Vivi 6 months there I liked the site the employees very hamable and very considerate I recommend it for the one who comes to CLERMONT FLORIDA and will start from 0 I love everything I do not have any kind of complaints.

This place is the most friendly, organized clean and I will even add blessed hotel I have ever stayed in. Where is it u can stay … and all customers get along, so do our animals and the Woodspring work team was very very professional thanks to… Heather, Jessica, Awilda, Jose, Joe, Mary El and Sam. If you ever need a place to stay for a weekend or a month check out the best place in central Florida it's worth your travel to stay here. Shel Figueroa.

I stayed here with my uncle, the toilet flooded for the 3 time, if it fixed it's toilets it would be better, 3 stars until it is fixed. But the man who helped us was very nice and got all the water up.

Very basic & plain,, but clean & much cheaper than all the other motels, esp. For a lengthy stay.

We pulled up last night after driving 7.5 hours and all the sudden cop cars and an ambulance came rushing in with their sirens on. Next thing we know they bring out a man in handcuffs and were questioning him. Then they took in a stretcher. The paramedic told us not to stay there and that there was a bunch of needles everywhere in the room they went in.

Do not stay at this hotel! 12:40 in the morning my room was broken into by one of the staff to let me know that my garbage on the front step should have been taken out. He entered my room using a master key and had I not heard him would have woken me up to let me know about a garbage bag outside of my door. In his words he wanted to make me aware of the rules of the hotel. At 12:45 in the morning are you kidding me. How do I know what his intention was he should have been coming into ravas rape my wife very unprofessional and he's lucky I had the lock across the front door. The beds uncomfortable the floors dirty show for all future Travelers I would strongly advise against staying at this particular woodspring Suites. I'm quite sure that the one in Orlando would not do this. You have been warned.

One star bc the staff is always friendly but they have roaches, the hall ways always smell like marijuana, they charge you extra to clean your towels and linens, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Awful. Room smells like cigarettes even though it's "smoke free. " Bed is uncomfortable. Kids yelling and screaming with music blaring at 4 am. Steer clear of this place!

We arrived earlier than check in time and were fortunate enough to be allowed to check in early so we could get ready for a wedding. That was the only pleasant experience at this hotel. We did not end up sleeping here. Basically paid $100 to have a place to change into our wedding attire. My wife refused to sleep here no matter how drunk we could get ourselves to overlook everything else. This is definitely a low budget hotel which is reflected in it's nightly rate. Leaking ceilings, disgusting smell of cigarettes and mold. No question we we're guests of the cockroaches and not the hotel staff. Hard beds, unkept kitchenette. Had dirt or something all over the stove. I would rather stay at a motel 6. Maybe this would be an upgrade if you lived in a trailer. Pay the extra $75 and go to the street to the Hampton or Fairfield Inns. I suggested this to two other couples and felt very bad because they didn't have any other options and ended up staying. We drove an hour and a half back home and had to remain sober at our friends wedding. Hoping I can get a refund from Orbitz.

Really nice place. I love the fact that they have kitchen in their rooms. Very clean and net.

If you are used to a higher standard of room and care (ie Holiday Inn) then you will be sorely disappointed. The parking lot is very poorly lit, the rooms are plain and infested with roaches, and as a female staying I felt very unsafe due to the other men sharing my floor. Staff was friendly but I will never stay here again.

Low budget hotel. Jaa a kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi.

Love staying at this place because of certain members of the staff that went out of their way to ensure that myself and my group that stayed there for quite some time was taken care to the best of their ability. I would have given 5 stars but I feel for the amount of money you have to pay there should include better internet and more housekeeping than once every two weeks. Joe the Maintenance Tech by far is the best all around worker and is a huge asset to the place.

Great staff currently renovating and going non smoking staff cares and resolves issues in a timely manor.

Great new renovated rooms. My husband and I were there during the renovations. The staff is great and very accommodating. Customer service is the best. The room is clean with no carpet. Yeah!

Do not stay at this hotel! unless you enjoy dirty rooms. Trashy shady people all over, prostitutes and drug addicts, the smelll of weed and cockroaches. Staff is nice but ive been here one day and am afraid to sleep in the bed. I was told by another long term guest, the cops are here at least twice a week and dcf stops by regularly. They should rent by the hour. Dont book this hotel.

First impression slow check in process and unfriendly staff. Booked 4 night's stayed 3, they wouldn't get a Manager because I wanted my 4th night reimbursed. Also, double booking a checked out room is illegal. Charged $50 pet fee during hurricane Irma and the Governor authorized pets to stay at hotels without charging a fee. Oh let's not forget the moldy shower caulking and no emergency lighting in the hallway or staircase's when the power went out. Not a safe place. Hello where is the the Clermont Fire Inspector? Last but not least, The room and whole Hotel wreaks of cigarette smoke. One last thing, I have been in the Hotel industry for 18 years. This place is a dump. Disgusting.

Pretty comfy and neat The hallways and flickering lights kind of give it that asylum feeling but it's not bad at all.

Good place to stay. Nice people running the place. A few roaches, but nothing horrible.

Great suite, good room service, and we slept very well.

Very plain, pet friendly, nothing fancy at all. Room was clean and adequate. Includes Wi-Fi for under fifty bucks a night for a seven night stay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, along with a circle K and a Publix. Tough to see sign from highway 50, but worth hunting for for the price.

First of all, the reservation we had somehow got messed up and we ended up paying 40 bucks more per night. Then they said they didn't have anymore towels. What kind of hotel runs out of towels? And even though it is one of those extended stay places, the staff hasn't been to helpful either. They have been nice, just not helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason.

Dont ever go here. There are cockroaches and bugs throughout the rooms the front desk switched our rooms twice and found bugs crawling all over the walls the rooms smelled of heavy smoke and they looked as if there never cleaned then left that hotel never to come back I was told they where not going to charge me however they did just a warning to you all this place is disgusting and filled with bugs also the pictures don't look like this location at all again DONT STAY HERE.

A few issues settling in, but staff was nice. Location is excellent. Fellow guests respectful. Only complaint is couldn't use my hotels. Com credit for some reason.

Very clean and very nice place. Cheap for how great the quality is. Maybe add a toaster over or conventional oven to help.

Awesome place every thing u need rooms have full size fridge stove microwave kitchen sink full bathroom.
