perfect! Location is close to restaurants, grocery stores, I95, and different beaches. We would stay here again!

New hotel. Very nice. Modern looking. Clean and big rooms. Only complaint is that they only have 1 washer and dryer and someone forgot to take their clothes out of the dryer so I had to wait a while.

Rooms were nicely renovated and staff was friendly and professional. Parking was ample and the location was easy to find. The hotel was a good value at the rate I received.

The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. My refrigerator died and Patrice replaced it within 15 minutes. I’m using my moms name but Patrice did a hell of a job and the room was great and a lot of channels.

Great safe area. Lots of shops and eating places near. Location is off main road so hard to see in the dark. A few minor things could be fixed. Hallway carpets need a deep cleaning. Breakfast was good and breakfast lady was nice. Lady at front desk was a little short in attitude but I am chalking it up to the rude racist customer in front of us that she helping as I observed her later and she was fine with other guests. Rooms were nice and big. Use the barn door to block out hallway noise. Other doors slam loudly.

Update: I booked with hotel tonight and they double charged me at the hotel. When I called back the person at the desk said "I'm sorry sir there's nothing we can do" I then called hotel tonight who promptly had them refund me. *** Check your credit card statements if booked with a 3rd party. New hotel but not run very well. Housekeeping is terrible. We stayed 3 nights and got to out room about 5pm. Each time we were getting ready for dinner so declined. No towels for pool, laundry room was never picked up (some gym towels were left for 2 days). Lady at check in was friendly. Need to retrain housekeeping staff and/or look at replacing management.

Maybeline was a pleasure every day we were there. Always a pleasant and cheerful face at the front desk willing to help us.

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel was very clean and updated. I stayed in room 326 and I was very impressed in the size of the room. The staff was extremely friendly. The free continental breakfast was very good. They had a great variety of food. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again should I need to go to Boynton Beach for my job.

The reservation line messed up my whole reservations then the hotel says they have nothing to do with it I paid $252 for a standard queen size bed when I originally reserved a king size bed they wouldn’t help me or switch my room even when openings became available they said they have to charge me another night. Horrible service I left wasted all my money.

Poorly managed. New hotel but run very poorly. Front clerk was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is pathetic. Stayed 2 nights, room wasn't cleaned until 5pm.

Very pleasantly surprised, manager and staff were excellent, breakfast was good, location is very close to shopping, mall, and restaurants, give stay straight A's.

Awesome customer service, 12/04/17 I stayed there till the 12/10/17, the staff are very helpful and Very Professional. The only thing I did not like was that the Doors are very loud when they are closed. Im a light sleeper and that's one thing that bother me. Every Door needs a spring or some kind of Rubber seal on door frame. Other than that. Mybstay was great.

Excellent service and amenities. Very modern rooms with NFC/RFID key cards, USB supported outlets, large storage space, stylish bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Stayed 2 weeks while appartment was repaired. The quality here helped ease what would otherwise been an uncomfortable experience.

Terrible. Do not go here. Ever. The service is terrible and there were people running around and knocking on the doors all night.

The room had a messy table when we checked in, but otherwise, the room is fairly spacious and comfortable and everyone is very nice!

This place seems cheaply made. It is new, but they obviously cut corners and built the cheapest way possible. Breakfast was not as good as most IHG's. I was not impressed with the surrounding area, either. Didn't feel safe. (Spire Elite Member).

This hotel is fairly new, it opened up in March of this year. It is a very nice hotel (that offers free breakfast), initially I thought in an awkward area. It sits between (behind) a shopping plaza and the commencement of a 55+ community. In a sense it is conveniently situated, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the Boynton Mall (which has a movie theatre), and a bowling alley. This hotel has a contemporary style to it. Overall, it's well maintained, but in some rooms you can tell that it already needs some "work". The carpets down the hallways are already looking stained and dirty. Lastly, for those who enjoy a dip in a hot tub… you won't get that here! There is no Jacuzzi in the pool area. Its just a plain pool area, no nice decorations nothing and if I'm not mistaken, you need to bring a towel from the room!

Beautiful and very clean. Rooms are big and cozy. Extremely pleased.

I was really surprised at this Holiday Inn. It's new and very nice. It had everything we needed and the staff was terrific.

The layout of the rooms was nice, the room itself had a door the windows had shutters. The shower was even build nice. They hoilday inn was recently build I love it.

Great location, brand new, clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Electronic safes in the room, iron and ironing board, all nice additions.

The rooms are very well cleaned and there are no messes anywhere. The only problem is tgat holiday inn needs more conforters. I sleep hot not cold. We also have 7 people in one room. There are not enough blankets for anyone.

Comfortable beds, nice room. The normal stuff. One thing that I usually don't like about hotels is they have awful tasting water from the sink. This water was not bad.

AN EMPLOYEE IN THIS HOTEL STOLE FROM OUR ROOM, ITEM WAS RECOVERED BY POLICE AND MANAGEMENT NEVER EVEN ADDRESSED SITUATION! We had a pretty lackluster experience here to begin with, but ended our stay here with a kicker when MY CAMERA WAS STOLEN FROM OUR ROOM! I had a digital camera in our room safe that I forgot when we checked out. I called 3 hours later, figuring we would have no problem retrieving it. I never would have expected to have something stolen from me in a hotel like this. I was dead wrong! I spoke with a woman at the hotel, who told me she checked the room and looked at the housekeeping cart and it wasn't there. When we got back to the hotel, I got the same response. No one ever apologized or offered to let us back in the room or anything! The manager never even bothered to speak with us. I was getting nowhere, so I called the local police. The whole time we were waiting for the police, no one came to speak with us from the hotel. Honestly, no one cared or really addressed the situation at all! When the police came, I filed a report and spoke to them. They asked if I wanted to press charges if it was found. I said no because we were flying out in an hour back to NY and I really just wanted my camera back! Still no contact from management. The police went up to our room to take a look and speak with housekeeping. MAGICALLY, WHEN THEY CAME BACK DOWN THEY HAD MY CAMERA IN HAND! When the police officer showed the manager the camera, he just shrugged.

The room was really nice. There was a couple bugs; that is, glitches — a couple of light fixtures didn't work. But other that it was comfortable and had nice amenities.

Very nice, new, modern. Spacious rooms, friendly staff.

Has a gym, we were in room 103 and it had a pool also had a great bed, bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV and cable was great too.

This is a brand new facility opened about 10 days. Pros Clean fresh look with pleasant decor Very adequate public spaces and room size. Very nice hotel super friendly staff. But the hotel just opened and some things aren't ready for guests yeat. Give it a little time and things will be good.
