The staff was very helpful getting our bags in and also when we left. We had many pieces of luggage going to our destination for 3 months.

The rooms are clean and quiet. Convenient location and a quite good complimentary breakfast.

Beautiful rooms. Very quiet with comfortable beds. Very modern with an awesome free breakfast. Rooms were pretty affordable at $90/night and that was without an internet discount.

Great hotel, super clean and very friendly staff. Parking is free and there is a safe, coffee machine, microwave, and a fridge in the room. Highly recommended.

This hotel is right off the highway so it is close to everything. We could even see the fireworks from our room window. The entire staff was amazing and makes you feel like your part the family environment they have going on which is very rare and special. We will stay again!

Very nice hotel and extremely friendly staff. They treated us like family. Breakfast was really nice also. We had the pool to ourselves basically. Rooms were clean and recently remodeled. I will definitely come back again.

Clean inviting holiday Inn express. Not the best location if you are visiting Orlando for a few days but plenty enough if you are only staying a couple of days. Heavy traffic getting out of the parking lot.

Scenically located between two shady-looking gas stations. The lobby has a weird, dentist office lighting. Once we got to our room, the beds were amazing, the toiletries were really nice, the complementary kcups an use of the mini kcup machine were all great. In the morning, the breakfast was really good.

We booked this hotel for 5 nights. There is not even a single thing to point out in our entire stay. Very calm, neat place, right beside the Freeway 4, easy route to to all theme parks, free parking, free breakfast, onsite paid laundry room, room service was excellent. Overall highly recommend this place.

They recently renovated this hotel. The decor is modern. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the lobby is nice as well. That was my First time but I'll be back!

I stayed here for 4 nights while in town for a conference. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean. Our room was large and well appointed with a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed last night at the Holiday Inn Express in South Orlando-Davenport. They have a nice location right off of I-4 They have plenty of parking. Our room was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient! They have a great breakfast! highly recommend them if you are in the area or passing by!

I have stayed in this particular place a gew times while in Davenport. The place is very clean and the people are awesome. A good free breakfast and this place is located off the highway to access everything else.

My only complaint is that breakfast doesn’t start early enough on weekends. Most hotels start at 6 am, which is great. This particular holiday inn express didn’t start until 7 am, so we were not able to have breakfast before heading out to volunteer at the Bike MS event.

Easy to reach from Orlando Airport. The location is perfect due to the proximity to Appollo RV rentals. There's a dennys in the distance. The highway is unfortunately well audible in the room. Do not forget ear plugs. Breakfast is good.

Appears to be freshly remodeled. Lobby has odor of sheet rock and plastor. Rooms are clean. Lobby is clean. 30min from Disney with no traffic. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast is decent.

A hotel I'm going back to. It is excellent, comfortable, its staff is very attentive. The only thing that was lousy, is the service. Night transfer they offer back from the parks to the hotel. A disaster, the chauffeur treated us very badly, disrespect to me, my wife and other passengers. And what but that after making the complaint and arguing in the lobby of the hotel while we counted it happened, the chauffeur continued to work as if nothing, but we no longer wanted to use that service which I understand is a company outside the hotel.
Also the hotel is very good and the staff of it is very attentive.

Convenient hotel with a great room (upgraded free) including lots of plugs and usb ports, heated fog-free bathroom mirror, very comfortable bex & pillows, personal precise temperature control and surprisingly elaborate breakfast buffet.

Very clean and recently rebuilt building. Beds very comfortable! Unfortunately, hotel was extremely noisy with guests in hallyway and rooms to either side of me. This was my first time staying at this location. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place looks like it's been renovated. The place is quiet and clean everywhere. The rooms have ample space for all of your stuff. The only thing that I'd notice was that there were not enough handicap parking spaces. Very good complimentary hot breakfast and the staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast is wonderful. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, canadian bacon, and about anything else you would want all included in the cost of the room… which is more expensive than we're used to. We even forgot or toothpaste and they brought some up to our room! Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Checkout… noon.

Had a good experience staying here. Wasn't too crowded. Access to the hotel is a little difficult to find at night. The employee that checked us in was super nice and she was able to accommodate an exception on our behalf after I mistakenly thought that they were pet-friendly.

Under renovation right now so the first floor looks kinda messy… but who cares the room is super nice and clean (got a new Room) in the 5th floor, free Wi-Fi, parking and breakfast. 20 mins drive from Disney amd 25 from Universal Studio… best part… got a great price… definitely recommend it.

Hotel is being remodeled. We got the new room. I like new modern and practical design. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great it has big selection. If ever in the area I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Kinda became home during Irma. The rooms were clean & the staff was amazingly accommodating! Thankyou to everyone that works there! Did my marshmallow cookies ever fall from vending machine? My little white dog Buster is grateful too that you welcomed him only wish other dog owners picked up after their dogs did their duties. They ruin it for people like us! Thankyou again to the entire staff.

The 4th and 5th floors have been recently updated. The rooms are very nice. Breakfast is included, from pancakes to fruit to eggs/bacon.

The people here are great. My mother was down there during the hurrricane, I called from up north and they were very helpful with accommodating her. I would recommend this hotel because they really try to make their customers happy. Mom says the breakfast was gret and she slept wonderful. Thank you to the staff!

Good place. Nice and clean. Breakfast was nice, eggs a bit dry. No outlet between beds unless you unit the lamp or phone. Other than that it's all good.

