Beautiful piece of history! The rooms, the common areas, the staff, and the location are all incredible. This is the place to stay when you have nothing planned, because you won't want to leave. It is the perfect place for relaxing and just being.

Just spent 3 weeks there. They sure make you feel at home. Just lovely people who run this hotel. Highly recommended. I'll be back soon. thank you, Mike.

Amazing atmosphere at this historic hotel turned bed and breakfast. Very friendly and service-focused staff. Plenty to see, do, and eat in the area.

Really cute place. Lots of antiques to look at. Beds are so comfy and the people are the friendliest I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry! Went and ate at the Tasting Room and Thai Blossom — both were excellent! P. S. The guest books have some interesting comments if you're bored.

I will return to this B&B Hotel. Everyone caring, friendly and wonderful. This hotel was built in 1927 and when you walk into the lobby and see it and the front desk, you go back in time. Also, location is right on the downtown strip where there are good restaurants and nightlife.

Love the old hotel. This area of old town is beautiful at Christmas. Our stay hear has been great. The people here at the hotel have been very polite to us.

I loved the Hotel the old decoration the family attention, the delicious and enjoyable breakfast sharing with the others staying at the same table ESPECTSCULAR and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We have stayed here several times and it has always been a pleasure. The hotel will take you back to the 1920s. Details are amazing. The breakfast is yummy! It is centrally located in the quaint town of winter garden with the amazing chef's table restaurant downstairs.

Hotel was quiet. I was told by the checkout lady there was a wedding party, and I never would have known had she not told me. Beds were super comfortable. Pillows were amazing! I normally have trouble falling asleep when away from home, but I had no trouble here. Even with the smaller bed (I am used to a long at home, and stayed in a double here) I had no trouble passing out. I loved the decor, loved the old faucets and toilets! So fun! My one hitch is the water did not get hot for a shower. I am ok with it, but I'm wondering what the hotel would do for guests that prefer hot water over a mildly warm temperature. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and will most certainly be coming back for future visits!

A great place to spend a couple of nights! A historic hotel with a barber shop, soda fountain, and two award wining resuraunts. Excellent downtown and a great shopping mall less than 5 miles away. Bike trails are all over the area. Great place to get away.

This hotel is extremely unique. We have stayed here several times and we are always impressed with our experience. There are many places to visit within walking distance, and we have always had a great time. If you are looking for a unique and comfortable hotel, you will be very happy at Edgewater. We love it!

This is classic B&B at it's best. Friendly care takers with a great story. A common room that is inviting and warm. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are fantastic. The place is kept spotless and downtown Winter Garden is right out the front door.

A beautiful landmark hotel in Downtown Winter Garden. Walk in and you'll be amazed how well it has been kept up over time. I visited friend who were staying there and was very much impressed.

Beautiful b&b on the coolest little downtown street. Super friendly and accommodating staff and a such a cozy little room. Loved it! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very nice staff responded well to its finding termites in the drapes in our room. It's pretty common in the area this time of the year (April). Love the staff and love the active community with the hotel being close to great places to eat, listen to music and chill.

My husband booked us a room for our 10th anniversary. The room and staff were amazing. Great location in downtown Winter Garden and easy access to the entire Historic District. Would definitely go back.

I never write reviews but this time the people that worked at this hotel really went out of their way to help us. I travel to easy 100 hotel rooms / year. Going from a 5 star Vegas hotel to a 2 star budget hotel. We were there for a big bicycle event. Cyclist in a hotel are the most demanding customers :) It must be a family owned hotel because they run that place with passion. The lady of the hotel even got up at 5.30 to help us in the morning. The hotel itself is clean and super cool being one of the oldest in the country. It is located in one of the most beautiful places in Florida. It also has a great restaurant and SUPER ice-cream place in the building. This hotel creates memories. Roel Vanmuysen.