Would give zero stars if possible. Scheduled stay from June 23-26, 2017. After 2nd night, woke with extensive bed bug bites, welts and swelling. Went to walk-in clinic and needed prescription for pain and swelling (over $100 for clinic, prescription, and other medications). Told hotel and they changed our room, but asked that we move right away so they could clean room (for next guest). They did not at all seem surprised or that they were going to disinfect/fumigate room before next guests. Woke with additional bites after night in new room as well. When discussed with manager, he credited a few nights of stay, but did not seem to care/ask any clarifying questions about room number, etc. And said "this happens. "

Stay was pretty good overall, but the building definitely has an overall smell to it. I also found that the shower was a bit frustrating to use. I think this location is due for some updating, it was absolutely acceptable, but there was definitely an element that needed Improvement.

Everything was clean. The staff at the front desk was nice and very helpful. It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast staff encouraged my son to eat and gave him a goody bag. It's hard to get to if you are on the other side of the highway. There was a person in a neighboring room that had his music too loud one morning.

Good experience. Room was nice. There was a microwave, mini fridge, & coffee maker in the room. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked well. Free breakfast was typical fare, but worked for our needs. Staff was top notch. The location isn't the best, but I never felt unsafe. No extra blankets in room, so you might want to bring your own if you tend to get cold. Only real complaint was that under the dust skirts could be cleaned a little better; when checking for dropped legos we found quite a bit of food.

Had a great time. They made sure everything was clean, changed towels and toiletry daily. Plus free breakfast was a nice add on.

What you would expect from a HIE. Super nice staff and very good breakfast. Best beds, pillows and shower heads in the business! It was hard to get access from one direction of the interstate.

Room was clean. AC in good working condition. Water pressure in shower was not the strongest but very usable.

We love it, we stayed here and we amazed with the place. Clean room, soft pillows, nice staffs, and they have a nice and hot breakfast for us. We will stay with holiday inn express every time we travel.

Everything was great — breakfast, pool, clean rooms. The only inconvenience is the location from Disney parks because in my opinion it is too far away and for the money I paid to hotwire, I could have gotten something closer to the park area but I can't really complain.

BED BUGS! I stayed at this hotel on 6/24/2015 for one night in room 205 and me and my wife are covered in bed bug bites, its disgusting. I live 2 hours from here and went back to show them and they did nothing about it but ask me for the room #. We did not see the bites the morning of checkout as they had not really surfaced until the afternoon. Manager said it might have been fleas but its definitely bed bugs! Don't stay here, me and my wife reported this incident to health department. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn Express in my life.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you are planning to make a reservation make sure that you have a backup plan. You will be at risk for your card being denied because they cannot key in the expiration date properly which will result in your room being given to someone else. Do not bother trying to reach the GM Tom as his is unavailable and does not return phone calls. We used the hotel for a company guest speaker who had to drive a significant distance to find a substitute room because they had overbooked and thought the best route was to give the room away rather than solve the internal billing issue. He was able to check in a day later and stated the room, ammenties, and support staff was wonderful. However the lack of professionalism and courtesy at the front desk was very disappointing. Our quest speaker travels significantly and stated he has never seen such a poor display of leadership and accountability by a GM. A small display of remorse would have made a significant impact.

This was our second time staying at this particular hotel. The first time was a bit more pleasant, but this time around the fitness center was in dire need of an upgrade. One of the two treadmills was not working, the bicycle machine was not working, the remote to the TV was not working, the water container needed to be refilled, and there were no workout towels available. Other than that, everything else regarding our stay was great: breakfast was decent, king size bed was comfortable, the high ceilings were nice (my husband is 6'8), room was clean as well as a good size, water pressure in the shower was good, and the staff was friendly. We will most likely stay here again as we visit often due to family living in the area. I simply hope next time the fitness center will have been given more attention.

On a business trip. I spent 12-nights @ the Holiday Inn Express/Suites — Orlando South and want to give a few observations: — nice place. No complaints and a good value; — there is a sleazy Home Suites Inn adjacent to this hotel that has some questionable guests; however, I believe you can feel safe here; — the front desk clerk — Donna who I saw most every evening after work was wonderful; — the breakfast is nuttin' to write home about. It's the same thing every single day with no variety (try that for 12-days) ; — most of the doors in the hotel squeak. Some so loud you can hear them in your room 1/3 down the hallway; — the hotel is well maintained; however, you can tell it the attention to detail is just missing. Hence the squeaking doors; — access to the hotel from Hwy 27 is a pain in the rump. Leaving the hotel you can only go West and to get to the hotel. You have to be traveling on Hwy 27 West — no exceptions; — the room size are adequate. Again. Nuttin' to write home about; — finally. You're only a couple of exit on I-4 from Disney! The bottom line. I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express and Suite Orlando South. Ciao.

Great stay here in July 2014.15 minutes to any Disney park. Free breakfast bar is the best I've ever had (panckes, freah fruit, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, muffins, juice. And a LOT more). Pool is nice and clean. Rooms are clean. Elevators run quickly. Fitness room has good eqipment (2 treadmills, Elliptical, and Recumbnt Cycle) and a TV. Staff was very nice and solved any problem we had. Only cons were the showers need non skid adhesives or mat and you need to go a quarter mile down the road and perform a U turn to get to the hotel. It wasn't enough of a bother for me to get to this great hotel.

Internet connection is very poor, less than. 5mb and make sure you're traveling north on hwy 27, because you cant get to the hotel if you're traveling south; you will have to double back. Other than that, staff is very helpful and it's a clean place to stay.

Our 3-day stay at this hotel is by far the best lodging experience I have ever enjoyed in the state of Florida. My wife and I attended an equipment auction very near to the hotel. I acquired a same-day reservation while driving to Florida.! Room: spotless and full of all the amenities both required and desired. Breakfast: the best of any hotel I have seen. Variety from day to day. Elevators: worked every time we pushed the button. Staff: friendly, courteous and helpful. Swimming pool: well. It ain't their fault the sun don't shine on it in February.! Rates: slightly higher than what the Google search results report, but still affordable tho.
